Cord ** is a 10 1/2!!! He was great at explaining the program & exactly how it works, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, made me feel good. Even though I was hesitant to stop paying my credit cards and jeopardizing my credit score, said he felt the same way when he did a debt consolidation. I was attended with a lot of respect and professionalism by two people: first Dillon **, and Andy ** who assisted me in Spanish. With Andy, I completed the enrollment process in the program. They first studied my case, and then we went through different steps until I was approved for the debt relief program.

My first call was to the Social Security office. I was worried that someone was trying to scam after insurance. Social Security transferred me again, but quick response. I changed my drug insurance for a much better one. We talked and they were able to help me with talking with National Debt Relief. They were very caring and could tell I was very stressed about my finances. They helped me.

I was nervous at first to start my debt relief this way, but I know that it is probably my best option! Sherry was amazing and was able to help me get started. I am so thankful for her and can't wait to be Debt-free soon and be able to finally breathe and be able to have the money to do things and be able to fix my car or anything instead of just pushing my way through and managing through life.

My rep, Lou, was wonderful to work with. He answered all questions I had, eased my mind about the process, and followed through on all my requests. On top of that all, he acknowledged the hardships I had experienced. If anyone has doubts about the process I suggest to reach out to ask all the questions you may have.

Oscar was very helpful in walking me and my husband through our options as well as helping us make the decisions that was right for us. We went into the experience stressed about our debt and what we could do about it and he helped ease our worries. We appreciated the very easy process that Oscar led us through!

Never thought I would contact a company like National Debt Relief but things got to a point that I had to do something. I spent quite a long time on the phone with Adenike. She was patient, informative and showed genuine concern for my situation. A most pleasant experience. The customer service I received was impeccable; I cannot remember the name of the man who assisted me, but we were on the phone together for over an hour going over everything and he was very helpful and thorough in answering all of my questions. Customer service was friendly and informative. She explained why there were some payments were smaller than others. She also showed me a schedule on payments to be made and when. One thing she did not and could not explain why the company that was being paid off would send Federal 1099-c to Nationals customers, if debt was removed.

I was at the end of my rope, used all my options and broke down to go get a loan. No problem, I've had great credit for a long time. Nope I got denied by everybody. I found National Debt Relief, answered a few simple questions and within the hour my situation was looking a lot better. Chris called me back, was calm and explained everything that they do on their end and then figured out what I had to do on my end and that was that, done. It feels great not having that heavy CC debt that was never going away. And by the way, there isn't any bank loan that could come close to doing what these guys did.

The only thing, just as a suggestion would be. Do they really have to read everything to you while you're initialing???? There's got to be a way to condense that.

I can only rate the initial setup, which went well and Adam was very helpful. I cannot rate National Debt Relief until we have results from their actions with the creditors. If NDR is successful in getting the projected debt reduction (approx. 50%) then I would be very pleased and would give a top rating. Until then, the jury is still out.

The woman who helped me was very informative and thorough. The debt relief program sounds too good to be true and I have just signed up so I have little to review. When my debt is paid off and I have no hiccups I’ll report back. It’s a shame it has to come to this, I hate credit. They said they would help and they did got my credit cards under control and they did the work for me. I just answered questions, they did the hard work for me and it was easy, not hard at all. They made it easy to get it done with less stress and more answers to my question, they took the problems I had and made it easy. They were vary easy to work with and basically did it for me and now I have a low low monthly payment I can afford instead of credit cards bills I can't afford. You can't afford not to call them, they take you from covered in debt to wow ok, I can manage this. It's going to be easy now.

This was an easy process and a stress relief. I was in a tough situation with multiple loans and credit card debt. I was able to consolidate the debts to a low monthly rate that is about 1/8 of what I had been paying. What a absolute relief this was. I reached Bruce ** and he helped me with collecting all the data (I had recently collected it myself but he put it into the National Debt Relief format). He was courteous and patient. He warned me of dangers involved. He warned me that my credit score would go down.

NDR settled my account for half of what I owed! This is awesome. Considering that I had already made so many payments to this company. I had probably already paid off my original debt but the interest meant it would not descend quickly. NDR was one of the best decisions I have made.

From the very first email, Jenni was professional, courteous and very understanding of my crazy work schedule and need to reschedule. She followed up but didn’t harass. The perfect amount of follow up and I do that for a living and know what a hard balance that can be. We finally were able to speak on Sunday and she was amazing, informative, personable. All the things. You’re obviously already stressed out when you’re contacting your company and she has lightened my load! I think NDR is a solid company. Obviously they’re large and their employees work pretty robotically / systematically. However for the most part they are charismatic people. I was nervous to make the call, but the experience was wonderful. Jae was knowledgeable and helpful and he made the process quick and I did not feel judged. I got all my questions answered and felt instant relief when I was done. I feel confident and hopeful that my credit is going to improve and that I will be able to attain my financial goals.
