Very polite and willing to walk me through the steps needed to complete the enrollment and security document. Worked with both my son and daughter to make sure I understood how to move through the documents. Made sure I was comfortable with the whole process and understood what the final result would be.

I reached out and to be honest didn’t have a lot of faith that NDR would be able to help. I was so wrong. Gary walked me through the entire process and gave me the hope that I can be debt free. It’s embarrassing having to reach out and let your guard down but Gary put me at ease and by the time we got off the phone I felt the weight lifted off my shoulders. I’m excited about a future being debt free!

I was referred through non profit debt relief to find out it was for profit. Some people like myself need to SEE things in writing before agreeing, having a way to do that would have made this a better experience.

This morning I started to look into this program more that within a few minutes a agent had contacted me. I told him because of Covid and recently being on workers comp my debts were piling up as I was drowning more in debt. The agent explained everything and I'm so grateful to see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Professional and friendly staff. Very informative and helpful. Communicative with myself as a client. So satisfied with the results of settlement with my creditors. Being settled faster than I anticipated. I was at my wit's end when I began this journey. I still have creditors to be settled, but feel more confident.

I have not been in debt collections in maybe 20-25 years. I was unable to pay my way out and filed bankruptcy. The fact that I signed on with National Debt Relief proves that bankruptcy is not always the best answer. This approach is perfect for me as my debt ratio is not insurmountable. Very Deceptive. Been in program 1.5 years and still have not settled all debts. After 6 months they tried to sell me on a loan program that cost more and lasted longer then the original program. Then there's the fees, one of the settlements seemed fine until I asked about the fees. With fees, the settlement was more than my original balance. Find a good debt lawyer instead of this program.

I am so grateful for this program. I have had complete relief from dealing with creditors. The overall process worked smoothly. The only reason for four stars rather than five, is the communication before the fact could be improved. It would be much better if the company would communicate the anticipated sequence of events overall and then do the same when a creditor is selected for negotiation.

We were over our heads on the credit card debt. National Debt Relief was pretty straightforward and there was not a lot of hoopla trying to get us onboard. I was very comfortable with them and my wife went and did it too. The payment is basically set in stone. It makes it a little stressful at times with the payment plans but at the same time, it has actually made it less stressful because we've learned to work in different ways with cash. We've been on the program for over a year, so it's all good. I'm about in the middle of it right now.

The whole process has been generally decent. The portal is great and they've been very helpful. They set the payment plan up and I paid it. I've tried to be consistent with it. I'm 75% done and getting there quickly. I can see my credit bouncing. There's a creditor that they haven't contacted yet but overall, everything's fine. I don't have any more people calling me. They're all calling NDR now.

NDR has been very thorough and the program has been working out for me. I'm already almost over halfway done. If I have any questions as far as what's going on with the creditors or their process in resolving, they're good with that. It's fine to ask questions and they explain the process. They're on top of things and I don't need to worry about anything. They give excellent service.

NDR gives you all the information before you even say yes to going with them. The people that I've dealt with have been very supportive and knowledgeable of telling me, "This is exactly what is going to go on. If it doesn't feel good, then we understand." They didn't pressure me to do anything like other companies will try to do. They made me feel like I'm a part of the family and were at my best interest so I didn't feel like I needed to look for anybody else. It's been a great experience so far. I haven't completed the program but I did get some settlements. I paid off three of them already so it makes me happy to be able to be doing this. I was kind of on the edge of doing it in the first place but I'm glad I did. If I didn't get ahold of them, I'd probably be living check by check. Now my credit is getting built back up because of them.

We recently enrolled with National Debt Relief, It was a very enlightening experience we had with them. Very easy to talk to about our situation. They helped us get all the forms filled out and signed to get everything going to help us out of our debt.

My experience with National Debt Relief started out very good. But the last settlement that they made was absolutely horrendous. I specifically asked when I was discussing signing on whether or not they use the current amount or the enrolled amount. I was told they use the enrolled amount to base their percentage on. But with this last one, Discover, they used the current amount. How can they possibly know what that current amount is without a statement? I didn't even know what it was. I'm not even getting statements anymore and I'm not getting anything from them. So Discover put down a number and National just said, “Okay. We'll work with that number.”

The program worked magic for me. The enrollment process was easy. So that was a good thing. It's definitely a little bit of stress relief to know that they're there, and they're there helping you take care of it. You don't really have to do much. You just have to make your payments. So that's a big plus.

Ronald did a great job helping me divide my upcoming payment. I had to make changes to the plan due to an unforeseen circumstance. He was very helpful and offered great assistance. He made sure that I was on track for upcoming payments to the creditors.

