I am a senior and really do need help, but there is so much scam going around I was a little hesitant. But, I did check and am very pleased talking to Christian **. He was very understanding and happy to be able to help. For the first time in a long time I went to bed last night with less anxiety about my future. I am signed up with NDR and in 40 months I will be relocated to Alabama with my daughter and her kids. Thank You very much.

Where am I right now with paying off my creditors, I need to know who is paid off and my balances at the present time! I have not received a phone call, email, or text. I had numerous creditors and this is 3 plus years.

I just completed the application process. The agent that was assigned to my account was Danny. He was very knowable, professional, and express a personal interest in my financial situation. He gave me a telephone to get directly in touch with him which included his extension number. This worked the 1st and second day; after that when I called, whoever answered the call had to verify who I was. They advised me they would forward the information to Danny. I didn't prefer this method of getting in touch Danny.

National Debt Relief seemed to be legit. They treated me fairly and have been straight up with everything that we've had a conversation about. I just wish they have better online access to everything.

So far, the program with National Debt Relief has been okay. They haven't negotiated anything recently. It still seems to be the same. Only so much money goes to whichever they decide. I've just been letting them do whatever they need to do.

I quit doing business with National Debt Relief. When I started, I liked it. After I was in the program, though, it did not work. The way it was explained was not the same as the way it worked. It would have been fine had they been able to take care of things. What happened was they did not explain that some companies will not go with them and that they will start garnishing my wages. So, they were garnishing over half of my wage, plus I was expected to pay National Debt. So, I was losing my house. I ended up filing bankruptcy.

I was extremely pleased with the representative who helped me. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant.. I was a little nervous but his voice was calming and confident. It was such a pleasure to have him help me.

Fast and easy to understand results. Brandon was great. Lot of info covered in 2+ hours and the end of conversation I made my decision. Informative on several different programs I was offered and @ the end I feel I made the right decision on my path to financial freedom.

I'm very pleased with National Debt Relief. They are working with me and paying what can be paid. Hopefully, it'll be all done next couple of years. But some of my debts are being paid for and my credit is slowly going up, and that’s what I wanted. I had a problem here a couple of months ago with one of those big accounts wanting to take me to court and they got right on it.

Debt relief has helped me out a bunch by striking deals with my old creditors. Read the fine print though. Lots of charges you would not expect, and they don't talk to you about them on the phone when setting up your account. For instance, phone pay fees. I'm paying $10 a month to one creditor but every time they call to pay, it charges me $1.50 each time. That's 15% additional money coming out of your account for 1 creditor. It adds up.

Overall, my experience with National Debt Relief has been good. The person I spoke to was really friendly. She explained the whole process in detail, the documents that are needed to sign, the monthly payments, and how the program works.

The reps were great and as helpful as they could be. The communication was excellent. I didn't understand a lot of it at first but they explained it and I understood absolutely everything after that. I had to move my payment once and they were more than helpful with that. There were no issues at all. Since working with National Debt Relief, my credit score is back up to a good standing. I didn't think it was gonna be back up that high for quite some time and it was a lot quicker than I thought it would be. As long as NDR keeps doing what they're doing, they'll have a lot of satisfied customers.

I've spoken to multiple representatives at NDR and they know what they're talking about. They were really helpful and understanding of my situation. They were perfect and they did an outstanding job. They've closed a couple of my cases. They reached a settlement, but unfortunately, the settlement had reversed because I didn't have enough cash to afford the services. But I'm getting back on track so hopefully, I could be out of debt by 2023. The fees are a little steep and I want to see how much National Debt Relief actually charges. They didn't make that clear enough for me. But it's fine. They're still doing a great job.

This is a very difficult situation for us and Paul made it easier for me to feel at ease with the process and absolutely was very efficient in handling the whole thing! We very much appreciate his assistance and could not have asked for a better person to help us that day!! Thank you!!

Stay away. Their savings sound good, until you add in their 21% fee, which is charged regardless of the savings they may achieve. They failed to contact half of my creditors until a year into the program, causing them to all be brought for legal action. The company itself took zero responsibility for the situation. Also, the "legal representation" that you pay for in no way is actual legal representation. They are not looking out for your interest or trying to help you at all.

When they initially reached out to me, they were very upfront about the cost and what they can or cannot do. I didn't feel that they were being shady or trying to hide anything. I didn't feel like they were trying to tell me, “Yeah. This is gonna be easy.” They were very clear that this is the process and this is what happens. So far, I've had a positive experience with National Debt Relief. It was pretty easy to fill out the forms. I like that I was able to do everything online. There was only one form that I truly needed to print out, sign and send to them. So that was good. They used to call every day. But I told them to stop to give me updates and they did. Other than that, I don't have any issues whenever I need to get ahold of anyone. They communicate well.

The customer service person that helped me the next day was excellent. He helped me through the problems I was having. Allen ** was the person that got me on the program but he left me hanging on a few things and that had me worrying overnight. But the customer service person was excellent. I’m at ease now.

From the time I called them till I closed on my deal their customer service was phenomenal. They reviewed every detail with me and responded immediately with any concerns or questions I had. From start to finish it took around 5 business days to get me on my way to being debt free.

National Debt Relief has lowered my payment down from $500 down to 50 to help me through these times. So they're working with me. They're very helpful. I got going with them and the payment was one thing, but then I realized I needed to add a couple of things and it brought my payment from 400 up to about 550. So you should make sure you have all that stuff in order before you go to work with any company.

Rebecca ** was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She would explain and then ask if I had any questions. She walked me through the contract explaining page by page. At the end, she again asked if I had questions and understood the process.

