Best experience ever and made it so much more less stressful. So so helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and the rep I had. I felt so much better after doing this. I was at my wits' end. I felt knowledgeable when the process was over.

Jonathan contradicted what I was recently told by another NDR representative. He contacted me because I had stated I was unhappy when I was told I was being charged $103.00 by NDR for "negotiating fees" that had accrued because of negotiating NDR had done in my cause with one of my creditor banks. Jonathan informed me that the $103.00 was a charge from my cc bank. When I told him that I had been told it was for negotiating fees, he just kept talking and ignored me. I believe I informed him twice. Negotiating should be in that 15%. Either way. If it was negotiating fees then NDR is already taking 15% of my original date.

I just want to thank Jonathan for all the help he did for me. He had took a lot of stress off my shoulders.. If anyone needs to get help I will more than be happy to refer them to National Debt Relief. They are wonderful. Thank you so much Jonathan for all your help.

I was worried about starting the process and thought it would negatively impact my credit report. My representative Robert made the process easy to understand and very welcoming. I was able to complete the process in about 1 hour. Thank you, as I start my path to being debt free.

I was so happy to get accepted because I needed someone to help me get out of debt. My score was 850 when I got my new credit card and then somehow the scammers got a hold of it and racked it to the limit which was $10.000.00. When they wanted me to refinance my house I knew how to get the money back. I waited and then he asked what was taking so long and I told him he had to pay the Valley Star credit card off. He gave me his banking information and I paid it off and then blocked him. Next thing I knew I owed $20,000.00 because they paid him back twice.

Marcus was wonderful, he made the process easy, explained everything and answered all my questions. He was kind, patient and put me at ease in what I thought was going to be a stressful process. I was very hesitant to call but he spent a lot of time walking me through. Only sorry he isn't part of the the Client Success staff and available for follow-up questions.

The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I instantly felt a tremendous amount of weight lifted from my purse strings. I was constantly under pressure each month trying to rob Peter to pay Paul. I have already shared with a few family and friends. I really appreciated receiving the information about the telephone number to share with my creditors in order to eliminate the constant and annoying telephone calls.

Just run, they will take more in fees than you know and will pay the creditor less and take more for themselves. Biggest regret of my life. You can also search Reddit reviews of how horrible this company is. If I can warn others I would be happy to do so! A lot of people on Reddit had to file for bankruptcy.

We were already with one relief place and they weren’t able to take all our debt and NDR was and the payment was easier and they even split it in half to make it that much more manageable. I gave their staff a slight headache with my indecisiveness. First Lizz worked with me late into the night until we had it all hammered out (or so I thought) ... But then I changed my mind once I realized a few repercussions of my decision and cancelled the next morning. Helpful and great personality. Did a great job connecting and engaging with me to really get to know me. However, I felt a bit like he was overselling it. I did my research and had made up my mind to get this service on one condition which was accepted. But I kept getting lost during the overselling of the program and a couple of times I felt I had to cut him off to ask my questions. Other than that Norman was terrific at assisting me and listening to me, when I was able to get a word in edgewise.

I, like a lot of people, had the dream of owning a home ripped from me after a horrible divorce that changed my life and Unfortunately my credit. The credit I worked so hard to achieve just crumbled due to having to make the decision to live off of credit cards to survive for close to a year. The decision buried me in not only debt, but eventually debt I couldn't afford anymore. I lost my car and had creditors calling me non stop. After years of running from the creditors and a new job which allowed me to obtain a personal loan and the ability to work endless overtime I was able to pay off 90% of my old debt and start over building my credit again.

I really appreciate Jericho‘s honesty. I am currently in a debt relief program and while he did say his program is the best, it wouldn’t be ideal for me to change companies because I’ve already gotten so far along with debt settlement negotiations with the company I am with now. If anything it would cause further delays having to wait on new settlement negotiations with all my creditors.

Knowing that my debt would be paid off a lot sooner and save money at the same time is a big relief. I was scammed on two of my credit cards for a total of $10,000. I met with the banks to see if they could help me out of it; but, they couldn't help me. So, with the balance going higher, the payment due shot up. And as you may know, that payment stays the same for a while. I receive a monthly retirement check. Since grocery prices went up, I have to budget really hard to 'have enough'.

The initial process took about an hour. The person helping was very friendly, professional, and efficient. This appears to be the best way to solve my debt as interest was making it impossible. I hope to continue having a easy process with national debt relief. Understand that your credit will be substantially impacted by the process but if you are already a few payments behind you clearly know what impact it has already had on your score.

NDR's reps were straightforward and pretty knowledgeable about what was going on. Signing up with them was a cut-and-dry process. Some of the correspondence was slow getting back and forth but our experience depended on who we were dealing with at the time. They had a couple of people that really cared and some that just wanted to get you off the phone. It took us about four years to finish the program and we're happy we did it. Everything turned out well and our overpayment was refunded back to us. I'd tell my friends that with NDR's help, we took the shortcut for a long road.
