Today was my first contact with them so still early in the process. They were really nice. Wanted to really help. I will write another review each step they help me with. Explaining details so they was clear and understood.

I needed help with debt relief and I had no idea where to start. Sherry pointed me in the right direction and got me started on a path toward financial freedom. I am so ever grateful for the help from her.

Nicholas ** was professional and efficient in questioning my finances regarding my debts, assets and resources in respect to my economic background. The underwriting process was quickly approved and implemented. Nicholas ably reflected the professional efficiency and appearance of the National Debt Relief Company.

It has started off well. Anthony was very detailed and clear with the process and answering my questions. But this is based on results so let's see where we go from here. Still a long process ahead. Very good so far.

When I initially contacted NDR I was embarrassed, nervous & totally clueless about what I was getting into. I just knew that I was in a jam and needed help. I was so lucky that Brent ** took my call. From the outset he took control. It was obvious that he had professional knowledge but more important he really tried to listen & understand. I truly am confident that if I follow his advice, I will accomplish this goal.

I had a very good rep. He was a good communicator. He made it easy for me and was very professional. His name was Aaron very courteous. I would recommend him. He stayed with me until we finished. Company is fair. I was told how to stop being harassed by a payday loan person. Overall I like this company.

The young lady who worked with us to consolidate our credit card debt was extremely competent and knowledgeable. She had a special way of drawing us in and getting our issues done. We hope we don’t have to do this again, but if we did, we would want to have her help us!

Got E mails then called as 3 of the 4 remaining debts had settlement deals. I was pleased with the results and hope all goes as planned until all debts are settled. NDR has been good to work with. When I call I get someone who helpful and explains what is going on and keeps me fully informed, they also explain all; my options and what is going to happen next.

Edward was a person that was working with my debt consolidating. He is very professional, very polite and made sure I understood everything that they were going to do for me. I'm very excited to starting to build my credit. Thank you so much for everything.

National Debt Relief has been wonderful. Their reps have always been friendly and responsive. I've had no troubles getting ahold of them. I'm still working with them and I have much less stress as far as finances go.

National Debt Relief's programs worked well. But I wish that they could highlight all the fine print, like when they say they're nonprofit. They do help you but they wanna prolong the program more to their benefit. Even though the accounts are dropping, your monthly payment is still the same until the end of everything. If you paid off 10,000 out of the 30 that you owe, your payment should be lower instead of still paying the full amount for the 30,000. It's something that makes you want to really sit down and think if they were upfront with things. Also, some of the fees are just ridiculous, like $150 to $200. Some of the creditors that they're helping me with have up to 15 or 16 fees and it seems a little too much.

When I called I was met with a pleasant and helpful voice. She was quick to discern and solve the problem that had. I would definitely recommend anyone going through debt relief to do it with this company. Very satisfied with my experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Anthony. I am not the greatest at technology and he walked me through all steps. I would highly recommend debt relief to all my friends and family if they had problems like I have fallen into.

Dean was a pleasure to work with. He answered all questions, was very patient and very knowledgeable. He gave us all the information we needed. He also told us that in the future if we had any more questions to call him directly. Which was very reassuring.

Debt Relief they are Awesome. They contacted All of my debts and talked them down to lower payments so I could get out of debt. Such a relief off my nerves, my shoulders. I am so grateful. We have no info as to any contact by Debt Relief indicating that Debt Relief is actively working to let Marcus and CITI understand that Debt Relief is negotiating to resolve our accounts. Thus, we continue to receive calls and text as well as emails regarding the accounts. We were under the impression that Debt Relief would assist in preventing this continuous contact from these two creditors. They are the only two creditors we are seeking to pay off to eliminate our debts.

National Debt Relief is great. I needed to start paying back my debt and going with LGI was easier than me trying to coordinate with every single debtor that I owed. They did all the work that I didn't have the time to do. I called them and asked them to prioritize a couple accounts for me that were affecting my credit score, and they did. So, so far, I've had to use customer service, and they were very accommodating. Everything works great for me.

