I am so far. Very happy with the service provided. When I first started. I knew these Companies existed but was not aware of the details. After speaking with someone at length. All the details were explained to me and it has worked exactly as they said it would.

Randy made me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves. He should do counselling on the side. He answered every question I had. He was courteous and made the experience simple. So far so good, I would like the opportunity later on as we progress to review NDR again.

The Customer service people are hands down the best people I ever dealt with. When joining the program I was skeptical at first because I was making the monthly payment yet creditors were still harassing me. A few months in and I have 2 of my account settled. Also. There is a reassurance that in case creditors decide to sue you're are still protected.

The program is very helpful and drastic if you really want to be debt free. Most of my settlements were half of what I owe. It was so unbelievable at first when I realized I would be paying off half of my debt at the end of the program and saving a lot of money. Yes will recommend.

Great program but not willing to work with you long term if your finances change. Lost my job shortly after I signed up and I have to keep calling repeatedly to keep my payments lower where I can afford them.

When I first talked to Erika she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She pointed out the fact that National was rated #1 in the Nation by a review online. I looked it up and sure enough the information was accurate. I saw the big blue ribbon and knew that this was the best company of its kind. She was very patient with me while I learned how to operate within the system. She always explained everything thoroughly and gave me the answers to all of the questions that I asked. She is obviously very good at what she does. The man who welcomed me was excellent as well.

When I retired, I realized I couldn’t pay my bills so I decided to look into relief help. The people at National Debt Relief were very courteous. They call me as soon as I have an offer, and they take care of it. However I wanted to know if it's possible for them to send me a list of everything that’s been paid or in the process of being paid and whatever is left so I would have an idea if I have enough money to finish paying them. But other than that working with NDR has been good. Everything was fast and my bills have been taken care of.

I like the communication with National Debt Relief. They explained everything - how it's going to work, how to look it up online, etc. I'm into the program for about six months now and and I have a year and a half left, and National Debt Relief made my life a lot better. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have gotten out of this stress. I appreciate what they do.

We wanted to have one payment and not have 500 people to pay, and NDR made it a lot easier to pay the bills. However, we said we would pay every pay period that we have, which is two times a month. Then when we had a three-pay period in a month, they ended up taking $900 from us a month instead of $600 like we agreed. I didn’t like that because that’s a lot of money. I had to ask them one month not to and I had to submit something. Once they get $600 or the fee that we agreed on, they shouldn’t take any more. I shouldn’t have to ask them not to. Other than that, so far, they're really good. We're able to pay off our bills a heck of a lot quicker than we would have ever been able to without NDR.

I called a few people for help with my debt settlement before, but I never got any results. They just told me to be on a budget, which I’ve always been on. I’ve been working at it, but they never really gave me anything. I'm a truck driver, so I listen to SiriusXM Radio all day long and since I’ve been hearing National Debt Relief ad quite a bit, I gave NDR a call to see if they could help me. NDR had been good at what they do and the staff had been very courteous and very helpful. It's nice to know I'll be out of debt in about a year. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs help.

I did a search online to find somebody who would help me out of my problem. I came across National Debt Relief and then I backtracked it and checked it with the Better Business Bureau. They've been helpful and I'm pleased. They're doing what they said they would help me with. I got 3 of 11 creditors taken care of and it has taken a lot of pressure off of me. I know that my credit is going to take a slight hit but it's not as devastating as if I had filed bankruptcy.

I was very skeptical going into this with National Debt Relief, because many many years ago I had tried another debt relief program who eventually just took all my money and ran. National Debt Relief has not made any empty promises and have been true to their word from the very beginning. I didn't want to file for bankruptcy. I've had a few people that I talked with at National Debt Relief and they're all pretty helpful. It's given me a little peace of mind using NDR. I felt like I had someone helping me. I don't have to talk to the creditors and worry about the phone calls and all that.

National Debt Relief has already paid off one or two of my debts, and everybody whom I have spoken to has been very nice. NDR is helpful.

NDR was fine during the sign up although they were kind of pushy. We told them at the beginning that it's something me and my wife both have to do and make decisions. But when we went to make an agreement on one of the creditors, my wife wasn't with me and this woman kept on and on until finally, I wound up hanging up on her. After I've talked to my wife, I called NDR back. For the most part, they're good, easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. They went too much in detail explaining every little thing but that was good. I've been working with them for six months now and they've taken the burden off of me. They got one account completely settled and then they're working on two more right now. However, I'm not happy about having to give them 20% of the full amount. On the other hand, NDR provided service that I needed.

Explanation of document clarified by Axel ** who was professional, explicit and caring. He was able to go over other aspects of the program and reassuring me that Nat'l Debt is definitely in my corner in helping me with my financial problem and clearing it up.

I am pleased to say that they have came in agreements what some of my creditors and they continue on striving to celebrate us. I am very pleased at this time I am cost notified when an agreement has been made with my creditors. They have the layout for me with the agreed-upon the month they're going to pay and once again I am very thankful for this company and they are doing an excellent job at this time.

Very pleased with the progress that National Debt is making with settling my debt for a fraction of what I owed. I wasn't sure that the company was going to fulfill their promise of helping me become debt free, however, they are proving me wrong.

While I'm pleased that National Debt Relief has settled 2 of my accounts. They seem to think that I'm rolling in expendable income. I live on a fixed income and my budget doesn't afford me any extra cash. So I don't appreciate them coming to me just 2 months into the program and asking for more money. I simply don't have it.

I am very happy so far with the service that these folks have supplied. I am amazed at the 1st two settlement offers how much money they have saved me. It has been hard to learn to use just the money we receive from our checks as we are on a fixed income but I am feeling really optimistic about everything getting paid and saving a ton of money and the stress relief has been amazing.
