I spoke with Abraham on 10/30/2023. Aside from the absolute Hell it's been for me trying to get this debt resolved, I would have to say that Abraham was probably one of the better reps I've spoken to with this company. Although he seemed very anxious and scatterbrained during our call, I can understand that was probably caused due to my mother and me talking somewhat angrily and direct on the phone, and I don't think that was his fault.

I'm new to this but I'm already sleeping better and less anxious knowing that I'm still paying my bills but I'm able to actually to breathe again. My husband can finally retire because he's having issues with his heart. I may be able to save some money for a vacation someday soon.

My agent was very kind and helpful and made a REALLY bad day a whole lot easier by being very good at his job. He was respectful, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I’m really grateful to have been able to get some peace of mind when it comes to finances by trusting him. Thank you!

My experience went well. I did not expect to get enrolled as I was only inquiring about the program. Once it was explained in detail, although terrified of identity thief, I went ahead and enrolled, as I'm eager to get relief. Our rep, Chris, was fantastic. This wasn't a situation I hoped to be in - but he made me feel like I wasn't a complete failure. Very easy to sign up for this program. Very great customer service! You can add whatever debt that qualifies or chose to not include it. Up to you. They set up a monthly plan that works for you and that you can afford. Better than bankruptcy. Step by step walk through and went over Al paperwork before it was signed.

Anthony was very patient and thorough. I would recommend him to a friend! He calculated a way to eliminate $6000 of my unsecured debt with a payment plan I can live with rather than file bankruptcy. It takes almost 2 hours to complete with no distractions and interruptions... But you'll feel more in control of your finances.

I signed yesterday and am hoping it is all that they said and I can start healing from all this. Joe ** was very kind and understanding and helpful. Due to unseen circumstances in my life. My credit card Tech gotten out of control and I had no way of paying him due to bad construction projects that I put on my credit card. I have been eagerly waiting for this opportunity to leave my review. Chase ** was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was patient, considerate, compassionate, understanding, empathetic, resourceful, and encouraging. On our first call, I was very cautious, concerned and quite stubborn. He desperately wanted to help me, but I would not give him the necessary information that he needed to do a “soft pull” of my credit information. He offered my generic information with several different possibilities and what they might look like. Debt Relief, Debt Consolidation and DYI. After 1 ½ hrs. on the phone answering tons of my questions, I asked him to give me 24 hrs. to mull it over.

Jason was the agent I spoke with and he helped get me set up with a debt payoff plan. He was well spoken and answered all my questions professionally. They were very thorough how long it would take to complete and explaining how everything worked and seem to be very legitimate. Also explain the possible legalities of what may or may not happen with some of the creditors. They've made me feel as if I will have my head above water in a short time when I was feeling like I was drowning.

I enrolled two weeks ago and have yet been contacted by NDR. I’m not sure if enrollment is complete or what to tell creditors. Very concerning. I thought by now I would have been able to adjust the list of creditors as several ones were left out. I don’t want to find out this is not working.

I am just starting my process, but I am glad to have the support and guidance of NDR. They listen without judgement, and I was provided the information to make an informed decision for my situation. Couldn't get you by phone, I have some credit card debt, and auto loan, also storage bill, utilities, and medical cost, this also happened. I live in Senior housing, and they increased the rent enough that it drove me into using more credit. My cards are Bank of America, Key Bank, Chase Bank, and Citi Bank. My auto loan has approximately one 3 years left, the monthly $140, and auto insurance $125, monthly. Nothing has fallen into the rears, I have made regular payments, but it's beginning to look unmanageable. I talked to you last week and some papers were drawn up, but I need more monthly cash, for food, phone, and internet, but again I've got to get a little help, maybe even that this information is being received. I was surprised how quickly National replied. Their representatives asked appropriate questions, explained the reasons for their suggestions, and did not push me one way or the other; they gave me information I needed to make my decision. The process was completed within 3 days (one of which I was not available) and all my questions answered.
