National Debt Relief changed the amount that was agreed, but it's working fine for me. I got rid of all the stressful calls. They just got one more account to close and should be it. So far, so good.

National Debt Relief did really well for us. However, we had other payments that need to be paid. We went from $100,000 income down to half of that because my husband got hurt at work, and we still had the $100,000 bills so we just couldn't pay it. National Debt tried to help us, but the payment back to them was just too much. Nonetheless, I was pleased with what they've done.

I worked with National Debt Relief in the past and they helped me with my bills. This time, I want to put a couple of my loans in National Debt Relief. The first time that I used them, the program was not as bad because my credit score was already messed up. But this time around, I had a good credit score and it's difficult for me now because my score has gone down. So it's not really as good because I'm thinking about getting out of the program. I was fixed for two payments to come out. But now I'm down to one because I only can afford one payment coming out each month, and I don't like how two of my accounts are not being taken care of. They're just dangling because I don't have enough money to be spread over all of them. National Debt Relief is only making payments on the two accounts that they have already negotiated on. I really don't like that. I'm trying to find somebody going to be able to help with all of my accounts.

It took one day to take a decade old credit cards problem. That’s amazing, the profound professionalism and how they articulate to average person to understand what they’re signing up for to accomplish. I've had a good experience with them. They've handled my accounts very sufficiently. The communication is good. They have a client portal that you can monitor your activity, and that you have good access to 24/7, and you can leave a message for contacting you. Their response has always been favorable. They also have a manual that they send you that explains what to expect and lays it out pretty well. So there are no surprises and you know what to anticipate.

Signing up took a little bit of time but everything ended up working out. I'm halfway in the process now and the experience has been decent. It's been a slow snail pace. But other than that, it's going okay.

I paid off some of the debt myself that was going to be taken care of because I got tired of the phone calls and the letters and one bank said they didn't deal with any debt relief companies. I called NDR to find out if the cost would be lowered because I've settled some of the debt and by that time, the payments to cover the cost of the service had already been taken out. I already paid, so there was no way to get that back. It wasn't something that destroyed me, but I thought it would have been negotiated. NDR settled everything except for one account and if I would have been given an option to go a different way and settle that one account, I would have gone a different way. Communication is more important as far as letting me know that I could have paid off in a faster way. Nonetheless, the experience was non-confronting and easy to go through.

National Debt Relief is excellent and the experience has been very good. If I have concerns, I'm able to contact them and they explain anything that I need to know. During the enrollment process, I sent over copies of things that they were going to work with. It was very easy. The program has worked for me because it is handling the debt that I couldn't handle anymore and NDR has worked a solution out with everyone that I know of, or one at a time. When they came up with the amount for the payment plan, they considered what had to be taken over. They talked to me about the amount to make sure I could do it and that I can call any time and have it stopped or take a break from it. Working with NDR took a lot of pressure off of me. It was a big relief. I would give them very high rankings and I would give people the go-ahead to use them.

The communication was good the whole way through. They ran a bunch of numbers in the beginning, and then try and get the payments worked out. All the way up till the end, they were communicating the whole time. We solved the schedule and everything worked out.

National Debt Relief has been helpful. It seems like I'm building up my credit again. So, that's great.

I pay National Debt Relief $200 every two weeks and with that, they're paying off all the different credit cards. Then, they tell me what I have left. But my credit doesn't seem to get better. My credit card stuff cleared up and now that I have no credit cards and it's on zero, all these collections started popping up. I have $13,000 worth of collections and I haven't got a call either about what NDR can do to help me or that they can try to fix my collections. They told me that I probably qualified for this program and I would just have to pay them, and they never called me back.

With National Debt Relief, I have no problem with getting answers or anybody reaching back to me. The program has been pretty comfortable for the most part. As far as my debt consultant, I got my question answered fast. When they tell me they have a settlement offer and they negotiated, it's pretty much either take it or leave it. They said "Nah. You could decline it, it's just, don't know if you'll get another offer like that." They say the first offer's the best, and usually, they wipe out about 60%. So, I just go with the flow.

I had a very good experience with National Debt Relief and when they transferred to the loan, that worked out great even more. So, that helped me out more. The program got me organized and kept me within my budget. NDR would send me an email saying what they were gonna do and I would either accept it or reject it. I didn't have any problem with accepting it. So, it was very simple and I had less stress. I had to tell them the amount for the payment plan and we did it every two weeks. It worked out good. Working with NDR was wonderful and now, I feel relieved when I go looking and my credit has worth. It has gone up.

