The enrollment and first start was excellent, now we need to know the next steps towards credit balance relief as they promised. I understood all the process we need to go thru. I have all information ready to be used for this process and phone numbers and Internet site, also pdf documentation where explain all. The first person verbally in My language (Spanish) explains all very accurate and when I read the documentation all are set, the documentation supports all we talked about and has all we need to use for future if need it. Let's see ahead. For the start enrollment all is excellent and seems all will be as promised.

Trae was very helpful and patient, he worked with me and my wife to help us through the process, and made the process easy to understand. I felt like he wanted to help us succeed, he was prompt with his call backs and answered every question I had. He helped me feel comfortable with the process.

Being an educated person, I would make reasonable/beneficial choices financially. No one has control of the economy and how it affects each of us. TO make better choices, it is important to do it with a reliable company. Extensive preparation and the willingness to open up to strangers was difficult. Keenan was committed and thorough. Having to wait an extensive time to get the copy of our contract. We need a copy of the contract to help with our refinance of our house. Otherwise everything was very good. One of my creditors has not been contacted by NDR yet (a month after enrolling in the program). The creditor reinstated the temporary ACH withdrawals from my bank. I specifically told NDR and their enrollment agent (Turbo Debt) how important it was that Uprova be contacted immediately when I enrolled.

Talking with Sarah over at National Debt Relief made me feel relieved compared to other debt relief companies that I've tried using over the past year or so. I would recommend anyone talking to them first over all other companies. Very pleasant to speak with NDR over the phone and through email and very easy to understand. It's nice to have a company that doesn't outsource to countries that are hard to understand due to broken languages.

It was great. Yorleis ** who was the person I dealt with was informative, understanding, and made me feel like I could be totally transparent about my personal situation. Frankly, after shopping around and actually dealing with another debt relief company, she was the reason I went with NDR. Her calls were prompt and she was very respectful of my time.
