This has been a very pleasant experience so far with National Debt Relief. They have done it all and made it very easy for me. I will refer them to anyone have debt issues. I have heard horror stories of debt consolidators who took peoples money and nothing. But they are wonderful.

I have to say I was skeptable when I first called, but Teneesha answered all of my questions and put all of my concerns to rest. I am very much looking forward to being debt free in 48 months. I am so pleased, I recommended this service to my boyfriend.

I called National Debt Relief and asked about the program. They asked about our debt, got the total, and told us how much it would be. It's been nine months now and they've settled a couple of cards already.

I’ve been working with them for nearly a year and I was so impressed when I first started. Every now and then, I got an interaction with them and they were very helpful and they kept me updated. Any questions I asked, they gave me an answer. But recently, when I talked to National Debt Relief, I got very disappointed. I’m a little bit busy and I don’t have a computer. I was trying to request a copy of a letter stating that I have completed paying and closing the account but the person was a bit rude about it. And then she said that, “Just go online and get a copy.” I’ve already closed one account and there’s one in the process of paying off and a few more after that. This is the first time I requested for the letter and the recent experience might have thrown me off.

The National Debt Relief team has always been helpful. They've made my payments a lot better and they've helped me to be able to afford the bills and money for everyday life. My experience has been pleasant.

The amount that I was paying to my credit card each month as compared to the amount that National Debt Relief gave me was okay for my budget at that time. They’ve been very courteous and they explained things well every time I've called them. I’m still with the program and the three-year payment of $300 a month is steep sometimes. It’s a bit difficult to make the payment especially when it goes up. Sometimes, there’s a schedule for $270 or $293 a month and the agreed-upon monthly was $273, but sometimes I need to pay up as much as $400 to clear one debt and that’s really hit hard on me. They say there is not enough money in there so I need to make a larger payment, yet I don’t get a clear explanation of that action.

The people at National Debt Relief were nice. We were making our payments but we couldn’t get it done the right way. But now that we're with NDR, everything’s going in the right direction and everything's a lot better than it was financially. I would recommend them to a friend.

National Debt Relief is a great company to work with. I've been working with them for about 8 months now to get control of everything. When first I called in, they reviewed everything and made it simple on what documentation I needed to give them. My interactions with their team members have been very pleasant. National Debt Relief has helped me get out of credit card debt by literally cutting the overall debt in half and then reaching settlements. They are also very informative throughout the entire process. National Debt Relief is a better choice than bankruptcy.

We thought we were out of options. A series of unexpected events led us to get months behind on loans, credit cards, etc. We have a lot of equity in the house but couldn't get a loan due to bad credit over the past 8 months. I knew we had an employee assistance program at my job but never thought about much about it. I called the number on the poster after work one day and got an immediate response and set up on a plan within a few hours. Big weight lifted off. I called and talked to their salesman, and he told me what it was like, what they did and that I could get out of debt in a few years, so I decided to go ahead with it. It sounded like a good deal. The salesman was very good and friendly. They're getting my debts paid off early.

I did an internet search and found that National Debt Relief's reviews were good. Their reps were very knowledgeable and they seem to be good at what they do. I've been with them for about nine months now and working with them has made my life much more convenient. However, they don’t seem to be very accommodating if you need to call and change your payment date. So, they might be able to improve on that. Nevertheless, I had a very good experience.

I went with National Debt Relief because the debt settlement worked better for me than debt management or bankruptcy. They were highly recommended as well. They take two monthly deductions out based on what I told them I could pay. It would move along quicker if I had more money to put in my escrow account. But it's moving along based on what the plan is. My interactions with the the people at National Debt Relief have all gone well. The one who set up the account initially really stood out.

They were convincing and helpful. Working with them had been a bit less stress-free. I still get phone calls and there is the question about when they're going to reach out to the people. But, I just have to be patient and hang with it.

The reps at National Debt Relief are all very professional, and they are informative and answer any questions that you have. They also tell you what you're going to get yourself into and what to expect. I started in February and they've already tried to settle two or three accounts. I've been seeing progress and I'm happy with the service, though carrying an actual longer monthly period would make me recommend them.

Updated on 03/26/2021: It has been good so far. The reps have been very good in communicating with me and taking care of things. I'm not micromanaging and getting involved in every single thing. They also painted a very realistic picture of things and gave me all the information I needed. They alerted a couple of things, including the potential that I would have to pay taxes on the debt that is forgiven or charged off.

I feel very confident that NDR will do a great job. They have been very thorough in explaining the program. They were all very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. They were also quick to respond and have great communication.

I'm enrolled with National Debt Relief and I gave them 12 credit cards then started putting money into an account. As soon as I started putting money, they started negotiating with the lowest one, and they settled two or three. The others are all larger amounts and it's sitting there idling, waiting on enough money to be in there for them to go ahead and negotiate. I figured they would go ahead and negotiate and get figures agreed on ahead of time. That way, the calls would stop. There's only so much I can pay a month so there's only so much they can do on their end. It's still stressful and I expected a little more from them.

I entered the program with National Debt Relief and it's going good so far. They promptly respond when I call in if there's an issue at any time. And typically for the online portal questions, I either get an email response immediately or a phone call follow-up. They've been able to answer any and every question I've ever had.

Upon graduating from grad school, my wife and I decided that we needed to consolidate our debts so we can find some financial management into our life. With National Debt Relief, I don't have to worry about the debts that I have surrendered over to get an agreement for. I got a one who called in the beginning and I just referred the caller to NDR. I looked at what other people had to say about National Debt Relief and then, I chose them. They’ve been upfront and our interactions have been short and to the point, which is what I like. They’re honest enough to tell me what they’re going to do, what we need to do and I try and stick to their plan. Everything’s going well and I’m halfway through with the program, so I’m pleased. If I'm ever asked what to do to get a bond, I would refer NDR.

I have a problem with one of the banks that sent me a court order and National Debt Relief worked on that right away for me. We got that money then we’re going to start the process. That’s one of the good things that I saw that was working good. So far, I'm not very deep with their program yet but it's working evident. A little too processed because of monetary but they're very good and very helpful in keeping a very calm position. I first spoke with Mr. Clyde ** upon signing up for the program. He was very professional, understanding and patient with me. I asked him to speak slowly and clearly as I had difficulty hearing and understanding him at first. He did exactly what I asked. He listened to my problems and was very concerning and polite. He obtained all the information that was required of me for the program but missed one of my Capital One credit cards as I had 2 (two) from the same company but it had a small balance less than $200.00 (two-hundred dollars) which didn't concern me very much.
