The process to enroll in the National Debt Relief Program was very easy. Also the customer is excellent. They are very helpful and attentive to your needs. I asked several questions and the representatives were very knowledgeable when answering. However before calling, I would advise to have all your creditors’ information readily available so that the process can proceed smoothly. I did not have all my information so the representatives patiently waited while I searched for this info.

Needed debt relief and help getting me back on track. Looks like my dream has come true. My SS check was depleted every month. Had little to no money left at the end of each and every month. National Debt Relief came at the right time and helped me with my credit card debt. At 25% interest, I never could get the cards paid down. I was doing pretty good at paying them down until 2021 when everything got so expensive. They were very professional and efficient at getting the formalities completed.

Like a lot of people I was hesitant to make this important financial decision. However once I made the decision I felt confident that it was the right one. I ended up speaking with Michael and he was Very patient with me when going through all my information. After 2 hours on the phone He had gotten me in the program with a manageable payment. This program should get my debt paid up faster with less money out of pocket. I had lost my husband and then my fiancé, and then along came covid & hurricanes. My insurance company for my property only paid me @$2,000 on a repair that was appraised for @$6,000! I had to pay the balance out of my savings. So bad insurance and a disease put a tremendous amount of trying to pay with only my one income. This program is a blessing!!

We had a great experience with the whole process and how patient the agent was. The agent spent a lot of time explaining how the process worked and what to expect. We did ask questions and they were answered right away. The whole process was quite easy. The agent did put us at ease with the whole process.

They have 2 programs. With one, they make you default on your existing debt and it trashes your credit. The other is a very high interest loan for several years. I wasn't approved for the $8200 loan. My credit score is almost 700. Probably a good thing, because I would have paid over $12,000 back. Was looking at $333/month for 36 months, or $470/month for 24 months. Having control over people's bank account for several years is scary. So, review all your options first.

Their system worked very easily to pull up all of my accounts so it really did not take much work on my end. Having to wait an extensive time to get the copy of our contract. We need a copy of the contract to help with our refinance of our house. Otherwise everything was very good. I was able to hear and understand what was being said. Your rep went the extra mile to get it in the time from we are being given.

Not only does NDR provide assistance, they are guiding me in creating long term financial goals and restructuring my relationship with money.

Early in the conversation I was depressed and panicked to realize that I had been scammed for $7k+ by a legal firm that promised to get me out of debt. Tonzetta ** took the time to talk me off the virtual ledge with her kindness and patience. She helped me to cancel and address the misrepresentation of the legal firm. She answered my every question. She also promised to be there to answer or address anything else that came up. I was left feeling confident that I would be well taken care of.
