Every time I called National Debt Relief, I had no issues. I'm completely done with the program. I'm fully satisfied. I am debt-free now. I've recommended it to a handful of people already.

There was very good communication either through email or telephone calls, updating me and letting me know what was going on. They would call or text me and ask if the settled amount would be something that I was interested in. If it was, they would go ahead and move forward with it. We went with the automatic payments out of the account. Every month, it went out like clockwork. I knew when it was coming out and there was never a double take. They were very careful. I was able to complete my program in the time allowed. They were flexible. There were times when I had to postpone a payment. If I had enough in my account, they allowed that to happen. They were excited when they were able to close out an account and when I graduated. I would recommend National Debt Relief because they helped us out a lot.

National Debt Relief helped negotiate settlements and pay off schedules and took over the payments. I paid them a certain amount each month then they lotted it out according to their schedule. I'm completely out of debt now and feel better. They said it would take four years, but I was able to do it in three years. Everything worked out great. It was always easy to get ahold of somebody and talk to them.

I called National Debt Relief and requested more information. They sent me a whole packet and I went over it. Then I got ahold of them again and I started up. The reps were very helpful. When I went over my finances and I saw that I couldn't pay at that specified date, instead of having me get a penalty, they pushed the date around. I'm completely satisfied with the service.

National Debt Relief reduced my debt and paid it all off with money that I paid them. I was comfortable working with them. The only thing that was a disappointment about the service was the drop in my credit scores. That was hurtful. But the rest of it was fine and they let me pay it off three months early. Also, they contacted me periodically and we'd go over what was happening and what was getting paid off.

I ended up paying it back a little early. I was scheduled for between four and five years and I got everything done in about four years. Everything was great. Every time I talked to someone, everything was very positive.

I worked with an associate named Ginger, she helped walk me through the process and was very thorough, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Without her expertises I probably would have taken a different approach in my endeavor. She has a very soothing voice which helps take some of the anxiety out of the process. If you are in credit card debt of more than $20,000, it's worth contacting National Debt Relief to have them help you with that. Otherwise, you're gonna stress yourself out and never be able to pay that off, unless you get yourself in debt somewhere else. And it's peace of mind. I called NDR and scheduled a consultation. I qualified for the program and got started. I was set up on a good plan. What I wasn't aware of was I would pay for the negotiator's fees. I also thought that my credit card debt would be negotiated to 50% less than what I owed. It didn't turn out that way. It depends on what percentage the credit card company is willing to negotiate. So, there were different percentages. There was a 50%, 60%, 70%. Other than that, the program worked out for me.

It was that the creditors weren't wanting to be workable on a couple of them. The program worked for me because I graduated out of it. The process was really smooth. They asked all the credit cards that I have, and all my bills and debts, and everything went smooth. I gave them all the information and they took care of it from there. The service was through a portal or you can call in and talk to someone if you have questions. But most of the things were done on your personal portal. I loved the site. If I had one of my debtors that was gonna be paid off, I would call and verify with them. They had to get my permission to go ahead by calling me or they would send it through the portal and I just click on it and sign and go from there.

My credit needed to be corrected. I trusted the commercial. So I tried National Debt Relief and I was happy with it. They worked with me very well. I told them that I was going through the hardship of not being able to pay a certain amount that they wanted. So they broke it down for me to make it easier for me and I appreciated that a lot. I couldn't pay as much, so they let it go on as long as it was possible. Most of the time, if I call and speak to someone, they break everything down to me. They tell me what area I was in and how I was doing on paying off everything. So I was very satisfied. I've paid off everything. Thanks to them. I was going through a financial hardship time and they really worked with me on that. They took the time with me and now my credit is good. I'm debt-free.

National Debt Relief consolidated all my high-interest credit cards. I did the enrollment online and it was set up very quickly. I'm finished with the program, which took three and a half years. I had to get a very small payment at the time, which extended mine. But NDR was able to lower my payment and leave me in longer. They were very accommodating. The reps were very nice and understanding, and there was no judgment. Everything about it was just perfect. Working with NDR completely changed my life. I was able to pay all my bills and even save enough to put it away so that I don't have to use it next payday to make up for something.

I talked to an agent for the enrollment and he was very nice. He explained every single question I asked him very well and he was comforting me. He didn't give me false hopes or any big promises, but he was very clear and he said, "We can do this together." He made me really want to do this. I felt better with National Debt after speaking with them. I felt more at home with talking with them. The enrollment process was to get all of the information together. I was a bit embarrassed that I was to write the companies and not pay anything for several months. It was two months that you weren't supposed to pay anything initially, but you just write the companies and explain that you're gonna be working with National Debt and say "Please contact National Debt." I wrote them polite letters. I actually wrote them twice, the initial month and then the month after. I telephoned them, too. I wasn't supposed to telephone, but I did. I just felt better that I confirmed with the companies that they got it.

Sure we all have seen their commercial, and wondered if it's all "for real," or just another great marketing campaign, right?! Well, ours is a totally different but very real and authentic story. Briefly, last year there had been a series of HACKING incidents, 3 in all! And, by the time the fat Lady had stopped singing we were devastated!!! Of course, you try your best to get it, all of the incidents fully documented and reported to the authorities; and, even take drastic measures to being strictly secured, and very security conscious, going forward with the new Bank account issuance, etc. I began taking out small "PayDay" type loans, just to be able to stay afloat. But, like everything else in real life; we often don't get it, and thus have to go through a few bad experiences before we finally realize, and have a serious pep talk with ourselves, and say: "Hey, wait a minute! This (or that) doesn't seem right?!.... Or, even makes any sense!!!"

Called not knowing what to expect. But after speaking to Mr. **, got at ease, knowing that I was in the right place. He walked me through the process from beginning to end. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know when you’re being thrown a lifesaver to save you from insanity because of credit card debt. I would definitely recommend signing up to NDR and sleep, better in knowing You are getting your life back.

The gentleman Arie that we spoke with was very professional and helpful answering every question and concerns we had. Gave all valuable information and very courtesy during the whole process and I just spoke to a young lady on the customer service number and she was also the same. Great company so far.

The enrollment process didn't take much and they were very helpful. When I had questions, they were there to answer it and they were on the phone helping me throughout the process. The program is straightforward and NDR took pretty much responsibility. They negotiated and settled and if the debt collectors wanted to take me to court, they provided the lawyer. As long as you stay with the agreement with the payments made a month, it wouldn't be an issue. Also, they have an online portal where you sign in online and you see everything -- how much percentage of a certain card you've already paid off and how much is left. The program helps a lot because now I have officially cleared all my debt. Now, I'm able to save money here and there and purchase things I wasn't able to purchase because I had debt collectors everywhere.

I was and still a little nervous about starting this program, just because I have always paid my bills and never late but it has become so consuming and stressful plus I know I would never probably get them paid off with the ones that have interest or will start interest at the end of this year.

I have not really come to a conclusion at this time. I am satisfied with the fact that the larger accounts were settled first. I still get phone calls (not answered). Hope that it will stop soon. Send me a review in a couple of months. Account is less than 6 months open.

Excellent customer service and quick response. Definitely a company with good values and trust. Company called on time and explained all the details about our debt and how we could improve our credit score. My wife and I highly recommend this company for those people dealing with high cost of life and constant inflation raises.
