These people are awesome. I had Ms. Lumpkin and she was compassionate and amazing. She eased me into on what to expect and explained things so thoroughly. Everything was reviewed and any questions I had she was prepared and answered them. I left understanding what I was getting into which is amazing.

Everyone was very professional and help me walk through this process, as I am not electronic savvy. The welcome kit is incomplete & hard to understand unless you have an advanced degree in accounting. The website has no direct answers & it is impossible to reach anyone via phone. One is forced to trust to luck that this program will work as originally described.

So far, my experience with National Debt Relief has been outstanding. Their customer service is hands-down, one of the best. I have already lost some of my anxiety after just a few days talking with them. I am now looking towards the future without a panic attack.

Asked about how to switch my bank account. The person that I was talking to was very helpful and polite and very professional and very knowledgeable about what I needed help with. I wish every customer service person was as polite like she was.

The set-up for this service was smoothly professional and I felt the greatest confidence in the agents: Jenny as first. I have received a few phone calls to get through signing documents and confirmation of creditors. I received the welcome package with the tips of dealing with creditors which was helpful. Interestingly enough, the suggestion that I replace my phone number with the NDR credit phone # was brilliant. Except for Paypal. They were not cooperative on the website; however, I found a way around that. (They still had my old phone number from two years ago, so I didn't change it). I have not been pestered by creditor calls or emails yet, but I'm sure they will come. At this point, things are efficient so far. I can only hope NDR follows through with their excellent customer service I've witnessed, so as to relieve some of the stress I've been suffering. Thank you at this point.

The people at NDR are more accommodating than I ever expected. Gracious, kind, sincere, and incredibly helpful. I was at a loss as to what I needed to do to get my credit and life in order. After living through the Dixie Fire and losing my job in the process - I felt like I was drowning in debt and utter loss. NDR helped me get back on my feet.

They ruin your credit, try and "offer" a solution with a loan with an enormous APR. Take fees left and right, do not help in any legal affairs they caused. One started you cannot get out. Settled my accounts for way more than I would have without them. DON'T TRUST THEM!

Brian was accurate, concerned and confident. Asked all the right questions and reviewed the answers completely. Discussed the options and helped reason the appropriate answer without assuming the decision process. Very professional and concerned with the proper decision.

I called the company and received a well executed sales pitch that convinced me they were the company to go with. What they don't explain to you is that once you follow their instructions to discontinue paying on your debts so they can negotiate a settlement that the settlement they negotiate includes interest when negotiated provides a settlement that is basically the initial amount you had in debt when you signed up with them PLUS their fees. They also told me the amount I should pay (which the sales person determined) to be out of debt in twenty four months sounding much like a guarantee.

Hello, So the last time I called the 1800 number the gentleman that was helping me was rude and short. Not sure why but he kept getting bothered by any question I would ask. After a short time I just gave up and said goodbye.

The enrollment process was good. A good salesman talked to me about it. But as far as the communication, it’s not very good with my creditors, myself, and National Debt Relief. NDR said that they sent letters out to everybody, but nobody's gotten one yet. I tell my creditors to talk to NDR and that they got a power of attorney. I said, “You gotta understand the fact that I went through hardship financially.” They said, “Okay. We'll have them give us a call.” I do that but nothing ever happens.

The rep was fantastic. He explained to me exactly how the process was going to work. All my credit was put together, and I just pay a certain amount a month. It's like doing a savings for myself and when they reach a certain amount of money, they will talk to my creditors and see if could lower down the payment. It worked out really nice. Instead of making one big payment, I make two payments monthly, on the 15th and the 30th, and I feel more relaxed. I make sure that the money is in the account when it's supposed to be there. They already helped me with one of my credit card cancellations, and I'm really excited that it's working for me. National Debt Relief is really good, and the service isn't very expensive. If I would have done it on my own, I would be in debt forever.

This amount you guys are taking from my account every 2 weeks is putting me in the poor house. It's creating more problems than it's worth. I wished I had never signed up. I wish I could lower the amount you pay biweekly..it's killing my pocket to pay over $300 monthly to get out of debt? While I am paying bills that I am paying every month. How can you guys help me when you keep me broke? I am confused.

The agent was asking me question about what I was needing help with. I was telling about my car loan, my small personal loan and, 2 credit cards. I told him about how much debt that I had and then lost connection. I have a friend who was doing the same thing. She said they were in the middle of the call and that when they were about finish that she got disconnected. I wanted to research and see if this happened to anyone else or every one.

Had a great person helping me set up my account and now we are working through the process and they are there when I need them. Sherry has been great and the amount I will pay using this company will be so much easier on my family.

Called today regarding an e-mail message that was received stating that my account was being closed for nonpayment. Upon discussing this with the representative, it was discovered that this was a fake message and that it had not come from National Debt Relief. I was completely overwhelmed with small loan and credit card debt. I had heard that National Debt Relief was the best option out there. I reached out online and was immediately connected with David, who is by far the most kind, sympathetic, and helpful person I've met. Unlike others, he didn't make me feel more hopeless than I did already. He walked me through the entire process, told me all my options, and explained what would be my best options. I have enrolled debt with National Debt Relief. Per a conversation with them in October - they requested I deposit a $1500 lump sum to clear up the last creditor of my debt. At first, I didn't have the money to do it so I declined. I realized I could do it in an effort to close the account as soon as possible and called back. When I spoke to them I was told this was to clear a debt. When I called after depositing the money, I was also told this would clear my debt. They took the $1500 deposit and had $2200 in my account which they told me was what was needed to clear up this account and that this offer was from the company (Chase Bank) themselves.

Very good experience. The person I dealt with was very kind, patient and answered many questions. I am thankful to be on the right road. Appreciate there is a program which is really there to help those of us that have found ourselves in need of knowledgeable assistance.

I couldn't really appreciate the approach and I think the agents could be more knowledgeable about things such as taxes and how this process would affect that. I was in a deep hole, being over $13,000 in debt with only my social security disability money to live off of. Need to pay rent too. Then I stumbled upon National Debt Relief, called in, and was greeted by Terra. She was very professional and nice over the phone. First she did a soft credit check to pull up my debts. I unfortunately wasn't qualified for a 3rd party debt consolidation loan. But no matter! Terra said that National Debt Relief would help me directly. She was then very clear about what documents she required from me. I sent them over and then we scheduled another phone conversation to go over the terms with me. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very pleasant. She's a cool person and funny too! We both talked about our love for food.
