National Debt Relief has been good. The program for my credit card debt is estimated to be one year and a half long and I am still in it. They keep me updated and it's super easy. Their reps are very helpful.

When I first enrolled in the program, everything sounded amazing. They try to negotiate 50% with creditors, you pay 2 small payments a month (depending on your debt) and of course any hardship you are having will be accommodated by them. First off, they tell you 4-6 months is the average time to start reaching settlement, and it took almost 10 months for me. I figured there were going to be customer fees of some sort which I saw monthly. It was nothing though. However, I checked my statements last night as I should’ve been doing this whole time and found out that at one point more than 25% of my dedicated savings was taken out for a “customer fee.”

Excellent and timely. My representative was very knowledgeable and knew the right avenue to go. He made the process quick and easy. No fooling around, he was straight to the point and sugar coated nothing. I like straightforward and honest representatives.

We are satisfied working with National Debt Relief at this time to help us wipe the slate clean during this Pandemic. The staff are all very Professional and caring to understand hardships. They help guide and teach you to budget yourselves and clear out years Of Credit Card debt while maintaining your dignity. This company is very good at answering all your questions and making sure you fully understand what you are about to embark upon. I had a lot of credit card debt and a family member recommended National Debt Relief. Everything went smoothly with the reps. They were very helpful and they provided all the information that I needed. The payment plan was great. It was what we needed and we're almost at the end. We're within a year now of our payment plan. Since working with NDR, it’s a little less stress monthly. It’s just one payment.

Enrolling with NDR was easy. I liked how the rep gave me the explanation. He didn’t put me in a pressure. He said, “I’ll give you three days. You can go and research. Here’s my telephone number and my fax.” The way he provided all of it was what made me trust them and do it. Everything he did impressed me. I don't think I would survive without NDR. I talked to one of my coworkers and she told me she did it a year ago. She said they're the best. Everything takes a long time but it depends on your budget.

Called and Roger ** was so helpful. He made me feel comfortable talking about my financial debt. Roger asked me questions and filled out the necessary paperwork so that all I had to do was electronically sign. Thank you so much. This has lifted a huge burden off my shoulders.

The agent that help me was so sufficiently, he had great patience with me. He went thru the contract page by page, he returned my calls when he said he would, he made me fell like that I made the right decision.

National Debt Relief is like a headhunter. Until you sign up, you would have that one person and even other people calling. Once your name is out there, they're going to keep calling you. So, once you sign up, then it's whoever answers the phone. It’s customer service. I would just ask and they answered it. They are very helpful like that. They will answer any questions you have. And if they didn’t know, they would find out. The negotiator is a completely different department. So when you call up to sign up, it's very different. They collected all the information. It was easy for me. I didn't have to go through and find whatever bills I wanted to put in the debt relief. They did that.

Everything was explained in detail and plenty of time and encouragement to read over anything before signing and agreeing. I felt no pressure to accept anything without reviewing or taking my time to make a decision. Very friendly, honest and patient service given. It was a pleasure and reassuring to speak and accept a contract with National Debt Relief. Everything was explained in detail and very professionally.

The enrollment process with National Debt Relief was easy and dealing with their reps was very good. They were pretty thorough and they were fair with the payment plan.

When I first decided to go with National Debt Relief and I talked with the representative, I got a favorable impression of him. Since we've gone with him, we've had very good experience with them. They took our credit cards and then has been working to pay them off. The rep helped us go through and get signed up on a program. He helped us with getting a financial report to establish a savings account to be able to use to start paying our debts off. He was polite and he didn't put down on us. He led us and showed us the direction we needed to go.

I'm just getting started but I have such a relief of my past failures of making credit decisions. I know that I have been given the Best Help that can come. I didn't try to have bad credit, just over time it became too much to easy have. I have learned my lesson to not give up on the hope you start.

