I really love this company. They took my debt and worked with my debtors to work out a plan to decrease my debt. I am so grateful that in the near future I will be debt free. I strongly recommend this company for people who are trying to find a legitimate company and very friendly.

I recently called the National Debt Relief (NDR) to try to consolidate all of my credit card bills due to a financial hardship my family recently experienced. I was so stressed and at the end of my rope. I was looking and fearing bankruptcy. It’s been a rough year with hurricanes, medical and dental issues and more. I had submitted for information with other companies and never heard back. Within a day I heard back and spoke to Daniel. We went over everything and he offered me a solution to help with my credit card and medical debt! I finally feel hopeful and like I have a solution!

I’ve been thru a lot with 5 children and closing a business after 9/11/2001. Never went bankrupt then and now find myself struggling due to back problems and short term disability. National Debt Relief has negotiated with my creditors and gotten favorable terms and stopped the phone calls.

I recently had 2 of my credit cards except a proposal NDR that I had to approve. I approved them and the customer service rep (Revel) that I spoke to explained everything. He even explained that I had to add money to my monthly payments to cover the proposed payments. I did not like that part as I am trying to get my finances in order so any additional money towards these payments was unexpected. But I am glad that the NDR proposals cut the balance of each card literally in half to pay off.

Arrangements were made with creditor. Although it seemed as if nothing significant was happening at first, it final felt better. I was under the impression that the accounts would not go into "charge off" status and one of the accounts did which really left me with a very negative feeling. I still don't feel good about that but at least we reached a settlement for half of the original amount owed.

Staff members were so helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I felt a huge sense of relieve after coming to this program. I use to struggle for years and this took a simple hour of my life. I should’ve done this way sooner! Thank you for all your help and sense of hope.

Well what I can say? It been a great experience even before I made my choice to take my business with debt relief. I talk to couple of lawyers and told that the smart thing was to go bankrupt and start new slate and move on and that it was cheaper than going to a program that cost your more down the road but my gut feeling was to find a better solution to my debt and I took my chance with National Debt Relief. It did cost a lot but it was my fault that I got into this mess and I had to pay for and not declare bankruptcy even if it was the smarter choice. It been a pleasant experience with great customer service and I feel good I finish program.

I haven’t been with NDR that long but they have already settled with one of my creditors. That is encouraging. I had a lot of trepidation about NDR and whether I am doing the right thing. I have read negative comments about NDR but that has not been my experience. I am hopeful that I have made the right decision. Yes, my credit scores have plummeted but they would have anyway. The CSR that worked with me was very patient and answered all of my questions. She had no problem with me calling back the next day to have plenty of time to be sure this was the best option for me. Even on the follow-up call the next day, there was no pressure to sign up, just more good answers given and time well spent.

I contacted the company because my debt was already bad, but then I found out I was not going to get paid for a period of time. I had been looking for awhile for a way to effectively pay off my debt, like personal loans or refinance options, but being a student and my GI Bill not counting as income, this seemed to be my last best option. I was originally on the phone with Kelly ** and completed my welcome phone call with Monica **. Both agents were very polite and helpful, answering any questions I had. The program makes sense and really does seem like the best option for paying off large amounts of debt without all of the crazy interest that comes with it.

Updated on 12/14/2018: NDR's negotiators have been doing a great job. They're very time-persistent and they keep me up to date on what's going on with my account. When they negotiate the bill, they inform me when it is being negotiated. If I have a question, I will just call and get an answer right then and there. In terms of the payment plan, the monthly sum was based on my debt then I was able to afford it. When I first started the program, I requested to have my payment submitted the end of the month, and they were very negotiable with that. Working with them impacted my life awesomely and right now, I'm working on my last credit card with them. I’m pleased with their program and it has been working very well for me. It’s helping me to restore my finances.

It was great! They kept you informed throughout the process. You were able to participate in the process either by phone or email. My experience has exceeded my expectation. The program even allowed me to suspend payments in the first 6 months when my funds were low if I didn't have any funds in my account or a creditor being paid. Thank you.

Our contact person was very attentive to our questions. She responded to our emails and provided as much info as possible. The welcome call ensured that we knew the terms of the agreement and that we were comfortable with them. The ease of using emails helped with our busy schedules.

I had not fallen behind on payments but struggled with them. The current settlements I received stated a much larger "savings" than realistic. In the months that I stopped paying per advice by debt relief my balances became much higher. That new balance was included in the savings. Here is a realistic example of my true savings. When you add their fee of 23 percent of original balance to a settlement of a "40% savings" on one account I saved a grand total of $300. Well, that isn't much in exchange for ruining my credit completely.

The customer care representatives were extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure I understood everything I was told and how the program works. They answered all of my questions and seemed to know all of the ins and outs of the program very well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants some financial freedom.

National Debt Relief was one of the top 10 on Yelp for getting everything taken care of. It was easy to set up with them. A gentleman called me and set up an appointment and he was great. I gave him all the information he needed from me to enroll. I wasn't informed initially of all the transfer fees and all that kind of stuff. But I'd be spending a lot more money trying to settle it myself. It's worth it and I've already recommended them to people.

I got an email last week saying my debt with Discover Card had been settled, and I had been warned that this was going to be the really tough one to settle. If I could make a suggestion, I would have a meeting and explain the importance of speaking slow enough and clearly enough for the clients to understand.
