National Debt Relief has a better program than other service providers. I make payments to them, and they're making the payments to the companies. They've significantly reduced my credit card debt by negotiation for settlements and that's the big thing. We are one year in and they have already settled four out of six cards for myself. The reps are very friendly and easy to deal with. They're very thorough and precise in their answers, and that also impressed me. At first, your credit takes a nosedive because you're no longer making payments. But even though we're still on National Debt Relief, the credit rating is starting to go up after a year, and I still have another year to go.

Colin was very helpful and I highly recommend him. He made the experience so much easier during a stressful time. I was so relieved after my debt had been settled and it feels so much better after Colin helped me.

The reps seem okay when I call and talk to them. They answer my questions. However, National Debt Relief doesn't give me an update on what's going on. I don't know what's going on, unless I call and find out. They could be better in giving us updates on what's being paid and how much further I got on my contract.

National Debt Relief is very good because I was in a lot of debt, and now, I'm in less debt. I'm not gonna call these companies and try to negotiate. National Debt Relief can do that. I paid off two of them out of my four accounts and working on the third one. I use the client portal on the website to see when I'll be done with each account and see what percentage is paid off. Every time I talk to someone, they're very helpful.

National Debt Relief is good, so far. They gave me an idea of what would happen if I were to do that over the years, as far as paying on time, and after I signed on, that was when they gave me the full rundown of everything. They explained everything about the fees, versus the other companies who hide little fees here and there. But National Debt Relief should have thoroughly explained everything, as far as that whole aspect of going to debt and getting out of debt.

I was hesitant about calling for debt relief and now I'm feeling like I can breathe again. The representative I spoke to was excellent. He explained in detail the whole process and answered all my questions. And the amount I'll save is unreal. I should have done this a long time ago. I signed up in December, which was really easy, and they reached out to me not too long ago to let me know that a couple of my debts have been settled. That's exciting and I like it. I can also just log in and go into my account, check my debts and see where they are as far as being settled, and if we've even reached out to them yet. The company and its representatives are on top of everything and they reach out to me via email or phone call and tell me, “Hey, this is what's going on. We've settled this, we're in the process of settling that.” Everybody's been very helpful and really nice and responsive. They are also very knowledgeable and they helped me with answering my questions quickly. They know what they're doing and what they're talking about.

The enrollment was pretty easy, and we're roughly 10 months into the program. National Debt Relief contacts us as soon as they have a deal worked out with people I owe money to, so it's getting there. It was news to me, but I ended up getting them to pay taxes on some of the money that was two of my debts where they just took a lump sum. I didn't realize that I have to pay taxes on that money. Apart from that, everything seems to be going good.

The experience has been going well. National Debt Relief already did three settlements for me. I track my progress through my app. I'll tell me the percentage and it breaks down every creditor that I have. I also talk to the reps every now and then. There are times that I can’t make a payment and National Debt Relief has been very flexible with me. I’m trying to get a second chance and they’re helping me out with that. They always explain what's going on.

The program works pretty good, and I don't have to worry about anything. National Debt Relief does all the negotiating and planning, and very little of it has to come from me. It only took them three months, and they had negotiated settlements and it was pretty much over. They were really good.

The person that did my consolidation..Tina ** Is the epitome of class And professionalism. She was very nice and very patient and very professional and caring. NDR is lucky to have her. She was very thorough and worked around my schedule schedule which was absolutely vital for my consolidation.

The signup process was great. The rep was very helpful getting set up and explaining everything, and it went really smooth. Everything has gone really well, and I haven't had an issue yet. I have two of them working on payment now and I'm just waiting on the other one. It's exciting. I log on every once in a while to see when payments are coming out, and just being able to see how they're breaking it down is nice.

I'm fine working with National Debt Relief. I just wish things would move a little bit quicker. I haven't seen much of a difference other than our credit score has went way down.

I am enjoying National Debt Relief's service very much. They've closed out a few of my accounts, and so far, the customer service has been great. I was going to call them 'cause the last bill that needs to be settled is with Chase bank, and they won't deal with NDR. I forward the mail I get from them and nothing's come of it as of yet. I don't have a plan with them yet. Apart from that, the reps are very professional.

