I would say that National Debt Relief is a Great place to go to start the process of re-establishing good credit. The representative that I got, Tonzetta, was very helpful and patient with me. She took her time and answered all my questions. And when I had decided to use the service, she walked me thru the process. All in all, it was very simple and pain free. She, Tonzetta was easier on me than my medical doctor. I think I’ll call her my Credit Doctor, lol. :)

Nobody wants to be in this spot but the way the world currently is we all fall on hard times. I was drowning in high interest charges. It become so overwhelming realizing that it would take 10 plus years to pay this off. Lorenzo made the process less stressful and overwhelming. He did great at explaining the process and reassuring the success of the program.

Kagan was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! The help and KNOWLEDGE absolutely off the charts!!!! I’m so HAPPY that EVERYTHING worked out, they were so helpful and kind. The guidance was much needed on my journey!!! There were no questions that he could not answer.

Calling National Debt Relief was a very hard decision for me to make but I was to the point that it was affecting me too much. I was borrowing from Peter to pay Paul and I just couldn’t go on like that. Justin was very helpful and explained everything in terms that I could understand. I felt like a load had been lifted off my shoulders when I hung up the phone.

My follow-up call was very friendly and encouraging. The customer service person was open and very diplomatic with my responses. She also allowed me time to work with my other counter partners on my decision to opt-in for extra representation by giving me a five-day grace period not including the weekend days.

He was amazing! So calm and comforting. Understood my problem and sympathetic to my situation. A++++. Quickly went over my paperwork and offered suggestions to streamline my budget. Even when I began crying (I’m in this situation because my dad passed unexpectedly and I was off work), he was truly a gentleman.

I searched the web for Debt relief sites and wanted to find one that was reputable and had good results. Luckily I found National Debt Relief program, the agent I was connected to was super helpful and explained everything to me. He went over all the details and how to expect the program to run so I would not be surprised with any issues or concerns that may arise. He also gave his information so I can directly contact him if needed. This is a great service that is going to really help me get out of debt.

5 stars. The associate was very kind answered every question I asked. Sometimes even answered twice, never got upset. She wanted to make sure I was completely ok in the manner the program was going to work. I would recommend this to a friend if they were in the shape I am in.

I reached out to NDR because I'm struggling. Really, really struggling. And I was lucky enough to have Jose give me a call. He was personal. He was very informational. He provided all the details, answered all my questions and pretty much held my hand through the entire process application, everything. He was kind enough to provide tips and tricks for me to use in the beginning of this process. I'm so grateful that I was able to get things started and have an agent be so attentive to my needs and understand where I'm coming from in my current situation.

All went well except time to sign/initial several pages as computer would not cooperate but associate A handled well and we went over pages, tried different things and she and myself got it done. So now I am enrolled. Yeah!

I am one of those people who signs up to receive information then hates when I get the calls. I had a few calls from NDR and I ignored them, or I would say I'm not interested and hang up. I don't know what made me take this last phone call, but I'm glad I did. I spoke with a man at first and then was transferred to a lady. Both were very nice and I did not get bored with the call at all. I was nervous about the whole thing at first, but after discussing it with my husband we decided to go for it. I feel confident in our decision. I can't personally rate the program itself since we just signed up, but I can however say the customer service was amazing. I feel awful that I can't remember the guy's name, but the lady I spoke with who got us signed up was Christina ** and she was super nice and very helpful through it all. I look forward to seeing how this helps us. I'm excited about fixing our debt.

I wish to cancel my participation in program and enrollment. Yeah I haven't been helped. My agent was very pushy on agreement documents. I was disappointed in service. I wasn't comfortable with the whole process. This was a very bad experience. Therefore once again I wish to cancel enrollment and program before it even begins.

While Ruben was an absolute gentleman, I had to try too hard to respond to things he'd say or ask. He was tied to a prepared script in his mind and was not easily pried from his canned speech. I felt pressured to commit to things I was not comfortable with and that I wanted more information on, or wanted to get other opinions about. He was focused on nailing me down as a client and it was difficult to get him to allow other thoughts, questions, or ideas to be explored.

I called for information about debt consolidation and by 10 pm had a plan that was shaped and molded to meet my wife and My needs. My debt specialist Casey ** was fantastic. He listened to my story and developed a specialized plan that addressed all of our concerns. He worked tirelessly to close the deal and should be commended. An increase in salary is in order.

My agent was great. Very patient and knowledgeable. If she did not have the information at her finger-tip, she would place me on hold and return with the answer. The amount of fees that have been taken out of my account is crazy! I pay monthly fees and then was just charged an extra almost $1k in fees for this service. The due dates are not set. They are randomly pulled every 2 weeks or so and they are always opposite of my actual payday. When I was first signed up and told it would be pulled on my payday every 2 weeks. I have called to get it changed and was told they're unable to change it. Extremely disappointed in that as now I'm constantly charged an overdraft fee every single time on top of their inconsistent payment dates.

The process is easy enough. What I’m having trouble with is the number of reps calling me even though I am working with a designated person. I’m receiving far too many emails!! They are constant each day and I’m at the point I want to block all of them!!! There’s absolutely no reason for them or the calls!

When I signed up I wasn't given the choice of one payment a month. Just told payments would be every 2 weeks. I only get paid once a month and with 30 to 31 days in a month my payment sometimes would fall before my pay day. I have been told that to have my payments taken out once a month I will have to call every other month to set this up. Your system won't allow it to go further than 2 months. This is not very convenient for me. Please work on this for me.
