I have recently fallen on hard times, as many of us have. Dean was understanding, very professional and walked me through the process step by step. Very straightforward terms and no hidden fees. Many of these debt resolution companies drown you in fee on top of fee. I did not find that with National Debt Relief. Thank you.

I worked with Eric ** and was very satisfied. I was leary about entering the program and asked him to call me back in a week. Instead of pressuring me, he gave me the space to think about it. Then when I decided to enter, he jumped in and quickly made it happen. So pleased with his Customer Service!

My experience with Steven ** was great. He was thorough and patient with me. Mr. ** and National Debt Relief have taken a burden off me and I will recommend him and National Debt Relief to my friends and relatives.

Fees are always an annoyance with ANY auto billing relationship - additional fees added to the verbal agreement of 20% of the amount of debt enrolled - don't make National Debt a positive experience - more like an unprofessional debt collection service than a professional Debt solutions company.. Especially in the current environment .. and at this time of the year?.. Just really makes me feel sick to my stomach that I got involved sometimes... but I try not to think about it and just keep moving forward. Just sayin!!... Ho Ho Ho!..

My Representative was Micah ** and he was very helpful and not judgmental at ALL. He was very polite and let me ask all the questions I needed to. He never made me feel foolish or acted like I was crazy for getting me into the spot I was in. He reassured me every step of the way.

The representative that I spoke with was able to walk me through the whole process. All my questions were answered and the process was explained in detail. I researched which company had the best rating and this company was rated number one. This is a company that I would recommend to friend or family.

Easy to understand, explained step by step on how the process works. Length of time it will take and the cost along with any other cost will come out of the payment amount. The call was easy and I was able to call back and speak to someone right away with some extra question.

Despite informing you of a legal letter rec'd sometime ago re one of my debts I have now just received a summons for court so you can imagine I am not happy about it. I thought this would have been taken care of long before me getting a summons.

I’ve contemplated filing for bankruptcy. I’m glad I went through NDR. I had over $12k in debt that was settled for around $9k. Because everything was consolidated into one payment, it was a lot more manageable. I was able to clear my debt in about 1.5 years rather than falling further behind and drowning in interest. I would highly recommend NDR to anyone who feels stuck or drowning in debt. Your credit score does drop while negotiations are happening but once your debt is cleared you do see your score slowly increase.

I had previously reached out to another company regarding my debt and had a terrible experience.