I was so relieved when I got done with this. It was easy and Edgar was very compassionate and knowledgeable. He explained everything putting me at ease. I look forward to finally getting some sleep knowing that my medical hardship no longer controls my bills, I do!

When I signed up for National Debt Relief program, I didn't expect to get any help. When Debra called me and she started it all for me. She explain things to where I could understand and all that they could do and set it up to where I can pay the payments that I can afford.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also very empathetic. Awesome employee. He was patient and went through the entire contract and answered all questions that I had. Looking forward to seeing the results of this program, I feel relief already knowing that the ball is rolling and I am extremely grateful. I’m glad that I made the call.

The program has worked really good. I already finished with some of the loans and the credit cards. Also, I was struggling and NDR lowered the payment a couple of months so that I get back on track. Now everything looks good. I still have a couple of debts to go for but in a couple of years, I'm gonna be able to start again with building my credit.

The treatment I got made you feel like you really mattered. Debra was very precise and went thru everything with me. Understanding some of the necessary things is hard to remember but it would not be her fault because she explained and explained.

National Debt Relief is helpful. Their reps were really good. I noticed that my credit score kind of went up, and then they had saved us more money with them working with us. As a matter of fact, I just changed my payment plan because I'm not working and our rent went up to 1,345. So, they worked with my payment plan a month. National Debt Relief is really understanding, and they really work with you.

I had some medical problems this year and I lost my job. They came through and helped me consolidate my credit card debt and now I make just 2 small payments a month. The man I spoke with explained in detail how they could help.

So, there's been a lot of good benefits from having them help me out. I'm just waiting for a phone call back from them, but the process was smooth and effortless. They'd taken care of me. Daniel ** was the representative who handled my case. Very detailed explaining the entire process. Detailed legal and NDR handling of my case. Left me feeling I was covered with an outcome for my creditors as well as myself. Feeling comfortable.

I'm still working with them currently. Right now, I've paid off one of my debts. I'm working on two right now with them. But in the meantime, there was one that was really stressful for me and they did it in a timely manner, so I appreciate that. The program's a little bit slow on my side. But at the same time, it's helped me a lot so I could focus on other things that I'm trying to do with my life. My experience with NDR has been easy. On Dec 9 I was approved for loan thru Liberty Lending- received a settlement that day- I noticed that the loan was not approved as I didn't have money in savings account to cover? Called after being hung up a total of 6 times over 2 days, told by 2 different reps they can't help as they don't know what they are doing. Told me, "I don't see you requested to cancel the loan"- finally after having 3 managers promise call backs I just get an email saying, "We have a settlement for you," so I called to make sure the loan was reinstated before acceptance- it was. No call back no notice- I accepted the settlement- then I have been called back twice to say it's been resolved.... What a nightmare

As of right now it was a good experience speaking with the representative. Looking forward to continuing my business with them. As I continue with them I will send in my experience as I go along. Have a safe and blessed day to the company

Overall experience excellent. I was pleased with the agent I spoke with as he was very thorough. I would recommend this service for anyone seeking debt relief. Customers should be warned however, about how much time it takes via telephone to complete the process.

It was a little scary at first. Reading a few reviews at the beginning, I wasn't sure if it was gonna work for my husband. But because it worked for him, that's why I did it. It only took less than a year to do everything. I had 10 or 11 accounts, and they were all settled within 10 months. I've told people that NDR is effective.

Laura ** is hands down the best person to help with debt consolidation. She It was very easy to talk to. Knew knew how to handle all the questions that I had asked her and made everything so much easier for me to where I just felt a little free. If she can get a raise I would give her one in a heartbeat heartbeat. I'm so happy that I decided to do this.

I was in chemo and radiation therapy and I had to retire from my job and I was living on credit cards. With their help I was able to survive and see my debt go down. I am still in the program and still have more creditors to go but I will say that they have stood by me the whole time. It has been an awesome experience.

