The first person was very nice then I've been dealing with a couple of other people, and it's hit-and-miss depending on who you get. But they've all been very nice and professional. They kind of led me through the process. I've had some questions and concerns, but they've worked with me so far. Working with National Debt Relief is taking up some time in my life but and hopefully, the reward's worth it. So far, it's been alright with them except for one little hiccup. There was a little pressure to get a loan that was higher than the cost of my original funds to try to pay it off earlier.

Was explained very well detailed information done right. I feel great about joining this program of relief for help. I feel like I am getting a new fresh start on life and freedom. Will feel much better once we get over this large problem.

The representatives always responded to any needs that I had. Then the online dashboard shows me where I'm at and what's left to go that they have to work on. I'm just continuously paying and my debts are coming down and I feel much better. It's going well and I'm very satisfied with National Debt Relief.

It was fairly easy to get the process started. The only thing that was hard on my part was getting the proper documentation from the individuals that were trying to collect the debt. When it comes to me seeing my debts getting resolved, it's very significant the way they have their whole setup, and regarding the accounting stuff. So I do see the progress. I like that they have the client portal, so I'm able to log in and track and see when upcoming payments are coming, where my money is actually going and what's saved. Overall, National Debt Relief is pretty solid. Their program is the least expensive considering that it's basically your money going into a savings account, and then they help fight whatever you're fighting.

The Time frame was good. Communicate was good. She listened and followed up with me every day. She was professional and listened to my concerns about the process. She worked hard to get my paperwork approved. Due to the time difference she was respectful on the times she called.

The past several years have been a struggle for me financially. National Debt Relief should create settlements with more credit cards. We've been taking longer than I expected to settle some things like the Discover card. It's been going on for a couple of years. On the whole, my experience with National has not been particularly good. It's difficult to get ahold of them. When I call in, it usually takes a while and they're probably limited in terms of their personnel.

Ray **, IAPDA, Was there every step of the way, could not have found a more perfect fit, was one of the most easy step by step things I've ever done, they are there to help you, and you'll be able to take a breather and step back, and say, "Thank You Lord." Doesn't matter how small or how big, they stand with you all the way, I could not be more thankful. This gentlemen was the best person for me to deal with and everyone I spoke with during were amazing. Do yourself a favor. Get back to life and make things a bit easier on you and your family. Working with Brandon ** was exceptionally easy and pleasant. Usually I am leery of giving out my information because my credit is not perfect. He assured me I'm not the only one and he was there to help. I've just started this program but it was set up and very easy to get things accomplished. I look forward to getting it off the ground and getting my credit back to where it needs to be.

National Debt Relief is a good team. They would find a good payment plan and they would ask me if I wanted it. If I decided to take it, then they would go forward with the plan. They're getting rid of my credit cards and it makes me very happy.

I’ve been having a couple of mails that I need to make payment. So, National Debt Relief doesn’t really do as they said. With the last mail I received, I was told that I’m going to be sent to collections. What I know is they are dealing with it already. For now, I’m not fully satisfied. It’s been almost two years and if I’m still receiving emails for my debts and my creditors, it means that there is something they are not doing right, though my payments are being made on time. I’ve never missed any payment before. In the end, we save cost at the end to be able to make payments with all our debts. It has helped me in the sense that I’m not using a credit card now, and I’ve been able to live without it. National Debt Relief is okay, but they should be checking on their clients.

National Debt Relief helped me pay some of my debt off. The reps are good.

I tried National Debt Relief and a couple of debt relief companies and it didn't go. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't go with any of them. The government charges when filing taxes on that. When debt relief companies settled the settlements, the government charges like the person made that money. Let's say I owed somebody $6,000, and they settle for $3,000. The government considers that I earned $3,000 there, when I didn't earn a thing.

The representative that took care of me was wonderful. He had so much patience with me and I know I had to be aggravating him but he never let it be known. It was always just take your time. That’s what I am here for. He took care of everything and got me approved for some help and I am so thankful.

I definitely asked them several times to give me the schedule of the payments for each month and to see where I'm at, but they have not provided that information. But the last time that I talked to Thomas, the rep, he was definitely empathetic and sympathetic. He was also very compassionate, so I appreciate that human aspect of it.

National Debt Relief took my credit cards in to start paying them off. When somebody wants to do a settlement, they call me. I have a certain amount taken out each month. Since I have them, I don't get any statements or bills from the creditors anymore. It seems to be working so far.

My experience with NDR has been really awesome. They always follow up with me with an email or call me if there's a negotiation. There's also a security question that they have to go through, which I really appreciate, 'cause anybody can just hack into your information. They make it more private and they don't proceed until they get your consent. They've helped me a lot.

