I'm happy with National Debt Relief. I told them what I could afford and then we worked it so that it works. They set me up for one day during the month and then I told them I needed to change it to the end of the month, and it got worked out for my schedule. Then I get on the website and I like the graphs that show my progress. I like how it's broken down to see exactly where I'm at with each company and it's easy to understand. My payments were cut in half from what I was paying for all the minimum for all the credit cards, and I'm actually making progress. One of the companies was suing me and I let National Relief know. Right away, they responded to me. They got a lawyer on it and the lawyer corresponded with me. That was easy too. Overall, it was worth it.

I've had great communication and excellent resolution of debt. The reps are fine. If I had a complaint, it's that there's a little bit too much automation and so, I get repeat phone calls when I don't feel like I should. But that's better than not communicating.

Kim ** was the woman who helped me and I can’t thank her enough. She was very professional, kind, and it really seemed like she cared and really wanted to help me. This service has really changed my life and has been a huge stress relief. I can’t say enough great things about them!

Really happy so far. But don’t know how I feel about purposely avoiding my creditors and occurring late fees in order for them to make a deal. The idea seems fantastic but the fact that I have to avoid the creditors to make a deal makes me uncomfortable.

National Debt Relief has been amazing. They're always there the whole time. They're never long. If I have a question, they answer it. If I need something, they provide it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

There were two debts that were negotiated for 19 payments of $1, and then one payment of $1,400 to $1,500. I talked to them about it and they said, "Yeah, that's just the way we negotiate with this company." But if I have money that I'm sending, I have an excess in the account, why can't they just get paid off? Or at least bigger payments, so that way they're being paid off quicker instead of waiting 20 to 23 months to get them paid off. Also, I don't know if they just don't have the information or the knowledge, but I was asking them about the capability of doing pay for delete and they had no idea what I was talking about. But they've been good and they've been able to explain what's going on and how they're doing things and their reasoning behind it, with the exception of those two accounts. The communication that National Debt Relief has is really good. They keep us well informed.

The enrollment process was basically me calling and signing up because it was hard for me to pay my bills off and NDR was very helpful and understanding. Any little thing, they'll call me and give me an update upon. I've been able to pay off a few credit cards so far. It's a good program. My coworker is in it, and they introduced me to it. I'm loving everything.

I lost 10 grand in the program. They told me, in the beginning, I can get my funds back at any time. When it was time that I needed my funds, they said that my funds were already paid out and it was gone and my account was all zero. I didn't get that part out. It wasn't a good experience for me.

The counselor was very personable and polite and gave great advice. Helped me to understand my failing finances. I hope to be free of debt in 4 years or sooner. I am understanding about principal and interest. I did not understand that.

They were very helpful and courteous. They didn't make me feel like an idiot. If I had any questions, they knew where to find the answer. Or if I had any concerns, they were right there with the information for me. They do a really good job and I'm pleased with it. Now, they have set me up with a lender so that my bills are paid right away.

National Debt Relief was getting high with them just dealing directly with the creditors and going on from there but it was costly. We're not with them anymore. They should lower the prices and pay more of the debt.

My experience with NDR so far has been positive. It was easy to enroll with them. They pretty much just asked what we can handle and it was really up to us. It wasn’t anything that they pressured us to do.

I had a great experience with NDR. It was very easy to get everything set up and the reps were very friendly. They called me and I didn't have to do anything. The only time I've ever had to call was when I needed to switch the payments over to a new account because I got a new bank account. But any time a new settlement came through, everything was online. I just had to do a click of a button to approve it and I was good to go. NDR took all my bill, and told me how much I pay a month and what I would need to pay in order to be stable and maintain my lifestyle but also get my debt paid off at a reasonable pace. We sat down and talked. They asked me if it was an acceptable payment and I said yes.

Thank you so much. You have lifted a great concern off my heart. I had to go on disability and this has helped me greatly. You will never know what a great and better life you have given me. This is a fantastic program. Without this I would have had to file for bankruptcy which is the last thing anyone wants to do.