The enrollment process was straightforward and we didn't have any hiccups with it. We talked to the negotiator in the very beginning and everything was answered upfront. If they need a form or need a signature, they reach out to us and we complete it. They've been working the account good. We get an offer and they call, and we say yes or no and we keep moving. The program was what they said they would do and the experience with National Debt Relief went as expected. We have gotten rid of about 20 accounts so we have about three left that we're working on.

I really liked my supervisor that was there at the end. She was very supportive and positive during this whole thing. I wanted to make a final settlement with Nordstrom, my last creditor, for several weeks and months, because I had enough money. But no one was reaching out to me, so I reached out to her for over a period of several weeks. Apparently, she had gotten a different job in the company and was no longer doing that position. National Debt Relief sat down with me, I gave them all of my bills, and they went from there. They negotiated with all the people that I owe. They took so much a week out of our check, put it in my account, and distributed it when they got it. I’m comfortable with them. I got a direct line to them or I can go online and look it up, and it tells me who they’ve negotiated with and how much it was. They’ve saved us quite a bit of money. They did a good job and got us out of debt. We’re almost to the point that we owe nothing. All we owe now is our house, and it'd be paid off this time next year, so we'll be debt free. They have to just get out of the credit card now, and we've stayed out of debt after that. We were able to concentrate on paying that off instead of having to worry about the credit cards.

I've worked with several representatives because we've been with National Debt Relief for almost two years and they've all been very nice and professional. When we first started, I didn't understand the commission that they took off one of the first debts that they settled. So, I was wondering why but once they explained it to me, I understood. Their commission was 10% of the original debt and that made more sense as to why the payments weren’t being completed. They're a very good company to work with. They negotiate your debts down because before we were on the National Debt Relief program, we were paying about 2,200 a month in credit card bills and on NDR, we're paying a little less than 800 a month.

National Debt Relief put me on the plan to lower my debt. The reps were almost always very helpful and offered plenty of information. But I remember two times that I had somebody on the phone that wasn't great or disconnected and didn't call back. I didn't understand the fees very well throughout but there was more benefit than not, so I didn’t mind them. After I paid off my first credit card credit account, I immediately noticed changes in my credit score as I was going. So, it was nice to have that immediate output.

We went with a massive loan to take care of all the credit cards that we had and one lump sum payment, which is nice. The reps were courteous. They weren't just there to say, "We got your money and we'll take care of this." Every step of the way, they were pretty helpful.

They've been real good with keeping us informed of what's going on. I’ve been happy with the customer service on their end. It's been a pretty easy experience for a not so easy situation. They had some offers early on that we couldn't meet the terms of financially. But since then, all but one has been settled, and it looks like we're in good shape and on track to have that taken care of pretty soon.

Everybody was helpful in explaining things to us. They were patient with us. There were times that we couldn't pay and they would get us right back on track. We made our final payment not too long ago, so it should be done. They've settled all the accounts. It's convenient to have someone settle your debt for you especially when you have a busy life.

Hello. My experience I had was so awesome. She was so patient, kind and caring? She understood everything that I was going through. The representative that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He created a contract for me that was in my email the next day. He went over each section of the contract and answered any questions I had about the contract and the process.

The first person was very nice then I've been dealing with a couple of other people, and it's hit-and-miss depending on who you get. But they've all been very nice and professional. They kind of led me through the process. I've had some questions and concerns, but they've worked with me so far. Working with National Debt Relief is taking up some time in my life but and hopefully, the reward's worth it. So far, it's been alright with them except for one little hiccup. It was fairly easy to get the process started. The only thing that was hard on my part was getting the proper documentation from the individuals that were trying to collect the debt. When it comes to me seeing my debts getting resolved, it's very significant the way they have their whole setup, and regarding the accounting stuff. So I do see the progress. I like that they have the client portal, so I'm able to log in and track and see when upcoming payments are coming, where my money is actually going and what's saved. Overall, National Debt Relief is pretty solid. Their program is the least expensive considering that it's basically your money going into a savings account, and then they help fight whatever you're fighting.

