As nerve wracking as this process is, I felt fairly confident I will have you guys behind me to help through the process. Thanks guys for your help getting me debt free and I hope no legal actions are taken as this is the most scary part as of now.

So far it has been a pleasant experience and this seems to be a very reputable company and I truly believe it will help me. The credit specialist are very knowledgeable about the program and that speaks volume about the person and company.

I had a heart attack and I was off work for over a month. I simply couldn't pay the bills anymore. The reps have all been very nice and supportive and National Debt Relief has taken a lot of stress off of me. I had hoped to get some of the bills down a lot cheaper than what I did but we're still working on some of them. We got HSN down quite a bit but then we have some smaller ones that mostly had been taken the interest off and getting it down to about where it was when it started. I've got two big ones that are over 6,000 that we haven't come to terms with. I don't have any complaints at all as far as the professionalism but there was a couple of them I wish I'd gotten down farther than what they did.

As a new client, the persons I have dealt with have been very professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the program and documents I was signing. I feel I am in good hands with National Debt Relief because of their actions. I only wish I had started with this company first.

My experience signing up with National Debt Relief was great. Diane worked with me and I had no idea what to expect or if it would be a good option for my specific debt situation. Diane was the first person I spoke with and she was amazing! She explained everything very clearly and concisely. National Debt Relief is nonprofit and they have good reviews. It didn't seem like the shady company that was gonna inflate anything. And then when I had a consultation with someone, he explained everything thoroughly. Anytime that I have any questions, they always answer it. If I ask them to call me back, they call me back because sometimes, I want my husband to be in the room with me. The other thing too, is I have trouble with going on the client portal. I tend to forget about it. Every phone call interaction I've had with them, whether or not I remember, they do. They reset the password for me and they encouraged me to go online.

Both of the customer service representatives I dealt with were great. Daryl was very patient & helped me get this process done on my phone. They both explained the contracts thoroughly & answered all my questions. I was able to get all my initials & signatures where they were needed with Daryl's help.

Both Anthony ** and Karen ** were a delight to work with. They went over every step of the program, spoke in layman's terms and answered every question my wife and I asked. This type of program is not one that either my wife and I wanted to need. Having said that, we both feel confident that we chose the right company and had two wonderful staff members to guide us.

First of all my Debt Specialist, Jose **, was fantastic. I have worked with another company several years ago and believe me NDR is incredible in comparison. Jose worked with me to find the right solution and everything down to the last detail was made very clear to me. If you need help start with NDR you'll be glad you did.

This was relatively painless despite the uncomfortable subject matter. Everyone was very open and helpful. I would recommend you to check into this program if you are having issues with credit card debt and uneasy with talking about it with anyone. They helped me to feel at ease.

Being able to pay my bills but not eat, I knew it was time to do something. I Googled debt relief and found this company had outstanding results. So, I took a deep breath and called. I got a wonderful gentleman that put me at ease immediately. He asked what I needed and I said, to eat! He said that was a valid hardship. I've had other debt relief companies like Big Solutions and Consumer Credit Counseling and those didn't work for me. They take higher fees to manage my account. National Debt Relief's fees are a bit less than what the other companies were charging. So, I decided to go with them. So far, service has been a little better than the competition. I now only have two accounts left with them. It looks like I'm gonna be out of debt pretty soon.

Steven and Tameka were very friendly and very helpful as well as educational on giving me all the information I needed and I understood everything they explained to me. They were very patient and I am very happy they helped me.

The process was very thorough, Starting with Mark B who walked me through the process being that this was very new to me. I have always paid my debts on time. Then with Covid 19, I was forced to close my business and unable to pay my business related debts. The program is very well structured and thus far have had very good support. The agent I spoke with was very thorough. I did not feel rushed. The overall experience was a breeze. The program they provided is designed to get you out of debt. It's inexpensive and a timely way. I think that this program will be the best solution for me, it put an end to having to deal with pressure from creditors. I wish I had known about them sooner, but it's never too late. I was trying to put this much on that bill this time and this much on that that time. I got cancer, and I lost my job. Everything just went where I couldn't pay it. That was when I saw NDR on television. I never knew there was such a thing. And I said, "Hmm. I wonder if they could help me." I just called the people that I talked to were very nice. Even with the times I was busy, they made sure that they follow-up with me. Everything was set up right. I already finished the program, but the process was not as easy as I thought it was going to be. When the settlement process was still going on, a monthly update would have been nice instead of having to call in to find out what was the status. It was a long process. It was not too bad though. Just patience is key.

National Debt Relief was pretty excellent. They broke everything down to us and gave us a fair shot at understanding where the money is going and how the whole thing worked. It showed us clearly what we're gonna pay and over what amount of time, so that's helpful. If I have questions, I call them directly and ask to speak with somebody in customer service. They help you straight from there or they have an online deal that you can log on with a whole bunch of Q and A's and a forum and you get most of your answers from there. I also get notified via email when there's a settlement reached.
