During the enrollment process with National Debt Relief, I spoke with somebody and gave him my bills and income information as well as all my debts that I needed help with. They came up with an amount that sounded easy and fair to me, and it's been manageable. I haven't had any problems with having to pay that. I can look at everything online on my account or the offers that I get to put another creditor to add to the program to start making a settlement with. The reps have been all helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

I wish I could have a little more control fine tuning over when the money comes out because my account is constantly going negative. Every two weeks, on average, it'll be a different day that the money will come out. But I've been getting better at that by making sure that all that week, I've got that extra money in my account for NDR. I also wish I would receive more regular updates. I sign in every few months just to check and see where the money is going. Other than that, I don't hear from them, and I assume no news is good news.

IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME THAT FOR THIS TO WORK...I have to NOT be talking and paying the debt. I have to create a hardship, hard nose character and cancel all auto pays and etc... even get a new account numbers on my retirement check deposits. The credit card people will then talk to NDR and settle for something less than they want.

I was looking at all the reviews and NDR had a good rating. They told me my credit rating would drop until all of my debt is complete. Everything's been wonderful so far.

The person who took me through the initial process made me feel secure and confident that we could take care of it. I really appreciated the comfort, the confidence, the ease, the ability to sign up, and the understanding of the cost. But what should be provided upfront is the full disclosure of the fees -- not just the percentage but the actual total amount. That's not very clear. There are taxes and everything else involved and people don't realize that until later. It's explained but having that in writing upfront would help avoid questions in the future.

Working with National Debt Relief was pretty good. I could see everything that they were doing online and they got a lower and lower quote from the creditors. They got rid of all of my debts and I don't have to worry about anybody coming to collect property or anything anymore. I don't have to worry about losing finances that if I have it in my bank, they can take it when they want. I saved $9,000 going through National Debt Relief.

Their customer service was superior when I initially contacted them and they made me feel comfortable. I really like how they're able to talk to me. They told me it can take up to a couple of years to get things settled, which is fine, and I was able to see some things get settled right away. They've been doing a great job for me.

It takes so long for payments to reflect on the dashboard and it freaked me out. I almost flipped out and I called them. There are just some things that need to be a little bit clearer. Also, I had three credit cards and I was really disappointed with the third that I was threatened to be sued if I didn't go along with the amount that they said. Other than that, NDR did really well on the first two. They went down 50% and they saved me a lot of money. It's worth it but I would like people to reach out more often with a phone call or an email about how things are going. Like right now, I would love to get an email telling me exactly how much my balance is and how many more payments do I have to go.

The man I dealt with the whole time was very helpful and kind. Made sure I understood everything. I am so Glad to have gotten ahold of them regarding my debt. My agent did everything he could think of to help me out.

I thought that I would never be able to get out of debt till I spoke with a very nice representative. They explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. They showed me the light at the end of what I thought was a never ending tunnel.

National Debt Relief is slow on getting things resolved. I was unimpressed. NDR could do a more active role in calling the creditors up and telling them to leave us alone, and that we’re in the program and we’re working things out. So, it seems like NDR has not done a lot. They gotta have money in the bank to make the settlements but it was a little bit disappointing that we're still getting harassed by the creditors. I thought that was gonna go away and that things would be happening sooner. It’s waiting for four or five months till they get money accumulated and settle with someone else. Then wait another four or five months. I'm surprised it works that way.

It's a quick and easy process to start. But I continually check their stuff because no one reaches out. I have not heard from anyone in almost a year.

So far so good, Paul ** is a very professional person and I appreciate the help that he has provided. He’s clarified all the content and I feel confident that we will have all the success with the program that we discussed.

Spoke with Justine. He was thorough and very helpful. He answered all our questions, and then some. He provided us a plan to start our journey on resolving our financial debt. It feels good to know there is light at the end of this tunnel.

