Enrollment was very easy to apply. Janet was the lady's name that processed the enrollment and made it very simple and easy to understand. She was super nice and polite. I could not have had a better experience. I would tell anyone that needed financial help to contact National Debt Relief.

My counselor was amazing. I got so behind and felt so lost. She made me realize my current path was not going to get me out of debt. I feel like there is end in sight now. My first deposit has come out. Can't watch my credit score but I know it will improve.

I just signed up last night and the representative I worked with answered every question with the upmost detail and skill. I feel very comfortable with my decision to use this company to resolve my debt! I have enrolled on the service of NDR but the debt data collected on my agreement is not the updated (recent) one so when you are preparing agreement it should reflect the actual one or updated. So to be the best service, it should be accurate, I tried to mention the issue to the customer service when we are heading the agreement, he told me that it will be updated in the future.

When I signed up, I specifically asked him what they would try to settle for and they told me they were going to settle for each individual amount I enrolled with. It has not been the case. They told me to stop paying any of the creditors so thousands of dollars of fees have been added. The company has told me on more than 8 occasions they are negotiating the original fees or with all fees. Not very consistent. I write a review, they reply, "Call us." I do and get the same answers from different representatives. Then they tell me I am eligible to end the program with a loan with their "parent company". As told by their employee. So instead of approximately 42 months, I could leave their program, pay longer with more than likely a high interest rate. Now how does that help?
