When I applied for the debt relief account, it was simple and non-confusing. The agent I spoke with, was very knowledgeable about the plan. His assistant was greatly appreciated. His name was Zachary ** and the other I spoke with was Alex. They instructed me about the phone numbers I should call, if I don't have the funds in my account. I need to call about 5 business days before the payment is due. Zachary explain, what will happen next if I miss a payment.
