I started speaking with Malik from National Debt Relief in October 2021. I'm 26 years old. Had about $22k racked up in debt from poor spending habits and losing my job in July. I was constantly stressed out making payments. I couldn't afford on 5 credit cards. They made it very easy to understand how the program would work and what I was getting into. It hasn't been easy but I've resolved 3/5 creditors and already paid off a loan. I should be debt free in 2 years! It's a long process depending on how much debt you have, but I'm so happy to be on the right track and not having to worry about it anymore. They handle literally everything for me, it's extremely easy and I've seen so much progress. Excited to graduate the program.

Second time using NDR, great customer service. I would recommend to anyone who's in the need of consolidating. The process is very easy and the agent shows patience when going through your debt. The payments are affordable. Also the agent will go through your monthly budget to make the fees more affordable.

Good evening, Mr. Brent ** is absolutely amazing at what he does in the Enrollment Division. He helped us understand our situation and all of the options we could realistically achieve. He was very "real" about what we needed to do and didn't hold back in his honesty, just because it wasn't the kind of news someone wants to receive. He was respectful of us, our time and remained understanding and willing to answer all of our questions. That's a rare find these days. Although I know he'll get paid eventually for helping us, it was nice knowing he cared about what we were going through and taught us how to do our own research and make better decision financially.

I rate my experience with NDR a 5. My agent went over the top to get me the best deal. NDR was the best choice that I could have made. I felt like they really wanted to help me. It was real easy to in contact with agent on the phone and through emails.

The rep was very friendly. I explained everything. It was supposed to be understood. He explained to me how it works pretty simple terms they pretty much went over the whole contract with me help me understand it better now. I'm in a better place today with me those and I was yesterday.

Chandler was very nice. He just read too fast. The papers are overwhelming. It seems to me when I calculate things, I’m not getting much relief. Especially when I was told the companies would probably settle for 50% or less.

All around great experience when talking to one of their debt specialists. Their friendly knowledgeable staff walked me thru every step of the process and now I'm one step closer to being debt free and I couldn't be happier! Now I can sleep a little easier at night knowing I'll be debt free soon.

My representative was compassionate, patient, and informative. I was terrified and it took 2 minutes to realize I had no reason to be. I feel so relieved now that I know my options and I know which route is the best one to take to become debt free. It took maybe 20 minutes and there was no judgement. Just call them.

The rep was good at explaining the program. However, it's been very stressful. It doesn't seem like things are getting accomplished as fast as I thought. I also got a letter. They wanted money so they had put me in collections. I sent what I received from companies to them and it seemed like they didn't reach out to the creditors. Their communication with the creditors needs to be a little better. I also tried to put two payments on one but I couldn't do that. Then they upped my amount to pay each month.

The service is great, they did saved me paying thousands of dollars. It took a little longer than what I was told in the beginning but in the end it worked out well for me. My last account to be settled the merchant did not want to worked with NDR so I had to settle that one on my own, I would recommend them to anyone who need to get out of debt.

National Debt Relief had the best program and I did a consolidation with them. I owed so much that I couldn't afford any more. My rep was very concerned about my problems and issues and he set up a payment plan for me. I am now a little over halfway through the program. This has cut down my monthly payments, which was quite doable to what I'm paying now on all cards combined. This program has put me just ahead of the ball game.

For the most part, the experience has been very positive with NDR. I've seen the transparency has been there. They have always been open. The last part of the interaction that I had with them was they had a company called Liberty Lending they had mentioned to me. I was very interested until I started to have a conversation with Liberty Lending directly and they started to explain to me their interest rates on the rapid loan that they were offering. That didn't work for me, but for the most part with National Debt Relief, there are results being done, that are actually being made.

I’m enjoying NDR because I don’t have to deal with any of the headaches, the countless phone calls and letters. That peace of mind is more than I can pay for. Plus, I’m paying my debt back, in a way. They have really good customer service, too. It’s also been really easy to do. It was rough trying to get everything together in the beginning. We had to sign a lot of paperwork on each account. But other than that, once I got used to that, it was okay.

They start out good in the beginning but when you get to the closing of all your accounts they drag they feet in finalizing you to close out. I have been waiting over a year to have my final account close. Every time I inquired about it I get the same answer.

I am impressed with the program. We already have 2 credit cards almost paid off and working on another one. Every representative that I've spoke to has been kind, patient and knowledgeable... I no longer have a mailbox full of notices from the credit card companies. Even the phone calls, all of them have stopped.
