I cant be unable to sleep because of debt, I am a medical technologist and my job takes a huge part in saving other people lives. I just started the program and I got faith it's the best decision I've made.

It's been very straightforward and clear plan. I'm happy to have a set and manageable plan to become truly debt free. I wish more people struggling to manage all the different credit cards and student loans could find this program so they too could have peace of mind and hope.

National Debt Relief has followed through on what they had said at the beginning of the program. I have had two resolutions at the sixth month mark. I am happy with the way things are going so far and expect things to be resolved in the time frame that was described when I opened my account.

Customer Service representatives were very professional and helpful. I was pleased with the timeframe it took to complete the program and the payoff amounts that were made for each account. I hope everything is complete and paid off at this time. Please mail me a report of everything when graduation from the program is confirmed. I understand I will receive a check for any amount the was withdrawn from my account that was an over withdrawal due to the fact my account was paid up.

I spoked to Garrett and he answered all my questions & he spoke to me liked he genuinely cared about my credit issues. Garrett also called me on a Saturday to help get my paperwork in order. Then I spoke to another lady who spoke to me on the welcome package to was friendly & nice, & spoke so I can understand what she was saying.

I was extremely happy with how helpful Michelle was with all the issues I had. She explained everything in detail for me to understand everything that was going to happen. I am very happy that I can pay more into my account. If I am able to do that I can get this issue resolved a lot sooner.

I've had a surprising number of my debts resolved since partnering with National Debt Relief in January (didn't expect them to occur this quickly). However, the fees that are assessed for the services are not exactly clear. Yes, there is a paragraph in the contract that specifies the % the fees are based on and when the fee will be assessed. But, taking the fee following the first payment to the creditor uses up all of the money in the account. If I had the money to pay off the debts in the first place, I wouldn't need this company.

The ease of access, the clarity and guidance, in fact Marcus ** was amazing. He was the consultant who helped me start my account. To me National Debt Relief is the best in the nation. As what it says in the ad, National Debt Relief is a relief. The initial interview took two and a half hours but I had no issues with their team. Some of the calls have already ceased and the experience is good. I already recommended friends to them.

National Debt Relief has been all right. They took everything that I was in debt with and then they came back and told me how much I would have to pay and asked if I could afford that much. They were really nice about how they came across with it. Customer service called me all the time. Every time that they're going to knock off a charge, they always give me a call, let me know what's going on, ask me if I want to add anything to it or if they can help me with anything. So far, it's been great because they're getting me out of debt. They’re a great company to work with. If you want to get out of debt fast, it always depends on how far in debt you are. It's really a good program because you get a chance to start over eventually.

I was getting behind on some of my bill payments and I wanted to get everything put into some form of consolidation. I saw an NDR advertisement on TV and I went and looked it up on the internet. They've been easy to contact and easy to speak to. They explained everything really well and they were able to work out a plan for me and I availed of their 36-month program. Working with NDR has been good. I'm still getting a lot of calls from some debt collectors, but when I answer the calls, I just let them know that I'm going through a consolidation process and give them the number and then they call NDR. Once it's confirmed, the phone calls pretty much stopped.

I'm pleased with National Debt Relief. I was struggling to keep up with my bills and looking for a way that could help feed my credit. My previous consolidation company was making me pay on the balance owed so that they could stop the interest rate from sky rocketing and also stop it from affecting my credit negatively. Then I signed up with National Debt Relief in January this year and I was not too happy with it at first. How they settled the debt was a little different but they were able to settle for lower than the amount I owe. I have not seen an increase in my credit for as of yet and it's actually plummeting but they have made my life easier as far as the payment. National Debt Relief was able to get me in a program that gets me out of debt. I was interested in alleviating one creditor because of its high interest rate but I wound up having to put all other creditors in. That was my only regret because it took a toll on my credit rating. I was bummed out about that since I wasn’t trying to take my credit rating from a 7 down to a 5, but it is what it is. I hate that I had to be in that program but I'm thankful. NDR was very helpful, answered all my questions, and was prompt in working towards a resolution. They make sure to let me know when anything is waiting on me, and are always available if I have a concern. Wish they would have told me that they were gonna wait 6 months to start negotiations... so this really ruins your credit rating.

I graduated undergrad during the recession. It hit hard, and I wanted to take a year off to work a bit but I’m in the School of Architecture and at that time, everybody was getting laid off. The student loans weren’t awesome and it forced me to go to grad school and go into even more debt because there were no jobs at that time and I got time to kill. When I did a deep search about how to get out of debt and what programs are out there for a person like me who is in a serious amount of student loan debt, I came across National Debt's site online. And my experience started off rough because I’m in a lot of debt but they brought it all together for me.

National Debt Relief has been great, helpful, and there to answer anything I need or any questions I had. They waived to consolidate all of the loans I had outstanding with debt collectors and get a settlement so I can pay a minimum payment to get it situated. It's definitely a relief being able to have someone who is able to take over my debt. I love them and I'd recommend them.

I saw my bank account going from a lot to nothing very quickly. I signed up with National Debt Relief and every experience has been good, except there was wrong information given to me. I was told that right away they would handle all the phone calls but I got hammered with phone calls. It got to a point where they were actually using area codes by where I live so I'd think it could be somebody I work with. It was so bad that I had to turn my voicemail off on my phone. So I called National Debt Relief back and talked to them and they said that it's after they receive a certain amount that they start handling the phone calls.

I've been with National Debt Relief for a year now. The goal was to get out of debt within three years, so I was like, “Yay! One year down, two more to go!” So far, everything has been good. They’re great, they’re working well with me and I’m working well with them. And whenever I have any questions, they’re more than capable of answering my questions. They’ve also been flexible, and whenever I can make an extra payment, they allow me to do so, no questions asked. What I like about them is that they give me a debt schedule, and then see if I can work with it or not. And as far as managing my finances, it makes it a lot easier with the said goal. Now, I’m looking forward to finishing my out of debt solution, so that way, I can go back to my radiology program without any stress.