They were great. They was patient with me as I struggled through the process and I thank him for job well done and he made it easy to get through the forms a lot of. I'm just sorry that I can't remember his name to thank him.

Everybody's been tremendously helpful. National Debt Relief has worked well and everything with the situation has been very good. The negotiation they did was for two years and out of five debtors, they negotiated with four. One is still hanging in there but the negotiation helped out a lot because where it became a monthly payment, it allowed me to make it happen. Working with NDR has impacted my life in a positive way in every single meaning of the word. They were very professional and very good, and whenever anything special was needed, they were on top of it, including through the pandemic. They went above and beyond.

I graduated from National Debt Relief. It was a lot faster than I thought. I was only in the program for six months, and then I was able to get a consolidation loan to pay everything off that was already negotiated. My credit score has already increased. The rep I worked with was also very nice.

My experience with all Customers' Service Personnel was awesome. The second Customer Service for my program was a lady and she did a great job. She was able to process all documentation and signature pages with me, she was able to answer all my questions with a kind heart. She was nice and well-spoken. This program has changed my life greatly. NDR like no other. Thank you all.

The reps at NDR work with you. They're helpful and professional. They talk to you and try to get a better settlement if you don’t agree on it. They told me that the process was gonna take three years but it looks like it's gonna be longer. But the program is working. It's just some of it are taking longer than what I thought.

I spoke to a representative and he explained how everything worked. He helped me get the process rolling after we came to an agreement. The program paid off quite a few debts and I'm getting pretty close to debt-free. I pay $388 a month, and it goes into my savings account. The amounts that they've been able to get the creditors to drop down to have made up for whatever fees that they’ve charged me.

I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered accurately and without hesitation. It was like a breath of fresh air to deal with you and it took a very heavy load off my shoulders. God Bless all of you.

I spoke with Valintine, he was very helpful and explained how the process works. He asked me many times if I was willing to following through with my commitment to consolidate my credit card debt into one manageable amount every month, which I felt I could handle.

I am very please with the ease of applying for debt consolidation. They explain and walk you through every step. Looking forward to debt freedom. I started off very nervous but was at ease through halfway of the process.

I thought things were gonna move along a little bit quicker as far as my debts, and some of my accounts going unpaid like I just abandoned them. But from what they've been able to do, I'm pretty pleased. The rep walked me through everything and emailed me. He was really, really thorough. We were on the phone for about 30 minutes and he explained everything to me. He got everything out right away. It was a pretty good experience. I wasn't stressed.

NDR was so helpful from the get-go and so reassuring that I would be taken care of. The customer service was super good. It was really clear communication and they answered all my questions. I've been able to just be stress-free about it and not have to worry. NDR following through on their promises from day one has been the biggest relief. We had a few accounts that settled quickly so we didn't have a chance to build up that account. So, they couldn't really go after getting all my other stuff settled. It was a bit more unconventional but we've been patient and they've been patient with us.

The man I spoke with was knowledgeable, kind and explained everything very clearly. I am now in a plan to help me be free of my debt and I'm thrilled with how easy it was. I would recommend to friends and family.

Things were explained very well. I've already had five settlements and NDR has been very helpful.

When I called up NDR, the things that the rep told me sounded good about wrapping all the debts up. They would get settlements and they would do the legwork about getting that down to a settlement. Then I'd have to pay a set amount every month for so long, until I pay for everything. It wasn't quick and easy, but it was a plan and that was interesting to me. I wanted to know how to do it, how to get out of it, and how to get that debt off me. After that, there was not the one person that I could talk to every time and it seemed I talked to whoever answered when I called in. They would send me emails from time to time and they would let me know when they cleared a debt.

I had an excellent experience with National Debt Relief. My coordinator was friendly and very helpful. He got me set up in a relatively short time. I am looking forward to working with you. I am very relieved that I can finally get my finances under control.

