If you are in credit card debt of more than $20,000, it's worth contacting National Debt Relief to have them help you with that. Otherwise, you're gonna stress yourself out and never be able to pay that off, unless you get yourself in debt somewhere else. And it's peace of mind. I called NDR and scheduled a consultation. I qualified for the program and got started. I was set up on a good plan. What I wasn't aware of was I would pay for the negotiator's fees. I also thought that my credit card debt would be negotiated to 50% less than what I owed. It didn't turn out that way. It depends on what percentage the credit card company is willing to negotiate. So, there were different percentages. There was a 50%, 60%, 70%. Other than that, the program worked out for me.

National Debt Relief discussed everything. There was no unanswered questions left. The representatives were always very kind and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them. I was also able to track my progress through the dashboard on the customer service portal. The program itself was a little longer than what I had been told, but that wasn't National Debt Relief. It was that the creditors weren't wanting to be workable on a couple of them. The program worked for me because I graduated out of it. It got me out of some debt that I felt like I was drowning in, and I just purchased my first home.

National Debt Relief will help me take my debt from 30k to 22k in a matter of 2 years and I couldn’t be happier. I appreciated the quickness and elaboration when on the phone trying to figure things out. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to consolidate their debt! A fast and easy process.

It was a back & forth matter. However; the agent kept calling until he reached me. Then during logging-in process, we experienced technical difficulties. Me & the agent persevered thru to the completion of the intake process!!!! I was relieved and felt like a "valued customer!!!! The process was really smooth. They asked all the credit cards that I have, and all my bills and debts, and everything went smooth. I gave them all the information and they took care of it from there. The service was through a portal or you can call in and talk to someone if you have questions. But most of the things were done on your personal portal. I loved the site. If I had one of my debtors that was gonna be paid off, I would call and verify with them. They had to get my permission to go ahead by calling me or they would send it through the portal and I just click on it and sign and go from there.

My credit needed to be corrected. I trusted the commercial. So I tried National Debt Relief and I was happy with it. They worked with me very well. I told them that I was going through the hardship of not being able to pay a certain amount that they wanted. So they broke it down for me to make it easier for me and I appreciated that a lot. I couldn't pay as much, so they let it go on as long as it was possible. Most of the time, if I call and speak to someone, they break everything down to me. They tell me what area I was in and how I was doing on paying off everything. So I was very satisfied. I've paid off everything. Thanks to them. I was going through a financial hardship time and they really worked with me on that. They took the time with me and now my credit is good. I'm debt-free.

Debt can be super stressful so, it's great to know that there is somewhere to turn when things get out of control. National Debt Relief consolidated all my high-interest credit cards. I did the enrollment online and it was set up very quickly. I'm finished with the program, which took three and a half years. I had to get a very small payment at the time, which extended mine. But NDR was able to lower my payment and leave me in longer. They were very accommodating. The reps were very nice and understanding, and there was no judgment. Everything about it was just perfect. Working with NDR completely changed my life. I was able to pay all my bills and even save enough to put it away so that I don't have to use it next payday to make up for something.

I talked to an agent for the enrollment and he was very nice. He explained every single question I asked him very well and he was comforting me. He didn't give me false hopes or any big promises, but he was very clear and he said, "We can do this together." He made me really want to do this. At the beginning of the process, it was really a little bit scary having calls from my credit card companies and they were very comforting and they helped me throughout this. I was really pleased with the customer service. Every time I had any questions, I would call and I would get answered automatically without any waiting. They always ask me if there are any changes in my situation or something happened to my finances and they were always very helpful.

Any time I had any questions, they were right there and they were very helpful. I tracked my progress through the portal and it was very easy to use and everything was right there laid out. Just started with National Debt Relief. The sign up was easy and Nicole was wonderful to talk to. Explained everything satisfactorily. I hope it goes as well as they say it will. So far they are always quick to respond to questions and concerns. They do have a good BBB rating.