The reps I worked with were friendly and helpful but not quite as thorough as I would have liked. I was served with papers from the court. I was being sued by Wells Fargo for my credit card bill. NDR was leaving that to settle last and I don't know why they left it open like that. It didn't even sound like they contacted Wells Fargo. I scanned the papers from the court, sent those to NDR, and called. When I was on the phone with them, I also explained how Chase doesn't work with anybody outside unless there's a power of attorney. I haven't got a call since. But everything else is going fine. It was just those two accounts that kind of gave me a little kick back.

Excellent experience. I wish I would have done it sooner. Customer service rep was very professional and polite. Took the time to make sure I understood the process from beginning to the end. I appreciate everything that was done to help me.

They act quickly and are very helpful. They also give me a good offer and options so I could pay all my debts from credit cards and banks.

I've had no issues with the program and I'm saving more money. Last month, I had an issue with one of the financial institutions trying to collect and they filed a civil suit. NDR had lawyers get on it right away.

They made me feel like I can trust them to help me get out of debt. The person I dealt with explained everything in detail. He made sure I understood everything. They made me feel confident about getting out of debt.

It took awhile. Mainly because so much information is required. Tonee ** was so helpful and patient with my less than perfect computer skills. She helped me feel comfortable with the decision to take this step. My only regret is that I have to end my relationship with my favorite credit union.

The enrollment process with NDR was good. They told me to tell them all of my things that are paid for every month and then they helped me come up with a monthly plan based on my budget. Their service has been good. I’m still in their program. I always get emails and calls when they have new offers or they need to know anything or tell me anything about my account. The whole overall thing has been easy. The people that work there definitely know their stuff. They go over step by step if you can't really understand it that well at first. National Debt Relief has helped me out tremendously. Everyone I've ever spoken to is incredibly nice and informative. They let me know what's going on with my debt. I had a lot on my plate and some of that plate has been emptied off. There was one time when I needed help and I had to call them and ask if I could skip one of the payments and they relieved me one of those. If I ever have any problems, I have no hesitation to believe that they would be able to help me. I've been super happy with NDR and I'd speak very highly of them.

They deal with my credit card debts hands-on instead of me being thoroughly involved. Everything seems to be working well with communication going back and forth. They recently called me about getting a major loan to get better communication with the credit card companies as far as having a lump sum payment. We're trying to finish one-off.

I've been having so much problems. I'm trying to figure out how to pay my bills try to catch up. Never could catch my total cost per month that's 3000 a month. Now I'm only 245 month. The lady that helped me on the phone are so nice and tried her best to help me figure things out. Thank God she did that for me. The consultant explained everything to me so I could understand and they sound confident about the success rate of their program. That is what makes me feel I'm making the right decision working with this group. I was very skeptical, but after talking to Christopher ** I feel confident I am making the right decision. I feel like a heavy weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

What National Debt Relief said was pretty good. Working with my rep was a great experience. They email me if they get something settled and they want to know if I wanna go ahead with the settlement. I just say, “Okay, go ahead. Take care of that.” And that’s what they do. They are getting my stuff squared away so I can move on in my life. Right now, they’re doing a pretty good job. They send me progress reports of what they are doing every so often or I can go to the site and see and talk to them. Navigating the site is pretty easy.

Hamilton did a great job explaining what the situation was. He was understanding of what I was going through and he helped me understand why this is the best option for the situation that I was dealing with. This issue will be over much sooner now that I decided to go this route.

I was looking for alternative options to bankruptcy and found this program on Google. I was hesitant at first because so many programs are shams or require money upfront. I enjoyed the personalized touch of this program. I spoke with the same person at each interaction and was able to even email and receive a response. In addition, she walked me through the contract section by section reading and explaining everything which I appreciated because I’ve been in so many situations where it’s like “here sign this” and annoyance at me stopping to read. I just started and haven’t made my first payment yet, but so far so good.