The initial setup process and settling my first debts were easy. National Debt put all the bills together and they gave me one solid total. I'm on social security so I said maybe this would help my debt. The payments are not bad.

NDR pulled my credit report and they asked me which debt companies I was more concerned about and what I wanted to clean up. I told them it's all of them and they took it and went out with it. They let me know how much the monthly payments were gonna be and I told them how fast I wanted to get it done. They came in with a proposed plan and it worked. The cost was very reasonable and I like the fact that once we came up with a plan, we were able to pull 400 plus out of my account on the 1st and 15th to the point where I didn't even have to worry about it. Also, they constantly gave me calls to see if I was getting into any more financial hardships to make sure that the amount that was coming out was still okay. That's what I really liked.

National Debt Relief seemed legit when I was looking them up online. Their people were fine. I don't hear from them much but they got everything resolved. I just give them money.

Customer service was very professional, personal, understanding and patient. Being a first-time customer in that situation, I didn't know much, so they explained quite a bit in detail. When I first signed up, I thought it was gonna be a one-time per month deal for payments. It ended up being bi-weekly and I wasn't prepared for that, but I made myself prepared. Also, if you have financial problems that come on down the road and you aren't able to make the set payment amount that you initially agreed to, it's good to know that they're willing to flex with that and get you back on track.

National Debt Relief said they could help me lower my debt, take off some interest and help me get out of debt quicker, and they have so far. I'm in my last few months now. I was such a good customer and made all my payments. And I've been working on building my credit back up. NDR offered me the last $4,000 to get a loan through another company that they work with to pay off so they could go to the creditors and pay off the rest of my debt, negotiate the price for what I owe, and get a lower price. Then whatever they come up with, that's what I will borrow.

I was trying to get a small loan and the loan specialist transferred me to NDR suddenly. I was not even considering going down this path, but Tee explained the program and how it works. I did a little research and found the company is legitimate and highly rated. I signed on feeling like I was making an informed decision and I appreciate that.

National Debt Relief was the first one I saw that seemed to be reputable. But I didn't read the fine print. My balance is on a certain amount and they would need 20% to start the negotiation process. But I didn't realize that National Debt Relief would be taking that 20% as an applied fee, rather than it being put towards my debt. So, that was kind of frustrating. There should be more communication. But I'm done with the program and working with them brought a good impact to my life.

Everything is going okay with National Debt Relief. I wanted everything closed out and I put more than enough money in the account. I had to really get on National Debt to kickstart the process. Once that happened, it practically closed out. There is only one other account that they already settled that I'm trying to convert to a lump sum payment so that I can be done within the next couple of weeks instead of being pushed back to next year.

It's been a nice experience with National Debt Relief. They consolidate all my payments in one place instead of paying all the credit cards. There are no issues with them and they're better off than the person I used before.

The initial signing up with National Debt Relief was not easy. It was hard to figure out what the process was, how to go about it, trying to get information. Some process improvement needs to happen in order to make that a lot easier for the client and more clear so that we understand what's expected because it was a little unclear and there wasn't much information initially. I really had a tough time. I also couldn't reach them a lot of times. I really haven't talked to the rep since I first signed up for the program. I was never able to get ahold of them and he never responded to me. But by then, I was already committed to the program because I already signed up for it. I know that it's there and I know I can log in, but it's not useful to me.

Today talking with the person this morning was a pleasant and kind. I felt better after all we talk about and what he read and going into this Reasons caused me to have to come to this and I take full responsibility. It has been swell or has it, came to your company to get out of debt and then you recommend I take a 15000.00 loan, paying back 26,000.00. So you see I'm not a happy camper, but I guess this is how you work.

I researched that National Debt Relief was better than other companies. Their rep was excellent. My wife used National Debt's online portal and she said it was very easy. So far, our progress has been good and I got a whole bunch of other stuff that they wanna settle.

The work put in to NDR is well managed and very thought minded people. I had a very well guided person and patient and sometimes thought-provoking. It was not long and drawn-out. It was hard (knowing what I needed to do) to move on. Or move Forward is a better word.

There were many times that I've had to call and say I needed to skip my payment because of covid or loss of employment or being sick, and it's always been an easy process. I do all of it online and it's easy to figure out. It lets me know what's been paid and what's still needed to be paid. The only thing that I can think of is a final date that the whole program will be done as long as you make your payments that are scheduled.

