We want to get out of debt and everyone at National Debt Relief has been great. I’m in the first year out of four of the program and we're happy now that we’re on our way to being debt free.

After a divorce, I had a lot of credit card debt. So I signed up with National Debt Relief and so far, so good. I only have four creditors and two of them have been resolved. Two more and I’m done. Working with them has been a huge relief and very helpful with my situation. But they could have a little bit more communication with their clients because some time will go by and I don’t hear anything from them. So it would be good to hear how they’re working with certain creditors or where certain things stand up before it’s completely at that point where they’re ready to settle.

I definitely recommend National Debt Relief. They have affected my life in a positive way and I'm out of debt. I wanted to take care of the money that I owed to different accounts and a friend told me about them. They have an excellent team and all were very well. They walked me through the entire thing and answered whenever I need them.

I called whenever I have an issue or question and the National Debt Relief team answers right away. I had mail delivered telling me to start the program. I called and told them I already started. I also had an issue where my bank numbers were wrong but we figured that out. It was a hard start but my anxiety level is not as high as it used to be.

The details of NDR's program were more appealing than going out with other providers, and I felt comfortable with it. They answered all my questions and gave me the comfort level to go ahead and proceed. I haven't communicated with them in a while but so far, it's been good.

I was getting a divorce and things were getting out of control and I wanted to be able to buy a house. I looked into debt relief and I've been with National Debt Relief for a year now. The rep that I have spoken with over the phone was very friendly. And everybody has been very nice and courteous and they don’t make me feel uncomfortable that I have debts. They encouraged me that I could get my debts taken care of fairly quickly, and they were responsive, too. I had an issue where I had to change my account that they were debiting, and they got it in right away and didn’t charge me anything. NDR has already paid off one of my bills and they already got a settlement with another one. It's been a slow process because I don’t have the money to put into it, but right now, I'm thinking of building up my savings again so that they can get my other two debts settled. I really enjoy working with them, and my experience has been very pleasant.

I had too much in all my cards and I was making minimum payments. I also missed one payment, so I thought I’d try and do something. Everybody that I spoke to from National Debt Relief was very nice, understanding and informative. I exchanged several phone calls with their reps, and if I had a question and somebody couldn’t answer, they’d tell me to hold on so they can make sure. They didn't want to give me the wrong information, which was good.

I was having a problem with several small bills that added to a large lump sum. For the most part, especially in the beginning, the National Debt Relief team were extremely cooperative, prompt, responsive. I thought they were great and I was very pleased with the way they were handling things. And then all of a sudden, it was like the ball got trapped and nothing has happened since April. I've made a deposit of $20,000 into the account because I wanted this all resolved quickly. I didn't want to be making monthly payments and waiting for them to get enough money to pay off accounts. I made the $20,000 deposit with the agreement that they were going to wrap these things up. And they did. The first five went really quickly. Then the last two have been going on for months and months and months and nothing has happened. So now, I'm not happy.

I really need help with managing the huge amount of debt I've incurred. Over the past few years I've struggled to make monthly payments, yet still not able to lower the debt by making minimum payments. I heard about this program listening to the radio and called to get more information. Kester was very thorough in explaining the program and signing me up. They are working hard to help me settle my debt. When calling in the hold time is never long and they are able to answer my questions easily and understandable. I lost my job and got put in a bind so I contacted National Debt Relief. Their representatives were great. I explained what was going on and they set me up on a program and I get to receive weekly to bi-weekly follow-ups. They call me and they leave a message if I don't answer then I call them right back. Ever since working with them, my mind is at ease because they're keeping track of things for me and helping out in settling my debts so I can get back on track. The only problem I've had was one creditor we couldn't reach because they never sent me anything and we're having trouble identifying who they really are. Initiated contact with Gene ** who was pleasant to work with on the phone. A review of creditors identified total debt and the debt repayment cost was explained. Although I wanted to handle two credit cards myself, I was not clear they had six months to be in line with balances of $500. This was clarified with the Customer Service reps on the Welcome Call. Further obligations on my part were for me to personally produce letters to the creditors stating I myself wanted to close the credit card account. All these things including a Legal partnership and a physical Power of Attorney document shows me the company has a program that is indeed solid.

I had some initial misconceptions about how the program works, but after having been in the program for some time and seen the results of the settlements made with my creditors, I am very happy with the program. All of the settlement agreements were sent to me for prior approval and all were negotiated for less than the amount that I owed each one.

National Debt Relief has a nice team. I have a couple of questions about the amounts that are taken out for National Debt Relief first, as opposed to my creditor. Because I went on there and I'd seen a large amount taken out. I asked who it is going to and they're hesitant to tell me who it was going to. Then they say it's a payment because they get paid a certain amount. It’s like they’re taking out their money and raising, when my bill should be getting paid. They said they were going to get paid regardless. Why are they taking it out? It’s only building up more interest on the bills that I have to pay and that was bothering us. Still, working with National Debt Relief was less stressful than what I expected.

My wife looked into debt relief companies and she found National Debt Relief on the internet. She saw a 5-star rating and took a chance with them. So far, they’ve been good to me. They always explain if I have any questions and they’ve always worked around my schedules or talk to me about things whenever they need something or we need to fix something. However, sometimes there's a waiting time of at least five minutes tops that I usually have to wait on. They also described how they were going to have to do the monthly payment. I get paid bi-weekly sometimes so my wife set the payment up to biweekly and they just charge my account. That way, we always have money for the account. At the end of the month, they always send us an email to make sure that I don’t get confused with anything. They're excellent and they help me get out of debt faster. They did a good job.

I was very satisfied with Randall and how thorough he was however, there’s just too many steps that take my time away from my busy schedule. I had to call back and forth, constantly have access to Email which is impossible for someone always on the go. And the welcome call was the worst thing I’ve had to listen to. She read word for word everything that would be in my email. Waste of time to tell me what an email reads. If I have questions I can call on my time. I suggest streamlining the process and making it quicker and easier to complete.

I was told the process would take a year. It was not the case. This case will probably take another 6 months to complete. I wish they told me the truth so I could make sure I could afford the monthly payment but I was left in the dark until I signed up.

I am having a very hard time getting anyone to communicate clearly with me my creditors and other members of National Debt solutions. Several times I have called and explained myself or answered a question only to call again and be given another answer or more incorrect information. Also recently I have a creditor that wants to settle and arrange small payment plan and keeps calling and being told I have no funds to work with and when I call I am told that someone will get in touch with them and they never do. I have asked for managers several times and no one can resolve anything for me.

I was impressed with Armani's ability to explain everything and how he kept following up with me after having some setbacks with the hurricane and some other personal issues going on. He was very informative and professional. The other gentleman that reached out after for the welcome call was great too in explaining everything to me. Unfortunately I can't remember his name right now, I apologize. But all in all I feel I was provided great service.