I had gotten myself in a bad spot. I looked at many options - but this made the most sense. They exceeded my expectations and negotiated my debt in a way that I ended up paying less than half of my original debt. To be honest, that was life saving - as I was unsure how I was going to pay off over $50k in debt. They were professional, transparent, and reactive to my needs. Hopefully I don’t end up having to use them again - but they certainly made a horrible situation better.

They explained everything very thoroughly. I like the fact that it's getting taken care of and I don't need to worry about it. They just inform me when they make an offer and it gets settled.

Combining our debts to get a shorter and arguing slower payment was done quickly and efficiently. Also very politely and with knowledge of the conditions. Very polite and understanding to call back later so he could talk to my wife and answer her questions.

I'm happy with National Debt Relief. I told them what I could afford and then we worked it so that it works. They set me up for one day during the month and then I told them I needed to change it to the end of the month, and it got worked out for my schedule. Then I get on the website and I like the graphs that show my progress. I like how it's broken down to see exactly where I'm at with each company and it's easy to understand. My payments were cut in half from what I was paying for all the minimum for all the credit cards, and I'm actually making progress. One of the companies was suing me and I let National Relief know. Right away, they responded to me. They got a lawyer on it and the lawyer corresponded with me. That was easy too. Overall, it was worth it.

I've had great communication and excellent resolution of debt. The reps are fine. If I had a complaint, it's that there's a little bit too much automation and so, I get repeat phone calls when I don't feel like I should. But that's better than not communicating.

Kim ** was the woman who helped me and I can’t thank her enough. She was very professional, kind, and it really seemed like she cared and really wanted to help me. This service has really changed my life and has been a huge stress relief. I can’t say enough great things about them!

Really happy so far. But don’t know how I feel about purposely avoiding my creditors and occurring late fees in order for them to make a deal. The idea seems fantastic but the fact that I have to avoid the creditors to make a deal makes me uncomfortable.

National Debt Relief has been amazing. They're always there the whole time. They're never long. If I have a question, they answer it. If I need something, they provide it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

There were two debts that were negotiated for 19 payments of $1, and then one payment of $1,400 to $1,500. I talked to them about it and they said, "Yeah, that's just the way we negotiate with this company." But if I have money that I'm sending, I have an excess in the account, why can't they just get paid off? Or at least bigger payments, so that way they're being paid off quicker instead of waiting 20 to 23 months to get them paid off. Also, I don't know if they just don't have the information or the knowledge, but I was asking them about the capability of doing pay for delete and they had no idea what I was talking about. But they've been good and they've been able to explain what's going on and how they're doing things and their reasoning behind it, with the exception of those two accounts. The communication that National Debt Relief has is really good. They keep us well informed.

I lost 10 grand in the program. They told me, in the beginning, I can get my funds back at any time. When it was time that I needed my funds, they said that my funds were already paid out and it was gone and my account was all zero. I didn't get that part out. It wasn't a good experience for me.

The enrollment process was basically me calling and signing up because it was hard for me to pay my bills off and NDR was very helpful and understanding. Any little thing, they'll call me and give me an update upon. I've been able to pay off a few credit cards so far. It's a good program. My coworker is in it, and they introduced me to it. I'm loving everything.

The counselor was very personable and polite and gave great advice. Helped me to understand my failing finances. I hope to be free of debt in 4 years or sooner. I am understanding about principal and interest. I did not understand that.

They were very helpful and courteous. They didn't make me feel like an idiot. If I had any questions, they knew where to find the answer. Or if I had any concerns, they were right there with the information for me. They do a really good job and I'm pleased with it. Now, they have set me up with a lender so that my bills are paid right away.

National Debt Relief was getting high with them just dealing directly with the creditors and going on from there but it was costly. We're not with them anymore. They should lower the prices and pay more of the debt.

