National Debt Relief said they were going to take over my credit card and so far, things have been good. They worked pretty well with me on my payment plan.

I am so glad I did not throw out this mailer! I was able to begin the process of reducing the principle of my debt and get rid of all the interest, as well as reduce the number of months required for payoff!!! We're trying to get the solution for a couple accounts, so far. But everything is good. And service is good. Each time my wife tried to reach out with National Debt Relief, they were there, which is important.

National Debt Relief’s ratings made me decide to go with them. Overall, it’s been a positive experience all the way around. They turned around and bundled everything all together then broke it down into payments that I could afford over a period of time. I'm still working with them. My credit score has vastly gone up and creditors don't call me anymore, which is great. I’m in the process of looking at houses to buy one. If it wasn't for NDR, I’d still be renting.

I had an outstanding debt and I wanted to get that resolved without trying to file for bankruptcy. I signed up with NDR and their reps were nice people. Every time I talked to them, they seemed to completely understand and they would be helpful. When I'm having difficulty with the payment plan, I just call them up and it gets handled immediately. At the moment, I'm still working with them and they already withdraw the first payment. But I'm going to call them because I'm still having a hard time keeping up with the payment. I had a situation that came up that pretty much set me completely back. Other than that, they've been good overall.

I found the staff to be very helpful. He did not push me to join. He answered all my questions and was patient when I hesitated. I am anxious to get started but find not paying creditors for the next few months difficult.

I'm trying to work on my credit and I just felt with the process, National Debt Relief went through it very thoroughly, it made sense, and it was cost-effective for me. Everyone I talked to knew exactly what they were talking about. They were able to make changes as needed. The communication was the best thing. I was just made eligible for an external loan to finish the program in the next 90 days. I'm hopeful that it will allow my credit score to go up significantly. As this has been helpful, hopefully, by the end of this year, I will be able to say that I will try to purchase a home. Going through this process was helpful with that goal.

National Debt Relief's reps were very pleasant and informed me a lot of everything. They wanted to help. I would have liked more frequent communication with what was going on. But I can call them anytime I want, which I have done. They have also called me, too, to give an update. They’ve been more than happy to talk to me anytime I’ve had a concern.

I was looking for a personal loan to help me pay off a lot of debt that I accumulated but at the time, they weren't being offered. Then, I was offered debt relief, which was what I did years ago with a company that was dissolved due to fraud or they got in trouble with the government. But I had a positive experience because I paid down my debt. So, I figured I might as well do that instead of accumulating more debt. NDR explained their program to me and they pretty much were the same as the other company that I was with previously. They broke it down to me and when they signed me up, I started saving. The program was simple and it took care of itself when I started making my payments every month. Now, I'm already down two debts and I just have two more to go.

Service was very professional, explanation of service clear and understandable. Darius was patient and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Reviewed all paperwork with me, explaining thoroughly what I was agreeing to before signing. Gave me instructions about signing into account, and where to find pertinent information that I may need in the future. My experience was great, would recommend to others in my position.

National Debt Relief has good customer service. The people were friendly and nice. But what I didn't get was some of the smaller debt were not taken care of before the larger ones. It was through the same company. It was two smaller ones that were just sitting there and I could have paid those. I wouldn't have been that late. I could have stayed in good standing with a couple of the small ones. I just went through with it because NDR had to take care of all of it. That part was a bit frustrating.

Everything was a smooth process from coming from a different debt relief program. The guy that helped me transition to National Debt was John. He went step-by-step, process-by-process. Everything I had questions on, he answered it and it wasn't like I wouldn't be comfortable with not knowing. The monthly payment was affordable to settle my debts too. Every time they had a settlement, they notified me of accepting it. I only have two creditors left to have my settlement with. Other than that, everything else is done. My credit scores are going back up. I'm almost at 600 right now. When I first started with them, I was in the low 500.

National Debt Relief has been working good. The reps call and get things taken care of right away, so we're satisfied. We're able to save.

The program has worked good. National Debt Relief keeps in touch with me and it's easy to keep up with the things online. I've closed a couple of my accounts and I feel a little more free with my money. Before, every check, I was paying on credits cards and so forth.

National Debt Relief has helped. They assessed my pay structure and my monthly income to find an affordable payment plan that fit in with my budget. Also, the rep was very reasonable, understanding and patient. I've got three creditors paid off and working on the last three.

When I looked at the reviews, National Debt Relief had good ones. The reps were also very nice and reassuring, which is why I went with them. I've had debts that have gotten settled, but I still have a few more.

I just have to say Mark ** is fantastic at what he does. I have to say for my first time experiencing this whole debt relief program I have nothing to worry about because Mark helped me understand this whole process. His great customer service was phenomenal. Every question I had for him, he was ready with all the answers I wanted to hear.

