Mark was excellent in taking time to explain all fields. Made sure I understood and was comfortable with it all. We had trouble with our phone lines and had to call back twice, very patient and took it all in stride, call was 1 hour and twenty minutes. Falyn seems to be a caring agent, explains the process well, listens well, projects empathy and understanding to a degree. Feeling overwhelmed with debt so called NDR. Spoke with a man named Jason. As someone who has become entangled in high interest credit cards and loans, he helped me see an end. 51 months of payments and I should be free. Understandably, I may pay more to resolve certain debts which I am comfortable with. For now, I am happy to be working with NDR. Called again on day 2 to ask some more questions and was happy with their responses.

We were 80,000 in credit card debt. We called NDR and they were very good. They take a look at your debt, then they take a look at your income and what they feel like they could do over a certain amount of time and if you could afford those payments because you still have to pay them, and then they pay your creditors. Any time we've contacted them, they've got back with us. They got everything paid up for us and we're done with the program. We're now seeing our credit score go back up, which is nice.

This is a bait and switch credit consultation. We wanted to get a quote for refinance and HELOC but was never given the option. Technician made us feel so little and awful about ourselves for saying no to credit consolidation. Like everything else, I had to get all my bills together, my credit card debt together, and tell them how much I owed on everything. It was easy. They answered the questions that I had. We set up a plan and I was okay with it and it was less than what I was paying with my credit card debt. Every so often, I'd get an email saying that a certain card had been paid off. We agreed on a price and I paid the entire price for the four years so much a month every month. The program saved me thousands of dollars. When I signed up with National Debt Relief a year and a half ago, I was naive and feeling desperate regarding my poor credit. I was denied housing because my credit score was poor. I trusted this company when they said they could help. I agreed to let them take money out of my account each month to negotiate with my handful of creditors. One by one, National Debt Relief would congratulate me with a “paid in full” notice. They take 25% of whatever the original individual debt is. What I didn’t know is that the debts that they were settling for me were for much less than what I actually owed. Each one of those now states on my credit report that it is a “charge off paid less than full amount.”

I have been making my payment every month faithfully. I have been able to resolve one debt and I am in the process of resolving another one.