National Debt Relief has a good program and there appear to be no strings attached. They are there for you and they provide you with an opportunity to be debt-free within a certain span of time. Working with them has freed me from the debt that I had incurred and helped me to see further and to see better. Their website is great too. Once I log in, it gives me a picture of where I am, what has happened, and everything in graphic form as well as numeric form. The personnel also seems to be very interested in the people that they're working with. Overall, it's doing what its purpose is and that's good.

I have been wanting to do this for awhile now. Wishing now I had done this earlier. It is not easy telling someone your spending is out of control, someone you don't know,,, well that is even worse! However I got up the nerve to call and Mr. ** was not only sweet but he sounded like he understood. Before I got off the phone with him, I felt like a ton had been lifted. I wanted to clean up my debt all as one lump sum and they helped me out a lot in this. They worked on me and my budget. The reps were very thorough and on point.

I spoke with National Debt Relief and they said they would handle everything. They negotiate debt, then work on that negotiation until it's paid in full, and they go on to the next creditor. However, once the creditor is paid off, it doesn't come off your credit report until a certain 90 days after that. That’s too long. It should come off right away once it's resolved then they should get it off your credit report fast. Other than that, they resolved the issues that I was trying to resolve. I’m halfway through and the program has taken a lot of things off my credit report.

Brent was so informative and helpful. He answered all my phone calls and questions in a timely fashion. I am so glad I decided to try settlement instead of trying to get another loan. I would recommend this to everyone.

Everything’s okay with my experience with National Debt Relief. They were excellent and they helped me out. I'm almost finished with my debt.

They helped me right away consolidate my debt. It took less than two months. I was very pleased with that. They were very patient. I have six more months left with National Debt Relief and I'll be done.

National Debt Relief was a good debt relief program to get me on track and to take money out of my account, so I don't have to worry about paying it, and juggling all the bills and mail. Everything else was settled. And it was a good thing to do because I got myself into a mess I couldn't get out of without National Debt Relief. So I feel good about it. I got everything taken care of, and I'm not in debt as much anymore other than the Discover. They are hard to deal with. But if I didn't have a full time job, I wasn't a working person, and I wasn't in debt, I would be able to call Discover and get it taken care of myself. But with the way everything is going, I was able to save enough money up to where I could pay them if I need to or just pay the whole debt off.

They've resolved the debt that they said they were going to. They did it on target with what they promised or better. But their communication is very poor. When I send an email through their website, I should get an email back with a response. I never got one of those.

I talked to the rep and within 30 minutes, we were signed up ready to go. When I call their 800 number, I speak to someone directly. I don't have to go through a bunch of options to get to them. I've also went through their web interface and I've emailed them. I've usually got a response back within 12 hours. And I got all my questions answered. National Debt Relief also lets me know every step of the way what was going on. When they would negotiate any settlement, they called me first to make sure I could approve it. And if there were any questions or concerns, they addressed it right then before they accepted the settlement. It has been a great experience. I've got one year left with NDR and almost all my debt has been paid and settled, so it's very good. They're taking care of my debt for me, so I don't have to worry about it.

Victor was so helpful. Very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get out of debt. Being in debt is like sinking. Interest rates rob my paycheck each month. Looking forward to being out of debt and finally having a savings account with money in it.

At first I was very hesitant to participate in a debt relief program, until today. Brian ** was incredibly helpful, and made me feel comfortable in making my decision to participate in the program. Their reps were great. However, they should improve the website. During the process, I would log on to my portal thing and I would check to see how much more I owed, and it was just very confusing. It would say I was still making payments up until next year. So it was strange. Then, I would call and be like, “What the heck?” I wasn't upset. I just wanted to know. But it's fine. I'd recommend National Debt Relief.

I got a better feel for National Debt Relief over a couple of the other ones which were into a hard sell, while NDR was not. They are very professional in what they do and very fair. If you have a large sum of money that you have to pay back, I would recommend NDR. They take the burden of talking to these people away from you. That works for me.

I had a very good rep. Mark was his name, he explained everything clearly and was very personable. As far as recommendations for your services I hope no one I know is going thru what I am. If they are I would recommend them to you.

Very understanding in my plight to get my bills under control. Answered my questions without pause. Told me upfront on what they could and couldn't help me with. The gentleman was very courteous and walked me through the entire package. Sent me charts on what I would of paid, and what I will to clear these bills. Explained what I was saving by going with this plan.

We're finishing the program and it's been a good experience. We pay a certain amount a month into an account that we can withdraw from at any time. Once that account builds up, they have money that they're able to go and negotiate with some of our creditors. With that money, if the creditor suggests at that point, they take that out. It is then approved by us. Everything is run by us and that debt is paid off.