Enrolling was very easy. I was on the phone with the gentleman for 45 minutes and he took all of my information. He was so willing to solve my problems right then for me and get it done too. He helped me so much. I've been with National Debt Relief for almost two years now and I do not regret my decision at all. Back then, I was paying close to 1,200 a month and I was sinking. NDR consolidated everything to where I'm paying 331 a month. I'm going to be paying that 331 longer than I'd like to, but because they were able to stretch it out over a length of time for smaller amounts, the burden was taken off my shoulders. So it's totally worth it.

I was very skeptical at first calling. I wasn’t sure what was going to happen. I wasn’t sure if I was going to get the right help. I need it right from the get go. NDR had a good Better Business Bureau rating, so I went with them. Their reps have all been good and helpful. When they're tracking a break, they seem to call me immediately and let me know. So far, the program is lowering my debt which, from the last time I looked, is now half of what it was. All in all, working with NDR has relieved me and I'm not worried about the debt anymore.

National Debt Relief had a better rating online. I wish there was more interaction with the reps. But so far, it's okay.

NDR's reps told us a lot of stuff that I think they were just telling us to try to get us to sign up. So we were kind of under the impression that things would be a little different. But they got us a lower payment plan than we had and with their help, we're able to try to pay off our debt and from what they told us, we have another year and a half left before we pay everything up. Aside from that, we're now able to make payments to try to not be bankrupt, so that's great.

I called National Debt Relief and asked them some certain things. They told me things that I liked but I'm not happy with them because they weren't straight up with everything. I would never turn anybody else on to them. My credit was 820 across the board when I went in this program. I've asked questions before I got it, and a lot of things wasn't said. They told me certain things, and it was not the way they said it was. Customer service was fine, but the first person I talked to wasn’t honest. But anytime I call someone to ask for information, everybody else has been pretty good.

The cooperation I received from staff was extremely helpful. I felt very confident in the way they explained the process. I felt that they could really help me with my situation. Also they worked with payment option. I would highly recommend them.

I had kind of went overboard on credit card debt and lost some income. I wasn't even late with a payment yet and I went through and looked at the reviews and National Debt Relief had the best reviews. They're paying off my credit cards now. The enrollment process took a couple of times. It was a little bit lengthy, but it was easy. Everything seems to be going really good right now. We're getting some credit cards paid off. You should do it with NDR because they negotiate with the credit card companies. One of them was 4,000 and something dollars, and it was negotiated down to 1,000 and something. So, I saved $3,000 right there.

I liked NDR's program. It helped out a lot and my experience with them was very satisfying. Their enrollment process was very easy and the program worked in getting rid of the interest payments on my debt. The payment plan was within my budget and because of them, I was able to make the payments.

Angel was absolutely wonderful to work with. Made me feel so much better about my situation and my future. Fully explained how everything was going to work and made sure I understood. He took his time to answer all of my questions.

I gave National Debt Relief a call and tried it out. I called one of the other companies and it sounded more like a snake oil salesman to me than anything, so, I didn't give them much attention. But the operator I spoke with at National Debt Relief sounded knowledgeable and ready to help right off the bat. They went to work immediately and we've got all debt settled except for one. The time frame is not ironed out but that's going to depend on when the settlements fall. They gave me a generalized time of when we could expect it and we are about a year into it now. The customer service doesn’t call all the time unless it's absolutely needed. There have been times that I called and they were quick to pick up the torch and run with it to give me the answers that I needed or even with any help that I may need. From the customer standpoint, they've been spot-on and I have no complaints at all.

I've been so happy with the program at National Debt Relief. It helped me highly and I'm glad that I found them. If anybody ever asked me, I would recommend their rep, Joe.

National Debt Relief was a little bit cheaper than other companies. Their rep was a great help. He walked me through it. However, every time I call, there's a different person. I'd rather be in touch with one person all the time. But so far, so good. Working with them took a lot of worries off me.

The service I’ve received from National Debt Relief has been great. They take a responsible approach and I like that they work with us. During enrollment, they asked us to send them a list of our obligations plus our assets and our resources. And together, we worked out what we could afford to do. We’re at least halfway in terms of debt relief. The rep listened to us and he was clear on the steps involved. So, he made it look manageable. Whenever we have an instance where we struck a deal with a creditor and it's usually in our favor, we tell our friends because we're excited. If any of our friends wanna follow our lead, NDR would be the way to do it.

Rubin was knowledgeable, kind and understanding. He helped us every step of the program process. He made the whole experience easier than we thought. He answered all of our questions promptly and with sensitivity. He should be commended for his commitment to help people during a difficult time in their lives.

I was struggling. Due to past experiences, I enrolled with NDR and it was easy. My experience with their reps was good and there was no pressure.

