Jose made me feel like I was family and not just another client, he took the time and effort to explain what services they offer and how I would be able to achieve my goals. When I signed up for this I was told they would take the payments on the 5 and the 20 of each month. That when I get paid they been taking it out early and this last time they had to take out of savings and I had to pay A overdraft fee because it was taking out too early so I need to know the two dates that it will happen. I feel like I’m in too deep to pull out. Although I’m very happy about getting my debt resolved. The sneakiness of NDR is a bit much sometimes when it comes to fees and the term lengths. Will give a few examples and these are my true dealing with NDR. I had a capital one cc with approx 5K of debt. It was the 1st one that was settled on my behalf. $1861 sounds like a win right? Well in a way it is but when presented to you it only tells you the amount that you're able to settle for (ie $1861) not a time frame or a fee cost. As soon as you accept it goes back to them for final review. Then and only then do you know the time frame and fee cost. So in the exact case the fees were $1500 and the settlement was $1861 now we are looking at the true cost of $3681 total for the settlement. Still not terrible but I think I probably could have negotiated a better deal for myself with capital one.

Tiffiany ** did an outstanding job of explaining the program and processes involved. All risks and pathways to debt relief were covered. It was a very good discussion and she made me feel comfortable with the program when I brought up the negative impact it would have on my credit and the creditor calls that I would receive. She made it well known that this was a marathon and not a sprint and keep the end goal of being debt free after graduation from the program and that my credit would quickly recover. I was very satisfied with the ability to split the cost of the program into two monthly payments and I was given and NDR phone number to provide to creditors so that they would call NDR instead of me when the non-payment and collections call would start. I am on the path to being debt free in a relatively short time with a $20+K savings through settlement negotiations.

This was such a great experience! Once I submitted my inquiry online I received a phone call within a few minutes! The gentleman was very polite and easy to talk to. After a few short questions, he informed me that I don’t owe as much as I thought and referred me to another company that could help due to the low amount of debt I owe!!
