I was helped and assisted in my recovery of debt by a gentleman named Sean. This gentleman was very thorough and helpful every step of the way. Great customer service!! I applaud the company for being able to help and support people who are struggling financially and trying to get their lives back on track when things are tough. A program like this matters and I am grateful for the support and help with an issue that will now soon be resolved.

Just enrolled which was pretty easy. I will keep you updated. Since I just signed up I can't really give an honest answer about how it is working for me at this time. But I can say that working with Erica on getting signed up was pretty easy to understand and didn't really take as long as I thought it would.

The process was kind of long but I am so much better off than I was. My sleep and attitude are much better and I would do it all over again. This is a wonderful stress reliever. Every time I called National Debt Relief, I had no issues. I'm completely done with the program. I'm fully satisfied. I am debt-free now. I've recommended it to a handful of people already.

There was very good communication either through email or telephone calls, updating me and letting me know what was going on. They would call or text me and ask if the settled amount would be something that I was interested in. If it was, they would go ahead and move forward with it. We went with the automatic payments out of the account. Every month, it went out like clockwork. I knew when it was coming out and there was never a double take. They were very careful. I was able to complete my program in the time allowed. They were flexible. There were times when I had to postpone a payment. If I had enough in my account, they allowed that to happen. They were excited when they were able to close out an account and when I graduated. I would recommend National Debt Relief because they helped us out a lot.

National Debt Relief helped negotiate settlements and pay off schedules and took over the payments. I paid them a certain amount each month then they lotted it out according to their schedule. I'm completely out of debt now and feel better. They said it would take four years, but I was able to do it in three years. Everything worked out great. It was always easy to get ahold of somebody and talk to them.

I called National Debt Relief and requested more information. They sent me a whole packet and I went over it. Then I got ahold of them again and I started up. The reps were very helpful. When I went over my finances and I saw that I couldn't pay at that specified date, instead of having me get a penalty, they pushed the date around. I'm completely satisfied with the service.

National Debt Relief reduced my debt and paid it all off with money that I paid them. I was comfortable working with them. The only thing that was a disappointment about the service was the drop in my credit scores. That was hurtful. But the rest of it was fine and they let me pay it off three months early. Also, they contacted me periodically and we'd go over what was happening and what was getting paid off.

The enrollment process was very easy. I talked to someone on the phone, and then I gave them my information. They ran my credit report, saw what I owed, and then we went from there. The rep seemed very caring and he was always willing to help. He explained everything thoroughly. Then he set up a payment that I could definitely afford and I went through. Right now, I'm debt-free. I ended up paying it back a little early. I was scheduled for between four and five years and I got everything done in about four years. Everything was great. Every time I talked to someone, everything was very positive.

I liked the guy who talked to me at National Debt Relief. Compare to the other companies I talked to, he seemed like he could help me more and he was more interested in my case. If you are in credit card debt of more than $20,000, it's worth contacting National Debt Relief to have them help you with that. Otherwise, you're gonna stress yourself out and never be able to pay that off, unless you get yourself in debt somewhere else. And it's peace of mind. I called NDR and scheduled a consultation. I qualified for the program and got started. I was set up on a good plan. What I wasn't aware of was I would pay for the negotiator's fees. I also thought that my credit card debt would be negotiated to 50% less than what I owed. It didn't turn out that way. It depends on what percentage the credit card company is willing to negotiate. So, there were different percentages. There was a 50%, 60%, 70%. Other than that, the program worked out for me.

National Debt Relief discussed everything. There was no unanswered questions left. The representatives were always very kind and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them. I was also able to track my progress through the dashboard on the customer service portal. The program itself was a little longer than what I had been told, but that wasn't National Debt Relief. It was that the creditors weren't wanting to be workable on a couple of them. The program worked for me because I graduated out of it. It got me out of some debt that I felt like I was drowning in, and I just purchased my first home.