National Debt Relief was willing to work with us and worked with our budget so that we could get things paid off and move forward with our credit. They did a good job. Everything has been good up until this last card, which is now showing on the credit report. I’ve emailed twice and I was told that we had to have funds in the account. There are funds so I'm just waiting to hear if they've agreed on a settlement.

I was with another company and I wasn't happy with their service, so I started searching for another one. National Debt Relief came up and when I called and talked to them, I was so impressed by their customer service that I had to try this company. The rep was absolutely the best. In the past, when I was able to work, I gave superior excellence as far as customer service was concerned. The gentleman that helped me was another me. He did everything and anything possible to answer all my questions and make sure that I felt comfortable. In talking to him, I felt like I knew him for the longest time and he added a little bit of his own personal statement into our initial conversation, which helped make me feel more comfortable with him and that he cared.

NDR answered everything for me and anything that I had a doubt about, whether it was something I really wanted to do or if I wanted to file bankruptcy, they eased everything over for me and I made up my own mind. They are a big help and there’s nothing bad to say about them. If you have any doubts or you feel like a particular thing is wrong, you can take your time and they'll listen to you. They weigh the good versus the bad and they put you at ease. I got a three-year plan and so far, I've already seen debts get settled and all in all, my experience with them has been great.

I have four things for National Debt Relief to collect on and they've done two. The way I get it, if I owe eight grand on a credit card, NDR contacts the credit card company and asks if they are willing to settle for four. The credit card company says they are willing to settle for five. So, NDR says okay and sends me a thing asking if I am willing to pay the five. And I say yes or no. The only problem I've had is, on the last payment schedule, they told me that the creditor wanted $10 a month for eight months. I find that hard to believe. I said I would give them $80 and let's shorten it by eight months. It was odd and I said that I didn’t want to accept those terms. They said the creditor could back out. I said that the creditor would be absolutely stupid to back out. It was funny how they called me back five minutes later and said that the creditor agreed to take 20 bucks a month instead of 10 bucks.

I called National Debt Relief to get information first then I decided to go with them. The enrollment process went very smoothly even though it was a little hard for me because I had a lot of medical bills. It was kind of hard to get everything together. Working with National Debt Relief took the concern about how I was gonna keep paying my creditors. I had a lump sum payment and the payment was reduced. It just comes right out of my bank account. I was told that the program would take 34 months total. I'm about a year and a half into it. National Debt Relief is a good program and I have recommended it to people.

National Debt Relief's program is great and I felt really comfortable working with them. They set up a really good payment plan. This program has impacted my life greatly and it helped me out a lot. Being in the program, I was able to pay off a couple more bills. I'm about ready to get all my debts paid off. I'd tell friends or family members to go with National Debt Relief.

There seems to be a lot of scam sites, and then I saw that National Debt Relief was accredited. The accreditation was what sold me on it. I enrolled and it was simple and straightforward. They did a good job of explaining to me everything, including how the whole process would go. They consolidated everything into one easy payment, which simplified everything. I do mine biweekly, so it’s consolidated it down. I wasn't so worried about paying three different bills every month. Sometimes the communications were an issue, but I also understand that they are big and they deal with other people.

So I really feel relieved to find National Debt Relief. I didn't expect that much, but they really did a great job. I'm so happy. I saw an advertisement in the mail from National Debt Relief and I had things coming in threatening, so I contacted them. It's been good so far. We gotta answer questions then the rep sent me over to somewhere else for them to ask more questions and to set it up.. I got it set up on my son's email and they send him updates regularly.

National Debt Relief has done very well. Their reps are very helpful and they've stayed in contact with me very well. I'm probably two-thirds of the way through the program and I feel better about getting my debt down.

Getting everything set up with National Debt Relief was easy. It was a long process, but I could understand that. They walked me through everything. They've kept me up-to-date and they're always willing to work with me. Going through a debt relief program is very simple and you almost don't know that your money is coming out. But I do wish that National Debt Relief has an app to simplify.

When I called National Debt Relief, I was at a point where I was crying on the phone with the woman I talked to. She was so kind, calm and caring. She understood where I was coming from and I got information from her. I talked to my husband and we decided to go with them. I've been very pleased with the communication overall. I sometimes wish that things could go a little bit faster because I want to get through the program a little bit quicker. It takes a while to get through and that was something that I was not ready for. I didn't expect that we would still be looking at being in the program for at least another year. We started in 2018 and I had kind of hoped that at this point in time we would be getting ready to graduate from the program.

The enrollment process with National Debt Relief was super informative and super helpful. So far, the program is really simple and it's working. They're settling a lot of my stuff for me. So, therefore, my credit rating is going up. They usually send me an email and tell me when they have been able to settle with whatever card. Then I either approve it or decline it. Their reps are super helpful. If I have questions, they respond quickly. If I need to send them any type of information, they confirm quickly that they've received it. Also, the information portal is super user-friendly, very simple, easy to navigate.

