The guy that help my husband and I was great! He answered all of our questions. He called us back when the time was good for us. Which was 730 pm his time. All in all a great first impression. It seems like this company will be able to get us out of debt.

Spoke with Aaron yesterday, was able to get a program that I can work with. Very Happy with how Aaron walked me through it all. It takes some time on phone but it was necessary. Armida was very responsive to my needs. She explained the entire National Debt Relief contract to me, section by section. Also explained the process of paying off my outstanding accounts. Because of my line of credit with my bank, I will need to open up a checking account with another bank.

Looking at my statement I do see bills getting paid but all the continued legal fees which take a big chunk out of my payment along with the other fees seem to be more than the interest being charged by the creditors. I also only see some of the creditors being paid and not all of them. My understanding was that payments would be made to all parties thereby bringing down my debt.

He was all the things that make a perfect customer service agent. Helpful, kind, respectful, patient, understanding, and non-judgmental. He showed great compassion for how we got ourselves in the mess we were in. He has a very pleasant voice that kept me from feeling ashamed of what we had gotten ourselves into.

First, I want to say that I was very surprised on how well I was treated throughout the process. I was not an easy by any means. I have just started the program, but my expectations for debt relief are very high at this time. I work in sales and I spent four hours drilling the consultant on every possible scenario. I was not able to log into my portal after signing up for National Debt Relief. It never sent the password creating page. It sent me the login page. I would give them a zero if possible. For 51 months, we have made the payments and have NEVER missed one single payment. When we signed up, their EXPERTS said that we would be debt free if we agreed to $348 on the 1st and 15th of each month for 53 months ($36,888). Well, that will not happen. We still have over $7,000 in debt with just 4 more payments. They want to talk to my wife, but they have been VERY RUDE and they talk down to her. With their track record, we would still be paying an additional 12 to 18 months after the 53 months. So, that would be 65 to to 71 months, not the 24-48 months that they advertise. And if we would go with them that long, we could have spent $45,240 in 65 months and $49,416 in 71 months. We owed around $50,000 total. So, they really do not save any money, unlike their ads!