Since being in NDR's program, I'm able to make payments and I'm not behind with them anymore. I can clear up all the accounts I was not able to pay. Also, the reps get in contact and are able to get back to me when I message. They’re really helpful. I really like NDR's services and I recommend them to other people.

The person I spoke with was very nice and my experience has been good. I don't have to negotiate too much with any direct creditor. But with Global Banking which they use where we make the deposit each month, the app is very basic. Maybe if they improve that part and have more details, it's going to be better.

I really appreciate the help that National Debt Relief gave me when I needed it. I thought I was going back to work, so I was using my credit cards to cover me. Then when I found out my shoulders were torn, I had to apply for disability and NDR minimized the debt I owed. All I had to worry about was one payment, and everything was done in a timely fashion. They've handled everything well. My payment was 500 a month and I didn't have an income, so I can't believe I've been doing it. The only part that I couldn't understand was if I pay off a loan and they keep taking money out of my account to build up to pay off the next one or to negotiate the next deal. I only have one more creditor that we need to negotiate with and I don't know why they're waiting.

I wanted to combine my creditors in one place and possibly to get cut the full amount and NDR was the only company on the market able to do that at the time. Then, when I started to talk to them, it seems like the people are really nice, sharp, and intelligent. I have the best experience with them and the program looks really awesome. The reps always respond and someone usually gets on the phone and assists me. Also, it's pretty simple to get on a website. If I need to check something, it's very convenient.

The program has worked pretty well and they’ve gotten several of my accounts settled for me. It affected my credit, which I knew of going into it, but it's been a relief as far as being able to make the other payments that I need to make. I've only got two more accounts left that they need to settle.

The NDR reps explained everything very well and made it clear during the enrollment process. They answered any questions that I had about how it was going to work. The reps I've worked with have all been great. I called because I got engaged. I bought a ring and I called to see if there was any way I could lower my payments for the next two months to give me a little break. They didn't have any issues with it and they dropped my payment down by $200 for last month and this month. They've been really easy to work with.

Updated on 12/12/2021: Everything's working out the way it should and they have good customer support. When I call, I usually get my questions resolved or the emails that come through. Maybe once in a while, there may have been some confusion on what I was asking or what I was sending and getting further clarification, but even those were resolved quickly. I had a total of 15 creditors and 6 have been resolved. It looks like we're moving pretty quickly through this and the sooner the better.

I found National Debt Relief online. The signup process wasn’t that bad. I’d definitely recommend National Debt Relief.

National Debt Relief is easy to work with and they’ve negotiated down a bunch of my debt. The reps are nice, friendly and easy to understand.

My wife and I were both retired and we had some bills and some emergency stuff going on. I said, "Let's go to National Debt Relief." It sounded like a good deal. However, we pay into it a little over a year already and we paid quite a bit of money into it. But they haven't settled with everybody that they had originally wanted to settle with. Last month, we called them and said, "We won't be able to make the payment 'cause I'm going to have a surgery. We need our extra money for medicine." I haven't had a bad experience other than that. But I shouldn't have gone through them. It was just something that we did at the time. The bills that they were gonna pay, I could have paid them off quicker than a three-year contract.

The rep who worked with me was a nice guy and he explained everything. The payment plan is flexible. It’s a four-year installment and one year passed already so I have three more years. I’m not going to wait for the deadline though. So maybe one more year and then I’m gonna pay all the money. By working with NDR, I’m out of stress. We’re paying one bill instead of a couple of bills. The experience has been excellent and I already told some of my friends about NDR.

The Representative I had went above and beyond what I was expecting. They were very knowledgeable and answered my questions confidently and were very helpful when answering my questions. I now feel secure in knowing they will help me get back on track.

The rep called me back and told me what their program and what they are about, and asked me what my financial concerns were. Then he walked me again about how it works and how they set it up. Within half an hour, he already set up my appointment plan. Within a year, NDR had paid off almost all of my debt. They have consolidated and settled. One of my credit cards was 10 grand and they settled it for 2,000, Their negotiators were really good and kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on. When I emailed them, they replied within 24 hours. There's only one remaining and it was over 30 grand. The last time they called me, I really had a hard time, and I asked if they would reduce the monthly payment because I got laid off in 2019, and I had lost my house. However, nothing has happened. The monthly installments from my account have stayed the same.