So far, it’s been so good. We're still in debt but I believe that they’re taking care of it. I won’t have to worry about it as much and I won't be making all these phone calls. They’ve helped me to where I wouldn't have people knocking on my door or calling me every five minutes. So I'm grateful for that.

I used National Debt Relief for a consolidation loan. We had some money put up and we paid off the big ones really quickly. I had about 10 credit cards and four are paid off completely. They settled with National Debt. I've been with them for about a year now and I have more than half of the debt paid. It's just these little ones that they’re negotiating with. They also had a law firm to contact my creditors. When my creditors called, I told them the situation and they were all on board. I told National Debt that I hated to do that, so we went from there. Since I went with them, I don't get letters or calls anymore because every time I got one, I sent it directly to them via email. So it was worth it not for me to have to deal with all the stress.

He was very accurate at telling me how the program works. I just needed a boost in the right direction to get rid of my credit cards especially the way inflation is going. I am semi retired because SSI does not cover my bills I have to work part-time.

I've had ups and downs. They're not as attentive as they should be. I currently have a notice from one of my creditors that they're taking me to court to sue me even after I informed National Debt Relief that this creditor had turned my account over to a collection agency, and they ignored it and did not reach a settlement with them in a timely manner. They let another year pass, let a year go by without doing anything. And now I'm getting threats of, “You need to appear in court.” So I don't think the program is very helpful, and it's not what I signed up for.

The enrollment took about an hour to process but it was very painless. It worked out well. I log into my account every once in a while to see what the process is, what I have in my account with them and what creditors were paid off. So, I do my own research on that as far as progress goes. The website is very upfront and easy to use. If you want to make any deposits into your account or go through everything or if you needed any questions, it's very easy to reach out and speak with somebody.

There have been a couple of occasions when I didn’t have the funds in my bank to cover my NDR auto deduction, so I just called them and they adjusted the withdrawal date. I feel they are making great progress with the credit card companies I owed money to.

The Supervisor I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the program. He asked me to call back the next day, but I had difficulty getting in touch with him. I wanted to get # that I refer creditors to so I might handle appropriately. I also have a question about the "holding" company that they use.

I found Mario very helpful and his acknowledge with my situation very helpful because I had no idea what to do and he took his time explaining everything to me so I understood the process I am taking to get myself back on my feet...

I'm enjoying National Debt Relief quite well and I have zero complaints with customer service.

National Debt Relief is taking care of business so far. We got it set up automatic. They withdraw their fee, the money they use to go into the escrow account that they pay the creditors off with. They send messages whenever there's something that they want to settle with and they ask us if we're okay with the amount that they're working with them with. Most of everything has been settled in. We’ve been happy. I’m very satisfied with the program.

I met with Markus and he was great from the start. He walked me thru the steps and explained how the process works. Markus has been great and I look forward to having him help me through this process. I was worried about signing up with National Debt Relief but I feel better since I have someone like Markus help walk me thru it.

I was so impressed with their customer service, they helped through the entire process and made me feel comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. Absolute life changer! Anyone who is in a tight jam should seriously consider this program.

My husband and I have both lost our job due to COVID. We had credit card debt that we had been paying on, but without jobs, it was very difficult to even make minimum payments. National Debt Relief's enrollment process was very straightforward. They were able to work with us and get payments that we could afford. They have to settle quite a bit of our debt. Some of it is still ongoing. Everybody deserves to get paid for the work that they do, and I don't have a problem paying them for their work. Any time I have a problem, I can either call them or email them, which is what I usually do and somebody gets back usually 24 to 48 hours later. The representatives have been very good.

The enrollment with National Debt Relief was pleasant. It was a Saturday afternoon call and I was not expecting the friendliness of the rep. He was kind and reassuring, and answered my questions as I understood things were going to proceed and he let me know what to expect. So, I was very comforted by that. NDR took care of the higher credit ones. If I had a question, I could bring it up on the portal and it would be resolved. If there was something that I wasn't happy with, I could follow up and say that this wasn't as I understood it, and it was explained to me very carefully how it worked.

