National Debt Relief was very professional and courteous. They make it easy for you. Have all the information be given to them to make it easier for the process to run smooth.

Today was my first interaction with NDR. I was able to get everything done at one time and all of my questions professionally answered. It was a very positive experience. I was referred by a friend and I would recommend to a friend as well.

I just enrolled in NDR. Matthew ** he had awesome customer service. He was very knowledgeable. He explain everything step by step. He also didn't try to force me to get into the program. He told me he will get back with me so he followed up with me and that's when I decided to sign up. I will recommend NDR to anyone that need help with their credit card debt.

I have been wanting to do this for awhile now. Wishing now I had done this earlier. It is not easy telling someone your spending is out of control, someone you don't know,,, well that is even worse! However I got up the nerve to call and Mr. ** was not only sweet but he sounded like he understood. Before I got off the phone with him, I felt like a ton had been lifted. I felt reassured I was in good hands!!!

I spoke with National Debt Relief and they said they would handle everything. They negotiate debt, then work on that negotiation until it's paid in full, and they go on to the next creditor. However, once the creditor is paid off, it doesn't come off your credit report until a certain 90 days after that. That’s too long. It should come off right away once it's resolved then they should get it off your credit report fast. Other than that, they resolved the issues that I was trying to resolve. I’m halfway through and the program has taken a lot of things off my credit report.

I wanted to clean up my debt all as one lump sum and they helped me out a lot in this. They worked on me and my budget. The reps were very thorough and on point.

Brent was so informative and helpful. He answered all my phone calls and questions in a timely fashion. I am so glad I decided to try settlement instead of trying to get another loan. I would recommend this to everyone.

Everything’s okay with my experience with National Debt Relief. They were excellent and they helped me out. I'm almost finished with my debt.

National Debt Relief was helpful right from the get-go. Once I got established, put that in account, got my funds going where they took the money out biweekly, it didn't take long for them to get the ball rolling. They were efficient. Also, they kept me abreast of everything that was going on. I was very satisfied with the service and I would recommend them to people.

National Debt Relief was a good debt relief program to get me on track and to take money out of my account, so I don't have to worry about paying it, and juggling all the bills and mail. Everything else was settled. And it was a good thing to do because I got myself into a mess I couldn't get out of without National Debt Relief. So I feel good about it. I got everything taken care of, and I'm not in debt as much anymore other than the Discover. They are hard to deal with. But if I didn't have a full time job, I wasn't a working person, and I wasn't in debt, I would be able to call Discover and get it taken care of myself. But with the way everything is going, I was able to save enough money up to where I could pay them if I need to or just pay the whole debt off.

They helped me right away consolidate my debt. It took less than two months. I was very pleased with that. They were very patient. I have six more months left with National Debt Relief and I'll be done.

I talked to the rep and within 30 minutes, we were signed up ready to go. When I call their 800 number, I speak to someone directly. I don't have to go through a bunch of options to get to them. I've also went through their web interface and I've emailed them. I've usually got a response back within 12 hours. And I got all my questions answered. National Debt Relief also lets me know every step of the way what was going on. When they would negotiate any settlement, they called me first to make sure I could approve it. And if there were any questions or concerns, they addressed it right then before they accepted the settlement. It has been a great experience. I've got one year left with NDR and almost all my debt has been paid and settled, so it's very good. They're taking care of my debt for me, so I don't have to worry about it.

They've resolved the debt that they said they were going to. They did it on target with what they promised or better. But their communication is very poor. When I send an email through their website, I should get an email back with a response. I never got one of those.

Victor was so helpful. Very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get out of debt. Being in debt is like sinking. Interest rates rob my paycheck each month. Looking forward to being out of debt and finally having a savings account with money in it.

At first I was very hesitant to participate in a debt relief program, until today. Brian ** was incredibly helpful, and made me feel comfortable in making my decision to participate in the program. He explained everything in detail and made it easy to understand. He helped lift a HUGE weight off my shoulders.

I got a better feel for National Debt Relief over a couple of the other ones which were into a hard sell, while NDR was not. They are very professional in what they do and very fair. If you have a large sum of money that you have to pay back, I would recommend NDR. They take the burden of talking to these people away from you. That works for me.

Their reps were great. However, they should improve the website. During the process, I would log on to my portal thing and I would check to see how much more I owed, and it was just very confusing. It would say I was still making payments up until next year. So it was strange. Then, I would call and be like, “What the heck?” I wasn't upset. I just wanted to know. But it's fine. I'd recommend National Debt Relief.

I had a very good rep. Mark was his name, he explained everything clearly and was very personable. As far as recommendations for your services I hope no one I know is going thru what I am. If they are I would recommend them to you.