We were looking to do a consolidation loan and we had to turn down a couple of them. Then someone along the way online had gotten us to National Debt Relief. It was one of those too good to be true type deals and we were just very apprehensive. But the enrollment was surprisingly easy. Everyone has been really helpful and great with everything and the process has been great so far.

I found National Debt Relief online and at the time, I lost my job, and I wasn't able to pay my bills. They were the most affordable for me to do, because they were going to charge me at the end of the contract. Once I started working, they were willing to work with me whereas others like Lexington Law, they are not. Lexington Law tries to repair your credit and tells you how to build that and spend your money, rather than taking the money, setting it aside for you, and then start paying and negotiating your bills. This is what National Debt Relief does and it's one of the better plans out there. Their customer service has always been excellent as well. Since it's COVID now, it’s a little long to answer the phone. Other than that, they’ve always been good about getting back to me and telling me when they’ve taken care of a debt. They still have two or three to negotiate with, but overall, it's been very good.

National Debt Relief has helped in bettering my credit and paying off my debt. The program is great and everybody's been kind. I don't think I've ever run into anybody that couldn't answer a question and who hasn't been compassionate. There was a girl I talked to last week and I absolutely loved her. She was amazing. However, I've been in the program for probably a year and a half but I don't know how far I am out of debt. I don't know who reaches out and says, "Hey, they have this bill." Also, I feel like it isn't as fast, process-wise. The last two months have been kind of fast with a few credit cards being settled but there are a few other ones and I'm wondering why haven't they settled on a particular account yet. Sometimes, it's a little pricey if you can't do it but I feel like I don't have as much debt and I'm not as stressed. They reach out more than not. I hear from them more than anybody. They're patient too if you need something done and you can't do it at that point.

The first program I looked into said that they couldn’t work with people in Washington State. I have no idea why and they said the state couldn’t do that. Then, I found National Debt Relief and they said that they didn't know what the other company was talking about. They said they could work with me and that they would. And so far, they're doing an awesome job. The initial process was easy and the person was very competent and reassuring because I needed to be reassured. All the customer service reps I dealt with since then did a stellar performance, too. If I needed to get ahold of them, I'd give them a call and they'd answer. And when they saw a problem, they'd give me a call. They're great and they've taken so much weight off my shoulders.

National Debt Relief seemed logical to me to go with. They were very forthcoming as far as how they were going to handle my debts. It's going well with their program and I was able to pay off my debt in a short amount of time. It's also been on the up and up with their customer service and I'm very comfortable working with them. We're still within the program. It's still a tight time. But I know there is light at the end of the tunnel and that's the goal. If friends asked me about National Debt Relief, I'd recommend them.

This experience, working with National Debt Relief, was as stress-free as it could possibly be. At no time did I feel I was being judged for my circumstances. It was easy and everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

National Debt Relief's program made sense to me and helped me get out of the spot that I was in financially without hurting so much in my bank account. Customer service was very attentive to phone calls and emails. NDR also has a fairly easy portal and web access where you can submit all your documents and funds. They are very clear on what they're paying off and what they're using the money that's being taken out of your account. NDR is very good and thorough.

National Debt Relief has been very good. I'm more than halfway through the program and they’ve helped me very much. Their reps were so nice and they explained everything. If I had any questions, they told me to just call. They helped me with everything, that if I got any bad calls and stuff like that. I'd recommend them.

I was looking at how I can consolidate what I have. I was so relieved when National Debt Relief explained everything to me and how things were going to work. I don't have to worry about somebody serving me papers. All down the line, everybody was great. Even if I feel like something new is going to stress me out, they reassure me that I don't have to worry about it and it'll be taken care of. An insane amount of stress has been lifted off of me. I called National Debt Relief and they took my information over the phone. Then they gathered everything and called and emailed me. The process was simple and painless. The first day, we talked about my payment plan. I'd pay every other week for around two years and I'd be out of debt, and we agreed on it. They draft my payment out of my account every two weeks. They have great service. They're helping me with my debt problem and they've been wonderful. They reps are nice. They explained everything and seemed to care. National Debt Relief gave me freedom. I've got a little less than a year to go and it's gotten me out of debt.

I've had three accounts settled and National Debt Relief wanted me to settle, still, my account. I had to pay $100 and something extra from June all the way up to January, except for September (I had to pay $300-something extra). That's never gonna work.

I am very satisfied with how National Debt Relief has help me, so far 2 of my credit cards have been settled within a few months of contacting NDR. I feel confident in NDR and look forward for the remainder of my debt to to settled.