I was aware of the damage to the credit score and the how things could escalate. However, they led me to believe that settlements would be near 50% of the balances and that they would be at least settled within 4-8 months of starting the program. I am 18 months in and have paid 3,400 in "fees", My settlements have only been around 80% of the balance and whatever extra I have put into my account they have taken as "fees". I still have 1 account that has not even reached a settlement yet. My total amount paid is actually going to be greater than the debt that I came into it with.

My brother (Kenny **) referred me to NDR because he has had GREAT SUCCESS being on their program for 2 YEARS!!! I was impressed by NDR's great customer service and their ability to asses my debt quickly, Then they were able to tell me the monthly payment I would have to make for how many years to obtain financial freedom! I finally found a sense of relief where I could live my life and not have to worry about living pay check to check!

Everything about NDR has been phenomenal. Life has become more manageable since I've been working with them. There's only one glitch when at one point I started feeling guilty thinking, “Is this fair thing to do? They’re my son's debts.” The person was a little bit harsh about not declining. But after that, I did decide that I was going to go through with it and every single person I've spoken to has been pleasant, been very thorough and listened. I'm 56 years old and I have to hear things and process it. Everybody's been extremely patient.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with your company everything was explained in a way that I was able to understand clearly. Both gentlemen took their time no rush and very patient with me in making sure I understood everything that was in the contract.

I went with NDR for some credit cards and some payday loans. It was easy to read the whole contract and the rep was good. He explained everything to me and stayed in contact with me. They gave me the option on how to pay back and how much. They worked out with me and helped me get down to that low payment for that extra money. Keep up the good work, NDR.

Updated on 08/21/2024: National Debt Relief seemed to be the closest one near me. And when I called, it seemed to be what I needed. They would try to get me to use the online portal, but I would always tell them I prefer to speak to somebody. And they would help me figure out whatever I needed. My credit score is going up. Right towards the end, I found out that I could utilize them like a savings bank. So, if I needed $100 within the two weeks of not getting paid, I could go through them, and it was very easy to get the money out. Before I knew it, I thought I had another eight months to pay off the rest of my debt, but they came back and were, “Congratulations! You have graduated.” And they sent me the rest of my money that was in my savings account.

Joe was the kindest, most calming person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The entire process was explained step by step and with great patience! I really needed to take this step and the moment I did I felt so relieved. I thank you all! I must add that a call from another debt help company came in a short time after and they were much more expensive to work with.

My wife used National Debt Relief in the past, and she highly recommended them. I found that they were thorough. They made sure that I was comfortable with the questions that they asked. They explained the steps and the procedures. I felt reassured. The only thing is there are times when I thought I had signed, accepted or approved a document, and then I would later get a follow-up email or a phone call later saying that I need to sign this document. It would be good if there was a way that I didn't have to do that, or if there was a way that I could just give a statement automatically to get transferred to all the documents that needed to be signed. But other than that, the experience has been wonderful.

I recently lost my job about two months ago. I had applied for unemployment but due to all the folks that have been let go during this time of the pandemic, it's been tough to get any funds from my unemployment office in Texas. So, I was wondering where my account stood with National Debt Relief. Otherwise, the service has been okay. There were a few things that I wish were handled a little bit differently. I had submitted all the paperwork and whatever was asked of me for one of the debt consolidations. The company's been pulling money from my account and I want to know where that money is.

National Debt Relief seemed to be knowledgeable and know what they are doing. It was good at first. But when I lost my job and other hardships came on, I couldn't afford the payments anymore. I'm still enrolled in the program. I just got to figure out which direction I'm gonna go. Everything else worked out fine. If you get in the same position as I am, NDR is a good option for you to use.

I liked how this was a relatively quick setup. It really wasn't a short as I thought it would be. The whole process took about 45 minutes but I got qualified and set up with a helpful plan to eliminate my debt and I am grateful for that.

We’re doing kind of tough right now because we’re in the pandemic, and National Debt Relief has been vigilant in taking a payment out of my bank account every month. I assume that there is progress, though, because they’ve been taking the money.