I had a great experience with NDR. It was very easy to get everything set up and the reps were very friendly. They called me and I didn't have to do anything. The only time I've ever had to call was when I needed to switch the payments over to a new account because I got a new bank account. But any time a new settlement came through, everything was online. I just had to do a click of a button to approve it and I was good to go. NDR took all my bill, and told me how much I pay a month and what I would need to pay in order to be stable and maintain my lifestyle but also get my debt paid off at a reasonable pace. We sat down and talked. They asked me if it was an acceptable payment and I said yes.

My experience with NDR so far has been positive. It was easy to enroll with them. They pretty much just asked what we can handle and it was really up to us. It wasn’t anything that they pressured us to do.

I graduated from National Debt Relief. It was a lot faster than I thought. I was only in the program for six months, and then I was able to get a consolidation loan to pay everything off that was already negotiated. My credit score has already increased. The rep I worked with was also very nice.

Everybody's been tremendously helpful. National Debt Relief has worked well and everything with the situation has been very good. The negotiation they did was for two years and out of five debtors, they negotiated with four. One is still hanging in there but the negotiation helped out a lot because where it became a monthly payment, it allowed me to make it happen. Working with NDR has impacted my life in a positive way in every single meaning of the word. They were very professional and very good, and whenever anything special was needed, they were on top of it, including through the pandemic. They went above and beyond.

The reps at NDR work with you. They're helpful and professional. They talk to you and try to get a better settlement if you don’t agree on it. They told me that the process was gonna take three years but it looks like it's gonna be longer. But the program is working. It's just some of it are taking longer than what I thought.

I spoke to a representative and he explained how everything worked. He helped me get the process rolling after we came to an agreement. The program paid off quite a few debts and I'm getting pretty close to debt-free. I pay $388 a month, and it goes into my savings account. The amounts that they've been able to get the creditors to drop down to have made up for whatever fees that they’ve charged me.

I spoke with Valintine, he was very helpful and explained how the process works. He asked me many times if I was willing to following through with my commitment to consolidate my credit card debt into one manageable amount every month, which I felt I could handle.

I am very please with the ease of applying for debt consolidation. They explain and walk you through every step. Looking forward to debt freedom. I started off very nervous but was at ease through halfway of the process.

NDR was so helpful from the get-go and so reassuring that I would be taken care of. The customer service was super good. It was really clear communication and they answered all my questions. I've been able to just be stress-free about it and not have to worry. NDR following through on their promises from day one has been the biggest relief. We had a few accounts that settled quickly so we didn't have a chance to build up that account. So, they couldn't really go after getting all my other stuff settled. It was a bit more unconventional but we've been patient and they've been patient with us.

I thought things were gonna move along a little bit quicker as far as my debts, and some of my accounts going unpaid like I just abandoned them. But from what they've been able to do, I'm pretty pleased. The rep walked me through everything and emailed me. He was really, really thorough. We were on the phone for about 30 minutes and he explained everything to me. He got everything out right away. It was a pretty good experience. I wasn't stressed.

When I called up NDR, the things that the rep told me sounded good about wrapping all the debts up. They would get settlements and they would do the legwork about getting that down to a settlement. Then I'd have to pay a set amount every month for so long, until I pay for everything. It wasn't quick and easy, but it was a plan and that was interesting to me. I wanted to know how to do it, how to get out of it, and how to get that debt off me. After that, there was not the one person that I could talk to every time and it seemed I talked to whoever answered when I called in. They would send me emails from time to time and they would let me know when they cleared a debt.

Things were explained very well. I've already had five settlements and NDR has been very helpful.

So far, it’s been so good. We're still in debt but I believe that they’re taking care of it. I won’t have to worry about it as much and I won't be making all these phone calls. They’ve helped me to where I wouldn't have people knocking on my door or calling me every five minutes. So I'm grateful for that.