I signed up for a 4 plus year plan. And as something good happened to me shortly after the game began, I asked for a speed up if possible. I do understand that people are making money if it goes on and on. But when asking for a quicker end to this procedure, I feel a bit like my money is just collecting interest, like the bills that are being settled with interest on top of the original agreed amount. So the discount is not quite as much as I expected. I loos that way, but hey- these are hard times. I'll be glad when it is all over.

The enrollment process was pretty straightforward. The website showed me what the debts are and what's being paid and what's waiting. They've been doing pretty good so far. I'm paying less on my debt and that's nice.

I was with National Debt Relief for over seven months, but I dropped them because I was under the assumption that they're paying my bills, and they weren't. They paid off like a small credit card, which was like $1,000 but my main concern, and I stressed this to them when I went with them, was Sam's Club. That was like 13,000. I was getting these notifications from National Debt Relief saying that Sam's Club was accepting this offer, and it showed so much a month, and for me to confirm. So, I would. A couple of weeks later, I got the same thing. So, I called and said, "Why am I getting this?" "Well, if you noticed, it's lower." I didn't notice because I erased the first one. I got this letter from Sam's Club saying that they're taking me to court.

National Debt Relief helped me negotiate debts. I saved a ton of money and I had a lot of negative remarks removed from my credit. When I signed up, I just hit the button that said, "Ask for more information," and then someone called me about a week later. They got me all set up, went through all the legal stuff, and then they explained the process, how long it takes and what to expect when they communicate as far as if I'm having any issues making payments. All in all, our appointment took about an hour and 30 minutes. It was pretty straightforward.

Got E mails then called as 3 of the 4 remaining debts had settlement deals. I was pleased with the results and hope all goes as planned until all debts are settled. NDR has been good to work with. When I call I get someone who helpful and explains what is going on and keeps me fully informed, they also explain all; my options and what is going to happen next.

National Debt Relief's programs worked well. But I wish that they could highlight all the fine print, like when they say they're nonprofit. They do help you but they wanna prolong the program more to their benefit. Even though the accounts are dropping, your monthly payment is still the same until the end of everything. If you paid off 10,000 out of the 30 that you owe, your payment should be lower instead of still paying the full amount for the 30,000. It's something that makes you want to really sit down and think if they were upfront with things. Also, some of the fees are just ridiculous, like $150 to $200. Some of the creditors that they're helping me with have up to 15 or 16 fees and it seems a little too much.

When I called I was met with a pleasant and helpful voice. She was quick to discern and solve the problem that had. I would definitely recommend anyone going through debt relief to do it with this company. Very satisfied with my experience.

We have no info as to any contact by Debt Relief indicating that Debt Relief is actively working to let Marcus and CITI understand that Debt Relief is negotiating to resolve our accounts. Thus, we continue to receive calls and text as well as emails regarding the accounts. We were under the impression that Debt Relief would assist in preventing this continuous contact from these two creditors. They are the only two creditors we are seeking to pay off to eliminate our debts.

National Debt Relief is great. I needed to start paying back my debt and going with LGI was easier than me trying to coordinate with every single debtor that I owed. They did all the work that I didn't have the time to do. I called them and asked them to prioritize a couple accounts for me that were affecting my credit score, and they did. So, so far, I've had to use customer service, and they were very accommodating. Everything works great for me.

When I signed up for National Debt Relief program, I didn't expect to get any help. When Debra called me and she started it all for me. She explain things to where I could understand and all that they could do and set it up to where I can pay the payments that I can afford.

The program has worked really good. I already finished with some of the loans and the credit cards. Also, I was struggling and NDR lowered the payment a couple of months so that I get back on track. On Dec 9 I was approved for loan thru Liberty Lending- received a settlement that day- I noticed that the loan was not approved as I didn't have money in savings account to cover? Called after being hung up a total of 6 times over 2 days, told by 2 different reps they can't help as they don't know what they are doing. Told me, "I don't see you requested to cancel the loan"- finally after having 3 managers promise call backs I just get an email saying, "We have a settlement for you," so I called to make sure the loan was reinstated before acceptance- it was. No call back no notice- I accepted the settlement- then I have been called back twice to say it's been resolved.... What a nightmare

As of right now it was a good experience speaking with the representative. Looking forward to continuing my business with them. As I continue with them I will send in my experience as I go along. Have a safe and blessed day to the company

Overall experience excellent. I was pleased with the agent I spoke with as he was very thorough. I would recommend this service for anyone seeking debt relief. Customers should be warned however, about how much time it takes via telephone to complete the process.

It was a little scary at first. Reading a few reviews at the beginning, I wasn't sure if it was gonna work for my husband. But because it worked for him, that's why I did it. It only took less than a year to do everything. I had 10 or 11 accounts, and they were all settled within 10 months. I've told people that NDR is effective.

The reps I worked with were friendly and helpful but not quite as thorough as I would have liked. I was served with papers from the court. I was being sued by Wells Fargo for my credit card bill. NDR was leaving that to settle last and I don't know why they left it open like that. It didn't even sound like they contacted Wells Fargo. I scanned the papers from the court, sent those to NDR, and called. When I was on the phone with them, I also explained how Chase doesn't work with anybody outside unless there's a power of attorney. I haven't got a call since. But everything else is going fine. It was just those two accounts that kind of gave me a little kick back.

I've had no issues with the program and I'm saving more money. Last month, I had an issue with one of the financial institutions trying to collect and they filed a civil suit. NDR had lawyers get on it right away.

What National Debt Relief said was pretty good. Working with my rep was a great experience. They email me if they get something settled and they want to know if I wanna go ahead with the settlement. I just say, “Okay, go ahead. Take care of that.” And that’s what they do. They are getting my stuff squared away so I can move on in my life. Right now, they’re doing a pretty good job. They send me progress reports of what they are doing every so often or I can go to the site and see and talk to them. Navigating the site is pretty easy.
