National Debt Relief Debt Specialist Jacob ** was easy to work with. He spoke clearly, answered all of my questions and explained thoroughly. Mr. ** was respectful of my time. He exercised patience and did not appear to be judgmental or aggressive. Due to his diligence and the information in the online packet, I am able to make an informed decision as to the compatibility of the offered program with my financial goals.

It was really easy to enroll with National Debt Relief and they took me step by step through it. They made it easier so I didn't have to deal with the banks myself and it took a couple of years, but everything got finished really quickly and it has made a big difference on my credit report as soon as everything was all paid off.

We were paying for the debt consolidation with National Debt Relief, which was 968 a month for five years, and we ended up paying it off early. The program helped us because before that, we were paying out of pocket over $2,000 a month just in credit card debt. When I signed up with National Debt relief, I put my information in the computer then someone called me. They went through everything, then they emailed me, and my husband and I had to do electronic signatures. They walked us through the process and it was easy. We did it from our house. As we went through the program, I would log on to the website and it would show the whole amount of what we've already paid and what was forgiven. It also listed the open accounts and the closed accounts that had already been paid off. The website showed the accounts in a visual pie graph and had them listed.

They explained very well. They also took their time, did what they had to do and gave the right information. There were some misunderstandings about my balance. But when I called again, everything was settled. It was all good. I was able to settle my account and bring back my credit score to high.

Called to ask how I could stop my creditors from accessing my bank account. The agent that responded was quite professional in approach as she has a full knowledge of what I needed. "I had a terrible experience with National Debt Relief. Despite their promises to help me get out of debt, they failed to deliver any meaningful results. Not only did they charge exorbitant fees upfront, but their customer service was also extremely poor. They promised to settle the balances for three of my credit cards, but it's been over a year and I still haven't received the pay in full letter. Additionally, they conveniently failed to mention the high taxes I would need to pay on the settled balances.

I have been hesitant on called the National Debt Relief for a long time now, but finally decided it was time! I thought I would be getting more service and action on credit reports. The settlement balances should reflect on the credit report. It is a legal agreement and you should let the creditor know as per my attorney not the enrollment amount as per the attorney I referred to. I have reviewed other services and they do all the changes to the credit reports for all bureaus why can't you? The program costs over 6,000.00 dollars which is not tax deductable. It's costing me more than I owe. By the time I report the 1099's with my taxes, it will cost double but at this time I will just accept the program I'm tired.

This man conned over 10 American business man taking innocent people's money. He also made a dealer license under his wife’s name, at my property.
