The person I spoke with was very helpful in answering all of my questions clearly and making sure I understood my options. We spoke for about an hour and forty minutes and I went from not understanding much and all and being unsure if I wanted to try out the program to knowing all of the information I need to and feeling more confident about my decision than expected

I was extremely stressed to start the process - even just researching what I needed to do. I knew I needed something to get me on a better path. My interaction with NDR ended up being helpful, resolving and courteous during a time of Covid and uncertainty. The process was simple with funds pulling monthly from my account. All fees and owing seemed to be broken down well in my personal site with NDR and I could request information from my questions, and receive email back.

Your representative Kevin ** was excellent in answering all my questions. I really appreciate the guidance through the application process and making me feel comfortable in deciding to use your services. He was thorough and I think he spent way more time on me than he probably had to. This is my first time doing something like this. I saw an add scrolling through Instagram and called. Within 5 minutes I got a call. This guy made me understand saving, credit card failure and that there was help. I know it's going to make my credit drop but to be debt free in 28 months is so worth it. It's scary but I know in the long run I will be better off for it. My rep's name is Saul and he is amazing. My experience with National Debt Relief has been really great because of the thorough explanation given on the procedures to obtain help with this issue called debt. The relief that it can bring is absolutely fantastic. At the same time you want very much to pay your bills in fullness; however there are unusual circumstances that come up and prevent the avenue that you are taking and debt relief becomes necessary.

So I'm on medical leave and couldn't make the payments that was agreed upon my program, but this wonderful person named Kat helped me move my payments down and agree on some settlements without having to pay more because she understood my situation. Evelyn was the best, helping me with my family I credit. We were a victim of fraud Nigerian scammer that took our cards and spent over 150k. Amarillo police department is aware. This man conned over 10 American business man taking innocent people's money. He also made a dealer license under his wife’s name, at my property. This man stole a 27,000 check and I obtain 90 titles.

Just like most customers I did shop around. I had one other potential but it was really Lamar's honesty, customer service, and follow-up that kept me with your company. Being in debt is not an easy situation to deal with alone but Lamar definitely made it easy and convenient for me. The person I worked with whose name was Chase was very helpful in helping me with setting everything up. He explained all the steps in great detail and was very patient. He went into great detail on all the steps we were taking as well as further steps I will need to take.

While it was a hard decision to contact NDR Steve ** was very helpful and reassuring. He made the process seamless and answered all my questions. I look forward to getting rid of the stress of worrying about how I will manage paying all my bills. I was attended with a lot of respect and professionalism by two people: first Dillon **, and Andy ** who assisted me in Spanish. With Andy, I completed the enrollment process in the program. They first studied my case, and then we went through different steps until I was approved for the debt relief program.

My first call was to the Social Security office. I was worried that someone was trying to scam after insurance. Social Security transferred me again, but quick response. I changed my drug insurance for a much better one. We talked and they were able to help me with talking with National Debt Relief. They were very caring and could tell I was very stressed about my finances. They helped me.

I was nervous at first to start my debt relief this way, but I know that it is probably my best option! Sherry was amazing and was able to help me get started. The customer service I received was impeccable; I cannot remember the name of the man who assisted me, but we were on the phone together for over an hour going over everything and he was very helpful and thorough in answering all of my questions. I can only rate the initial setup, which went well and Adam was very helpful. I cannot rate National Debt Relief until we have results from their actions with the creditors. If NDR is successful in getting the projected debt reduction (approx. 50%) then I would be very pleased and would give a top rating. Until then, the jury is still out.

Denise was very helpful and made me hopeful that I will get out of debt but it’s not an overnight process. I was able to enroll some accounts that I thought I could pay but I was very wrong and it made me worry that I was never gonna be able to get out of debt.