I've been able to settle four credit cards and I'm doing what NDR said. I’m not using any credit, not taking out any new credit cards and depositing what I can into the account every month to make sure that we settle the debt as soon as possible. Whenever I have any questions, I usually call customer service and ask them what's going on and if there is anything new. Lately, I haven't received any notifications about settling another credit card. Usually, they'll send me a text message and give me a call, letting me know what is available to settle and if I want to settle it for this amount. I say yes and we go from there. But so far, customer service has been great. I get somebody different every time but I don't mind. They always answer my questions.

Working with National Debt Relief has been great because I've got my debt and those phone calls and mails stopped. They got me out of debts and they paid off my cards with a lower amount. I know my budget now better, and I learned not to overspend and not use credit cards.

It was around the time when COVID first hit and things were becoming very challenging financially. My friend told me that she had gone with NDR and it went very smoothly. The way that they would talk about what they need to accomplish and help me accomplish was very paced. I signed off on everything and within the week or so, I started to notice that they were already moving forward with having discussions with my creditors because they would keep me apprised of it on their website and watch and see how things were progressing. I could see one debt is already resolved. The other one is getting close to being resolved. Then I have one last one where I know they're moving forward with it. It's just a matter of when to start it.

I like National Debt Relief. I call them if I have questions and they go over to make sure that it’s me, and start explaining to me what I need to know. Everything that they said, they pretty much did. We did the enrolment over the phone and they ran my credit. They did everything right then and there so it wasn't hard at all. They do the negotiating and send me the thing to show how much they got it for and each one, then I just send it back and approve it. I probably got about another year, but because of the program, my credit score is going back up. National Debt Relief made my life a lot easier.

I have gotten behind in my debt and attempted to work with a couple of companies to get it fixed however was very disappointed and finally just gave up. I spoke to Debra and she was soooo thorough in explaining the plan and soooo helpful I feel confident this time it will work.

I ran into a little bit of frustration before the end because one of my accounts wasn’t settled and the company, Chase, sued me. I thought that National Debt Relief lawyers were taking care of it and then I got their papers. I have LegalShield with my insurance so I had to call them and get them involved. I needed to respond to these papers being served to me. But NDR ended up negotiating with the lawyers and we got it settled. It was fine but it was still that scariness of being served papers, which is absolutely ridiculous. I was with NDR for a little over a year and overall, I was satisfied with the service. They were thorough in providing information that I needed.

I don't want to be enrolled in this program. I emailed them and told them I made a wrong decision. I went into my bank account and I they took out the money. I wouldn't do this. There are other ways to get rid of your debt without ruining your credit!

The Representative that I talked to was very nice and helpful in answering all of my concerns. She (Kia **) sent me a document to sign and when I could not sign she sent me another email document and I still could not sign it either. She then told me what to do and it worked.

Very thorough with what I am actually getting into with dates numbers total debt and able to assist. The representative Tatiana was a very willing to help guide me through the contract with every detail needed to secure my approval.

I am glad you're helping me. I have been stressing about this for a few years. Some of them are when I had cancer in 2015. And most of the credit cards. Was just trying to live. My sister talk me into some of the credit cards. She moved out and left me holding the bag. The credit cards are in my name. That's what makes it so bad. So would you please add 2 more to my file.

There was more communication with the reps from National Debt Relief in the first few months but it died off. Then, they drag out your payments or their agreements at a longer time to get more out of you. When I started to catch up, I put in more of a deposit but that didn't change where NDR would pay off my debt a lot sooner. I requested to see the statements from previous months because it only goes back about three months and you can't see past that from before. This is the second time that I put enough of a deposit in there to cover a payment and I was wondering why I was still paying on that when I put in enough deposit. They told me that it was going towards the payment program.

Very happy with the service from NDR. Owen was super helpful and answered all my questions. I was even educated in many ways on the situation I am in, and how long it was going to take to payoff all of my debt. The consultants help me budget all of my debt, which was a real eye opener for me. Am super thankful that help like this exist out there and am relieved that I now have a plan to tackle my debt and dig myself out of this hole I came across in life. I highly recommend getting in contact with one of the consultants to help tackle your debt. Much helpful information is provided and feel much more at ease on how professional NDR's consultants are.