I looked up places that worked with people that wanted to consolidate their debts, and I read about each and every one. National Debt looks like the better one. I called each one. I felt better with National Debt after speaking with them. I felt more at home with talking with them. The enrollment process was to get all of the information together. I was a bit embarrassed that I was to write the companies and not pay anything for several months. It was two months that you weren't supposed to pay anything initially, but you just write the companies and explain that you're gonna be working with National Debt and say "Please contact National Debt." I wrote them polite letters. I actually wrote them twice, the initial month and then the month after. I telephoned them, too. I wasn't supposed to telephone, but I did. I just felt better that I confirmed with the companies that they got it.

Sure we all have seen their commercial, and wondered if it's all "for real," or just another great marketing campaign, right?! Well, ours is a totally different but very real and authentic story. Briefly, last year there had been a series of HACKING incidents, 3 in all! And, by the time the fat Lady had stopped singing we were devastated!!! Of course, you try your best to get it, all of the incidents fully documented and reported to the authorities; and, even take drastic measures to being strictly secured, and very security conscious, going forward with the new Bank account issuance, etc. I began taking out small "PayDay" type loans, just to be able to stay afloat. But, like everything else in real life; we often don't get it, and thus have to go through a few bad experiences before we finally realize, and have a serious pep talk with ourselves, and say: "Hey, wait a minute! This (or that) doesn't seem right?!.... Or, even makes any sense!!!"

My consultant was Jordan. I'm my own critic, very hard on myself to be in this predicament. Very stressful. After talking several times with Jordan she made this very easy and comfortable. Letting me know I'm not the only one and this happens. Now I can sleep knowing I have a company on my side to help rid me of the debt I've come into. Feel like I have a friend to turn to. Called not knowing what to expect. But after speaking to Mr. **, got at ease, knowing that I was in the right place. He walked me through the process from beginning to end. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know when you’re being thrown a lifesaver to save you from insanity because of credit card debt. The gentleman Arie that we spoke with was very professional and helpful answering every question and concerns we had. Gave all valuable information and very courtesy during the whole process and I just spoke to a young lady on the customer service number and she was also the same. Great company so far.

The enrollment process didn't take much and they were very helpful. When I had questions, they were there to answer it and they were on the phone helping me throughout the process. The program is straightforward and NDR took pretty much responsibility. They negotiated and settled and if the debt collectors wanted to take me to court, they provided the lawyer. As long as you stay with the agreement with the payments made a month, it wouldn't be an issue. Also, they have an online portal where you sign in online and you see everything -- how much percentage of a certain card you've already paid off and how much is left. The program helps a lot because now I have officially cleared all my debt. Now, I'm able to save money here and there and purchase things I wasn't able to purchase because I had debt collectors everywhere.

I was and still a little nervous about starting this program, just because I have always paid my bills and never late but it has become so consuming and stressful plus I know I would never probably get them paid off with the ones that have interest or will start interest at the end of this year.

I have not really come to a conclusion at this time. I am satisfied with the fact that the larger accounts were settled first. I still get phone calls (not answered). Hope that it will stop soon. Send me a review in a couple of months. Account is less than 6 months open.

It was really easy to enroll with National Debt Relief and they took me step by step through it. They made it easier so I didn't have to deal with the banks myself and it took a couple of years, but everything got finished really quickly and it has made a big difference on my credit report as soon as everything was all paid off.

They went through everything, then they emailed me, and my husband and I had to do electronic signatures. They walked us through the process and it was easy. We did it from our house. As we went through the program, I would log on to the website and it would show the whole amount of what we've already paid and what was forgiven. It also listed the open accounts and the closed accounts that had already been paid off. The website showed the accounts in a visual pie graph and had them listed.

Not only did they charge exorbitant fees upfront, but their customer service was also extremely poor. I thought I would be getting more service and action on credit reports. The settlement balances should reflect on the credit report. It is a legal agreement and you should let the creditor know as per my attorney not the enrollment amount as per the attorney I referred to. I have reviewed other services and they do all the changes to the credit reports for all bureaus why can't you? The program costs over 6,000.00 dollars which is not tax deductable. It's costing me more than I owe. By the time I report the 1099's with my taxes, it will cost double but at this time I will just accept the program I'm tired.
