They asked me what bills I had, took my credit report and told me which ones they could put under their program. I'm glad that they were able to settle my debts. They just set me up with $175 that I pay every two weeks. They keep in contact with me and let me know when my debts are settled. They also let me know if anything new comes up. We have good communication. Working with them and them putting me on a payment plan and checking on my debts gives me more financial freedom.

I was treated with the utmost respect, my questions were answered and whatever I did not understand was explained to me. I have high regard for this company and trust that my debt problems will be resolved. If any of my friends have debt problems I will recommend National Debt Relief.

The program I've been through is okay. They take off the amount and they let me know when they get the settlement. It has worked tremendously. I haven't had any calls from debt people. Right now, I could save a little bit more money and that is a plus.

National Debt Relief's customer service is great. I've been through a really bad situation with health and hardship, and they're very kind. The program is not 100% perfect in some sense, but they've always been willing to work it out with me when I couldn't pay the fee. They've been good to me.

We been trying to catch up with our debt since early 2010’s but as much as we tried something happens family emergency or biggest one when we get hit with bedbugs in 2013 we lost everything to include our emergency savings. I even try to consolidate and pay but most of the banks wasn’t willing to help us. We finally started looking debt consolidation and the best thing we did. It’s a long time commitment but it’s working exactly the way it’s supposed to. We have already paid off three creditors and two on the plan for the next few month.

I had a great experience. The agent (Emilio **) I spoke with was extremely helpful and explained everything in great detail. If I had questions he was more than happy to answer them. He found me a great solution to my problems.

The representative, Brian was very friendly, helpful, and easy to understand. He took the time to explain how the hardship program works; as well, what I will accept from the creditor, and responded to all of my questions. In addition, the forms and the format were easy.

Had a wonderful specialist, Kathryn was nice and polite, read all the rules and regulations, and do and don’t, and says National Debt would always be there for me. I still have a lot to learn about debt consolidation, about late fees adding upon the cards.

Communication with NDR has been good. When they're able to settle something, they let me know. They settled a debt recently, which was great. Hopefully, I'll be able to save up and pay the rest of it off so my credit score can go back up. The process takes a while to get someone on the phone. It would be nice to get a reoccurring email with a way to contact them once a month. I'm okay with calling if there's a number that I can get ahold of someone rather quickly. An app would also probably help out a lot more because you don't want to talk to robots.

I’m just starting the program but I'm very hopeful and excited - Stacey was such a great help and so easy to work with and talk to! I am excited to be debt free in 50 months and for the thousands I'm saving in interest!

The process was lengthy, I understand why. My agent was very informative and knowledgeable. I believe the agent taking the application should also be the one to make the pre-approval. That would save a bunch of time. I believe I was on the phone over an hour and a half. Like I said, I understand it's a process and it must be complete with all the necessary information. That is the only reason I gave 3 stars. If I had instant debt relief, it would be 5. I just hope I don't find out the "the catch" in this process other than the ding in my credit score.

The rep who helped me was very informative. He gave me an idea of how long it would take and what would happen. I did it for over a year, and it just helped out. The only thing they weren't able to help me with was my student loan.

1600 original loan reduce to 8000 plus 4000 NDR’s fee. I think that’s still a lot of charge but better than 1600. Customer service was great. He explained clearly and patiently even though I kept asking the same questions. That’s why I gave 4 stars

The program has been working great. It seems to be going the way they told me it would go and it’s made it easier to catch up on bills. They've always answered anything I've ever needed to ask. They are always respectful. They also have a website we can check on everything.

The customer experience when I first spoke to them was great. But I've wanted to follow up with them and at the same time, I'm not gonna push a number and wait. Instead of having customers pick a number, NDR should have somebody call us so it's more enforced. Other than that, NDR is great. I went from 420 something in my credit to 660.

The rep was very helpful and he made the setup really easy. He got me to where I am now which is getting a handle on my debt. He broke down every account I had and told me which one I was eligible for them and why they were eligible. But when he told me that there were certain things that were covered by them and certain things that weren't, it really gave me a better outlook on how to consolidate my debt. I use the portal to see which payments are due, if they were paid and how much more of the balance do I need to pay off.

When I contact them, they're helpful. If I have an issue paying on time for a month, as long as it doesn't mess with any of the other creditors as far as money coming out, they let me change the payment date to whenever I can. NDR has done everything for me.

This is the first time since we joined the program that we’ve had 2 settlements in one month. We’re happier with the program in that our outstanding debts are slowly but surely coming to completion. Understanding that we need to build our savings in order for NDR to have the necessary funds to contact these creditors is increasingly becoming more of a realization.

NDR offered me a good deal. Customer service answered every question. Everything I needed, they were able to resolve for me. Right away, they explained to me how long it was going to be in the program and how easy it was to manage the account every day. But yesterday, they said, "You qualify to try to resolve to all your accounts." When they sent me to them, they told me I don't qualify. So, I was a bit confused because they spend an hour explaining to me how good it's going to be for me if I changed from Liberty. Other than that, everything is working pretty well. I recommend people to come in with NDR.