I had three accounts that they were doing for me and for the two accounts, they got to them fairly quickly. But the third one, which was the biggest one of all, they dropped the ball on it and didn't contact the credit union and it went to collections. So collections got in touch with me and I said, "Well, what's going on?" The rep said, "Well, they wanted hardship letters, they wanted pay stubs, they wanted bank statements, they wanted everything." But it was something that National Debt Relief was supposed to be taking care of. So I ended up telling National Debt Relief to forget it and I just started paying off the debt collector. If National Debt Relief was more communicative, I could have settled the 12 grand that I owed with that company in about eight monts.

National Debt Relief was good. They're on point. I'm in my second year and my debt is almost paid off.

The agent was fabulous, made everything easy and clear, I felt safe. The agent elia explained everything with details and gave my options. I called to ask a question and at the very first call I got what I need it. Thanks, I know I'm in good hands to get off my debt.

I was unceremoniously removed from the program a year ago without proper support. Due to Covid- pandemic, my ability to earn a living was seriously compromised and I couldn’t make the monthly payment. Rather than offering help, support or renegotiation of the original payment I was terminated. National Debt Relief is the only entity I deal with who withdrew support from me during a critical situation. I have nothing but disdain for them.

We were very appreciative of the fact that they were willing to stay on the phone and answer our questions because we did have a lot of questions at the time and we wanted to make sure that we knew exactly how it all worked and what the plan was and what to expect. It was surprisingly easy to get signed up with National Debt Relief. I found the person helping me through the process to be knowledgeable and professional as well as courteous. I will be saving a great deal of interest on my credit cards.

The agent that helped me wasn't very upfront about how long the program would take. The time frame that they gave me was not ideal. Originally, the agent told me it might take a year and a half or so. But from what I've been talking to them now, they said it's looking like at least two years from now. I've been doing this program for about a year. I thought I was gonna be out in a year and a half to two years, but it's looking more like three to four years. But everything else has been great. The way they handled everything and the way they explained things were all good.

These days it is very hard to find some that is knowledgeable and professional on the phone. It's either you get a pre-recorded call or you get a robot that lets you choose options. Having that notion in my head, I was surprised when I called the company asking if they could help me with my finances. Take note, I needed them, but they don't need me, meaning they have the upper hand. Be that as it may, my agent Yasha was just amazing. The biggest thing that I got from working with NDR was the fact that they were able to lower the payments or what was due on a lot of those things. Although a lot of the creditors were really tough, they were able to lower payments by at least 50%. The program has worked in terms of getting the debt down. But one part I don't know how I'm feeling about right now is when you get to a certain point, they look at other options for you to pay everything off. One of the options is to consolidate everything, which was our first option, and then when we couldn't get a consolidation loan, they were able to find one. But at the same time, it would put me in a situation where I'm risking the creditors not wanting to even deal with it.

Took time to explain everything in detail. Made sure I was comfortable with my decision and that I didn't have any concerns. He sent me all his information if I had any questions. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

NDR asked me a bunch of information and I gave it to them. They've contacted and made arrangements with all the creditors and I'm about 80% completed. One of my creditors served me papers to sue me and I contacted NDR immediately and they took care of it literally that day. It's just that my credit score hasn't gone up any, which is kind of disappointing. But they've been really helpful to me.

AHS was saying that with their help, I could become debt-free within 24 to 48 months from my debt. So, I signed up with them and the process was pretty simple. They pull your credit and they see what's wrong there. Then you decide on what bills you want to attack first and then, as long as they're able to debit your account for that money every month, everything should be okay. So far, I haven't had any problems with it and I'm pretty satisfied. But there are still some things that I think should be gone and they're not. It's a little bit of a mystery to me because they take the money out every month without fail. But amongst my friends, I would recommend NDR at the end of their rope.

