The customer agent was very knowledgeable. She did not judge my situation. And was acceptable and very friendly. I was satisfied with the final plan. I definitely would recommend National Debt Relief to a friend or even someone I don’t know. It gives me great relief knowing I am getting the help I need.

I wasn't sure what to expect going in but after speaking to Sam and after going through my options I was convinced this was the way to rid myself of my debt. The next 44 months will take a lot of work but I'm confident I'll get through this. Thank you Sam and thank you NBR.

What would have taken me approximately 15+ yrs to get out of debt, I will now do in as little as 44 months. The process from start to finish was amazingly simple. Too early to rate it because I just joined yesterday and waiting for everything to go as expected according to the company. However, I rate the service on phone great. They were professional and gave me advice before I made decision. Being Deaf the person was helpful and patient with me. I used an interpreter through relay service and we talked for an hour or so to make sure everything was what I wanted for support from them.

I am actually satisfied with the process from the beginning up to the end, my agent guided me throughout the process. He demonstrated patience and courage to let me familiar with the program. The lady who helped me very so very sweet and sympathetic to my situation. Hard times have to be prepared for, I've got to bring down my debt liability because everything is going up in price. My wife has medical issues coming up and we've got to be prepared for this and whatever else might come up like insurance and medical cost, utilities, automotive all these add up fast, we need to stop using credit.
