I'm very apprehensive about doing this, but I don't know what else to do. I guess I'll have to see how my creditors react and if any issues arise. With all the financial issues that have arisen from COVID and not finding consistent employment it seems to be my only option. The company has a good reputation and support if needed. Only time will tell if this works out for me.

Very nice and patient man helped me through all involved to enroll. When he had issues with the system he took his time and called me back as he promised. He read through everything and had me confirm everything. He walked me through the emailed forms to sign and complete.

Tara was very very nice and most of all patient. I am not computer literate but she walked me right through the process without getting aggravated with me. She explained each level of progress and what may happen or not happen. She explained the process and how long it would take or so on. I was difficult to hear the process so long…It seemed like you’ve to destroy your credit for 4-6 months…. I feel weird not paying bills, I took pride in paying on time. I was nervous even considering this option for my finances, but was made very comfortable very quickly. Andre’s took time to remind me this doesn’t mean I’m a failure and that this is a great beginning. I’m hoping that the future shows nothing but positive. But for now…I feel good.

One of my creditors has not been contacted by NDR yet (a month after enrolling in the program). The creditor reinstated the temporary ACH withdrawals from my bank. I specifically told NDR and their enrollment agent (Turbo Debt) how important it was that Uprova be contacted immediately when I enrolled.

Recently I reached a point I can no longer pay my debt and have overextended myself financially. I have a friend in a similar situation, and she worked with NDR first and referred me. There was very good communication either through email or telephone calls, updating me and letting me know what was going on.