National Debt Relief is one of the best programs I've seen. Customer service is very good and I liked it. They answered all my questions. I had to have a call back and they called me back when I told them I wanted to do the program. Working with them has a lot of benefits. I'm getting out of debt. Service and communication are very good and I'm happy with everything. I definitely recommend NDR and I tell people that it's a good place.

I have gotten great service from National Debt Relief but I'm still paying for what it's doing. I’m probably about 35% into the program. I was able to combine it all at once.

From what I've dealt with so far, NDR offers a good program. But after signing up with them, I'm still being contacted by the lenders. I am getting automatic withdrawals from National Debt Relief every month and it's been at least six months. So, I don't know how this is all going to work out. But for my American Express, National Debt Relief has been making the payments to them because they're sending me a payment notification. But as far as everything else, I'm not really checking my progress much. Once in a while, I'd go on the website and I would take a look, but all I know is money is being taken out of my account and I hope that's going towards my debts because I'm putting a lot of trust into this program.

Applying with NDR was easy. I was looking for the best program and for now, besides the three credit cards, I've paid off my debts. I'm 50% in the process and the payment plan that I got is not so bad and not so good. They told me that in case I got in any financial difficulty, I should call them, in which they would drop my minimum. But when I told them that I got some other bills that have been audited through my monthly bills, they said if we reduced the 140-something that I pay every two weeks, then it would extend my payment to have a longer time. I don't know why they would be having a second suggestion and they couldn't go by the same old time frame. I also noticed that they debited my account three times in a month and when I asked why, they said that instead of four weeks, it had five weeks.

Customer service was good and answered whatever question I asked. I started seeing debts get settled four months into the program.

The reps have been good on their info. Every time they settle, they call and let me know. The program with National Debt Relief is going quite well and I’m on my last creditor. It's gonna be nice to get out of debt and I won't be in that situation again.

National Debt Relief had a very easy process and we're happy with it. Within the first six months of being with them, one of the companies reached out and settled. Then a couple of weeks after that, the final one reached out as well. We've had our accounts mostly settled and we're just making the payment monthly to finish the rest of them out. We're ready for the program to be over with and it's a really good process.

You gotta pay a fee every month to National Debt Relief plus you gotta pay for them to negotiate with the creditors for which they charge an arm and a leg. For the ones that they negotiated, it was helpful because I’d seen some results. But for the length that I gotta go, I’d be better off with bankruptcy and get it all over with.

National Debt Relief finished my last debt and I'm almost done with the program. My interactions with them have been pretty good. If they need stuff, they notify me by saying a company wants to make a deal. But on the whole, I'm very upset that I did this debt relief. I talked to Nation Debt Relief and asked what was in it for them. They said they were just there to help with my credit. I didn't go through the whole contract. It turned out that every time they negotiate something, you have to pay them $2,000 for every collector. I had three lines of credit they had to fix so that’s $6,000 plus whatever debt I had to deal with. It's cheaper overall but if I had known that in the beginning, I would have figured out another way to do it.

Josef was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire conversation we had. It was a pleasure speaking with him. He answered all my questions and explained the whole process to me clear as day. I look forward to getting through this process with your company.

Once I submitted everything to National Debt Relief, it was fairly easy. They handled everything and got me graduated through the program. Dealing with the rep was great and easy. I gave them everything, and they followed up and stayed on top of it. They would contact me when they had settlement offers and if I agreed to them, we went forward. Most of the settlement offers that they sent me were good. They put some work behind it. They helped me get out of debt and stop collection calls. In the process, my credit score has increased probably about 150 points since I went into the program and it makes life easier when your credit score significantly increases.

National Debt Relief had good reviews and so far, my experience with their reps has been good. It took two or three months for them to start settling my debts.

