The folks at National Debt Relief are by far the best client care I have ever received. They moved fast and answered all my many questions and hesitancies. They were very warm, caring and made me feel like my situation wasn't something so terrible. It gave me instant hope and I slept like a baby!

The first person I talked to misled me a little bit. But when I got in touch with them and had her supervisor call me back, and I explained the whole situation to her, she addressed the issues and everything has been smooth since then. If I need something or if I have something that I need to be addressed, I send them a message on their web page, and they get right back to me. There was one hiccup, but they addressed it. Their program has been very good. The negotiated prices are also a lot better than what they were. They've resolved four of the accounts that I've got. I've got three more that are still active. But once I build up more cash in the National Debt Relief account, I'm sure those three active accounts will be taken care of.

National Debt Relief's service is good. The program is easy and manageable. They're doing what they said they would do and it doesn't require a lot of back and forth. When a settlement comes through, they send it to me in an email or a text. I approve it and we move on. I got in touch with the negotiators once or twice and they were all very helpful. Everything went smoothly.

I was impressed with the rep's sense of ownership, like trying to help and to provide the time needed to go through this whole process. The enrollment process was stressful, but it went okay eventually. National Debt Relief is working okay. But it's still kind of expensive and the negotiation is not to my desired negotiation.

They have money accumulating in escrow and I'm eliminating debt a little at a time. So my score is climbing as a result of that. It's a worthwhile investment. I check in with my account every once in a while. I have the online portal and then if I’m in question or need of an answer, I pick up the phone and call. I'm given an opportunity to see myself reaching the destination of being debt free, and then at the same time recognizing what missteps I made to get to where I was, and coming out of it through this assistance is a good support. It allows me to reflect, and I'm seeing light at the end of the tunnel.

Initial consultation and application was very professional and thorough, no judgment. So far, I've done pretty good with the program. But they have not kept me abreast lately. They've done quite a bit. In some cases, they did a little better than I thought they would do. I'm able to at least survive a little better because of National Debt Relief.

The process was very thorough, which was great because it was new to me and it could be overwhelming and very fearful. They relieved all of my fears. They answered any questions that I had, which was great. They made it so easy for me to get into the program. I still have one debt that's outstanding. I wanted to see about getting that accelerated and get the negotiation moving on that. They informed me of what I needed to do and walked me through that. It was super helpful. Everything is great. But a little bit more insight into the negotiation process would be helpful. When my first two credit cards had gotten the negotiation process done and I got the call saying that an offer was received, I wasn't expecting it at that time. So I didn't really want to know the information as fast as I do now. Now, I want to be done, and that unknown part of where they are in that negotiation process is a little bit frustrating.

I felt somewhat pressured in to sign on with NDR and felt the person I talked with really denigrated the program I had first signed up with. I ended up canceling with NDR but my cancellation notice was not honored and my bank account was debited which is now causing issues.

The person who interviewed me helped me understand what was really going on. He was very helpful to me. He told me to ask questions if I don't understand and I did. I was satisfied with the answers. I'm glad for National Debt Relief because they really helped me. Even at one point, when things were going not so well with me and I called them up and told them that I couldn’t pay the money for the coming month, they said, “That's fine. That's okay.” It was a relief to me because I used that money to do what was really needed to do. I was paying $350 and then after a year, they told me that they can reduce it to $335, which was good.

I think there is a lot of really good information that is explained and Jason was very helpful. But we spent an approximate 90-100 minutes on the phone with each other doing this. Which very well could be the fault of both parties but it was a lot.

The enrollment process was pretty good and easy. They explained everything to me and how it was, and what was gonna happen. If I have any questions or concerns, I usually call and I have someone who would assist me. So I like that someone's always available to help answer questions. They’ve been very, very helpful with understanding that I can only contribute a certain amount. They explained to me, “What other expenses do you have so that we can negotiate that with the creditors as well?” So that was really good. I downloaded an app that they told me to download. I logged in and created an account. I've been tracking the progress through the account. They also notify me if any creditors have contacted them.

I had the most pleasant experience as your representative took me through all of my options to help me get it back together with my finances. I just wish I had come to your company sooner. Everything was explained so that I could understand very clearly. I feel like an enormous weight has been lifted. Continued success with this service. Thank you.