One thing that NDR does is they take on medical bills, which was one reason that I went with them. The enrollment took some time but it was easy. At this point in time, I’m in a hard place because I couldn’t leave the program. We decided to take it one step at a time. NDR has a list of my debts and I’m waiting for information to submit another one from two different hospitals. I’ll get that on their payroll then they can negotiate a settlement and we’ll go from there. If I had any concerns, the reps were very cooperative. Because of COVID, everyone's working with limited staff but they always returned my calls. Working with NDF has made an impact on my life positively. They’re helpful and they work with you, as they take your concerns in consideration. The only thing that I’m not happy about and I wish they would do is keep me informed and contact me more even if it's just to check in once a month and give a status update.

I have been very satisfied with NDR so far. One of my debts has been resolved and just accepted an awesome offer on another. I feel confident my goal to be debt free will be achieved. The agents I have spoken with have all been very friendly, informative and helpful.

I wanted to come out of a debt situation and National Debt Relief gave a plan. Right now, I'm going through the process. It's my first time that I'm doing this and we'll know how it turns out. They should be doing more follow-ups with the customer, like giving a call to their potential customers from time to time. Most of their customers have creditors asking questions and sending letters. All the time, the customer has to call up National Debt to let them know this is what is going on. Whereas it should have been National Debt that needs to get more proactive in order to satisfy the customer.

Their enrollment process was fairly easy. I gave them a list of my creditors and they sent me whatever documents I needed to sign. They pretty much got on it. I was pretty comfortable working with them. I've heard about National Debt Relief for years so I figured they are pretty reputable. I would call customer service and I get somebody different every time. The only thing is the program was a little costly as far as having them take care of my debts.

When I started the program, my credit score hit a hard low, but it's definitely gone up from where it used to be and it's been steady for a while now. The reps are awesome too. I never have a problem when I talk to someone over there. I'm almost done with the program and I only have one creditor left that's unresolved. Everyone else is pending payment or they've already been settled. I was skeptical at first, but National Debt Relief rocks. I got my girlfriend to start a program with them and she's already starting to get her debt settled.

It was easy to get on with National Debt Relief. I keep up with my payments and they let me know what's getting paid off and what needs to be paid on. They are doing pretty well with everything. It is easy calling them. The only thing I have problems with is on my side with the fax machine. I don't have an email and a lot of other people have all that access than I don't. But other than that, I will recommend their service to somebody.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was very easy and I had a very good rep who was able to explain everything to me. He told me how long it might take for me to be able to pay down my debt. They took all of my debt and gave me one monthly payment. Based on the amount they gave me for the monthly payment, I was able to afford it. They work with me whenever they have to settle one of the credit cards. They call me and ask if I want to accept the settlement or not, and then work from there. The only problem I'm facing right now is that my credit score is way low and I don't know what to do to bring that up.

From talking to someone, National Debt Relief was what I wanted. But as it happened, it was not what I thought because my girlfriend’s daughter went the same time as me and she said that they they sent her the money and she paid the bills. Often, I just see one bill and it’s completely different. I was gonna call them because I have a couple of questions. The process wasn’t explained right. I don’t know if they told me to check on emails. But NDR works well with me when I call them. They tell me which ones have settled or have agreed. I should be almost half or a third of the way in the program and I'm very comfortable with working with them.

National Debt Relief advised me to miss payments in order to get on their program which I wasn't really comfortable doing. I never missed a payment until I was going with them. Also, every time I called in, I never got a straight answer. I had to ask for a supervisor several times because everybody told me a different answer. I don't like it when I get different answers when I'm dealing with my money or my credit. One rep would tell me one thing and then NDR would come back and correct themselves. I got upset with them and called them out on it.

Their program was terrible. There were a lot of shenanigans that I dealt with and now I'm dealing with my taxes and I don't understand what is going on. I got some money coming in so I ended up paying it all off and getting out of there and now those companies were saying that this was a tax write-off. It's not a tax write-off and I had to pay all the taxes on it. I'm not very happy at all.

I went with National Debt Relief for debt consolidation. They figured out what the debt was and said what needs to be paid each month to have an account set up to pay down the amounts I owed. If they have any kind of settlement that comes up, they send me an email or an automated phone call. The service hasn't had a huge impact per se but it has gotten my debt down.

Enrolling was easy, but they didn't give me anything to keep track of what's going on, what I have in there, or what's being paid. They told me to sign online, but they didn't follow up with me and I'm totally clueless. I've never been online and nobody's ever helped me with it. They could be more helpful and not tell me to just go online because I have no idea where to even go or how to go about doing it. Anytime I talk to anybody from National Debt Relief, they are not helpful, but they're nice. I would not recommend them at all to anybody.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was easy. They’ve been taking care of some of the bills. As time goes by, they stayed in contact with me regarding their progress. They seemed to be upfront and that I like. So far, the program has worked well. National Debt Relief was great for me. It wouldn't hurt to try it.