I called National Debt Relief. It was not what I expected, but the person who I spoke to explained it enough, and then I said, "Okay, I'll go ahead," because I had tax debt, mortgage debt, an unsecured loan, a student loan, everything. And I was trying to find a way to see if I could get all of that rolled and managed in a way that I could.

The National Debt Relief reps gave me specifics like time off and proper expectations, which I really liked. It took about four months to start seeing some debts get settled. People considering a program like this have to ask all the questions, not be afraid to voice concerns, and not moving forward until they're satisfied that it's a good program for them.

National Debt Relief walks you through the enrollment process really good. They asked a lot of questions like if I had major surgeries or anything that might affect my debt and I was really impressed with the way they asked them. They've settled on four different credit cards right now, and I've had eight. The others will come along as the other ones get paid off. It has been really good and I've enjoyed working with National Debt Relief. They really helped a lot. They're easy to work with and they get results.

I decided to finally make that tough call last Friday and I was lucky enough to get Chanel ** on the line. She was able to put me at ease. She answered all my questions and concerns with great detail. She sent me all the information I needed for review to make an informed decision. I took the weekend and call her back on Monday to get the process started. It has for sure taken some weight off of my shoulders. I know it's going to be a long road but a necessary one and I'm glad that Chanel has taken personal ownership of seeing me though it!

I enrolled all my credit cards into the program with National Debt Relief and I stopped paying. Then the lawyers reached out to the company's lawyers. They've been settling. One of my cards was 17,000 and they settled it for 6,000. Now I got one more card to settle. NDR has helped out a lot and if I ever have to change my payment plan, I can just call them. ​I was really underwater with bills but now I managed it a whole lot better. I can breathe now. Your credit is gonna take a hit, but it's gonna bounce back and you'll be fine.

No communication from National Debt Relief. I have called. Reached out. Tried to get help to log into account and there has been no help. I finally got a call today and the representative either hung up or the call was dropped. I am dissatisfied because there has been no communication. Here is a new email as the representative said My email might be blocked: reply to **. Thank you.

National Debt Relief does a good job at communicating with creditors and resolving issues without conflict. I really love that about them and that's the reason why I can't afford to lose them. Another thing is that NDR understands my situation. They wanted to work with me event though I'm not paying them my $184 as of yet. They were still willing to help me make sure that I'm part of the program. Since going with them, the collectors stopped calling me. I wish I had known about NDR sooner.

One of the credit card companies that was collecting on one of my accounts said they themselves had used National Debt Relief and they were very happy. I used them too and the service has been great. It's been transparent. They walk you right through the process. I gave them a list of my debts, they checked my social security number, ran a credit check and added the accounts that we could add. The ones that we couldn’t, they still gave me some advice on how to settle those. They looked over my financials and determined a good amount that we can move forward with and the time it'll take to pay off.

National Debt Relief was really nice to me when I made the phone call. The enrollment process was a little tricky because their rep asked me a lot of questions. I also didn't have access to a computer, so I had mailed in my signature to get it started. But it wasn't too bad. I'm almost 50% done with the program. The quality of service is great. Their reps answer my questions. For example, the other day, they sent me some texts regarding some of the accounts that they were paying off and some of the deals that they did. So I call back and I approve it if I like what I see and they take down the information. The program is getting me back on track as far as that burden of having so much debt and it has reduced working with the debt collectors. I'm struggling a little bit financially but things are getting paid.

Everybody I dealt with or had to talk to or had questions for always came through. They answered my questions and explained it to me pretty good. I've been treated pretty good and they've been decent about everything.

Jaspal is a good guy and big help and very patient. Help me to complete signing the forms online. Took his time and very nice explain a lot of stuff. This is first time that I've been with this program.

A couple of years ago, I put myself in a financial bind so I sought out the service from National Debt Relief. It was very easy to work with them. It's a very simple process. I set up a monthly allotment and they would call me anytime there was a potential resolution for my debt. I have one more settlement left. The people I worked with at NDR were all kind. Even on the day I wanted to opt out, they tried to help me. It was an accident that they took a little more money but at the time, I was angry and looked like I wasn't getting anywhere so I opted out. Then I realized I couldn't pay the debt by myself so I called them back. They let me back in and stayed in until my time was up. When I called them and told them about me being on a fixed income, they worked with me and when I went into hardship because I had other things going on, and they worked with me through all that. I would recommend others to go and get their debts straight with NDR.

