The person I spoke to was David ** and he was very helpful. He spoke clearly and answered any questions. I had to the best of his ability. He was very patient when waiting for me to complete things I needed to fill out. I’m glad to have had him handle my inquiry today!

It was a very good experience. The process was easy although I was very nervous about taking the first step. The representative that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I didn’t feel rushed in the least. All the paperwork was reviewed with me and all the questions I had were explained in depth.

You need to understand, this will not make your debt go away as you will be paying into a fund to help negotiate the REDUCTION of your current debt. Our experience with the person who is helping us through this process has been wonderful and very well explained. We were very stressed over our debts with no way out. When decided to answer some questions to the ad I saw online to see if it was true that they can help us, I was surprised when Cristine called us right away. We were thinking of going bankruptcy but at the same time we hesitated because our idea isn't to stopped paying our debts but just getting some relief.

I feel as far as the program one thing that I’m not necessarily agreeing with is I do have a credit card that I did go to court for and the judge just ruled that I call the credit company and make payment arrangements, and from what I understand because of that, I can’t put that into my debt relief program. Just a new comer to the business but knew all of the answers and what to do. Very knowledgeable for her job and very pleasant. Very nice person and happy. Well fit for her job.
