When starting this process, I was extremely apprehensive. However, when talking with Andrew, he did not make me feel like I had done something wrong or was a terrible person. He was very kind, helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. My reason for a 4 is the cost of the program. I feel if someone is already struggling with finances, adding $3000 in fees in my case is a lot. I can only imagine what ppl who are in debt more than I am have to pay. To me, that needs to be reconsidered,

It was very hard for me to pick up that phone and call, but once I did I did not regret it! They were very professional with how they treated me and my situation.
