When I call National Debt Relief they were really nice and very, very helpful. No matter what I ask or how many times I asked over they were polite to help me any way they could make me understand everything. I would recommend them to anybody and they really help me a lot.

NDR's reps were straightforward and pretty knowledgeable about what was going on. Signing up with them was a cut-and-dry process. Some of the correspondence was slow getting back and forth but our experience depended on who we were dealing with at the time. They had a couple of people that really cared and some that just wanted to get you off the phone. It took us about four years to finish the program and we're happy we did it. Everything turned out well and our overpayment was refunded back to us. I'd tell my friends that with NDR's help, we took the shortcut for a long road.

I was getting into debt a little bit too much more than I was comfortable with at the time so I called National Debt Relief and we worked it out. They sounded the best to me and talking to the rep, it was like you can get out of it any time you need to. I had problems because of a job issue and I had to cut back on the agreement. I stopped paying for a little while and then, I restarted. NDR was all good with it. It took a lot longer than it should have but that was my fault. I'd like to see them pay the whole thing off and not have to deal with it at all. The service from them was 100% and I would recommend them. If I ever had to do it, I'd do it again.

My representative was most helpful. Without her I would not have signed up. She walked me through every step of the process and explained every step of the way. She gave all the phone numbers I need and asked me if I understood every step. She is most definitely a 20 in my book and very outstanding employee to have on hand.

National Debt Relief gave me a payment plan, understood my situation and gave me a timeline of when my debt was gonna be completed. They gave me numbers and I would go to the website and it was easy to follow. The app was user-friendly. But if I had concerns, the customer service reps were nice and very knowledgeable too. They helped me out a lot. If I ever got stuck in those times where I did, where I could make payment, they would do what they had to do to get me back on track. They would just cancel those payments that weren't taken. NDR had a very positive impact on my life. I fixed my credit and got out of debt, which was my goal for two years and I accomplished it within two years because of them. I feel free. NDR is a free debt relief. It was exactly what they promised me and what I received, so I feel very grateful.

National Debt Relief helped handle each creditor individually so I didn't have to talk to so many people. They had a lawyer for me and it helped to rely on them. The communication was great. I like the experience. The customer service always reached out when there were any questions. Or if I had a question, I didn't have to wait long. I’ve been a client for over 3 months and I’m wondering when you’ll start contacting my credit card companies. I’m getting tired of all the phone calls and not being able to answer my phone. I wish that I could give this company 0 stars since I am extremely disappointed in this process. My first issue with them is all the secrets: they didn't tell me that they charged 25% fees, they didn't give me my Welcome letter until months after the process started even after repeatedly asking for it, they didn't tell me that the 25% fee was on top of the original debt which doubles the amount you owe which takes you longer to pay off.

Unfortunately I can’t remember his name but he did an awesome job at getting me pre approved and an account created along with making sure I understood on how to use the features on the NDR site and was very helpful on every step along the way.