They're very professional and informative. I have less stress since working with them because if I didn't go through them, I couldn't keep my security clearance and 14 years of my life would have gone down the crapper. The program has been pretty good. But with the plan, you should be able to choose what you spend your money on, like what card you attack first based off the deals, and a little more in depth to allow you to do that.

However, I just signed up, so I don't have a review for the service itself per se. The customer service was awesome. Nina was spot on! Signing up was effortless. I really feel confident with them helping me get out of debt.

I have the agreed payments. Although open ones still haven't got anything going on with them, there's a monthly payment and I see it coming out. So far, so good. It's nothing more than patience and just making payments.

I was dealing with a provider and they didn't talk the way I wanted them. I went to National Debt Relief after seeing the stars on it was much more. I got a better feeling with them. They have their ways about them and I am not really comfortable in working with them. I'm perplexed about how they are paying the people and taking me too many months to pay off my debt. So far, I got one major bill satisfied. I had issues with that but it did go through. I'm still in the program.

I learned about NDR and decided to call for information. I was connected with a counsellor named Atif **. He was professional, patient with my questions, and so helpful. He encouraged me to not become stressed if creditors began to become persistent about receiving payments. He said to let NDR handle everything.

A friend asked me if we have National Debt Relief and said that they might be something to go through as far as help. They have been excellent. They usually answer every question and they are willing to be patient with me as far as my questions. The overall process is easy as far as getting set up and it's satisfactory. The only concern I had is when they first initially put you in this program, they put you into a monthly payment plan. You can’t alter that. It’s just that once you start paying off your creditors and you start lowering what’s owed, the amount per month shouldn't equate to that.

There are just four loans that they're working on and they're working on the third one right now. Working with them gives me peace of mind. Brian was very forthcoming about the process and did all he could to ensure transparency and clarity. Though the language in the contract could be dense, he took the time to explain it as concisely as possible to make sure it was understood. He was also very personable and engaging.

I am totally happy with National Debt Relief. They did everything they said they were going to do. They helped me reduce my credit card debt and I started making payments on all of it. But the bad part about it was that, I had two more payments to make and my payments to them were paying the credit card debt. I had taken care of two of the four. I had one more to go, and I have made those last few payments. When I was making the payments, everything was going great. The last two payments had a problem but they negotiated a fair price. It was $17,000 of credit card debt and they negotiated it down to 12,000. Their customer support has been good about calling me and if I couldn't make a payment, they were cool.

I was pretty happy with what they were saving me and the timeframe they gave me. They worked with me and what I can afford at the moment. Also, when they got to pay off, I have to approve it and it makes me feel like I'm in charge of the whole process. They always include me in everything. They reduced the credit cards, all the interest, and even more than that. It has worked out better than me paying the credit cards directly.

I like that the program is easy to work and any changes are not a problem. My agent was very thorough and explained every aspect of the program. When all said and done it will feel great to be debt free.

The reps at National Debt Relief did the best they could to help me out and provide the positive feedback that I was looking for. All the information that I had to know about was provided. Everything went great and I'm glad everything worked out. But I was disappointed with how my credit score was affected by going into the program. So, I couldn't get anything that I wanted because my credit was bad. I didn't know that it was gonna have to wait for all my creditors to get delinquent. If I would have kept paying my cards, I would have been able to pay them off before paying any interest. I went into this program because supposedly, I was only gonna have a one-time payment and not have to worry about having to pay seven cards at the same time. I had those heavy inquiries coming up on my credit. If I want to move forward on getting a house, I can't do that because my credit dropped more than 100 points.

Enrolment went fine. In the beginning, we heard from the reps quite often. In the end, we haven't heard from them much. Other than that, three accounts have been settled. They helped out while we were using them. Whenever we called them, they called me right back. When COVID happened, they were very accommodating.

I knew it was about time to get my debt together. After speaking to a lawyer about Chapter 7 as an easy way to get a clean slate, I realized the looming weight that bankruptcy would have on my report. They've taken care of at least four of our back creditors that needed to be merged. We're about halfway through. They are always willing to work with us if we can only make a partial payment or if I need to move payments around. I wasn't able to make a payment with them recently and they were very good about moving the payments around for me and making sure that I didn't have any new debts or expenses that came off that were causing issues.

