This was a very knowledgeable and informational experience. If I knew this before I would have been better equipped not to get into the situation I found myself in and want to thank you for sharing this knowledge. I have been enlightened to my mistakes and now believe with the continued educational information will have a greater future.

I made a 1:30 phone appt w/ Diana via email today. She replied to my email and she called at the prearranged time. She stayed on the line w/ me until Evelyn took over in order to make a correction on the Debit relief agreement - Est monthly living expenses. Evelyn was very professional, listening carefully and addressing the changes that needed to be made. She was very helpful and succinct.

I have been making my payment every month faithfully. I have been able to resolve one debt and I am in the process of resolving another one. I have qualified for a consolidation loan to address the last of my debt which is 2. They have really gotten the stress off my back. They are truly my lifesaver.

I retired early to care for my mother, whose dementia took a sharp downward turn. Financially, she has always shared the bills for the house, although her name is not on anything. While consulting with an elder law attorney, I discovered that this is not legal. Without her help, I can't make ends meet. Contacting National Debt Relief was a major step for someone who has always been financially independent. The representative that I spoke with (Shaun), was non-judgemental and very reassuring. When the conversation was over, I had a plan and will have a few dollars left over at the end of the month. I slept well that night. No, it won't be easy. I will have to deal with creditor calls for a while-but NDR even covers that with a phone number you can give the creditor. The bottom line is that I can care for my mother without worrying about having to sell our home or belongings. I am truly grateful to National Debt Relief.

Was a great experience. Very professional. Smooth process and clear all question answered. Prompt in returning calls, short process. Legal coverage provided within the package is essential to feel that the company will be defending you all the way through the agreement quesrions. They answer all my questions very quickly and clearly. Very good program. When I receive the contract the person that works with me, explain every detail of the contract, give me copy of the contract. I'm doing comparison with different companies but they want to charging me more money and longer contract. Definitely if I need to recommend this program to someone else I can do it.

Easy to understand the instructions, I think it is better Debt relief than other programs. The monthly payments is way better and less expensive so as to help me to save money and to ease the stress for my other needs. It can be recommended to friends and family who are struggling with their card payments to survive this current economy.

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from any company like National Debt Relief. They are scammers and thieves. They are in bed with Gitmeid & Associates Law Firm and they will rip money from you as fast as it gets deposited. Countless amount of different fees and they don't tell you about all of them and how it works. Here's is exactly what I've dealt with in the past 8 long months. I have deposited exactly $2587 as of today 7/10/2024 and $575 have gone to creditors and the remaining $2012 have gone to every fee that you can think of, which means in their pockets. The best thing you can do is start negotiating for yourself, as for me, it's too late.

It's was really good. They explained everything and helped me through my problems and got me all situated. Told me if I think of anything else to just give them a call. I would definitely tell anyone I know that needs this to do it. But yes everyone was so very helpful and went beyond for me.

Everyone we have worked with so far has been wonderful. Obviously, this is a stressful time, but everyone has been very patient and understanding. I have been hanging on by a thread - sinking further and further into debt. My payments were current, but as my balances and interest were so high, I needed to use my cards for living expenses after paying my bills. We had a cut in pay, and so then the debt that we had and the ability to function was getting more difficult. So, we went into consolidation through National Debt Relief to help ourselves out. They're very good at communicating with me, answering my emails, and answering my questions. We agreed to the amount we wanted to put into that, and then what we can handle for payments. I started off with a higher payment, and then they adjusted it, so they were really good about working that with me. I get a lot of my correspondence through email and the portal, so I would just send a message to the portal saying, “I need to do this. I need to do that. Where do I stand with this? What's my balance with that?”

NDR was the last thing I tried, and the first thing that worked! When I called them, I was in so much debt that I thought I would never be able to have credit again! I am grateful that you are willing to help us. I must tell you that I’m feeling guilty about not paying the full amount owed. I am hoping that I have the steps correct moving toward a settlement: Don’t pay anymore to credit card companies. Payments on the 16th and 30th to National Debt Relief for $137.50, totaling $275.00 a month. The money saved will be put in my savings account.

I was laid off in 2022 and at my age just didn't want to pursue a job with travel requirements. It took a year to find anything in my area and I took a whopping pay cut. I used credit and my retirement to make ends meet because my unemployment got messed up. Needless to say, I was struggling. Talking to NDR and getting into their program is already such aa relief. Re-doing my budget and actually projecting a monthly savings (however small) is so gratifying. I expect to retire debt-free now at the end of the program in 40 mo. HOORAY!!!!

I got on National Debt Relief’s website and they gave me a portal to go to and I was able to see how many payments I had left on each creditor that they had taken care of for me. So, it was super easy. I knew when a creditor got paid off and when the next payment was on the creditor. Everything was on that portal and it made me feel at ease just looking at that, knowing that that debt was going down. Every time I called, I got a different person each time, which I didn't like. I wanted to talk to somebody the same all the time. But each person that I talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me with whatever I was calling for. So it turned out to be good. They worked with me well when I had to call and let them know that the payment wouldn't be there.

I ask that my account Affirm not be included in my the settlement. I wanted to pay it off as agreed. The agent heard me but when I received the approved settlement notification it showed Affirm is being paid but not as I agreed. Could Affirm be uncoupled from the settlement at this point?

Jonathan contradicted what I was recently told by another NDR representative. He contacted me because I had stated I was unhappy when I was told I was being charged $103.00 by NDR for "negotiating fees" that had accrued because of negotiating NDR had done in my cause with one of my creditor banks. Jonathan informed me that the $103.00 was a charge from my cc bank. When I told him that I had been told it was for negotiating fees, he just kept talking and ignored me. I believe I informed him twice. Negotiating should be in that 15%. Either way. If it was negotiating fees then NDR is already taking 15% of my original date.

I was so happy to get accepted because I needed someone to help me get out of debt. My score was 850 when I got my new credit card and then somehow the scammers got a hold of it and racked it to the limit which was $10.000.00. When they wanted me to refinance my house I knew how to get the money back. I waited and then he asked what was taking so long and I told him he had to pay the Valley Star credit card off. He gave me his banking information and I paid it off and then blocked him. Next thing I knew I owed $20,000.00 because they paid him back twice.