The person who attended me assured me that the decision I was taking was a good one by all of the information I was given and being able to answer all of my questions with certainty. Great customer service. Also the offer that I was given and the relief that I feel is amazing. I would recommend this service to anyone going through a hardship and not being able to keep up your credit.

Signing up with National Debt Relief was pretty easy. The best part about their program is I work 15-hours a day and I don't have time to negotiate and deal with all this. So National Debt Relief makes it very easy. They'd text me when they came to a settlement and tell me what they came up with and most of them had been great. So I've had no complaints.

Every time I talked to them, they seemed to completely understand and they would be helpful. When I'm having difficulty with the payment plan, I just call them up and it gets handled immediately. At the moment, I'm still working with them and they already withdraw the first payment. But I'm going to call them because I'm still having a hard time keeping up with the payment. I had a situation that came up that pretty much set me completely back. Other than that, they've been good overall.

I found the staff to be very helpful. He did not push me to join. He answered all my questions and was patient when I hesitated. I am anxious to get started but find not paying creditors for the next few months difficult.

I'm trying to work on my credit and I just felt with the process, National Debt Relief went through it very thoroughly, it made sense, and it was cost-effective for me. Everyone I talked to knew exactly what they were talking about. They were able to make changes as needed. The communication was the best thing. I was just made eligible for an external loan to finish the program in the next 90 days. I'm hopeful that it will allow my credit score to go up significantly. As this has been helpful, hopefully, by the end of this year, I will be able to say that I will try to purchase a home. Going through this process was helpful with that goal.

I was looking for a personal loan to help me pay off a lot of debt that I accumulated but at the time, they weren't being offered. Then, I was offered debt relief, which was what I did years ago with a company that was dissolved due to fraud or they got in trouble with the government. But I had a positive experience because I paid down my debt. So, I figured I might as well do that instead of accumulating more debt. NDR explained their program to me and they pretty much were the same as the other company that I was with previously. They broke it down to me and when they signed me up, I started saving. The program was simple and it took care of itself when I started making my payments every month. Now, I'm already down two debts and I just have two more to go.

But I can call them anytime I want, which I have done. They have also called me, too, to give an update. They’ve been more than happy to talk to me anytime I’ve had a concern.

Service was very professional, explanation of service clear and understandable. Darius was patient and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Reviewed all paperwork with me, explaining thoroughly what I was agreeing to before signing. Gave me instructions about signing into account, and where to find pertinent information that I may need in the future. My experience was great, would recommend to others in my position.

National Debt Relief has good customer service. The people were friendly and nice. But what I didn't get was some of the smaller debt were not taken care of before the larger ones. It was through the same company. It was two smaller ones that were just sitting there and I could have paid those. I wouldn't have been that late. I could have stayed in good standing with a couple of the small ones. I just went through with it because NDR had to take care of all of it. That part was a bit frustrating.

Everything was a smooth process from coming from a different debt relief program. The guy that helped me transition to National Debt was John. He went step-by-step, process-by-process. Everything I had questions on, he answered it and it wasn't like I wouldn't be comfortable with not knowing. The monthly payment was affordable to settle my debts too. Every time they had a settlement, they notified me of accepting it. I only have two creditors left to have my settlement with. Other than that, everything else is done. My credit scores are going back up. I'm almost at 600 right now. When I first started with them, I was in the low 500.

National Debt Relief has been working good. The reps call and get things taken care of right away, so we're satisfied. We're able to save.

The program has worked good. National Debt Relief keeps in touch with me and it's easy to keep up with the things online. I've closed a couple of my accounts and I feel a little more free with my money. Before, every check, I was paying on credits cards and so forth.

Enrolling was very easy. I was on the phone with the gentleman for 45 minutes and he took all of my information. He was so willing to solve my problems right then for me and get it done too. He helped me so much. I've been with National Debt Relief for almost two years now and I do not regret my decision at all. Back then, I was paying close to 1,200 a month and I was sinking. NDR consolidated everything to where I'm paying 331 a month. I'm going to be paying that 331 longer than I'd like to, but because they were able to stretch it out over a length of time for smaller amounts, the burden was taken off my shoulders. So it's totally worth it.

NDR had a good Better Business Bureau rating, so I went with them. Their reps have all been good and helpful. When they're tracking a break, they seem to call me immediately and let me know. So far, the program is lowering my debt which, from the last time I looked, is now half of what it was. All in all, working with NDR has relieved me and I'm not worried about the debt anymore.

National Debt Relief had a better rating online. I wish there was more interaction with the reps. But so far, it's okay.