I went through a divorce, so I was left with a lot of debt. I found National Debt Relief through an advertisement and then I read the reviews. They offer a good program. I enrolled and they asked me a whole bunch of stuff to set up a financial worksheet and then they came up with the payment plan. When they did the negotiations two years ago, it was quick. They said six months would be the earliest and I got results from the negotiation in six and a half months and then it was set at that. They always call to ask whenever I call to check on stuff if anything's changed financially as well. It's been good. Everything is consolidated now and I am less stressed. I make my two payments a month and that's it. I'm also about to be done in a month or two.

National Debt Relief came through my Facebook feed and I was thought that was actually an idea. I called and got information. I thought about it for about a couple of weeks then I went with their debt consolidation program because it gave me a better option. They have since pretty much been taking care of stuff that I wouldn't normally be able to do.

Another one is close to being paid off. It’s not NDR’s fault. It’s just that it’s a large amount of money that they're trying to pay with a small amount of money and the student loan company wouldn’t do anything.

Enrolling with NDR was very easy and they were very helpful with the whole process. The amount I pay each month is fair. My rep reviewed my spending and got my debt lower than what I was previously paying. I wasn't expecting to save as much money as I did. So, I was very, very, very pleased with that. National Debt Relief has been doing fantastic.

They were real knowledgeable and helpful. They knew the answer to any question I had. It was overall good. Everything was explained to me fairly well. The last time I tried to log on to check status, the website wouldn't take my password, and I haven't messed with it since. But everything's negotiated now. I'm just paying them off. Initially, I was a little irritated because I thought that the pricing was a little high. Until I looked at my credit score, which went from 490 to 710. Now, I love National Debt Relief. It's improved my credit to the point where I was able to afford this new guitar that I'm playing right now. I'm about two and a half years in the program and I paid down about $7,000 of bad debt between collections and credit cards I no longer have. I'm down to about 1,400 in outstanding credit lines. The fact that I gave them less than the $1,000 they wanted makes me happy. I got very disciplined about my spending habits and the way I was paying bills. I pay them instead of waiting till the last minute. I would pay a little bit earlier, a little bit extra. It's not that hard to get on a website on Tuesday when it's due on Friday. When you owe 38 bucks and pay them 40, watch your scores jump.

We were looking to pay off everything that we owed because we had fallen very behind, which led us to seek out National Debt Relief. They speak with creditors and negotiate end balances for us to pay. Then, we pay NDR a monthly sum and they redistribute that to whoever they negotiated with. The reps have been very nice and since working with NDR, we're less stressed out than we were before. They came up with either a by every other week payment, or I could pay everything once a month, and that was really easy to negotiate. I just do bi-monthly payments. The rep was friendly and very informative of any questions that I asked. All of my credit cards, except for one really big one, has been settled and closed. So far, it's very positive.

I've been a little disappointed that the debt relief process with NDR has taken so long. They didn't make it clear to me that they weren't gonna try and settle my debt until I had enough money in the savings account to cover it. They let it build up for almost a year and then they start settling the debt. But then when they're out of that money, they gotta build it up again to continue. So, I'm sitting here over a year in thinking that they'd have it all settled, and I'm just paying. The cost of their service is a little high because I really don't see NDR doing much. They don't update me and let me know what's going on until they have a settlement for me to review.

The only thing that we had problems with was at the beginning, we were trying to call to find out things and it was difficult to call in. The National Debt Relief reviews were better than their competitors. The representatives were very helpful. To me, it’s going well. The only turnoff is that I am paying now and the years are longer. I wish I was told about the fees upfront. The company should improve on how we gonna see it, what it's going to look like, if it's going to be paid first or not, and things like that. But other than that, it has been great, compared to my husband who's in the same program and has been going to court.

Every time I talk to someone at NDR, they say that they'll take care of things. So, I've never had to deal with anything. Told me to take my time. I didn't feel rushed to do anything. I even had to call him back and I was able to get in touch with him and that made me feel that I had made the right decision.

I talked to the lady a couple days ago. I almost pulled out because I think if you got money sitting, why not pay the people all at once. They settled two accounts but they just pay them monthly. NDR made me stop paying my bills so that way, it would look like I'm in financial hardship and couldn't afford to pay any longer. As a result, they had me change my contact information to their address and their phone number in New York. While it's convenient because all of the debt calls go to them, what also ends up happening is they have programs where the debt collectors are allowed to see any past phone numbers and people that I used to live with, and they reach out to those people to try and collect the debts.

National Debt Relief took on the accounts that I was falling behind in that they were willing to negotiate with the creditors and drop my balance to a lower level. I would pay a certain amount every month and they withdraw money from that account and pay off these accounts. My payment was based on how much I owed and how much they thought they can close the accounts with. They negotiate with my accounts then call out to me and tell me that they've come to an agreement with the account and ask if I agree on it. If so, then they proceed with it. If not, they continue to argue with the creditor to try to bring down the balance even more. Every time I've had any questions or issues, I’ve contacted them and they have answered my questions to the point where I'm comfortable with the response and willing to move forward to come to an agreement to accept another closing on an account and further on.