Anytime I call NDR, it's been great help. I already paid off one card. I got a second offer, and I started paying that as well. They were able to drop it down to about $4,000. NDR said to wait about seven months and then if I come up with a majority of the money, I could pay it off. But so far, everything's been good. I was iffy about NDR at first, but I tried it and it worked out pretty good. So I would definitely recommend it to someone else because it’s a great help. It pays off everything faster, and I was surprised to get an offer so quick.

National Debt Relief did really well for us. However, we had other payments that need to be paid. We went from $100,000 income down to half of that because my husband got hurt at work, and we still had the $100,000 bills so we just couldn't pay it. National Debt tried to help us, but the payment back to them was just too much. Nonetheless, I was pleased with what they've done.

The first time that I used them, the program was not as bad because my credit score was already messed up. But this time around, I had a good credit score and it's difficult for me now because my score has gone down. So it's not really as good because I'm thinking about getting out of the program. I was fixed for two payments to come out. But now I'm down to one because I only can afford one payment coming out each month, and I don't like how two of my accounts are not being taken care of. They're just dangling because I don't have enough money to be spread over all of them. National Debt Relief is only making payments on the two accounts that they have already negotiated on. I really don't like that. I'm trying to find somebody going to be able to help with all of my accounts.

I've had a good experience with them. They've handled my accounts very sufficiently. The communication is good. They have a client portal that you can monitor your activity, and that you have good access to 24/7, and you can leave a message for contacting you. Their response has always been favorable. They also have a manual that they send you that explains what to expect and lays it out pretty well. So there are no surprises and you know what to anticipate.

Signing up took a little bit of time but everything ended up working out. I'm halfway in the process now and the experience has been decent. It's been a slow snail pace. But other than that, it's going okay.

I paid off some of the debt myself that was going to be taken care of because I got tired of the phone calls and the letters and one bank said they didn't deal with any debt relief companies. I called NDR to find out if the cost would be lowered because I've settled some of the debt and by that time, the payments to cover the cost of the service had already been taken out. I already paid, so there was no way to get that back. It wasn't something that destroyed me, but I thought it would have been negotiated. NDR settled everything except for one account and if I would have been given an option to go a different way and settle that one account, I would have gone a different way. Communication is more important as far as letting me know that I could have paid off in a faster way. Nonetheless, the experience was non-confronting and easy to go through.

National Debt Relief is excellent and the experience has been very good. If I have concerns, I'm able to contact them and they explain anything that I need to know. During the enrollment process, I sent over copies of things that they were going to work with. It was very easy. The program has worked for me because it is handling the debt that I couldn't handle anymore and NDR has worked a solution out with everyone that I know of, or one at a time. When they came up with the amount for the payment plan, they considered what had to be taken over. They talked to me about the amount to make sure I could do it and that I can call any time and have it stopped or take a break from it. Working with NDR took a lot of pressure off of me. It was a big relief. I would give them very high rankings and I would give people the go-ahead to use them.

The communication was good the whole way through. They ran a bunch of numbers in the beginning, and then try and get the payments worked out. All the way up till the end, they were communicating the whole time. We solved the schedule and everything worked out.

I pay National Debt Relief $200 every two weeks and with that, they're paying off all the different credit cards. Then, they tell me what I have left. But my credit doesn't seem to get better. My credit card stuff cleared up and now that I have no credit cards and it's on zero, all these collections started popping up. I have $13,000 worth of collections and I haven't got a call either about what NDR can do to help me or that they can try to fix my collections. They told me that I probably qualified for this program and I would just have to pay them, and they never called me back.