I called National Debt Relief and asked them some certain things. They told me things that I liked but I'm not happy with them because they weren't straight up with everything. I would never turn anybody else on to them. My credit was 820 across the board when I went in this program. I've asked questions before I got it, and a lot of things wasn't said. They told me certain things, and it was not the way they said it was. Customer service was fine, but the first person I talked to wasn’t honest. But anytime I call someone to ask for information, everybody else has been pretty good.

NDR's reps told us a lot of stuff that I think they were just telling us to try to get us to sign up. So we were kind of under the impression that things would be a little different. But they got us a lower payment plan than we had and with their help, we're able to try to pay off our debt and from what they told us, we have another year and a half left before we pay everything up. Aside from that, we're now able to make payments to try to not be bankrupt, so that's great.

The cooperation I received from staff was extremely helpful. I felt very confident in the way they explained the process. I felt that they could really help me with my situation. Also they worked with payment option. I would highly recommend them.

I had kind of went overboard on credit card debt and lost some income. I wasn't even late with a payment yet and I went through and looked at the reviews and National Debt Relief had the best reviews. They're paying off my credit cards now. The enrollment process took a couple of times. It was a little bit lengthy, but it was easy. Everything seems to be going really good right now. We're getting some credit cards paid off. You should do it with NDR because they negotiate with the credit card companies. One of them was 4,000 and something dollars, and it was negotiated down to 1,000 and something. So, I saved $3,000 right there.

I liked NDR's program. It helped out a lot and my experience with them was very satisfying. Their enrollment process was very easy and the program worked in getting rid of the interest payments on my debt. The payment plan was within my budget and because of them, I was able to make the payments.

On a good side, I had not too much interaction after that. Everything's pretty well handled automatically, and I only needed to respond when debt settlements need to be confirmed and okayed by me. They made sure we talked about budgeting and all that and really found out how much extra a month income I had that would cover the costs to settle the debts. I've been very pleased with all the settlement arrangements we've made. I'm on my way to being debt-free. I had a positive experience in getting my way to being debt-free.

I gave National Debt Relief a call and tried it out. I called one of the other companies and it sounded more like a snake oil salesman to me than anything, so, I didn't give them much attention. But the operator I spoke with at National Debt Relief sounded knowledgeable and ready to help right off the bat. They went to work immediately and we've got all debt settled except for one. The time frame is not ironed out but that's going to depend on when the settlements fall. They gave me a generalized time of when we could expect it and we are about a year into it now. The customer service doesn’t call all the time unless it's absolutely needed. There have been times that I called and they were quick to pick up the torch and run with it to give me the answers that I needed or even with any help that I may need. From the customer standpoint, they've been spot-on and I have no complaints at all.

The service I’ve received from National Debt Relief has been great. They take a responsible approach and I like that they work with us. During enrollment, they asked us to send them a list of our obligations plus our assets and our resources. And together, we worked out what we could afford to do. We’re at least halfway in terms of debt relief. The rep listened to us and he was clear on the steps involved. So, he made it look manageable. Whenever we have an instance where we struck a deal with a creditor and it's usually in our favor, we tell our friends because we're excited. If any of our friends wanna follow our lead, NDR would be the way to do it.

National Debt Relief was a little bit cheaper than other companies. Their rep was a great help. He walked me through it. However, every time I call, there's a different person. I'd rather be in touch with one person all the time. But so far, so good. Working with them took a lot of worries off me.

I have four things for National Debt Relief to collect on and they've done two. The way I get it, if I owe eight grand on a credit card, NDR contacts the credit card company and asks if they are willing to settle for four. The credit card company says they are willing to settle for five. So, NDR says okay and sends me a thing asking if I am willing to pay the five. And I say yes or no. The only problem I've had is, on the last payment schedule, they told me that the creditor wanted $10 a month for eight months. I find that hard to believe. I said I would give them $80 and let's shorten it by eight months. It was odd and I said that I didn’t want to accept those terms. They said the creditor could back out. I said that the creditor would be absolutely stupid to back out. It was funny how they called me back five minutes later and said that the creditor agreed to take 20 bucks a month instead of 10 bucks.

I was with another company and I wasn't happy with their service, so I started searching for another one. National Debt Relief came up and when I called and talked to them, I was so impressed by their customer service that I had to try this company. The rep was absolutely the best. In the past, when I was able to work, I gave superior excellence as far as customer service was concerned. The gentleman that helped me was another me. He did everything and anything possible to answer all my questions and make sure that I felt comfortable. In talking to him, I felt like I knew him for the longest time and he added a little bit of his own personal statement into our initial conversation, which helped make me feel more comfortable with him and that he cared.