They helped me with my credit card debt. The enrollment process was pretty easy. At this point, we are about 95% done with the program. It's a lot of relief. They were very understanding and I felt like they were really there to help me out. I'd recommend them to anybody else that needed help.

They've settled several accounts and I'm probably about halfway done. They text me when they got a tentative settlement and they text me so I can approve the settlement. They describe what the settlement is, how much it's gonna be and how they're gonna make the payments to the creditor. Then I approve the settlement. The experience has been good.

The enrollment process at National Debt Relief is pretty smooth and fast. Their service is great too. Since working with them, I'm not paying that much interest anymore and I only pay the amount that I need to. I also don't worry that much anymore, so it's good for me.

Very impressive with the service I receive every time I called. They have the patience to let me talk then they explain everything to me in a very professional manner. I am also impressed with the results I am seeing with the creditors that I owe money to. We settle more than a few accounts already and I am always informed on what is coming next.

Simply put my final open account hasn't been negotiated. I finally got feedback from someone (after several form responses) that it hasn't been touched. If there isn't an offer incoming I'll just pay it off in its entirety, because I'm about to be there. If you guys can't negotiate, it would be nice to know that. Because right now we're in a holding pattern I don't like.

The girl who handled my interview was very nice and explained everything well. I do hope they get on this with my creditors because I do not want this to go to collections. That is one thing I hope it goes very smooth and they get on it.

I deposited some money into my "guaranteed" savings and NDR took that money out to pay their fees. I specifically deposited that money talking to a customer service rep that it was earmarked for my last debt because it's a student loan and student loans want lump sums. But then they used it for something else. It was over half of the extra money that I put in there and now they're saying, "We're trying to negotiate with the money that's in there." But it's still taking forever.

I've known people that used National Debt Relief before and they were able to get the debts knocked down pretty good and get some decent settlement deals. I went with them and the service was good. They tried to put me on a lower payment plan but it creates a lot of issues with the debt collectors too because they get settlement agreements that have to be honored within a certain amount of time. I couldn't promise them any set amount during this because when we got hit with this pandemic directly, I lost my job immediately after that. Unfortunately, I am unable to keep the service at this time. I was going over the debt and income ratio thing with the payments that was why we backed off on it for a while to see what's gonna happen with all this craziness.

National Debt Relief's enrollment process was good and everything has been fine so far in the program. They negotiate and then call to ask me if I'm okay with the plan. But, I asked them to send me copies of the different accounts and I haven't received them. Though I can look at those through my portal, I wanted to keep a paper trail about this. NDR can also move a little faster. I have 10 accounts left with them. Other than that, everything else has been okay.

National Debt Relief seemed like a more accredited company than the ones that I had seen. I've been with NDR for over a year now. They made sure that the payment plan fit in my budget really well. It was a pretty easy process. But because of COVID, I ended up having to put a little bit of my payments on hold. I'm back on track now. NDR seems to be on the ball with negotiating what's in collection. Soon I will start seeing the impact of this program in my life.

I enrolled with National Debt Relief and the process wasn't too difficult. The program has helped me to somewhat come to terms with some of my debts. I always try getting out of paying my debt. It's just that I've paid a lot of money since I've been enrolled in the program and every time I go on my Credit Karma or my account, I still owe a lot of money. I sometimes have to call and get clearer feedback as far as what is going on but I usually don't get any clarity. I should be able to answer all the questions that I'm asking on my own through the client portal. But sometimes, I need somebody to break down the information given to me. I really don't get any help with that. I've been paying over $300 a month since 2017 and I don't really know where my money is going.

Some accounts got paid off pretty quickly since working with National Debt Relief. But some of the stuff still has taken a while to pay off. Their reps are pretty helpful. My credit still needs a lot of work, but it's slowly improving.

NDR's rate was the lowest. The representatives have all been helpful. I haven't had to wait too long for anybody to get back to me on anything. It's just that when I first enrolled, I was able to log in to my account online and see all of my payments and how much I have paid off. Now, I haven't been able to do that since they switched to the new website. It was nice to be able to see the progress. But there's been a few times that I've had to lower or pay a different amount and that was super easy to do.

NDR's answer questions really fast. They already know what I have because I told them my Social Security Number. They told me that we were gonna do this and that and that I would be finished with their program in two years. Also, whenever they find a deal with my credit, they send me a message. If I agree with the deal, they send me a PDF and I sign it. I like the process as it's really easy and simple. They told me that when I finish, they're gonna help me increase my credit score. As soon as I have a bit of extra money, I'm gonna make a big payment so that way I can finish faster. NDR has a really good program. I've already told some of my friends about it.