The Time frame was good. Communicate was good. She listened and followed up with me every day. She was professional and listened to my concerns about the process. She worked hard to get my paperwork approved. Due to the time difference she was respectful on the times she called.

National Debt Relief should create settlements with more credit cards. We've been taking longer than I expected to settle some things like the Discover card. It's been going on for a couple of years. On the whole, my experience with National has not been particularly good. It's difficult to get ahold of them. When I call in, it usually takes a while and they're probably limited in terms of their personnel.

National Debt Relief is a good team. They would find a good payment plan and they would ask me if I wanted it. If I decided to take it, then they would go forward with the plan. They're getting rid of my credit cards and it makes me very happy.

I’ve been having a couple of mails that I need to make payment. So, National Debt Relief doesn’t really do as they said. With the last mail I received, I was told that I’m going to be sent to collections. What I know is they are dealing with it already. For now, I’m not fully satisfied. It’s been almost two years and if I’m still receiving emails for my debts and my creditors, it means that there is something they are not doing right, though my payments are being made on time. I’ve never missed any payment before. In the end, we save cost at the end to be able to make payments with all our debts. It has helped me in the sense that I’m not using a credit card now, and I’ve been able to live without it. National Debt Relief is okay, but they should be checking on their clients.

I tried National Debt Relief and a couple of debt relief companies and it didn't go. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't go with any of them. The government charges when filing taxes on that. When debt relief companies settled the settlements, the government charges like the person made that money. Let's say I owed somebody $6,000, and they settle for $3,000. The government considers that I earned $3,000 there, when I didn't earn a thing.

The representative that took care of me was wonderful. He had so much patience with me and I know I had to be aggravating him but he never let it be known. It was always just take your time. That’s what I am here for. He took care of everything and got me approved for some help and I am so thankful.

National Debt Relief took my credit cards in to start paying them off. When somebody wants to do a settlement, they call me. I have a certain amount taken out each month. Since I have them, I don't get any statements or bills from the creditors anymore. It seems to be working so far.

I definitely asked them several times to give me the schedule of the payments for each month and to see where I'm at, but they have not provided that information. But the last time that I talked to Thomas, the rep, he was definitely empathetic and sympathetic. He was also very compassionate, so I appreciate that human aspect of it.

National Debt Relief seemed legit when I was looking them up online. Their people were fine. I don't hear from them much but they got everything resolved. I just give them money.

NDR pulled my credit report and they asked me which debt companies I was more concerned about and what I wanted to clean up. I told them it's all of them and they took it and went out with it. They let me know how much the monthly payments were gonna be and I told them how fast I wanted to get it done. They came in with a proposed plan and it worked. The cost was very reasonable and I like the fact that once we came up with a plan, we were able to pull 400 plus out of my account on the 1st and 15th to the point where I didn't even have to worry about it. Also, they constantly gave me calls to see if I was getting into any more financial hardships to make sure that the amount that was coming out was still okay. That's what I really liked.

When I first signed up, I thought it was gonna be a one-time per month deal for payments. It ended up being bi-weekly and I wasn't prepared for that, but I made myself prepared. Also, if you have financial problems that come on down the road and you aren't able to make the set payment amount that you initially agreed to, it's good to know that they're willing to flex with that and get you back on track.

I was such a good customer and made all my payments. And I've been working on building my credit back up. NDR offered me the last $4,000 to get a loan through another company that they work with to pay off so they could go to the creditors and pay off the rest of my debt, negotiate the price for what I owe, and get a lower price. Then whatever they come up with, that's what I will borrow.

Once that happened, it practically closed out. There is only one other account that they already settled that I'm trying to convert to a lump sum payment so that I can be done within the next couple of weeks instead of being pushed back to next year.

The initial signing up with National Debt Relief was not easy. It was hard to figure out what the process was, how to go about it, trying to get information. Some process improvement needs to happen in order to make that a lot easier for the client and more clear so that we understand what's expected because it was a little unclear and there wasn't much information initially. I really had a tough time. I also couldn't reach them a lot of times. I really haven't talked to the rep since I first signed up for the program. I was never able to get ahold of them and he never responded to me. But by then, I was already committed to the program because I already signed up for it. I know that it's there and I know I can log in, but it's not useful to me.

Today talking with the person this morning was a pleasant and kind. I felt better after all we talk about and what he read and going into this Reasons caused me to have to come to this and I take full responsibility.