NDR answered everything for me and anything that I had a doubt about, whether it was something I really wanted to do or if I wanted to file bankruptcy, they eased everything over for me and I made up my own mind. They are a big help and there’s nothing bad to say about them. If you have any doubts or you feel like a particular thing is wrong, you can take your time and they'll listen to you. They weigh the good versus the bad and they put you at ease. I got a three-year plan and so far, I've already seen debts get settled and all in all, my experience with them has been great.

I called National Debt Relief to get information first then I decided to go with them. The enrollment process went very smoothly even though it was a little hard for me because I had a lot of medical bills. It was kind of hard to get everything together. Working with National Debt Relief took the concern about how I was gonna keep paying my creditors. I had a lump sum payment and the payment was reduced. It just comes right out of my bank account. I was told that the program would take 34 months total. I'm about a year and a half into it. National Debt Relief is a good program and I have recommended it to people.

There seems to be a lot of scam sites, and then I saw that National Debt Relief was accredited. The accreditation was what sold me on it. I enrolled and it was simple and straightforward. They did a good job of explaining to me everything, including how the whole process would go. They consolidated everything into one easy payment, which simplified everything. I do mine biweekly, so it’s consolidated it down. I wasn't so worried about paying three different bills every month. Sometimes the communications were an issue, but I also understand that they are big and they deal with other people.

Being in the program, I was able to pay off a couple more bills. I'm about ready to get all my debts paid off. I'd tell friends or family members to go with National Debt Relief.

Getting everything set up with National Debt Relief was easy. It was a long process, but I could understand that. They walked me through everything. They've kept me up-to-date and they're always willing to work with me. Going through a debt relief program is very simple and you almost don't know that your money is coming out. But I do wish that National Debt Relief has an app to simplify.

When I called National Debt Relief, I was at a point where I was crying on the phone with the woman I talked to. She was so kind, calm and caring. She understood where I was coming from and I got information from her. I talked to my husband and we decided to go with them. I've been very pleased with the communication overall. I sometimes wish that things could go a little bit faster because I want to get through the program a little bit quicker. It takes a while to get through and that was something that I was not ready for. I didn't expect that we would still be looking at being in the program for at least another year. We started in 2018 and I had kind of hoped that at this point in time we would be getting ready to graduate from the program.

I saw an advertisement in the mail from National Debt Relief and I had things coming in threatening, so I contacted them. It's been good so far. We gotta answer questions then the rep sent me over to somewhere else for them to ask more questions and to set it up.. I got it set up on my son's email and they send him updates regularly.

I found National Debt Relief online and at the time, I lost my job, and I wasn't able to pay my bills. They were the most affordable for me to do, because they were going to charge me at the end of the contract. Once I started working, they were willing to work with me whereas others like Lexington Law, they are not. Lexington Law tries to repair your credit and tells you how to build that and spend your money, rather than taking the money, setting it aside for you, and then start paying and negotiating your bills. This is what National Debt Relief does and it's one of the better plans out there. Their customer service has always been excellent as well. Since it's COVID now, it’s a little long to answer the phone. Other than that, they’ve always been good about getting back to me and telling me when they’ve taken care of a debt. They still have two or three to negotiate with, but overall, it's been very good.

We were looking to do a consolidation loan and we had to turn down a couple of them. Then someone along the way online had gotten us to National Debt Relief. It was one of those too good to be true type deals and we were just very apprehensive. But the enrollment was surprisingly easy. Everyone has been really helpful and great with everything and the process has been great so far.

The enrollment process with National Debt Relief was super informative and super helpful. So far, the program is really simple and it's working. They're settling a lot of my stuff for me. So, therefore, my credit rating is going up. They usually send me an email and tell me when they have been able to settle with whatever card. Then I either approve it or decline it. Their reps are super helpful. If I have questions, they respond quickly. If I need to send them any type of information, they confirm quickly that they've received it. Also, the information portal is super user-friendly, very simple, easy to navigate.

National Debt Relief seemed logical to me to go with. They were very forthcoming as far as how they were going to handle my debts. It's going well with their program and I was able to pay off my debt in a short amount of time. It's also been on the up and up with their customer service and I'm very comfortable working with them. We're still within the program. It's still a tight time. But I know there is light at the end of the tunnel and that's the goal. If friends asked me about National Debt Relief, I'd recommend them.

