I had been through the interview process previously but did not proceed thru. Looking at my statement I do see bills getting paid but all the continued legal fees which take a big chunk out of my payment along with the other fees seem to be more than the interest being charged by the creditors. I also only see some of the creditors being paid and not all of them. My understanding was that payments would be made to all parties thereby bringing down my debt.

So having financial issues is stressful enough and having to discuss them trying to find a solution is difficult as well. First, I want to say that I was very surprised on how well I was treated throughout the process. I was not an easy by any means. I have just started the program, but my expectations for debt relief are very high at this time. I work in sales and I spent four hours drilling the consultant on every possible scenario. I was not able to log into my portal after signing up for National Debt Relief. It never sent the password creating page. It sent me the login page. And then we went through the process of clicking on forgot password, and it still did not let me create a new password. The same page came up, I have not created the initial first password which needs to happen.

This is the first time I am entering Debt Relief. Although I had tried to get out of debt all year long, nothing I did helped out and My credit score has become worse.