They were doing great. But then, here comes COVID, so everything is a little bit slower. I would like them to move a little bit more quickly. I spoke with them last week because I wanted to change the date of my payments and the rep was very, very nice about it.

At first, I was skeptical that NDR could accomplish what they said, which was to negotiate my credit card debts down 30 - 40%. They actually did better than 40%. I didn't know if I was being scammed, so I checked with Better Business Bureau before signing any agreement. Honestly it was the best financial choice I ever made. I was trying to work eight days a week to pay the bills and I just couldn't do it, so I reached out to National Debt Relief. It was pretty good dealing with their consultant. There were seven different bills and they just took them all and worked them all together. The price of the service is good and they worked the payment plan out pretty good. But lately, I had to cancel my payments ‘cause my work slowed down here a little bit. So they’ve been helping me out. Overall, the experience has been really good and I'm not working eight days a week anymore.

When I was talking to the associate originally, he made me feel very comfortable with the process. He explained it to me and answered all my questions. When I called back ‘cause I had more questions, he was very forthcoming with everything. He was very helpful and I didn't feel judged based on things. So, that makes a big difference. NDR took a look at everything and we kinda worked it out so that I could make monthly payments and it's automatically withdrawn. It's enough that I can still take care of everything I need to going forward, and still make sure that my debt is taken care of.

I made one or two payments to National Debt Relief and then we sold our house. We weren't even trying to sell the house but somebody literally walked in and said they would give us 25,000 more than what it was worth. So I contacted National Debt Relief and asked them what the total balance would be at the end. I wanted to pay them off completely and be done with it. So they gave me a figure and I sent that check to them. But once we paid it off, there's been three different times that they debited my account once again for the monthly figure. They did tell me ahead of time that they could only do that out to three months, and then I would need to call back in. All three times, they got my money back to me within a week. So I would recommend them.

They've been good and professional. I initially agreed to pay about $300 a month and it has been coming out of my check. Everything is going pretty well.

I talked to two different reps and they were quite knowledgeable. I called once and the lady explained everything to me. I told her that I would have to think about it because I wasn't sure if that's what I wanted to do. Then I called back not quite a month later and I talked to a different person. They explained it to me all over again and then, I told them I wanted to join. Everything they did, they explained to me. I had four things on the list that they're supposed to be paying for me and they've taken care of one already. I've got one they're taking care of right now and it's supposed to be done in March. I told them I couldn't afford any more than what I was paying them a month, so they're only doing one bill at a time. I'm not worried about the bills right now because they're taking care of them.

I'm a year in the program and working with NDR has positively affected me. The reps are fine but I’m not too pleased that I have a lawsuit against me right now.

If NDR had an offer, somebody from customer service would reach out and see if I agreed to the terms. On pre-program, they calculated what I could afford to pay, like a three-year plan. It just took a little bit longer because things came up throughout the years and I couldn’t make the payment, so they were able to defer some of the payment. I found out later that they would essentially take a 20% fee on the total value of what I owe regardless of what they settle. I should have looked further into the fine print. I had one creditor where I owed $500 and they settled for the full amount but I still had to pay the 20% on top of that as their fee. But ultimately, in the long run, it balances out on the larger creditors. Overall, it's been good.

I've been working with National Debt Relief for only a year. It was pretty good dealing with their representatives.

I was about bankrupt which is what caused me to get in touch with National Debt Relief. I had debts that I was paying off regularly on my own. Since working with them, there have been no collection calls and my bills are being paid down. On a regular basis, I'm seeing payments being posted to those accounts that I've done with NDR. They send me regular updates by email so I know where I'm at.

National Debt Relief said they're gonna negotiate my credit cards and get the lowest amount they can, and try to pay them off. And so far, so good. I was looking everybody up online, and I liked their commercial. I looked up online and read a little bit on them, and I liked them. The only thing is that since I've gone with them, some of the credit cards that they're negotiating with have gone to other agencies and they're sending me things in the mail. The negotiation from these other places is freaking great. I'm not dealing with them because I'm with National Debt Relief, but I've told National Debt Relief what I'm getting in the mail and I sent this to them. Some of the deals that these credit cards are offering me are unbelievable. They are better than what National Debt Relief has done.

National Debt Relief was informative and easy to talk to. Whoever I talk to if I have to call and have questions is good. They take their time and talk to me about it. They answer questions that I may have. They follow up with email or call back or any one of those communications. They are patient and thorough. They negotiate the debts and I pay them off. For the most part, they’ve been working with me through the payment plans. For each one that comes up, they discuss it with me. They send an email or contact me via text letting me know that there’s a plan that they can negotiate with or a settlement, and we discuss it. I could accept or decline the settlement and most time I accept it.
