Very nice, They guide me to all the stuff I have to do. They explain about the program. They told me which credit card that they can help me and which card that they can’t. I received an email about obtaining a loan like many others, but this one spoke of a larger sum of money so I called them. I am glad I did as they really did help me by taking some debt and lowering my monthly payments. Marcus was very professional and thorough and explained that he was doing and asked questions. The process did not really take very long. Unfortunately after I worked with them, I received a couple of statements from businesses that he did not have and I failed to remember them. I was in such a bad mess. I am sure they will add them, but I hate it that it will cause them to redo my loan and I am sure that they will.

I fell victim to circumstances beyond my control, which included losing my wife to cancer, losing my health and going on SSDI which came in too late. The owner of the home, of over 30 years that my wife and I lived in, had fell ill and was passing away. He and I had an agreement that he would sell us the home for 120,000.00 as soon as we had fixed incomes in the bank. Because he was passing, his son took over the home and priced me out of it. So I called and spoke to a rep, and he guided me all the way through the program and what to expect and made me realize how much debt we were actually in. The amount of relief I felt after talking with him was unreal.

There are different ways to trim down, or eliminate, your debt. The company I chose was National Debt Relief. They explained they attempt to work with lenders to get the amount you owe down by as much as 50%. I went to them with $10,618.62 of debt from two lenders. It took 36 months for me to eliminate all debt. NDR was unable to get any balances reduced. The lenders stated no late fees would be incurred while I was working on the debt. At the end of the 36 months, I completed the program; having paid $10,618.62 myself.

I cannot say enough, how incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful Jason was throughout the process of determining which program would work best for our situation and then walking us through the application and acceptance process. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing some help eliminating debt and the difficulty that it places on daily life.

Jason was awesome to work with. He provided a plan that will help us out in the now and be able to be successful long term. He worked the pros and cons and walked us through step by step. I feel with his help we will be in a better place.

Mike is very warm, compassionate and knowledgeable about what NDR can do to assist with debt. I feel as though he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before moving on to the next item. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was going well.

The lady who helped me on the phone was absolutely wonderful, she explained everything to me so I can understand and she was very nice, and she helped me consolidate all my debt! Much appreciated to her! I talked to different advisers and they didn’t explain like she did, and they didn’t understand what I wanted and needed but she understood exactly what I needed and wanted! She is very good at her job and now I feel so much better because she helped me lower my monthly payments, and now I feel so relieved m! I can actually have a little extra a month now thanks to her!

Orlando helped me and was very nice. Got everything done fast and efficiently. I hope he gets a raise. Went through everything and talked me through all the things that I could do and options I could take. Thank you guys for all your help.
