I was told I would get a call today at 1000. It’s 1410. Still no call. I’m not sitting around anymore. Tired of waiting. I need more questions answered. Where are you Rosern. The process took way too long. Too much repetitive information. Wasted time waiting for return phone call I haven’t received. I have things to do too.

Very well handled and advised me with the right intent of my call. Very helpful, very easy to get my credit checked and explained what I needed to do to get out of debt, also read me through what I was signing up for, had my best interest at heart and did not lead me on.

The Representative was very helpful in explaining/covering all questions…Each section of the application was covered/gone over thoroughly…with ease…I had a very good experience with such a hard decision to make…I pray that this process will rest my current worries and see clearer for my future…Thank You.

I contacted Nick via email Monday, October 30th and asked him if we could reschedule and discuss my eligibility now. He messaged me promptly and scheduled an appointment for today, Wednesday, November 1. Nick seemed to remember our first conversation and was again accurate, compassionate, knowledgeable, and all around incredibly helpful and reassuring. I complimented him numerous times, and he was always very courteous and humble. He helped me through a particularly hard time of my life, through this process, and I couldn't be more appreciative.