The first program I looked into said that they couldn’t work with people in Washington State. I have no idea why and they said the state couldn’t do that. Then, I found National Debt Relief and they said that they didn't know what the other company was talking about. They said they could work with me and that they would. And so far, they're doing an awesome job. The initial process was easy and the person was very competent and reassuring because I needed to be reassured. All the customer service reps I dealt with since then did a stellar performance, too. If I needed to get ahold of them, I'd give them a call and they'd answer. And when they saw a problem, they'd give me a call. They're great and they've taken so much weight off my shoulders.

National Debt Relief has helped in bettering my credit and paying off my debt. The program is great and everybody's been kind. I don't think I've ever run into anybody that couldn't answer a question and who hasn't been compassionate. There was a girl I talked to last week and I absolutely loved her. She was amazing. However, I've been in the program for probably a year and a half but I don't know how far I am out of debt. I don't know who reaches out and says, "Hey, they have this bill." Also, I feel like it isn't as fast, process-wise. The last two months have been kind of fast with a few credit cards being settled but there are a few other ones and I'm wondering why haven't they settled on a particular account yet. Sometimes, it's a little pricey if you can't do it but I feel like I don't have as much debt and I'm not as stressed. They reach out more than not. I hear from them more than anybody. They're patient too if you need something done and you can't do it at that point.

This experience, working with National Debt Relief, was as stress-free as it could possibly be. At no time did I feel I was being judged for my circumstances. It was easy and everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

I've had three accounts settled and National Debt Relief wanted me to settle, still, my account. I had to pay $100 and something extra from June all the way up to January, except for September (I had to pay $300-something extra). That's never gonna work.

I called National Debt Relief and they took my information over the phone. Then they gathered everything and called and emailed me. The process was simple and painless. The first day, we talked about my payment plan. I'd pay every other week for around two years and I'd be out of debt, and we agreed on it. They draft my payment out of my account every two weeks. They have great service. They're helping me with my debt problem and they've been wonderful. They reps are nice. They explained everything and seemed to care. National Debt Relief gave me freedom. I've got a little less than a year to go and it's gotten me out of debt.

National Debt Relief's program made sense to me and helped me get out of the spot that I was in financially without hurting so much in my bank account. Customer service was very attentive to phone calls and emails. NDR also has a fairly easy portal and web access where you can submit all your documents and funds. They are very clear on what they're paying off and what they're using the money that's being taken out of your account. NDR is very good and thorough.

I was looking at how I can consolidate what I have. I was so relieved when National Debt Relief explained everything to me and how things were going to work. I don't have to worry about somebody serving me papers. All down the line, everybody was great. Even if I feel like something new is going to stress me out, they reassure me that I don't have to worry about it and it'll be taken care of. An insane amount of stress has been lifted off of me. I'm very happy.

National Debt Relief has been very good. I'm more than halfway through the program and they’ve helped me very much. Their reps were so nice and they explained everything. If I had any questions, they told me to just call. They helped me with everything, that if I got any bad calls and stuff like that. I'd recommend them.

I am very satisfied with how National Debt Relief has help me, so far 2 of my credit cards have been settled within a few months of contacting NDR. I feel confident in NDR and look forward for the remainder of my debt to to settled.

One thing that NDR does is they take on medical bills, which was one reason that I went with them. The enrollment took some time but it was easy. At this point in time, I’m in a hard place because I couldn’t leave the program. We decided to take it one step at a time. NDR has a list of my debts and I’m waiting for information to submit another one from two different hospitals. I’ll get that on their payroll then they can negotiate a settlement and we’ll go from there. If I had any concerns, the reps were very cooperative. Because of COVID, everyone's working with limited staff but they always returned my calls. Working with NDF has made an impact on my life positively. They’re helpful and they work with you, as they take your concerns in consideration. The only thing that I’m not happy about and I wish they would do is keep me informed and contact me more even if it's just to check in once a month and give a status update.

I have been very satisfied with NDR so far. One of my debts has been resolved and just accepted an awesome offer on another. I feel confident my goal to be debt free will be achieved. The agents I have spoken with have all been very friendly, informative and helpful.

I wanted to come out of a debt situation and National Debt Relief gave a plan. Right now, I'm going through the process. It's my first time that I'm doing this and we'll know how it turns out. They should be doing more follow-ups with the customer, like giving a call to their potential customers from time to time. Most of their customers have creditors asking questions and sending letters. All the time, the customer has to call up National Debt to let them know this is what is going on. Whereas it should have been National Debt that needs to get more proactive in order to satisfy the customer.

