When calling I was a little uncertain as to how the conversation would go but once Kyle starting talking instantly I felt the anxiety lift. He was very direct and informative. The experience was painless. Kyle me told me to complete all my paperwork and stayed on the phone while I chipped away at it. I was very thankful.

The representative that helped me was patient with answering my questions. He walked me through the whole process of how things would go. He took the time to look up accounts and make sure that I had everything applied that was eligible for the program.
