They will work with the credit card companies to get you out of debt! Pretty straightforward and their fees are reasonable. Their system worked very easily to pull up all of my accounts so it really did not take much work on my end. Just getting started with the process but so far so good and hopeful to be out of debt, I will likely increase my payments once I get into a routine.

This company does what they say. They make it simple and painless. They likely saved us from bankruptcy, I incurred massive medical and tax debt. They likely saved us from having to declare bankruptcy. The customer service was outstanding. They understood our problem and offered the kind of solution we needed. Jackson made this entire nightmare end. We were talked to with a calm respectful voice and he reassured he would be there with any steps and questions we may have along the way. Ours was not the easiest to work through but he made it happen. So thankful we were able to be helped and can breathe and sleep once again. Quality of life just went up due to the wonderful program. Now we have also received some tools so this will never happen again.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service provided by Peniel **. Initially, I reached out due to a number of uncertainties I needed to clarify. Not only did he responded quickly, but also exuded a warm and friendly demeanor thought our interaction, which made the entire process feel incredible smooth and hassle-free. The excellent service I received significantly contributed to my positive view of the company. It's rare to encounter such as dedicated and helpful individual. Being an educated person, I would make reasonable/beneficial choices financially. No one has control of the economy and how it affects each of us. TO make better choices, it is important to do it with a reliable company. Extensive preparation and the willingness to open up to strangers was difficult. Keenan was committed and thorough. Having to wait an extensive time to get the copy of our contract. We need a copy of the contract to help with our refinance of our house. Otherwise everything was very good. One of my creditors has not been contacted by NDR yet (a month after enrolling in the program). The creditor reinstated the temporary ACH withdrawals from my bank.