I used National Debt Relief for a consolidation loan. We had some money put up and we paid off the big ones really quickly. I had about 10 credit cards and four are paid off completely. They settled with National Debt. I've been with them for about a year now and I have more than half of the debt paid. It's just these little ones that they’re negotiating with. They also had a law firm to contact my creditors. When my creditors called, I told them the situation and they were all on board. I told National Debt that I hated to do that, so we went from there. Since I went with them, I don't get letters or calls anymore because every time I got one, I sent it directly to them via email. So it was worth it not for me to have to deal with all the stress.

He was very accurate at telling me how the program works. I just needed a boost in the right direction to get rid of my credit cards especially the way inflation is going. I am semi retired because SSI does not cover my bills I have to work part-time.

The enrollment took about an hour to process but it was very painless. It worked out well. I log into my account every once in a while to see what the process is, what I have in my account with them and what creditors were paid off. So, I do my own research on that as far as progress goes. The website is very upfront and easy to use. If you want to make any deposits into your account or go through everything or if you needed any questions, it's very easy to reach out and speak with somebody.

I've had ups and downs. They're not as attentive as they should be. I currently have a notice from one of my creditors that they're taking me to court to sue me even after I informed National Debt Relief that this creditor had turned my account over to a collection agency, and they ignored it and did not reach a settlement with them in a timely manner. They let another year pass, let a year go by without doing anything. And now I'm getting threats of, “You need to appear in court.” So I don't think the program is very helpful, and it's not what I signed up for.

There have been a couple of occasions when I didn’t have the funds in my bank to cover my NDR auto deduction, so I just called them and they adjusted the withdrawal date. I feel they are making great progress with the credit card companies I owed money to.

The Supervisor I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the program. He asked me to call back the next day, but I had difficulty getting in touch with him. I wanted to get # that I refer creditors to so I might handle appropriately. I also have a question about the "holding" company that they use.

National Debt Relief is taking care of business so far. We got it set up automatic. They withdraw their fee, the money they use to go into the escrow account that they pay the creditors off with. They send messages whenever there's something that they want to settle with and they ask us if we're okay with the amount that they're working with them with. Most of everything has been settled in. We’ve been happy. I’m very satisfied with the program.

I met with Markus and he was great from the start. He walked me thru the steps and explained how the process works. Markus has been great and I look forward to having him help me through this process. I was worried about signing up with National Debt Relief but I feel better since I have someone like Markus help walk me thru it.

The enrollment with National Debt Relief was pleasant. It was a Saturday afternoon call and I was not expecting the friendliness of the rep. He was kind and reassuring, and answered my questions as I understood things were going to proceed and he let me know what to expect. So, I was very comforted by that. NDR took care of the higher credit ones. If I had a question, I could bring it up on the portal and it would be resolved. If there was something that I wasn't happy with, I could follow up and say that this wasn't as I understood it, and it was explained to me very carefully how it worked.

My husband and I have both lost our job due to COVID. We had credit card debt that we had been paying on, but without jobs, it was very difficult to even make minimum payments. National Debt Relief's enrollment process was very straightforward. They were able to work with us and get payments that we could afford. They have to settle quite a bit of our debt. Some of it is still ongoing. Everybody deserves to get paid for the work that they do, and I don't have a problem paying them for their work. Any time I have a problem, I can either call them or email them, which is what I usually do and somebody gets back usually 24 to 48 hours later. The representatives have been very good.

Working with National Debt Relief has been great because I've got my debt and those phone calls and mails stopped. They got me out of debts and they paid off my cards with a lower amount. I know my budget now better, and I learned not to overspend and not use credit cards.

I've been able to settle four credit cards and I'm doing what NDR said. I’m not using any credit, not taking out any new credit cards and depositing what I can into the account every month to make sure that we settle the debt as soon as possible. Whenever I have any questions, I usually call customer service and ask them what's going on and if there is anything new. Lately, I haven't received any notifications about settling another credit card. Usually, they'll send me a text message and give me a call, letting me know what is available to settle and if I want to settle it for this amount. I say yes and we go from there. But so far, customer service has been great. I get somebody different every time but I don't mind. They always answer my questions.

