When I signed up, I specifically asked him what they would try to settle for and they told me they were going to settle for each individual amount I enrolled with. It has not been the case. They told me to stop paying any of the creditors so thousands of dollars of fees have been added. The company has told me on more than 8 occasions they are negotiating the original fees or with all fees. Not very consistent. I write a review, they reply, "Call us." I do and get the same answers from different representatives. Then they tell me I am eligible to end the program with a loan with their "parent company". As told by their employee. So instead of approximately 42 months, I could leave their program, pay longer with more than likely a high interest rate. Now how does that help?

According to the way the program is designed to work I was the perfect candidate to get out from underneath all of the debt that I had accrued and William was good enough to help find a solution to it for me. I fell under the guidelines for debt consolidation. We walked through the entire process in which he explained everything to me completely and totally and I agreed with everything that was stated and the contract was signed. I've already contacted the high limit credit cards and let them know for the payments will be made and that I am not to be contacted but yet a cease and desist order was issued.

Jeffery was very nice and knowledgeable. My only complaint was that he should have told me the registration would take almost an hour. I had plans and he could have called me back. I will wait to see how this all goes before saying more. I do not like the fact that I have to contact creditors to give them your phone number. For 25% fee, NDR should do that.

Russell & Loretta were such an amazing helpers. They made me so relieved once it was all over with. Russell explained everything very well. Even afterwards he would make sure I understood and if he felt like I didn’t he would go into more detailed until I did. I felt very comfortable with him handling my situation. Just enrolled, too soon to recommend anyone. Let's see how I goes with me first before I do so but the agent that help me was great and very, very knowledgeable so that's a great start. To save money to my dedicated savings account to be able to pay off my debt once there is enough funds available. NDR will negotiate in my behalf with the lenders so they could lower the fines or penalties. I'm so relieved that this program is going to help ease my burden.

Since working with National Debt Relief over the past 3 years, they have settled 12 credit cards thus far. I have only 1 left, which I'm sure will be settled in 2024. The company has always kept me updated on my status, resolutions, and answered any questions I had in a timely manner.

After you add your fee in atop the settlement basically comes out to same price as the original debt. Should just settle some on own on some acct they give me better offer than you but as long as it’s settled. Next time go somewhere else if this happens. Bye

I don’t usually make phone calls for accounts, but it felt like a scam in that I could have paid much less than what he said I would get with the program. What really makes it sound like a scam is third parties. I’m not sure if I can find another business to take more off my debt in settlements than they did, but he didn’t listen to how much my monthly bill is right now and gave me a higher monthly bill than what I am paying. I don’t know if it’s best, but they seem to want a pay off date. This call basically raised how much I pay each month, but I said I can’t afford things like I wanted to by paying for debt directly like I have been myself. Only downside is your credit score goes down to ridiculously low levels for 3-6 months until your debt holders accept a settlement. Need to make sure you don’t need to finance anything like a car or move to different apartment or do anything that requires a reasonable score for that time frame. That's only downside. Then it goes back up after your settlement is accepted. They handle all of it for you and is make it simple with affordable payments and big overall savings. Even have an attorney for you if creditors try to come after you.
