I have been struggling for a while now, so I made the leap to see if debt consolidation would help. Daniel was excellent. He did not make me feel ashamed or embarrassed about my situation. He walked me through the process, explained everything in detail so I would understand, and by the end of the call I felt a weight lift off my shoulders. I am looking forward to this journey and hope it helps my pocketbook and teaches me a few things.

The associate was very detailed. He explained everything very clear. Also gave good reasons for going with National Debt, the advantages. Explained all of our questions including bankruptcy. We went back and forth when explaining our situation and our expectations. Except for the long times spent on hold, the procedures were well handled.

I have made the best decision to use National Debt Relief for myself. I love working wtih this program so very much, I was in debt and struggling to keep my head above water, when I reached out to National Debt Relief I immediately felt a cloud lift off over my head. I got enrolled I believe back in Feb of this year, and everyone during my time here has been super responsive with my questions, answer all my call and questions in a timely manner. The staff were great and very friendly and explained the process to my understanding., They were very patience and work with me.., The representative was able to provide me with a great payment plan that was suitable for me to manage biweekly and save in the process. I’ve had several issues first starting out because of my banking institution. But they waited for me to get it fixed and then allowed me to start off with smaller payments then worked my way up to a bi-weekly payment plan. A little slow in my opinion on getting settlements, but that might not be their fault. Highly recommend them.

Former customer 2017-2021. 48 months faithful, on time payments, followed all directions, score finally went up, now it went back down, covered under contract with NDR, 3 times I requested proof letter of settlement. Still no letter, no email so what is it going to take to get an answer from you? Please send a reply, this does not look good for NDR. If I don't hear from you soon I will take other measures to settle this.

Hard times have to be prepared for, I've got to bring down my debt liability because everything is going up in price. Very pleasant to talk to. Had a calming voice. Explain everything step by step and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Things were done very quickly. Stayed with me the entire way which is a nice thing. I don’t like switching people all the time.

I have spoken to two customer service representatives at NDR, one with whom I set up my account, and one with a follow-up question. Both gentlemen were so kind and nonjudgmental. I feel very supported by this company. It is very stressful to have to resort to a debt relief program, but I am glad that NDR is there to help.