I cried almost through the whole conversation. The associate helped me with every doubt and fear that I had. Such relief when it was all over. Today I am on my way to being debt-free! Such a load off of my mind.

The customer service has been great. I like that they don’t bug me constantly. The service is also great. I'm not going in debt trying to pay off my debt.

They figured out a payment plan, got back to me, and told me what it would be. When I have concerns, they're taken care of right away. This program has worked great by paying off the credit cards that I had listed. I brought in 14. They contact me saying that they have a settlement offer and would I accept it. At this point, I am almost complete with the program. I am very happy.

Very understanding in my plight to get my bills under control. Answered my questions without pause. Told me upfront on what they could and couldn't help me with. The gentleman was very courteous and walked me through the entire package. Sent me charts on what I would of paid, and what I will to clear these bills. Explained what I was saving by going with this plan.

We're finishing the program and it's been a good experience. We pay a certain amount a month into an account that we can withdraw from at any time. Once that account builds up, they have money that they're able to go and negotiate with some of our creditors. With that money, if the creditor suggests at that point, they take that out. It is then approved by us. Everything is run by us and that debt is paid off.

Lamell was very understanding and ready to help, he explained everything appropriately and gave me the best options. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain anything I need more depth in and he was very nice and professional.

Once you make your commitment, you don't realize that the money doesn't affect you and the credibility starts to grow. The way National Debt Relief's system works is fantastic and the only time I hear from them is if there's someone that I need to take care of, and then they'll set it up. All I have to do is push a button then I'm off and running and paying them.

My son and his wife used National Debt Relief and they liked it. I was at a point where I was struggling, and I thought this would be the best way to fix it. ‘Cause I tried to do it on my own with the companies and trying to get through to whoever you gotta get through was a nightmare. National's reps have been great, and I liked the dashboard. I'm not a big fan of talking on the phone, so I liked that I can just leave a message of something I need done. Sometimes I have to lower my monthly payment, and they would do it online with no problem. I've told many of my friends that are going through a debt problem that they should give them a call.

National Debt Relief closed out two credit cards -- because that's all I wanted to put under debt consolidation -- and worked with the same debt creditor for both, but worked with them to negotiate a lower balance, get it paid off. I've worked with a few individuals, and they've all been professional and courteous. Give them a try.

Brent was incredibly easy to work with and very supportive through the entire process. Brent was thorough and responsive the whole way through the process. Every step of the way was clear and easy to understand.

National Debt Relief is very good on when they got a deal with one of my debtors and letting me know. It works better for you when you have more than one debt. Instead of paying them separately, you consolidate the money.

I was researching online various options for a debt consolidation loan. I found National debt relief's website and answered a few questions. A minute later a salesman called me. He was not a debt expert or advisor. He was a salesman. He gathered my information and then informed me that no one anywhere would ever give me a loan. My ONLY option according to them was their debt settlement program where I basically default on all my debt and hope I don't get sued. I wasn't interested in going this route but he kept HARD pushing it even after I said no repeatedly.

The program seems to be taking a lot longer than I thought it would. They said it would take one to two years. I'm on my second year and it took them forever to make any deals with the creditors. But it's always good when I talk to them. They're always friendly and courteous. But I don't get on the computer and check the portal. They told me that I should be doing that every week but I'm not a computer person.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been great! The plan I was put into is phenomenal, and I can’t wait to reach the finish line! With a good amount of credit card debt, I didn’t think I’d ever pay it off in a timely manner, But national debt relief has made a way and saved me a lot of money!

Working with NDR has definitely decreased the stress level a lot.

They were responsive to a person without trying to sell me something first. We sat down and talked how NDR worked first. They've always been helpful. The program is working out fine. I wish it would go faster. But it only goes fast as money allows.

National Debt Relief's rep explained everything to me. I got all of my credit card debts together and she told me how much I should pay every month. But I got confused because I got a call one evening from a rep asking me to come up with $400 to pay up a creditor. But I couldn't pay that anymore as I was paying NDR 300 a month. I thought that the 300 would take care of everything and I didn't know that if something else came up, they wanted you to pay extra. Other than that incident, it looks like the program is working pretty good and so far, everything has been on point. If they make a settlement, they will call and let me know. They've made one and by November, I’ll be through with that one.

National Debt Relief has been helping me and things has been going really well. My credit score is slowly coming up as my debt is going down. So with them, I should be out of debt in the next couple of years. They're good with communication and on their website, I like that I can schedule additional deposits on my own, based off of what my finance looks like, on top of whatever I already have scheduled. It also lets me see pending deposits and lets me know where I'm at timeline-wise when my stuff should be paid off. I would recommend them.

