I’ve never felt so relieved after making the decision to call. I was at my lowest before but after talking on phone and getting my account set up, it was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is struggling like myself. I am very hopeful for the future now and have goals I can achieve because this made it possible.

We were already with one relief place and they weren’t able to take all our debt and NDR was and the payment was easier and they even split it in half to make it that much more manageable. My rep was very nice, patient, and accommodating. He helped me understand how the program worked and always asked me if I understood what he was explaining. My rep also walked through signing the paperwork. He did not make me feel stupid or make me feel embarrassed about my situation.

I gave their staff a slight headache with my indecisiveness. First Lizz worked with me late into the night until we had it all hammered out (or so I thought) ... But then I changed my mind once I realized a few repercussions of my decision and cancelled the next morning. Within hours I received a call from Chris, an account manager, asking me what my concerns were. We talked about it, and once he understood my concerns, he made adjustments to my contract that solved my issues. I am very grateful to the folks at National Debt Relief here at the onset. Helpful and great personality. Did a great job connecting and engaging with me to really get to know me. However, I felt a bit like he was overselling it. I did my research and had made up my mind to get this service on one condition which was accepted. But I kept getting lost during the overselling of the program and a couple of times I felt I had to cut him off to ask my questions. Other than that Norman was terrific at assisting me and listening to me, when I was able to get a word in edgewise.

We had a great experience with the man that helped us. Educational, answers to questions with great knowledge explaining it so that we understood. I, like a lot of people, had the dream of owning a home ripped from me after a horrible divorce that changed my life and Unfortunately my credit. The credit I worked so hard to achieve just crumbled due to having to make the decision to live off of credit cards to survive for close to a year. The decision buried me in not only debt, but eventually debt I couldn't afford anymore. I lost my car and had creditors calling me non stop. After years of running from the creditors and a new job which allowed me to obtain a personal loan and the ability to work endless overtime I was able to pay off 90% of my old debt and start over building my credit again.

Me and my wife was has owe so much to creditors, and with applying for this program we're feel relieved so we can start saving some money for us. It was like talking on the phone to an old friend l, very professional, relatable and all the above. We was on the phone for hours and it felt like a couple minutes. We talked about sports, cars, and different areas of the country that we wouldn’t mind living if we moved from our designated hometowns. Claudius **, was very professional, but patient, & kind. I was going to do something to get my bills taken care of. Claudius knocked it out of the park. I had been praying to God about my lein on my house for a while. I had a lot of old debt, so it's getting rid of that. It took some time, to get the forms taken care of. Then I just had to sign.

I really appreciate Jericho‘s honesty. I am currently in a debt relief program and while he did say his program is the best, it wouldn’t be ideal for me to change companies because I’ve already gotten so far along with debt settlement negotiations with the company I am with now. If anything it would cause further delays having to wait on new settlement negotiations with all my creditors.

I have a financial problem that take me to a point I couldn’t pay my loans on time. I am struggling financially. I was listening to an add on YouTube about National Debt Relief. I call them to get more information. I spoke with many agent but I wasn’t able clear enough about how it’s work. Knowing that my debt would be paid off a lot sooner and save money at the same time is a big relief. I was scammed on two of my credit cards for a total of $10,000. I met with the banks to see if they could help me out of it; but, they couldn't help me. So, with the balance going higher, the payment due shot up. And as you may know, that payment stays the same for a while. I receive a monthly retirement check. Since grocery prices went up, I have to budget really hard to 'have enough'.

The initial process took about an hour. The person helping was very friendly, professional, and efficient. This appears to be the best way to solve my debt as interest was making it impossible. I hope to continue having a easy process with national debt relief. Understand that your credit will be substantially impacted by the process but if you are already a few payments behind you clearly know what impact it has already had on your score.

NDR's reps were straightforward and pretty knowledgeable about what was going on. Signing up with them was a cut-and-dry process. Some of the correspondence was slow getting back and forth but our experience depended on who we were dealing with at the time. They had a couple of people that really cared and some that just wanted to get you off the phone. It took us about four years to finish the program and we're happy we did it. Everything turned out well and our overpayment was refunded back to us. I'd tell my friends that with NDR's help, we took the shortcut for a long road.

I was getting into debt a little bit too much more than I was comfortable with at the time so I called National Debt Relief and we worked it out. They sounded the best to me and talking to the rep, it was like you can get out of it any time you need to. I had problems because of a job issue and I had to cut back on the agreement. I stopped paying for a little while and then, I restarted. NDR was all good with it. It took a lot longer than it should have but that was my fault. I'd like to see them pay the whole thing off and not have to deal with it at all. The service from them was 100% and I would recommend them. If I ever had to do it, I'd do it again.
