I was really hesitant and anxious about doing the program. I was scared off previously by an over zealous sales person (can't remember their name) but I received a call from Bryant this time. Despite my anxiety and confusion (there's a LOT of detailed information I was not comfortable giving him) he explained everything clearly where I felt more comfortable. I have been suffering years of this debt from covid when everything shut down and I couldn't find work. Expenses added up and then when I got a job I could barely afford the payments and debt kept piling up. Now I have a plan and most importantly, I have hope and reassurance that I will make it out of this debt, thanks to Bryant. I called for information and was soon engaged in actually signing up. The person I talked with was super engaging, empathic and encouraging. I am writing this review as a follow-up on my recent review of the unpleasant customer service experience that I had talking to a customer service rep regarding an offer to settle the debt of a particular account. I was initially planning to revise the review and mention that I was satisfied at the end as NDR followed up promptly with me and handled the situation correctly in the end. And they made me feel that they take customer service seriously and will act and minimize if not totally prevent this occurrence again in the future.