There were some issues a few months into getting started that I was not happy with. I did have some creditors that were still calling me that said they had never heard anything from National Debt Relief. Then I got a subpoena and it took me a couple of weeks to get any response, and I didn't get a response until two or three days before the court appearance. They said that some are easier to work with than others. Right now, all I get is, "We've settled with this creditor. Here's what they've agreed to. Do agree to it also?" If only they could have shared a plan of action and how they're going to tackle it so that the customers are aware. That would be my only recommendation. Otherwise, everything has been seamless.

My agent was Gary ** and he was so patient with me and explained everything so well. Just great in going over everything so I could understand it! Really a nice person. I am so glad you called me to get my bills in hand!

National Debt Relief is getting my bills paid. They contact me online if there's another bill or something usually. They've been pretty good so far.

National Debt Relief was the one that had a better rating than anybody else to get my problem taken care of. So, I decided to sign up with their program and so far, they do a good job and they have your interest at heart. They work with the creditors to get things taken care of and they deal with them on my behalf. I pay a bi-weekly sum to them, they take it, and pay off my debt. Then I would get an email saying that they got this and that taken care of. Once everything's done, I'll be free and clear. And I'm looking at another 12 to 18 months before it's all over with.

Working with National Debt Relief has been good and I’ve got no complaints. I got the 36 months and about 600 a month, and I’m almost halfway.

I just go on the website every two or three weeks and look at everything. I have my username and password saved on my phone, I hit sign in, and it just pulls right up. There are all the accounts, how much is owed, how much is in the account. It goes over all the payment dates and which ones have cleared and which ones haven't been paid yet. If you go in there on a day of payment, it says it's processing. We pay that every two-week payment that we discussed and the stuff's getting paid off. We got a little bit of money sitting in the account right now. I wish we'd take a little bit of initiative on one of the other accounts, but it is what it is. I understand stuff takes time. We're a little over 50% done.

National Debt Relief is a great company. The sign-up process was brief and the only thing about them is that sometimes they don't know what the left hand is doing, and they give different information. So not everybody who answers the phone knows what they're talking about. They're all nice about it but I've had to correct them several times. I email and they say one thing but when you call, they say something else.

With National Debt Relief, I know that all of my debts are being paid off. There have been settlement agreements and they're all being paid with the exception of two. I received a summon, today, that I had to call them in regards to one of my accounts. I did and there has been an attorney assigned to my case and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

I was with National Debt Relief for about a year but I’m not with them anymore. Working with them was not what I was expecting. I thought about things in a different way with how they explained it to me. So maybe I was misinformed but it’s okay.

National Debt Relief has been getting outstanding deals for me and the process has been smooth. They're really thorough and the results have been very encouraging. It's relieved some of the stress out of my life, not having to deal with the creditors and having to worry about it on a daily and weekly basis. I just let them take care of it. Once I get out of the program, that's when the real stress-free, worry-free will start.

In setting up, we went back and forth, so we were on the phone for a while. NDR let me know that I needed to auto-sign whatever paperwork, which is great. I didn't have to send anything in the mail. I was able to do everything on the computer. The dashboard is very easy to access as well. I was able to go right in with my log-in and find out any information I need in there. Also, there's a little area there where I can go and ask a question if I have any. If I need to send them some legal paperwork, I can upload it and they get it immediately. NDR had done everything they said they were going to do for me. So, if you receive anything from your creditor, send it to them right away because you need to do it within 24 to 48 hours. As soon as they get the paperwork, the better off you are. You just have to be patient. It takes time to get your credit squared away.

Overall, NDR's services are good. I like that they do the negotiations for me. Every time I call if I have questions or concerns, it’s a different agent but they address it. With my career change, there had to be adjustments on my payment, and they were good about working on that too. I also like their online portal. I get a lot of calls every time they get a settlement though. The calls take a long time so I have to schedule them and find time to do it. If I could take care of everything through the portal, that'd be easier than having to hear them say everything on the phone. They have to do it word for word that's why it takes a while.

