My experience with National Debt Relief is phenomenal. Ariel was patient, knowledgeable, and through. I am not computer savvy but Ariel guided me every step of the way with no problem. There wasn't any rush to get things done. Mr. Ariel thank you for being there when I needed it the most.

Ahmaury was very nice and informative but until I progress I really can't give an accurate review of whether my experience is good..talking with ahmaury was good. When noticed, I am contacted log into my portal. They keep me updated. They’re always very pleasant on the phone and they sent me emails when they have an agreement. If I have an issue they answer and try to help me as much as I can. Being in this situation is hard enough, but when you have people do their best to help you, you appreciate the effort. I have never been in this situation before, so I am learning a lot. I don’t want to ever be in this situation again.

I was able to get all my credit cards consolidated with a affordable monthly rate! Thank you for helping me get on the road to being debt free! I appreciate the rep being knowledgeable and well versed in their field. All my questions were answered in a timely matter and it did not take long to get approved.

I was told about this program from a lady at work, so I decided to look into it. I am glad that I did. We have credit card debt and did not see a way out of it any time soon. So I called and spoke to a rep, and he guided me all the way through the program and what to expect and made me realize how much debt we were actually in. The amount of relief I felt after talking with him was unreal.

There are different ways to trim down, or eliminate, your debt. The company I chose was National Debt Relief. They explained they attempt to work with lenders to get the amount you owe down by as much as 50%. I went to them with $10,618.62 of debt from two lenders. It took 36 months for me to eliminate all debt. NDR was unable to get any balances reduced. The lenders stated no late fees would be incurred while I was working on the debt. At the end of the 36 months, I completed the program; having paid $10,618.62 myself.

Michael help me go through my poor financial decisions. Help me to understand the gravity of my debt and give me hope to have a better life instead being worried about my debt. After they told me that I get approved I feel so light and less stress. Thank you!!! My son and I were excited of our new future.

Bad connection which was not fault of representative, but did make the whole phone experience more tedious and longer. Call dropped a couple of times, but Nick, the representative called right back and resumed the conversation. There were issues with static and breakups during the call. There was an overwhelming amount of information to absorb. Overall, though I was happy with the customer service.

Our experience with the person who is helping us through this process has been wonderful and very well explained. We were very stressed over our debts with no way out. When decided to answer some questions to the ad I saw online to see if it was true that they can help us, I was surprised when Cristine called us right away. We were thinking of going bankruptcy but at the same time we hesitated because our idea isn't to stopped paying our debts but just getting some relief.