When I started the program, my credit score hit a hard low, but it's definitely gone up from where it used to be and it's been steady for a while now. The reps are awesome too. I never have a problem when I talk to someone over there. I'm almost done with the program and I only have one creditor left that's unresolved. Everyone else is pending payment or they've already been settled. I was skeptical at first, but National Debt Relief rocks. I got my girlfriend to start a program with them and she's already starting to get her debt settled.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was very easy and I had a very good rep who was able to explain everything to me. He told me how long it might take for me to be able to pay down my debt. They took all of my debt and gave me one monthly payment. Based on the amount they gave me for the monthly payment, I was able to afford it. They work with me whenever they have to settle one of the credit cards. They call me and ask if I want to accept the settlement or not, and then work from there. The only problem I'm facing right now is that my credit score is way low and I don't know what to do to bring that up.

Their enrollment process was fairly easy. I gave them a list of my creditors and they sent me whatever documents I needed to sign. They pretty much got on it. I was pretty comfortable working with them. I've heard about National Debt Relief for years so I figured they are pretty reputable. I would call customer service and I get somebody different every time. The only thing is the program was a little costly as far as having them take care of my debts.

It was easy to get on with National Debt Relief. I keep up with my payments and they let me know what's getting paid off and what needs to be paid on. They are doing pretty well with everything. It is easy calling them. The only thing I have problems with is on my side with the fax machine. I don't have an email and a lot of other people have all that access than I don't. But other than that, I will recommend their service to somebody.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was easy. They’ve been taking care of some of the bills. As time goes by, they stayed in contact with me regarding their progress. They seemed to be upfront and that I like. So far, the program has worked well. National Debt Relief was great for me. It wouldn't hurt to try it.

From talking to someone, National Debt Relief was what I wanted. But as it happened, it was not what I thought because my girlfriend’s daughter went the same time as me and she said that they they sent her the money and she paid the bills. Often, I just see one bill and it’s completely different. I was gonna call them because I have a couple of questions. The process wasn’t explained right. I don’t know if they told me to check on emails. But NDR works well with me when I call them. They tell me which ones have settled or have agreed. I should be almost half or a third of the way in the program and I'm very comfortable with working with them.

National Debt Relief advised me to miss payments in order to get on their program which I wasn't really comfortable doing. I never missed a payment until I was going with them. Also, every time I called in, I never got a straight answer. I had to ask for a supervisor several times because everybody told me a different answer. I don't like it when I get different answers when I'm dealing with my money or my credit. One rep would tell me one thing and then NDR would come back and correct themselves. I got upset with them and called them out on it.

I went with National Debt Relief for debt consolidation. They figured out what the debt was and said what needs to be paid each month to have an account set up to pay down the amounts I owed. If they have any kind of settlement that comes up, they send me an email or an automated phone call. The service hasn't had a huge impact per se but it has gotten my debt down.

Enrolling was easy, but they didn't give me anything to keep track of what's going on, what I have in there, or what's being paid. They told me to sign online, but they didn't follow up with me and I'm totally clueless. I've never been online and nobody's ever helped me with it. They could be more helpful and not tell me to just go online because I have no idea where to even go or how to go about doing it. Anytime I talk to anybody from National Debt Relief, they are not helpful, but they're nice. I would not recommend them at all to anybody.

Their program was terrible. There were a lot of shenanigans that I dealt with and now I'm dealing with my taxes and I don't understand what is going on. I got some money coming in so I ended up paying it all off and getting out of there and now those companies were saying that this was a tax write-off. It's not a tax write-off and I had to pay all the taxes on it. I'm not very happy at all.

Just signed. Not sure about this 'cause it ruins my credit first as I get enough money in acct to pay them. Here’s Hoping everything works out right. They say you can back out whenever you want but to me it’s too late 'cause you haven’t paid any bills for a while and credit is down.

I went through a divorce, so I was left with a lot of debt. I found National Debt Relief through an advertisement and then I read the reviews. They offer a good program. I enrolled and they asked me a whole bunch of stuff to set up a financial worksheet and then they came up with the payment plan. When they did the negotiations two years ago, it was quick. They said six months would be the earliest and I got results from the negotiation in six and a half months and then it was set at that. They always call to ask whenever I call to check on stuff if anything's changed financially as well. It's been good. Everything is consolidated now and I am less stressed. I make my two payments a month and that's it. I'm also about to be done in a month or two.

We have a massive amount of student loan debt and National Debt Relief was able to take on our private student loans. All of our credit card debt was paid off within six months and they've gotten some good offers for my set of student loans. But we weren't able to make one of the payments so, we lost the settlement. It has been nice that NDR is able to field everything and when we get letters, they take care of all of it. We have eight student loans with them and one has been paid off. Another one is close to being paid off. It’s not NDR’s fault. It’s just that it’s a large amount of money that they're trying to pay with a small amount of money and the student loan company wouldn’t do anything.

