My experience was extremely positive. It is hard to admit to a stranger that you have been irresponsible and accrued extreme financial debt. I was treated with respect, professionalism, and kindness. My point of contact (I'm embarrassed I can't remember her name) was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend she receive acknowledgment for being an outstanding employee.

I was very impressed on how helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable the staff member Robert ** was on helping me and answering my questions. He walked me through the process of filling out all my paperwork and was very patient. I am relieved that National Debt Relief is able to help me get on the right track to being debt free. I needed this burden off my shoulders and know that now l will be able to live a more comfortable life.

Scott was so helpful as I was very worried about debt relief, but truly I think it will be the best decision. He answered all my questions. It was quick, easy and simple. I already feel better about one easy payment and being able to finally put money in my savings account.

Life comes at you fast. Good and Bad! My experience was amazing with NDR, If I hadn't found this company, willing to help me put together a plan with a time frame helping me get out of debt and make life a little easier. I am writing this review as a follow-up on my recent review of the unpleasant customer service experience that I had talking to a customer service rep regarding an offer to settle the debt of a particular account. I was initially planning to revise the review and mention that I was satisfied at the end as NDR followed up promptly with me and handled the situation correctly in the end. And they made me feel that they take customer service seriously and will act and minimize if not totally prevent this occurrence again in the future.

Very fast response, very helpful in coming up with a solution to help me get out of debt. Time will tell if it works, would recommend to friends. They had everything set up in about an hour and a half. Hopefully will save some money and get caught up on my bills.

Shaun was great! He made it so easy to understand what the program offered and was patient and willing to answer all my questions. He explained how the program would benefit me in future. I will definitely recommend him and the debt relief program to all my people. It’s good that this program exists to help people like me.

The enroller and Customer Service Team have been extremely considerate and helpful while I setting up my account. It was not an easy decision to enroll, but they made me feel supported and reassured during the process. I am looking forward to working with their settlement team to resolve my debts so that I can eventually live debt free.

I was really impressed by the professional yet friendly agent who assisted me. My credit score has gone down by 250 points and I get 10 harassing calls a day from banks and lenders. Yes four debts have been reduced and are being paid off but one of my credit cards was hacked and I lost $1589 out of my current account to pay off entire outstanding balance which I can’t afford.

The representative was very informative, but I have an experience the actual program yet in regards to the negotiations, but I do give it a five star in regards to the representatives. Let’s see how it goes. Once I start the program officially that way, I can give a better survey.

Jonathon was the most compassionate representative I’ve ever dealt with. He helped me immensely and while I still grieve the murder of my daughter, he held my hand and walked me through this process that will be most beneficial to me starting over fresh from the debt that I’m under. He asked me my daughter’s name and you will never know how much that meant to me.

Daniel was very helpful in explaining process of debt relief and covered many scenarios to assist in well thought out plan for me. We called just to see what it was all about. We got a sales representative by the name of Ishmael who is excellent. He went over all our information and came up with her payment that we could handle per month. He gave us time to think about all of this and didn’t rush us. He was friendly. He was kind. I called to talk to a different agent but he was no there. Sunny took my call. We talked for at least an hour or so and my emotions were very high. I have enrolled on the service of NDR but the debt data collected on my agreement is not the updated (recent) one so when you are preparing agreement it should reflect the actual one or updated. So to be the best service, it should be accurate, I tried to mention the issue to the customer service when we are heading the agreement, he told me that it will be updated in the future.