I like National Debt Relief. I call them if I have questions and they go over to make sure that it’s me, and start explaining to me what I need to know. Everything that they said, they pretty much did. We did the enrolment over the phone and they ran my credit. They did everything right then and there so it wasn't hard at all. They do the negotiating and send me the thing to show how much they got it for and each one, then I just send it back and approve it. I probably got about another year, but because of the program, my credit score is going back up. National Debt Relief made my life a lot easier.

It was around the time when COVID first hit and things were becoming very challenging financially. My friend told me that she had gone with NDR and it went very smoothly. The way that they would talk about what they need to accomplish and help me accomplish was very paced. I signed off on everything and within the week or so, I started to notice that they were already moving forward with having discussions with my creditors because they would keep me apprised of it on their website and watch and see how things were progressing. I ran into a little bit of frustration before the end because one of my accounts wasn’t settled and the company, Chase, sued me. I thought that National Debt Relief lawyers were taking care of it and then I got their papers. I have LegalShield with my insurance so I had to call them and get them involved. I needed to respond to these papers being served to me. But NDR ended up negotiating with the lawyers and we got it settled. It was fine but it was still that scariness of being served papers, which is absolutely ridiculous. I was with NDR for a little over a year and overall, I was satisfied with the service. They were thorough in providing information that I needed.

There was more communication with the reps from National Debt Relief in the first few months but it died off. Then, they drag out your payments or their agreements at a longer time to get more out of you. When I started to catch up, I put in more of a deposit but that didn't change where NDR would pay off my debt a lot sooner. I requested to see the statements from previous months because it only goes back about three months and you can't see past that from before. This is the second time that I put enough of a deposit in there to cover a payment and I was wondering why I was still paying on that when I put in enough deposit. They told me that it was going towards the payment program.

Very happy with the service from NDR. Owen was super helpful and answered all my questions. I was even educated in many ways on the situation I am in, and how long it was going to take to payoff all of my debt. The consultants help me budget all of my debt, which was a real eye opener for me. Am super thankful that help like this exist out there and am relieved that I now have a plan to tackle my debt and dig myself out of this hole I came across in life. I had three accounts that they were doing for me and for the two accounts, they got to them fairly quickly. But the third one, which was the biggest one of all, they dropped the ball on it and didn't contact the credit union and it went to collections. So collections got in touch with me and I said, "Well, what's going on?" The rep said, "Well, they wanted hardship letters, they wanted pay stubs, they wanted bank statements, they wanted everything." But it was something that National Debt Relief was supposed to be taking care of. So I ended up telling National Debt Relief to forget it and I just started paying off the debt collector. If National Debt Relief was more communicative, I could have settled the 12 grand that I owed with that company in about eight monts.

National Debt Relief was good. They're on point. I'm in my second year and my debt is almost paid off.

I was unceremoniously removed from the program a year ago without proper support. Due to Covid- pandemic, my ability to earn a living was seriously compromised and I couldn’t make the monthly payment. Rather than offering help, support or renegotiation of the original payment I was terminated. National Debt Relief is the only entity I deal with who withdrew support from me during a critical situation. I have nothing but disdain for them.

The agent that helped me wasn't very upfront about how long the program would take. The time frame that they gave me was not ideal. Originally, the agent told me it might take a year and a half or so. But from what I've been talking to them now, they said it's looking like at least two years from now. I've been doing this program for about a year. I thought I was gonna be out in a year and a half to two years, but it's looking more like three to four years. But everything else has been great. The way they handled everything and the way they explained things were all good.

These days it is very hard to find some that is knowledgeable and professional on the phone. It's either you get a pre-recorded call or you get a robot that lets you choose options. Having that notion in my head, I was surprised when I called the company asking if they could help me with my finances.