National Debt Relief is working out fine. They've settled everything except for the last one that I'm working on now. I'll be done with the program at the end of this year. I like that they work with the creditors and get my debt down. I'm disabled and very much a senior, so it has helped me.

The rep was very nice and kind. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering every concern I had. She also told me it would take three years, give or take, and that they could reduce my debt by half. So far, my experience has been fine. On their website app, it allows me to see what payments are being sent and when, and the amount of debt that’s left. The only thing that I would suggest to people is to give it some time. I thought I would be getting notifications right away on all of my accounts, but it took some time for them to reach out to certain creditors.

I had a voicemail to call TurboDebt about obtaining a complete debt relief program, since I had over $20K in loan debt. After calling Katie back, she set an appointment for someone to contact me on a certain day and time. That call was preceded by a text letting me know the phone number of the person calling me. At the appointed day/time, I was contacted by Nicholas **, who proceeded to get my debt information. After sending all this info to the Underwriters, about 10 minutes later, they sent back approval to Nick. We went through the process of enrollment in National Debt Relief (NDR), was walked through the required contract signing, and legal provisions. The end.

I stopped doing the program with National Debt Relief. I wasn't happy with it. In the beginning, when I did it, they said I didn't qualify for a loan. But six months later, when they could charge me 21% interest, they decided I qualified for it. They charged a bunch of money and I put money in extra, but they took it as their fee instead of paying off one of my debts.

National Debt Relief has great customer service. They were pretty fast in dealing with my account, and everything is going good, so far. They helped me with my debt, and I'm just waiting for the last account to be settled.

Helped me out big time to get a decent credit rating. Always informed me when they had a settlement, worked with me whenever an issue came up, truly valued the service. On my way to having a good rating, first class all the way. I would recommend NDR to anyone that needs its service.

The service has been great. The other places were too complicated, too high and not caring. When I called National Debt Relief, they didn't sound like bill collectors. They cared. I really felt they wanted to help me, so I ended up going with them. I talked to somebody and they took a lot of information and had me get all my information together. I made sure I had all my creditors and which ones I wanted to enroll in the program. Initially, I only enrolled three, but I lost a second job and had to add two more. It was seamless and everything is transparent. I don't use it very often, but I have access to my savings account so I could look at that balance anytime. I just sign on to my account, and it gives me a dashboard where I can see the percentage on the amount of my debt that's resolved and unresolved. I can look at what's in negotiation, if they're in conversation, and things that have yet to be resolved.

National Debt Relief's rates are a whole lot better and would have me out of the program a whole lot faster. Their customer service is excellent. I like the response time and the updates on the account. I like how the dashboard lets me know when I'll be done with each account. Looking at things we've done as of right now, it looks like I'll be done by the end of the year though next year sometime was the estimated time. Since it has updated with the new amount that's being paid, one of my scores went up 73 points. When I first started, I was in the low to mid five all across the board. And now with Equifax, I'm at 656, TransUnion at 616, and Experian at 621.

Mr ** did an outstanding job, explaining in full details the types of financial assistance I qualified for. He also went far and beyond in looking for the best kind of help I could get based on the information I provided him. The best person for the right job, he also gave me further contact information in how to reach you to better assist me in the future if I needed more information or extra help.

I had trouble getting a return call from Jakeith after the first call. He didn’t return calls or emails. I finally gave up and asked for someone new. I got sent to Brenda **, she was great. She answered my questions, returned my calls and talked me through the entire program. Brenda is a great ambassador for National Ðebt Relief. I will recommend her to anyone in my situation.

Great customer service. Only note is that rep seemed to be reading from a sales script, i.e. warning about the dangers of debt. I had to keep telling him, "Yes, I know, my debt is overwhelming me and I've been made vulnerable in society by not having emergency cash--that's why I'm calling you." There was no need for the fear-mongering, strict, patronizing, paternal tone. The sale, if you want to call it that, was made.

Today I called in reference to a debit that I had added. The operator that I spoke with was helpful and explained that I would have to wait for the fake draft to occur and then I could find out how much my draft was actually going to be. He told me I should expect a call from them Monday to go over everything.
