I worked with a representative named Mark and he was informative, professional, and extremely helpful. He called me three days in a row to make sure that we got my deal done and that everything was correct. Once all my paperwork was complete, he outlined all of the resources available to me and made it easy to understand.

The experience was very informative and helpful. We have not started our journey yet,but my husband and I are excited about seeing our debt go down. The enrollment process with National Debt Relief was clear and concise. There were easy instructions on what their program entailed and what my role and responsibility were. I was able to track my progress with the program through the portal. I could log into my National Debt Relief account and it showed me the total debt and projected payoff date. I would at least check it once a month for any settlement offers. I also got text messages about receiving potential settlements and if I agreed with it.

Yes so far so good. Just enrolled. Hope it’s everything it claims to be and the person on phone was helping me thru it. She was definitely good at what she did. She actually used the program herself so that’s a good testament. Too early to comment on how it goes. Just did it yesterday.

Extremely quick turn-around time. I hadn't had the application submitted more than an hour when I received a call from Brian. I had to call back due to timing, and was on hold for 15 minutes, but otherwise, my experience was flawless. I have had a huge relief from bill collectors. I no longer have my phone ringing all the time. This has been one of the best things I have done in a really long time. Had my account for 7 months. Made 2 settlements, then just took all the money I paid each month for fees etc. after paying these two accounts monthly. Then they want to transfer you to an associate for a loan to pay all the accounts off at a very high interest rate. After I agreed, immediately 4 accounts were settled. They hook and scam you, then you have no choice but to take the offer. Your credit score is in the dirt.

I was told that my bank account would be where I could see and review how my deposits are collected and disbursed, to which I found that to be true.

Edwin ** was the NDR representative I spoke with to get enrolled in the program. He was very responsive and in today’s world that means a lot to me. The one aspect of the program I am not comfortable with is the vagueness of the total planned payment stream. I was told it is a 40 month program, but the contract says payments may be required beyond 40 months. I was also informed there is no penalty for prepayment but did not get a clear understanding of how that would impact the total payment stream.

When signing up it went very smoothly. We worked with Brock several months ago, thought we could do it on our own and we reached back out. He responded almost immediately. Within 24 hours and maybe a total of an hour on the phone we are all signed up. He explained everything we should expect thoroughly and answered any questions we had promptly.

Erik explained the whole program to me because I had some reservations about even contacting anybody about my situation.
