All my questions were answered in detail by the agent and all documents were easy to understand and the process was very timely in all aspects. The process to enroll in the National Debt Relief Program was very easy. Also the customer is excellent. They are very helpful and attentive to your needs. I asked several questions and the representatives were very knowledgeable when answering. However before calling, I would advise to have all your creditors’ information readily available so that the process can proceed smoothly. I did not have all my information so the representatives patiently waited while I searched for this info.

Needed debt relief and help getting me back on track. Looks like my dream has come true. My SS check was depleted every month. Had little to no money left at the end of each and every month. Now I can go to a movie once and a while or lunch with the family without being embarrassed. Thanks for all your help.

My experience signing up was flawless. I appreciated that my consultant was very understanding and extremely nice. The ease explaining the options and all the paperwork was not bad at all. My first consultation with National Debt Relief went very well. My debt specialist Kenny was very professional and knowledgeable about my particular situation. At first, I was afraid to go to NDR, but after talking with a debt specialist, I am feeling a bit better about the process. I was pleasantly surprised with how thorough they were with the entire process. Most companies would just send me a bunch of forms and ask me to sign them without really knowing what they are. However, this was not the case with Kenny. He walked me through the process step by step and answered all of my questions with honesty and compassion. National Debt Relief came at the right time and helped me with my credit card debt. At 25% interest, I never could get the cards paid down. I was doing pretty good at paying them down until 2021 when everything got so expensive. They were very professional and efficient at getting the formalities completed.

I signed up for NDR today. It was super easy and everything was explained thoroughly. My savings are significant and I feel as if a huge load has been taken away. I'm recently divorced and have been struggling to make ends meet. Like a lot of people I was hesitant to make this important financial decision. However once I made the decision I felt confident that it was the right one. The process was clear, complete and I felt like there was a compassionate element too! After finishing the process my wife asked me how I felt about the decision. I ended up speaking with Michael and he was Very patient with me when going through all my information. After 2 hours on the phone He had gotten me in the program with a manageable payment. This program should get my debt paid up faster with less money out of pocket. I had lost my husband and then my fiancé, and then along came covid & hurricanes. My insurance company for my property only paid me @$2,000 on a repair that was appraised for @$6,000! I had to pay the balance out of my savings. So bad insurance and a disease put a tremendous amount of trying to pay with only my one income. This program is a blessing!!

We had a great experience with the whole process and how patient the agent was. The agent spent a lot of time explaining how the process worked and what to expect. We did ask questions and they were answered right away. The whole process was quite easy. The agent did put us at ease with the whole process.

They have 2 programs. With one, they make you default on your existing debt and it trashes your credit. The other is a very high interest loan for several years. I wasn't approved for the $8200 loan. My credit score is almost 700. Probably a good thing, because I would have paid over $12,000 back. Was looking at $333/month for 36 months, or $470/month for 24 months. Having control over people's bank account for several years is scary. So, review all your options first.

He explained everything thoroughly and provided a worthwhile experience. Their system worked very easily to pull up all of my accounts so it really did not take much work on my end. Just getting started with the process but so far so good and hopeful to be out of debt, I will likely increase my payments once I get into a routine.
