The person who helped me establish my debt relief plan was knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic. This was not an easy decision to make but I know that over time it will be well worth it. The portal is easy to use and the company provides great information.

Great people work here. They are very patient with you. And take the the time to answer all questions, that you may have. Also, explain the program in clear and concise terms. This company offers great services. The counselor was knowledgeable and answered my concerns with the utmost of care. The process was easy and moved forward without a hitch. The counselor went over my budget with me and we discussed ways to help alleviate my current circumstances.

First of all, I just want to comment on how fast this process was. Only because I was at work on Thursday but had I been free the process would have taken maybe 20-30 mins. Also, not being able to find anyone to help me figure a way out of my current situation except for these guys, I have to give it to them. At this time I have no response due to the amount of complaints to THE BBB and other agencies. I have since requested to terminate my contract before the deadline and awaiting a response. Most of the complaints referred to payments not going out as they should along with poor response time getting back to the consumer.

Although I never missed a payment, I was unable to par down my debt due to high interest rates and a personal unforeseen event that would cause myself extreme financial hardship.