I started off with giving them $400 a month and first thing I know, they were going to the bank and getting what they wanted. I didn't notice what they were doing because pretty soon it was going to $550. They weren't calling and telling me anything. I didn't get nothing from them at all and I had to call them. When I called them, they'd be talking from home with children around them and I couldn't understand half what they were saying. But I did what I had to do. I really wanted the bills paid off. But the customer should get a statement from them letting you know what's going on with them every month. It was really difficult for me to never know who I was gonna talk to or what they were gonna tell me. Everybody had a different story to tell me. I'm very dissatisfied with National Debt Relief. They could have done better and got more paid off.

Person who was in charge of my case was very professional. He explained everything that I was concerned about. I feel that if I had other issues that I was concerned about he would explain them to me. He was very patient with my concerns. Thanks for taking care of my problem.

When I spoke to someone on the phone, they took some information about things and the cards that I have. Then they were able to set me up and get me started on the program. It's been a big stress-reliever just to have them handling everything. It’s now kind of on the back burner. They took the number as a whole, and on their end, came up with that number to keep everything on track and rolling appropriately. So the payment amount wasn’t too low or high. It was doable on my end of things.

The enrollment process was pretty simple and easy. They've been working with me. I've been doing what they gave me to do. If I have to change anything, I email them. Right now, I'm about 60% through with the program. It’s been good so far.

I enrolled in March 2016 with a credit card debt of $52,366. National Debt Relief "estimated" they could negotiate my debt down to $26,183 and add $11,479 for their services for a total of $37,662 to be paid in 48 monthly payments. Long story short, I ended up paying them $53,464 with 63 monthly installments. They made automatic draws from my checking account. I never missed a payment or was late. I have filed complaints with BBB, the FTC, Trustpilot and now you. In May 2021 they said they completed all services and would offer no refund. In July, they offered to refund a portion of their fees on the condition that I withdraw my complaints.

So far my experience has been good. They have been helpful. Settlement offers are beginning to come in. I was just somewhat frustrated w not being able to quickly contact the same agent. He did call me back, & I have been pleased with his advice. I just worry about completion as I have stage 4 pancreatic cancer. I don’t qualify for bankruptcy so instead of turning my back on it all after a financially devastating divorce, I decided to try NDR. I just wish companies would be more sympathetic & forgiving

This morning I started to look into this program more that within a few minutes a agent had contacted me. Very Deceptive. Been in program 1.5 years and still have not settled all debts. After 6 months they tried to sell me on a loan program that cost more and lasted longer then the original program. Then there's the fees, one of the settlements seemed fine until I asked about the fees. With fees, the settlement was more than my original balance. Find a good debt lawyer instead of this program.

The overall process worked smoothly. The only reason for four stars rather than five, is the communication before the fact could be improved. We were over our heads on the credit card debt. National Debt Relief was pretty straightforward and there was not a lot of hoopla trying to get us onboard. I was very comfortable with them and my wife went and did it too. The payment is basically set in stone. It makes it a little stressful at times with the payment plans but at the same time, it has actually made it less stressful because we've learned to work in different ways with cash. We've been on the program for over a year, so it's all good. I'm about in the middle of it right now.

The whole process has been generally decent. The portal is great and they've been very helpful. They set the payment plan up and I paid it. I've tried to be consistent with it. I'm 75% done and getting there quickly. I can see my credit bouncing. There's a creditor that they haven't contacted yet but overall, everything's fine. I don't have any more people calling me. They're all calling NDR now.

NDR has been very thorough and the program has been working out for me. I'm already almost over halfway done. If I have any questions as far as what's going on with the creditors or their process in resolving, they're good with that. It's fine to ask questions and they explain the process. They're on top of things and I don't need to worry about anything. They give excellent service.

NDR gives you all the information before you even say yes to going with them. The people that I've dealt with have been very supportive and knowledgeable of telling me, "This is exactly what is going to go on. If it doesn't feel good, then we understand." They didn't pressure me to do anything like other companies will try to do. They made me feel like I'm a part of the family and were at my best interest so I didn't feel like I needed to look for anybody else. It's been a great experience so far. I haven't completed the program but I did get some settlements. I paid off three of them already so it makes me happy to be able to be doing this. I was kind of on the edge of doing it in the first place but I'm glad I did. If I didn't get ahold of them, I'd probably be living check by check. Now my credit is getting built back up because of them.

We recently enrolled with National Debt Relief, It was a very enlightening experience we had with them. Very easy to talk to about our situation. They helped us get all the forms filled out and signed to get everything going to help us out of our debt.