Right now, two of my three accounts have been solved. The resolved accounts show up on my page and accessing the page is very easy also. I had a very good experience with National Debt Relief and when they transferred to the loan, that worked out great even more. So, that helped me out more. The program got me organized and kept me within my budget. NDR would send me an email saying what they were gonna do and I would either accept it or reject it. I didn't have any problem with accepting it. So, it was very simple and I had less stress. I had to tell them the amount for the payment plan and we did it every two weeks. It worked out good. Working with NDR was wonderful and now, I feel relieved when I go looking and my credit has worth. It has gone up.

With National Debt Relief, I have no problem with getting answers or anybody reaching back to me. The program has been pretty comfortable for the most part. As far as my debt consultant, I got my question answered fast. When they tell me they have a settlement offer and they negotiated, it's pretty much either take it or leave it. They said "Nah. You could decline it, it's just, don't know if you'll get another offer like that." They say the first offer's the best, and usually, they wipe out about 60%. So, I just go with the flow.

I really liked my supervisor that was there at the end. She was very supportive and positive during this whole thing. I wanted to make a final settlement with Nordstrom, my last creditor, for several weeks and months, because I had enough money. But no one was reaching out to me, so I reached out to her for over a period of several weeks. Apparently, she had gotten a different job in the company and was no longer doing that position. But they finally got ahold of her, and she told me what to do and in my situation.

The enrollment process was straightforward and we didn't have any hiccups with it. We talked to the negotiator in the very beginning and everything was answered upfront. If they need a form or need a signature, they reach out to us and we complete it. They've been working the account good. We get an offer and they call, and we say yes or no and we keep moving. The program was what they said they would do and the experience with National Debt Relief went as expected. We have gotten rid of about 20 accounts so we have about three left that we're working on.

I've worked with several representatives because we've been with National Debt Relief for almost two years and they've all been very nice and professional. When we first started, I didn't understand the commission that they took off one of the first debts that they settled. So, I was wondering why but once they explained it to me, I understood. Their commission was 10% of the original debt and that made more sense as to why the payments weren’t being completed. They're a very good company to work with. They negotiate your debts down because before we were on the National Debt Relief program, we were paying about 2,200 a month in credit card bills and on NDR, we're paying a little less than 800 a month.

National Debt Relief sat down with me, I gave them all of my bills, and they went from there. They negotiated with all the people that I owe. They took so much a week out of our check, put it in my account, and distributed it when they got it. I’m comfortable with them. I got a direct line to them or I can go online and look it up, and it tells me who they’ve negotiated with and how much it was. They’ve saved us quite a bit of money. They did a good job and got us out of debt. We’re almost to the point that we owe nothing. All we owe now is our house, and it'd be paid off this time next year, so we'll be debt free. They have to just get out of the credit card now, and we've stayed out of debt after that. We were able to concentrate on paying that off instead of having to worry about the credit cards.

My debts has been resolved according to the money I have been able to put aside with my budget and I am confident that in due time they will be all resolve with the help of National Debt Relief team. Thank you all.

National Debt Relief put me on the plan to lower my debt. The reps were almost always very helpful and offered plenty of information. But I remember two times that I had somebody on the phone that wasn't great or disconnected and didn't call back. I didn't understand the fees very well throughout but there was more benefit than not, so I didn’t mind them. After I paid off my first credit card credit account, I immediately noticed changes in my credit score as I was going. So, it was nice to have that immediate output.

We went with a massive loan to take care of all the credit cards that we had and one lump sum payment, which is nice. The reps were courteous. They weren't just there to say, "We got your money and we'll take care of this." Every step of the way, they were pretty helpful.

Everybody was helpful in explaining things to us. They were patient with us. There were times that we couldn't pay and they would get us right back on track. We made our final payment not too long ago, so it should be done. They've settled all the accounts. It's convenient to have someone settle your debt for you especially when you have a busy life.

They've been real good with keeping us informed of what's going on. I’ve been happy with the customer service on their end. It's been a pretty easy experience for a not so easy situation. They had some offers early on that we couldn't meet the terms of financially.
