The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and confident in what he was doing. He explained everything to me when I understood what he was saying. I ended up signing up and I am very happy. I don't remember the gentleman's name but I would give him a five star rating.

Arthur ** did an astounding job. He gave his full attention to make sure my questions were answered in detail. And I can be a stickler. He wasn't concerned about the time spent, on what probably took longer than normal for an application process, to make sure I was content with the outcome. Personable as well.

Communication was clear and detailed! Really enjoyed this experience. Only thing we were a little confused about was two of our accounts were not included (2 military star accounts). We discovered that after signing and after the call when we had a little better look at the accounts that were included. I’m sure there was a reason, but we were unsure why. The rest of the process was perfect!!! I mean really good! Thank you David!!

From the very first email, Jenni was professional, courteous and very understanding of my crazy work schedule and need to reschedule. She followed up but didn’t harass. The perfect amount of follow up and I do that for a living and know what a hard balance that can be. We finally were able to speak on Sunday and she was amazing, informative, personable. All the things. You’re obviously already stressed out when you’re contacting your company and she has lightened my load! If anyone wants a good laugh you should listen to the call, we got off topic a few times and it’s pretty funny.

Overwhelming debt can leave a person feeling helpless. NDR gave us a solution to be able to live debt-free. While we have just entered into working through our debt with them, we feel hopeful once more that we can fulfill our desire for debt-free living. Their representative was compassionate and helpful as he walked us through the application process and helped us set up our account. We would hope you never find yourself overwhelmed with debt, but if you do, in our opinion NDR is the way to go when you cannot do it on your own.

I spoke with Naomi and she was incredible! She explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions and walked me through every step of the process. I think NDR is a solid company. Obviously they’re large and their employees work pretty robotically / systematically. However for the most part they are charismatic people. Juan ** was my rep and he was great. He was direct and answered all of my questions. For me personally, I wasn’t looking for sympathy or an “easy” way out. Just wanted clarity and transparency and NDR seemed to have gave just that. JG wentworth sucks.

The application and subsequent contract process was seamless. My rep. was understanding, not condescending, which meant a lot. I first want to thank Jason for answering all my questions. Also he went through the enrollment package page and explained what each page meant. He also texted me back whenever I texted him, replied to my emails and always called when he said he would. I would recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with credit card debt. It surely gave peace of mind to know in 2 years I will have no credit card debt and know how much I saved on not paying on high interest rates. First I didn't believed. I thought it was a scam because I got scam 3x . So, it's like good to be true. In short I tried all the possible ways on how to reduce and pay off my DEBT on my own. I even try to used my 401k buT THE REASON THAT YOU NEED TO USED IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR PAYING OFF DEBT. But life is just so sucks. If it hammers you. It hammers you down.