My experience with National Debt Relief started out very good. But the last settlement that they made was absolutely horrendous. I specifically asked when I was discussing signing on whether or not they use the current amount or the enrolled amount. I was told they use the enrolled amount to base their percentage on. But with this last one, Discover, they used the current amount. How can they possibly know what that current amount is without a statement? I didn't even know what it was. I'm not even getting statements anymore and I'm not getting anything from them. So Discover put down a number and National just said, “Okay. We'll work with that number.”

The program worked magic for me. The enrollment process was easy. So that was a good thing. It's definitely a little bit of stress relief to know that they're there, and they're there helping you take care of it. You don't really have to do much. You just have to make your payments. So that's a big plus.

Ronald did a great job helping me divide my upcoming payment. I had to make changes to the plan due to an unforeseen circumstance. He was very helpful and offered great assistance. He made sure that I was on track for upcoming payments to the creditors.

It was not what I expected, but the person who I spoke to explained it enough, and then I said, "Okay, I'll go ahead," because I had tax debt, mortgage debt, an unsecured loan, a student loan, everything. They asked a lot of questions like if I had major surgeries or anything that might affect my debt and I was really impressed with the way they asked them. They've settled on four different credit cards right now, and I've had eight. The others will come along as the other ones get paid off. It has been really good and I've enjoyed working with National Debt Relief. They really helped a lot. They're easy to work with and they get results.

I decided to finally make that tough call last Friday and I was lucky enough to get Chanel ** on the line. She was able to put me at ease. She answered all my questions and concerns with great detail. She sent me all the information I needed for review to make an informed decision. I took the weekend and call her back on Monday to get the process started. It has for sure taken some weight off of my shoulders. I know it's going to be a long road but a necessary one and I'm glad that Chanel has taken personal ownership of seeing me though it!

I enrolled all my credit cards into the program with National Debt Relief and I stopped paying. Then the lawyers reached out to the company's lawyers. They've been settling. One of my cards was 17,000 and they settled it for 6,000. Now I got one more card to settle. NDR has helped out a lot and if I ever have to change my payment plan, I can just call them. ​I was really underwater with bills but now I managed it a whole lot better. I can breathe now. Your credit is gonna take a hit, but it's gonna bounce back and you'll be fine.

No communication from National Debt Relief. I have called. Reached out. Tried to get help to log into account and there has been no help. I finally got a call today and the representative either hung up or the call was dropped. I am dissatisfied because there has been no communication. National Debt Relief does a good job at communicating with creditors and resolving issues without conflict. I really love that about them and that's the reason why I can't afford to lose them. Another thing is that NDR understands my situation. They wanted to work with me event though I'm not paying them my $184 as of yet. They were still willing to help me make sure that I'm part of the program. Since going with them, the collectors stopped calling me. I wish I had known about NDR sooner.

One of the credit card companies that was collecting on one of my accounts said they themselves had used National Debt Relief and they were very happy. I used them too and the service has been great. It's been transparent. They walk you right through the process. I gave them a list of my debts, they checked my social security number, ran a credit check and added the accounts that we could add. The ones that we couldn’t, they still gave me some advice on how to settle those. They looked over my financials and determined a good amount that we can move forward with and the time it'll take to pay off.

National Debt Relief was really nice to me when I made the phone call. The enrollment process was a little tricky because their rep asked me a lot of questions. I also didn't have access to a computer, so I had mailed in my signature to get it started. But it wasn't too bad. I'm almost 50% done with the program. The quality of service is great. Their reps answer my questions. For example, the other day, they sent me some texts regarding some of the accounts that they were paying off and some of the deals that they did. So I call back and I approve it if I like what I see and they take down the information. The program is getting me back on track as far as that burden of having so much debt and it has reduced working with the debt collectors. I'm struggling a little bit financially but things are getting paid.

Everybody I dealt with or had to talk to or had questions for always came through. They answered my questions and explained it to me pretty good. I've been treated pretty good and they've been decent about everything.

The people I worked with at NDR were all kind. Even on the day I wanted to opt out, they tried to help me. It was an accident that they took a little more money but at the time, I was angry and looked like I wasn't getting anywhere so I opted out. Then I realized I couldn't pay the debt by myself so I called them back. They let me back in and stayed in until my time was up. When I called them and told them about me being on a fixed income, they worked with me and when I went into hardship because I had other things going on, and they worked with me through all that. I would recommend others to go and get their debts straight with NDR.

A couple of years ago, I put myself in a financial bind so I sought out the service from National Debt Relief. It was very easy to work with them. It's a very simple process. I set up a monthly allotment and they would call me anytime there was a potential resolution for my debt. I have one more settlement left. Hopefully, I should be cleared of this debt and understand the importance of making financially responsible decisions.
