Sabrina was very helpful and knowledgeable when explaining the program to me. I was skeptical about joining the program but she put my mind at ease. I feel like I made the right decision to help get my financials back on track. I’m exciting to start in my journey towards being debt free!

I don't feel like we got all our answers on all our debt first. Also he said, "Contact me anytime" and when I did after we signed he never got back to us. We have a debt we need added and still waiting for an answer. It will help us out but they weren't clear on what could or couldn't be included.

The service is excellent. It takes very little time to sign up to see if you qualify. I now I have a manageable monthly payment. The stress of having to out-of-control credit cards is over. National Debt Relief is highly recommended and has a great Better Business Bureau number of 4.8. I’m very glad that I contacted them. The communication was excellent. They told me of two programs I could qualify for I qualified for them for one of them and now I can sleep.

I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism I received on my phone call to apply for debt forgiveness. The person I spoke to walked me through everything step for step and explained everything so I could understand and make me more comfortable with my decisions and put me at ease through the whole process and I would recommend them in the future to anybody who asked for advice.

Tivon was incredibly patient and kind, and helped me normalize my worries through each part of the process. NDR has made significant strides in settling my debt. A couple of accounts have been paid in full, most of the rest have reasonable payment arrangements made. So far I am very satisfied with their efforts on my behalf. They send me monthly updates and their website is easy to negotiate to keep on top of things.