National Debt Relief has been doing a great job. It was pretty simple to enroll with them and everything went smoothly. I was able to collect all my debt into one chunk and then pay it off. I was also able to get settlements lower than what the balance was. The negotiator was really firm and fair. They're really great people to work with. They're very quick, easy and very responsive. They really make you feel like they’re there for you. I'm very comfortable with the amount I pay. I've already had two creditors resolved already and I'm pretty happy about that.

I got in over my head with credit cards and I couldn't save enough for my taxes, so I decided to work with National Debt Relief. It has taken a little worry off. I'm still tensed about it, but it has helped. Now, I can put the money aside each month for my state taxes. Their service has been good, so far, and I'm pretty happy.

Everything with the National Debt representatives was good and really smooth. I haven't really heard from them lately, but so far, so good.

I got too much credit card debt. I couldn't pay it off. National Debt Relief was the first company I called, and I really liked the way that they were handling it. It was very easy, very simple, and things worked out really well. I sent them all the stuff that I needed and that I was due, and they told me to stop payments, and then they negotiated with the banks. I'm still in the program. It's definitely helped me be able to save a little bit more money. I can't use any credit cards or get new ones, but it enabled me to better budget myself. My credit score is slowly going up. National Debt did a good job at lowering my rates.

National Debt Relief helped get us on track. We'd get an email from them saying where we were at and then would ask us if we'd agree. We are almost done and we've paid off almost everything. We're working on our last credit card. There's definitely less stress and then we've been able to be better about our spending and our budget. We've been happy with everything so far.

Very new to this. However the Customer Service Rep we had was extremely professional, compassionate, answered all our questions, went over all contracts. As a new customer we still aren't sure how this arbitration with our credit holders will turn out, but so far we are extremely pleased.

National Debt Relief has been a Godsend to my husband & I. We always intended to pay all of our bills & to pay them on time as much as possible. But life happened & we became severely behind. So much so that we were becoming despondent. Finally we realized we had to do something so I called National Debt Relief. Their customer service agents have always been easy to talk to & quick to respond. I'm sure I ask some foolish questions especially initially, but they have always been super easy to talk to! We didn't accrue all our debt overnight & no this whole debt relief process does not turn on a dime. It does take patience. But stick with it. It's been a huge, MASSIVE relief to us.

When signing up with National Debt Relief, I just had to fill out some stuff online and then talk to them on the phone. I had to give them all my account information and then they worked out a payment plan for me. I told them what I could afford and they figured it out. I do a bi-monthly payment to them. Also, they always tell me to call them if I can't make a payment and they'll figure something out for me. They have offered COVID relief if I need to stop payment for the time being or whatever. Fortunately, I haven't had to do that.

National Debt Relief has been pretty good. It’d be nice if I didn’t have to take so many calls, but that’s the way they do it. I’ll have to put up with it. As far as my progress, some cards have been canceled and they’re paying on them.

I needed a debt relief. I was in a lot of debt. I didn't qualify for any other debt solution. National Debt Relief has been able to consolidate a lower down payment for a few of my credit card. When we initially started everything, the consultants were very helpful, trying to get everything I needed for me, and they kind of took everything from there. They touch base whenever they reach kind of a deal between the credit card company or when they needed documents. Working with them has been impacting my life positively because it's been helping me with my debt. That has brought a reduction of stress and anxiety in my life. I would recommend National Debt Relief because they're efficient in what they do, they're on top of customer service, and they have helped reduce my debt.

National Debt Relief seemed willing to work with me the best way and the best terms. They contact me when needed, and very concise and direct. Using the online dashboard, I can monitor my payments and the progress of the program. Everything seems to be close to the schedule that we discussed in the beginning.

I was unable to make the minimum payments on my credit cards so I did a search online to see what I could do. National Debt Relief popped up first so I gave them a call. Everything was easy and everyone I talked to there was real nice. It'll still be about another year before everything is paid off but they have already settled debt with all but one credit card company. They helped to knock down more than half of my debt away already and every month, I don't pay as much as I would have to on minimum payment.