It feels like I’ve been dealing with debt for ages, like I’ve been stuck on a hamster wheel watching my debt cycle around again and again. I saw an ad for financial relief on Instagram and thought “why the hell not”, and wow am I glad I clicked. I spoke with Kevin C on the phone for roughly 2 hours, and in that span of time I finally saw a light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to my debt. NDR did a debt managing plan where they took over all of my debt and talked about steady payments that I could handle to be able to control my debt. The reps were super helpful and I was impressed with their ability to give me precise numbers that I could work with and be able to set goals for myself. So far, I had multiple accounts that I could not cover so they took over those. They've helped me close three out of the seven accounts that I have. It's very good seeing that I can be able to cover those accounts. NDR helped me all the way through.

I've not been with National Debt Relief lately because my wife and I got into a divorce. I can't afford it because it was $170 every two weeks. So, it's $340 when I only get 1,000 bucks a month. I got a re-quote from NDR said it was still going to be the same. They said that it’s not even worth taking my wife off. They took one or two things off, which I was very satisfied with, but at the same time, I want to keep going but I can't. I don't make that kind of money because the divorce is not finalized and God knows what I'm spending to pay for child support. NDR has been great. They’re trying to call me but I’ve been blowing them off because I was embarrassed.

The program is working well. There's one more account that needs to be settled.

Being in National debt Relief’s program made a big difference. I had three cards that were outstanding and there’s only one that hasn’t been touched yet. They have the information on it and they're dealing with it. We might have to discuss that one as my income is dwindling. With only one, maybe we can get a little less payment down the line. Because this 281.50 twice a month is steep for me right now. I'm doing odd jobs and things to make that happen because I want everything to be right. If you can’t afford credit cards and you keep them, you’re going to be paying on them for years. But if you go the NDR route, it gets you out of debt faster especially if you're in my situation where your income dropped by over a half.

I have a very bad connection up here because we didn't have Wi-Fi and the rep stayed on the phone with us for hours to help us through this. The signal kept getting dropped and we weren't able to sign in and we still had to fax the papers in. But he worked with us and he was wonderful with us. Also, everything he said was absolutely true. The original person I talked to was very patient about the circumstances and very thorough with her explanation of how National Debt Relief works and what to expect. The program has been alleviating a lot of my stresses in not being able to make ends meet with my business taking a huge hit during the shutdown and automating an approach to my debts that I could otherwise not handle. So, they got that monkey off my back as far as being able to make it affordable to maintain that debt and even be forgiven portions of it. They send me emails if an offer gets accepted and then I call up and they go over the details. It's pretty quick and easy.

NDR's reps were not really personable to me, but they were very professional. We had to hold back on three months of our payment plan, because I went on kidney dialysis and we had some unexpected costs. But they were flexible on that. For the service they provide and what they do, their fee is really high and probably double what it should be. But all of them are. On the other side of the coin is that it has relieved us of some of our debts. In our age, we didn't want to deal with creditors. It was really a shame that the creditors take such a stance directly with their debtors, but yet, with a company like National Debt Relief, they'll negotiate. But that's the way life is. NDR also keeps your creditors at bay, because part of their process is they'll do negotiations.

The reps at NDR were all very helpful and the program works really well. I'm paying off everything pretty easily right now.

The agent was thorough and helpful. I was so relieved when approved for assistance with National Debt Relief. I will follow thru with calls to creditors asking for paper statements also informing creditors that I am in financial hardship.

National Debt Relief’s program is still working good. It is a program with parts that are not fully understood probably by most people that sign up. But as you go through the process, you realize how things are connected and to your benefit. So, I'm very pleased with the service. I have two creditors left, one of which I added late in the program, and the other had terms arrived at prior to my consolidating the loan that helped close out the majority of what was left. So those original terms have to be worked through this next month or so in order to be able to finish up dealing with one of two remaining creditors. Otherwise, I'm done.

NDR's program has been very helpful and it cut about $400 off of our monthly expenses of four credit cards. So, we were able to catch up even on our regular gas, electric, and other bills. Right now, we still have one more card that it's being used on. The negotiators have been wonderful and they explain everything to the tee.
