First, I want to say that I was very surprised on how well I was treated throughout the process. I was not an easy by any means. I have just started the program, but my expectations for debt relief are very high at this time. I work in sales and I spent four hours drilling the consultant on every possible scenario. There was not a question he cannot answer. I hope my expectations meet the end result that I am hoping for, and become debt-free. There are several good companies out there that will inform you very well and treat you very nice. This is one of those companies however, I feel like the knowledge was far superior than any consolidation program consultant I talked to. As of now, I reward them five stars as a new program participate. I will definitely modify my review if things turn out, not as promised. Special Thank you goes out to Paul S.!

I was nervous about calling and embarrassed because I had to. Doug was very easy to talk to and didn’t make me feel foolish. He explained everything so I could understand. He answered all my questions. He made the process easy for me. I am hopeful that I can resolve my debt in the next 4 years and that was something I didn’t think would be possible.

My coworker told me about NDR. I was hesitant to call. Between Covid and a serious hospitalization I was beginning to feel like I was drowning. I am so glad I made the call. My phone call was greeted by a woman named Trina **. I was very nervous, embarrassed, confused about asking for help but she was so very helpful and reassuring. I had complete knee replacement surgery and was out of work for 21/2 months, so I fell behind on my credit card payments. I was searching for help and called National Debt Relief. I was not able to log into my portal after signing up for National Debt Relief. It never sent the password creating page. It sent me the login page. And then we went through the process of clicking on forgot password, and it still did not let me create a new password. The same page came up, I have not created the initial first password which needs to happen.

This is the first time I am entering Debt Relief. Although I had tried to get out of debt all year long, nothing I did helped out and My credit score has become worse. I now entered National Debt Relief and it seems that I am being helped out of my situation. I have been helped all through my contract by Dan.

Your representative was very helpful and friendly. She listened to my issues and concerns and then told me about all my options. We worked out the best plan for me. The representative was very patient with me when it came time for me to sign all the paperwork as I sometimes have trouble with my phone when it comes to signing documents. After much thought regarding my debt situation and coming across National Debt Relief, I was connected with Ann C. She was able to provide insightful information and even using my numbers to help me move forward with reducing my debt! Sometimes a few of us can put this on the back burner and Ann was very supportive and nonjudgmental! I just appreciated the time involved with explaining how the program works. Although I understand the length of time required before communicating or resolving a debt, many people have already stopped paying when they have to rely on Debt Resolution. So the time required before the program gets involved, I believe it is not necessary. Start negotiations quicker, so people can resolve their debt even faster.

My experience was very helpful. Tivon ** was who helped me on the phone going through the process. He was very helpful and very kind! There was at one point I had to do a 3-way call with one of my credit card companies, never have I done a 3-way call, Tivon walked me through each step on how to do it. Kinda cool though now I know how to do that lol! He overall was a great person to be on the phone with.

As of this portion of my process with National Debt Relief has been stellar! I have compared companies in this line of business and was just about to proceed my process with a different (unnamed) company when I called and Yves answered my call directly. This in itself surprised me. Once I began speaking with Yves it was immediately obvious that he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions while also describing just about everything I have read from within my profile since! Yves and myself may have had an awkward “speaking over each other issue”, however Yves’s professionalism shined through, he is a true asset I am sure to your company and as I mentioned above, based on my many years in an industry where professionalism was paramount, that said, up to this point in my process up until now (also anticipated to continue) has been stellar!

The young lady that was helping me and explaining to me on how to get my debt down and getting my bills under control so that I start to see some of my instead of paying bills and getting no resolute living from check to check being without money. She was a gift from God to me working patiently with me and making sure that I understood and how this would really help me to get back on track and take control of my finances again and feel good about it.

They are very friendly and willing to understand your situation. Willing to help in any way. They explained everything to me and my husband and also read over every page. Kept asking if we had any questions. So glad we decided to do this. We are in our 50s and 60s and needed help.

She was very friendly and approachable. She sounded very natural and was easy to talk to. She promptly took care of what I was looking for. I had a great experience with Arthur, it was unexpected and I was caught off guard with the initial conversation because I had been thinking about bankruptcy, Arthur was able to talk to me and I listened carefully and understood that there was a better way to deal with debt. I would give them a zero if possible. For 51 months, we have made the payments and have NEVER missed one single payment. When we signed up, their EXPERTS said that we would be debt free if we agreed to $348 on the 1st and 15th of each month for 53 months ($36,888). Well, that will not happen. We still have over $7,000 in debt with just 4 more payments. They want to talk to my wife, but they have been VERY RUDE and they talk down to her. With their track record, we would still be paying an additional 12 to 18 months after the 53 months. So, that would be 65 to to 71 months, not the 24-48 months that they advertise. And if we would go with them that long, we could have spent $45,240 in 65 months and $49,416 in 71 months. We owed around $50,000 total. So, they really do not save any money, unlike their ads!