I am impressed with this service. Although there are things that need to happen, I am very happy to know that I am preparing for my financial future. This service is preparing me for just this cause. Credit score took a nasty plunge. Never in my 63 years have I ever had a credit score under 730. Seen no progress yet. Changed my address, phone number and email. Still getting harassing phone calls, emails and mail. Told them who to call. They tell me it's my responsibility, which they are correct.

Well we enrolled in the plan. When I first talked to the rep she was told we had done this with another company and they took our money and kept half of it every month and settled with one place so we dropped out and she said, "We will get you a consolidation loan." Then she said they were working on it. They never got the loan and we were told an amount we thought we would pay to repay the loan and after everything no loan but they will work with companies. We will see. We want to pay them off and we thought we had that chance. Very dissatisfied but it’s all we can do.

They asked me what bills I had, took my credit report and told me which ones they could put under their program. I'm glad that they were able to settle my debts. They just set me up with $175 that I pay every two weeks. They keep in contact with me and let me know when my debts are settled. They also let me know if anything new comes up. We have good communication. Working with them and them putting me on a payment plan and checking on my debts gives me more financial freedom.

I was treated with the utmost respect, my questions were answered and whatever I did not understand was explained to me. I have high regard for this company and trust that my debt problems will be resolved. If any of my friends have debt problems I will recommend National Debt Relief.

We been trying to catch up with our debt since early 2010’s but as much as we tried something happens family emergency or biggest one when we get hit with bedbugs in 2013 we lost everything to include our emergency savings. I even try to consolidate and pay but most of the banks wasn’t willing to help us. We finally started looking debt consolidation and the best thing we did. It’s a long time commitment but it’s working exactly the way it’s supposed to. We have already paid off three creditors and two on the plan for the next few month.

Communication with NDR has been good. When they're able to settle something, they let me know. They settled a debt recently, which was great. Hopefully, I'll be able to save up and pay the rest of it off so my credit score can go back up. The process takes a while to get someone on the phone. It would be nice to get a reoccurring email with a way to contact them once a month. I'm okay with calling if there's a number that I can get ahold of someone rather quickly. An app would also probably help out a lot more because you don't want to talk to robots.

I’m just starting the program but I'm very hopeful and excited - Stacey was such a great help and so easy to work with and talk to! I am excited to be debt free in 50 months and for the thousands I'm saving in interest!

The process was lengthy, I understand why. My agent was very informative and knowledgeable. I believe the agent taking the application should also be the one to make the pre-approval. That would save a bunch of time. I believe I was on the phone over an hour and a half. Like I said, I understand it's a process and it must be complete with all the necessary information. That is the only reason I gave 3 stars. If I had instant debt relief, it would be 5. I just hope I don't find out the "the catch" in this process other than the ding in my credit score.

NDR offered me a good deal. Customer service answered every question. Everything I needed, they were able to resolve for me. Right away, they explained to me how long it was going to be in the program and how easy it was to manage the account every day. But yesterday, they said, "You qualify to try to resolve to all your accounts." When they sent me to them, they told me I don't qualify. So, I was a bit confused because they spend an hour explaining to me how good it's going to be for me if I changed from Liberty. Other than that, everything is working pretty well. I was looking for a loan to refinance my auto loan. A representative from NDR called me on my landline and started pushing their product. I was told that the loan was off the table, no explanation as to why. The next morning I received a call from a NDR representative as I was leaving the house, he said he would call me Monday at 12 noon and had some other options for me. I rearrange my Monday schedule to ensure I could take the call. As of today I haven't received the call. Based on my experience with NDR I no longer wish to be a client. The enrollment was easier than I thought it would be. They were really friendly and helped me a lot. They explained everything really well. They sent me information and then I have my own set of paperwork they have. They told me anytime I had a question, I could call them and I'd be able to talk to somebody who could help answer any questions I might have. So far, one of my debts is already settled. There's another one that I’m making payments on. They've worked with me recently through a third party company to try and do more of a loan to do lump sum settlements to try and get that part done faster. To where I'm still paying monthly, I'm still gonna have a finance charge, which is everywhere, but my debts will get settled quicker to help me build my credit back up faster. So they work with me in a lot of ways.