Lamell was very understanding and ready to help, he explained everything appropriately and gave me the best options. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain anything I need more depth in and he was very nice and professional.

Once you make your commitment, you don't realize that the money doesn't affect you and the credibility starts to grow. The way National Debt Relief's system works is fantastic and the only time I hear from them is if there's someone that I need to take care of, and then they'll set it up. All I have to do is push a button then I'm off and running and paying them.

My son and his wife used National Debt Relief and they liked it. I was at a point where I was struggling, and I thought this would be the best way to fix it. ‘Cause I tried to do it on my own with the companies and trying to get through to whoever you gotta get through was a nightmare. National's reps have been great, and I liked the dashboard. I'm not a big fan of talking on the phone, so I liked that I can just leave a message of something I need done. Sometimes I have to lower my monthly payment, and they would do it online with no problem. I've told many of my friends that are going through a debt problem that they should give them a call.

National Debt Relief closed out two credit cards -- because that's all I wanted to put under debt consolidation -- and worked with the same debt creditor for both, but worked with them to negotiate a lower balance, get it paid off. I've worked with a few individuals, and they've all been professional and courteous. Give them a try.

I was researching online various options for a debt consolidation loan. I found National debt relief's website and answered a few questions. A minute later a salesman called me. He was not a debt expert or advisor. He was a salesman. He gathered my information and then informed me that no one anywhere would ever give me a loan. My ONLY option according to them was their debt settlement program where I basically default on all my debt and hope I don't get sued. I wasn't interested in going this route but he kept HARD pushing it even after I said no repeatedly.

The program seems to be taking a lot longer than I thought it would. They said it would take one to two years. I'm on my second year and it took them forever to make any deals with the creditors. But it's always good when I talk to them. They're always friendly and courteous. But I don't get on the computer and check the portal. They told me that I should be doing that every week but I'm not a computer person.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been great! The plan I was put into is phenomenal, and I can’t wait to reach the finish line! National Debt Relief's rep explained everything to me. I got all of my credit card debts together and she told me how much I should pay every month. But I got confused because I got a call one evening from a rep asking me to come up with $400 to pay up a creditor. But I couldn't pay that anymore as I was paying NDR 300 a month. I thought that the 300 would take care of everything and I didn't know that if something else came up, they wanted you to pay extra. Other than that incident, it looks like the program is working pretty good and so far, everything has been on point. If they make a settlement, they will call and let me know. They've made one and by November, I’ll be through with that one.

National Debt Relief has been helping me and things has been going really well. My credit score is slowly coming up as my debt is going down. So with them, I should be out of debt in the next couple of years. They're good with communication and on their website, I like that I can schedule additional deposits on my own, based off of what my finance looks like, on top of whatever I already have scheduled. It also lets me see pending deposits and lets me know where I'm at timeline-wise when my stuff should be paid off. I would recommend them.

I started off with giving them $400 a month and first thing I know, they were going to the bank and getting what they wanted. I didn't notice what they were doing because pretty soon it was going to $550. They weren't calling and telling me anything. I didn't get nothing from them at all and I had to call them. When I called them, they'd be talking from home with children around them and I couldn't understand half what they were saying. But I did what I had to do. I really wanted the bills paid off. But the customer should get a statement from them letting you know what's going on with them every month. It was really difficult for me to never know who I was gonna talk to or what they were gonna tell me. Everybody had a different story to tell me. I'm very dissatisfied with National Debt Relief. They could have done better and got more paid off.

When I spoke to someone on the phone, they took some information about things and the cards that I have. Then they were able to set me up and get me started on the program. It's been a big stress-reliever just to have them handling everything. It’s now kind of on the back burner. They took the number as a whole, and on their end, came up with that number to keep everything on track and rolling appropriately. So the payment amount wasn’t too low or high. It was doable on my end of things.

The enrollment process was pretty simple and easy. They've been working with me. I've been doing what they gave me to do. If I have to change anything, I email them. Right now, I'm about 60% through with the program. It’s been good so far.

I enrolled in March 2016 with a credit card debt of $52,366. National Debt Relief "estimated" they could negotiate my debt down to $26,183 and add $11,479 for their services for a total of $37,662 to be paid in 48 monthly payments. Long story short, I ended up paying them $53,464 with 63 monthly installments. They made automatic draws from my checking account. I never missed a payment or was late. I have filed complaints with BBB, the FTC, Trustpilot and now you. In May 2021 they said they completed all services and would offer no refund. In July, they offered to refund a portion of their fees on the condition that I withdraw my complaints.