Enrolling with NDR was very easy and they were very helpful with the whole process. The amount I pay each month is fair. My rep reviewed my spending and got my debt lower than what I was previously paying. I wasn't expecting to save as much money as I did. So, I was very, very, very pleased with that. National Debt Relief has been doing fantastic.

They were real knowledgeable and helpful. They knew the answer to any question I had. It was overall good. Everything was explained to me fairly well. The last time I tried to log on to check status, the website wouldn't take my password, and I haven't messed with it since. But everything's negotiated now. I'm just paying them off. I've been happy with the program.

National Debt Relief came through my Facebook feed and I was thought that was actually an idea. I called and got information. I thought about it for about a couple of weeks then I went with their debt consolidation program because it gave me a better option. They have since pretty much been taking care of stuff that I wouldn't normally be able to do.

We were looking to pay off everything that we owed because we had fallen very behind, which led us to seek out National Debt Relief. They speak with creditors and negotiate end balances for us to pay. Then, we pay NDR a monthly sum and they redistribute that to whoever they negotiated with. The reps have been very nice and since working with NDR, we're less stressed out than we were before. We're in the middle of the pandemic and I haven't worked since last March so in better circumstances, we probably would be in great shape. With all these going on, it feels just like it did before. But we're able to pay it for now and we're trying to do our best to do it.

I’ve been fine with National Debt Relief until last week. I called and was going to ask a question, but whoever answered the phone kept hanging up on me. Then I called back, and this one guy told me my representative wasn’t working there anymore. He was very rude, so I hung up. Other than that, they've been doing okay with settling my debts.

Initially, I was a little irritated because I thought that the pricing was a little high. Until I looked at my credit score, which went from 490 to 710. Now, I love National Debt Relief. It's improved my credit to the point where I was able to afford this new guitar that I'm playing right now. I'm about two and a half years in the program and I paid down about $7,000 of bad debt between collections and credit cards I no longer have. I'm down to about 1,400 in outstanding credit lines. The fact that I gave them less than the $1,000 they wanted makes me happy. I got very disciplined about my spending habits and the way I was paying bills. I pay them instead of waiting till the last minute. I would pay a little bit earlier, a little bit extra. It's not that hard to get on a website on Tuesday when it's due on Friday. When you owe 38 bucks and pay them 40, watch your scores jump.

I'm very happy to be working with National Debt Relief. I'm a year into the debt consolidation program, which is at the beginning stages. I found the cost to be very reasonable because I could not keep a flow. I couldn't pay bills or do anything before because I could no longer work at the volume that I used to and they helped resolve that. The program made everything far more manageable. It certainly massively decreased how much I was putting out each month. I also had a few hiccups in employment post-COVID, and they were happy to work with me. They have made my life so much easier, taking a lot of stress off and I really enjoy every aspect of the customer service that I've engaged in. I did some investigation online and made sure that NDR was legit before I signed up with them. Their program is also good. It allowed us to consolidate everything and make a fixed payment every month. We had two accounts that they cleared up fairly quickly, then there are two others that are still hanging out there. And we hadn't heard from our negotiator. But all in all, NDR has been easy to work with and I’d recommend them.

My brother-in-law recommended National Debt Relief to me. The enrollment process wasn't bad and they have been cleaning my credit card debts. I'm impressed that they're trying to get the work done. It's just that it takes a long time to close the account. I was hoping for a quicker turnaround. Some of the debt collectors wanna have16 or 26 months of payments instead of just paying them and closing them out. I don't like that. Other than that, I didn't have a problem with moving my payments to a different date. National Debt Relief informed me that if I needed to do that, they would work with me.

My son and his family were laid off from their job, and I began supporting two families. Also, every one of their customer service reps treated me very well. They never made me feel bad about my decisions. They understood that sometimes just crappy things happen to good people. And they wanted to try and help. They have always been accommodating and friendly.

National Debt Relief reached back out to me and that was the start of a beautiful relationship. This was my first time ever doing something like this and I didn't know what to expect. I was skeptical at first but after I started seeing some progress, I started using it. But they need to have the patience to simplify things a little bit for the first-time people. Even though we talked, I never knew exactly how their line of business was and what all they did. That aside, NDR is okay and working with them has made life a lot easier. I’m down to the point where they've settled and the installment that I have goes towards the debt collectors.