I was looking for a loan to refinance my auto loan. A representative from NDR called me on my landline and started pushing their product. I was told that the loan was off the table, no explanation as to why. The next morning I received a call from a NDR representative as I was leaving the house, he said he would call me Monday at 12 noon and had some other options for me. I rearrange my Monday schedule to ensure I could take the call. As of today I haven't received the call. Based on my experience with NDR I no longer wish to be a client. Since You have not provided any services yet and I haven't paid any fees yet, please remove my name, personal information and bank information from your client list. The enrollment was easier than I thought it would be. They were really friendly and helped me a lot. They explained everything really well. They sent me information and then I have my own set of paperwork they have. They told me anytime I had a question, I could call them and I'd be able to talk to somebody who could help answer any questions I might have. So far, one of my debts is already settled. There's another one that I’m making payments on. They've worked with me recently through a third party company to try and do more of a loan to do lump sum settlements to try and get that part done faster. To where I'm still paying monthly, I'm still gonna have a finance charge, which is everywhere, but my debts will get settled quicker to help me build my credit back up faster. So they work with me in a lot of ways.

I worked with Jay ** who was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. While I still have questions I believe he provided all the information needed to get out of debt. The program appears to be better than what I had before and I am looking forward to being out of debt.

National Debt Relief has a better program than other service providers. I make payments to them, and they're making the payments to the companies. They've significantly reduced my credit card debt by negotiation for settlements and that's the big thing. We are one year in and they have already settled four out of six cards for myself. The reps are very friendly and easy to deal with. They're very thorough and precise in their answers, and that also impressed me. At first, your credit takes a nosedive because you're no longer making payments. But even though we're still on National Debt Relief, the credit rating is starting to go up after a year, and I still have another year to go.

I don't know what's going on, unless I call and find out. They could be better in giving us updates on what's being paid and how much further I got on my contract.

National Debt Relief is good, so far. They gave me an idea of what would happen if I were to do that over the years, as far as paying on time, and after I signed on, that was when they gave me the full rundown of everything. They explained everything about the fees, versus the other companies who hide little fees here and there. But National Debt Relief should have thoroughly explained everything, as far as that whole aspect of going to debt and getting out of debt.

I signed up in December, which was really easy, and they reached out to me not too long ago to let me know that a couple of my debts have been settled. That's exciting and I like it. I can also just log in and go into my account, check my debts and see where they are as far as being settled, and if we've even reached out to them yet. The company and its representatives are on top of everything and they reach out to me via email or phone call and tell me, “Hey, this is what's going on. We've settled this, we're in the process of settling that.” Everybody's been very helpful and really nice and responsive. They are also very knowledgeable and they helped me with answering my questions quickly. They know what they're doing and what they're talking about.

The enrollment was pretty easy, and we're roughly 10 months into the program. National Debt Relief contacts us as soon as they have a deal worked out with people I owe money to, so it's getting there. It was news to me, but I ended up getting them to pay taxes on some of the money that was two of my debts where they just took a lump sum. I didn't realize that I have to pay taxes on that money. Apart from that, everything seems to be going good.

I thought I would be getting notifications right away on all of my accounts, but it took some time for them to reach out to certain creditors.

I had a voicemail to call TurboDebt about obtaining a complete debt relief program, since I had over $20K in loan debt. After calling Katie back, she set an appointment for someone to contact me on a certain day and time. That call was preceded by a text letting me know the phone number of the person calling me. At the appointed day/time, I was contacted by Nicholas **, who proceeded to get my debt information. After sending all this info to the Underwriters, about 10 minutes later, they sent back approval to Nick. We went through the process of enrollment in National Debt Relief (NDR), was walked through the required contract signing, and legal provisions. The end.

I stopped doing the program with National Debt Relief. I wasn't happy with it. In the beginning, when I did it, they said I didn't qualify for a loan. But six months later, when they could charge me 21% interest, they decided I qualified for it. They charged a bunch of money and I put money in extra, but they took it as their fee instead of paying off one of my debts.

National Debt Relief has great customer service. They were pretty fast in dealing with my account, and everything is going good, so far. They helped me with my debt, and I'm just waiting for the last account to be settled.

National Debt Relief's rates are a whole lot better and would have me out of the program a whole lot faster. Their customer service is excellent. I like the response time and the updates on the account. I like how the dashboard lets me know when I'll be done with each account. Looking at things we've done as of right now, it looks like I'll be done by the end of the year though next year sometime was the estimated time. Since it has updated with the new amount that's being paid, one of my scores went up 73 points. When I first started, I was in the low to mid five all across the board. And now with Equifax, I'm at 656, TransUnion at 616, and Experian at 621.

The service has been great. The other places were too complicated, too high and not caring. When I called National Debt Relief, they didn't sound like bill collectors. They cared. I really felt they wanted to help me, so I ended up going with them. I talked to somebody and they took a lot of information and had me get all my information together. I made sure I had all my creditors and which ones I wanted to enroll in the program. Initially, I only enrolled three, but I lost a second job and had to add two more. It was seamless and everything is transparent. I don't use it very often, but I have access to my savings account so I could look at that balance anytime. I just sign on to my account, and it gives me a dashboard where I can see the percentage on the amount of my debt that's resolved and unresolved. I can look at what's in negotiation, if they're in conversation, and things that have yet to be resolved.

Mr ** did an outstanding job, explaining in full details the types of financial assistance I qualified for. He also went far and beyond in looking for the best kind of help I could get based on the information I provided him. The best person for the right job, he also gave me further contact information in how to reach you to better assist me in the future if I needed more information or extra help.

I had trouble getting a return call from Jakeith after the first call. He didn’t return calls or emails. I finally gave up and asked for someone new. I got sent to Brenda **, she was great. She answered my questions, returned my calls and talked me through the entire program. Brenda is a great ambassador for National Ðebt Relief. I will recommend her to anyone in my situation.
