NDR was very helpful, answered all my questions, and was prompt in working towards a resolution. They make sure to let me know when anything is waiting on me, and are always available if I have a concern. Wish they would have told me that they were gonna wait 6 months to start negotiations... so this really ruins your credit rating.

I graduated undergrad during the recession. It hit hard, and I wanted to take a year off to work a bit but I’m in the School of Architecture and at that time, everybody was getting laid off. The student loans weren’t awesome and it forced me to go to grad school and go into even more debt because there were no jobs at that time and I got time to kill. When I did a deep search about how to get out of debt and what programs are out there for a person like me who is in a serious amount of student loan debt, I came across National Debt's site online. And my experience started off rough because I’m in a lot of debt but they brought it all together for me.

I've been with National Debt Relief for a year now. The goal was to get out of debt within three years, so I was like, “Yay! One year down, two more to go!” So far, everything has been good. They’re great, they’re working well with me and I’m working well with them. And whenever I have any questions, they’re more than capable of answering my questions. They’ve also been flexible, and whenever I can make an extra payment, they allow me to do so, no questions asked. What I like about them is that they give me a debt schedule, and then see if I can work with it or not. And as far as managing my finances, it makes it a lot easier with the said goal. Now, I’m looking forward to finishing my out of debt solution, so that way, I can go back to my radiology program without any stress.

I saw my bank account going from a lot to nothing very quickly. I signed up with National Debt Relief and every experience has been good, except there was wrong information given to me. I was told that right away they would handle all the phone calls but I got hammered with phone calls. It got to a point where they were actually using area codes by where I live so I'd think it could be somebody I work with. It was so bad that I had to turn my voicemail off on my phone. So I called National Debt Relief back and talked to them and they said that it's after they receive a certain amount that they start handling the phone calls.

Very official in every way, making sure I had a clear understanding of the whole contract. There was also a clear understanding of everything on the follow up call. Not sure that the law firm that I'm getting in my e-mail is connected to the National Debt Relief Company!

I couldn't pay my credit card bills, which were too much, so I looked into debt relief help. The reps of National Debt Relief were very informative and they were very patient with me. They gave me a lot of information and sent out emails on how they could help me. I've been with NDR for five months and they told me that I would complete the program in four years. I've just started on the program with NDR, but they've cut my credit card bills in half and I only make one payment every month to them instead of making eight payments to my creditors every month. I would recommend them to other people.

I have problems. My wife had brain tumor surgery back in August 2016 and she was pregnant with a six-month baby during the surgery. She had a stroke during the surgery, so the circumstance became more difficult because she paralyzed her eyesight and it affected her speech. Five weeks later, she had her water break, so they had to do another surgery to take the baby out. So, then life became more complicated. I don’t have family here and she either. And my wife and baby ended up, each one of them in each hospital, so I was back and forth from one hospital to another for almost nine months.

I'm getting everything in my life up to track and everything’s working out with National Debt Relief. They’ve been doing a good job and they know what they're doing. Their team members are very attentive, and answered all questions. They make emails and phone calls and everything is good. I tell others how good they are and actually got people on it, too.