The experience of signing up for debt relief was pleasant. The agent explained everything so I could understand. He had to go over some of the details with me cause I didn't understand. He was very patient with me. I would recommend him to everyone.

I was trying to get my debt paid in order and as quickly as possible. I went with NDR and it's been great so far. They scheduled my payment according to how much I'm able to pay each month. If I've had any changes, they've readjusted everything to still be on time on everything else that follows. I've been able to pay off a few items and they've facilitated that.

I heard the ad on the radio and I called National Debt Relief, and they were very nice to work with and just explained things. They could explain things a bit better because we got a little confused at the beginning. But other than that, they've been good to work with. You get one person who is your advocate, and that person seems like they know a bit and you can reach out to them. But if it's just a day-to-day kind of customer service, trying to figure out what's going on or all your details of what's to come yet, they lack on that department because you wonder a lot about what's going on with your debt. I'm set up for three years, and then these are the terms, and this is what would happen. And then, when you get into a little bit, they almost change their story and, not that you're going to be in it indefinitely, but you don't see as much light at the end of the tunnel because their details seem to change.

My debts were getting out of control and I did not want to file for bankruptcy. This was my best option after doing research. Based on all of the consumer reviews and Better Business Bureau reviews, I decided that National Debt Relief would be the best one to go with despite them being the most expensive one. Supposedly, they are quickest way to resolve these debts. Everything comes with a cost and if you want good service, you have to pay for it. National Debt Relief has the reputation and the credibility with the creditors and with the larger banks that they are able to successfully have better settlements. That alone is worth the cost.

I'm halfway through the program and it's going good. I've been paying every month so I know it's going somewhere but I would like to know how close I am and hear some numbers because my credit score is not going any higher right now. I'm sure it will happen in the future though. There's 100% availability for me at any time of the day and when I do call, they're always super helpful. It's more about me not calling or checking online.

I am a teacher and I live paycheck to paycheck. I have always had a high Credit Score; 770, until I had a medical leave of absence and mounting medical bills. I either was going to have to declare Bankruptcy or get help. National Debt has settled 4 of my 5 Creditors debt. I will be back to good credit AND will have a savings again in at least 11/2-2 years!!! I have hope again!!! Thank you National Debt!!!!

National Debt Relief is replying to the individuals that I had credit with to negotiate a price so they can pay it off for me. They certainly keep me informed of what's going on and give me opportunity to yay or nay before they do anything so everything has been quite nice. I’m about 30% along the way and my credit has gotten better. They did take a lot of stress and anxiety away from me having to personally deal with my creditors. Everything we did from the start and that they said that would happen happened that way. I had one creditor trying to make it difficult for us but at the same token, we stuck with our guns with what they told us to tell them and eventually they vanished.

Very experienced and professional staff. Wouldn’t recommend to friends and family! Very easy to understand. They Explain things very well and are good that letting you know the best option for you to take. They make it seem like you are part of the family.

This is my second time working with NDR and so far, it's been good. Enrolling was super easy. There was no pressure. I had to do it because I had been out of work for a while. It was getting tougher to pay my bills. I knew if I called them, it would make my bills lower and it would be easier to live. If you find life is a little too hard money-wise, NDR will definitely help take a load off.

I would recommend National Debt Relief. They have been taking care of my debt and it's working out well. I don't know how much it's costing me but I know it didn't cost me as much as it should have so it's fair.

National Debt Relief is always pretty transparent with me. The dashboard on the website gives me a good indication of where I am in the program. Everything is pretty straightforward. I don't have too many questions. If I need to get something removed, or get an account added, whether calling in or putting in a service request, it’s fine.

The only time I really received great customer service was with my very last call. It took 4 requests and calling to finally get a supervisor of which he did not solve anything. The girl I spoke with last week, was very helpful and very nice. I wouldn't recommend NDR to anyone.

So I called on 12-14 and talked to a representative named Kelly. She was incredible! So helpful in explaining the offer settlement and my options going forward as well as advice in paying off my remaining debt.
