I signed up for this course two days ago and I do not know how it will play out so I cannot give my opinion on the outcome of this program, but I will say Robert ** was so polite, helpful, understanding and perfect at his job! My review goes out to Robert! He deserves to be recognized for his outstanding contribution to this team.

Kenan ** was great to work with. He explained the program well and answered all of my questions that I had. He had a very polite and professional demeanor the entire time. He also made sure my wife and I felt like part of the NDR family and that we weren't alone in our debt situation.

I was on Facebook this morning and came across this advertisement for National Debt Relief. I had been thinking about either filing bankruptcy or giving this company a chance, so I did, and I am glad I did. Sebastian ** explained thoroughly what I was working with in my debt, how I was paying only interest even though I was making payments. I was open for his clear explanation, and he took care of me. Thanks.

I know they don't put the bad Reviews but I just let them know don't used this company. I try to cancel my payment for some reason and they still took from my account then I prefer file bankruptcy anyway they don't do much to me, they just negotiate 1 bank and the rest continue working and my credit got more worse that's why I decided file bankruptcy and they don't want to give my money that they just took. They told me the money goes to the accreditors, they lie. I never going back to this company... Don't come or you guys lose the money, trust me.

Frankie was so helpful to me and he answered every question I had about the process and made it really easy. He has been a really big help to me. He made the set up for everything smoother and made it easy to transition from being in a lot of debt to having only a few things for me to pay.

Cameron was amazing! He made the whole process very easy and was very clear and made sure I understood every step of the way. He didn’t make me feel dumb or like it was my own fault for having all this debt. Cameron was super relatable and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and NDR to anyone needing relief.

The employees here are great and knowledgeable. They make sure you understand everything before moving forward. Also they seem to care about you and your family and how to make your life easier without debt. They are on the right track to helping people. And I appreciate they very much. I was explained everything in detail & was happy for any explanations if I had them. He was very polite & helpful with every step of the way. I was walked through all paperwork & explained everything in each section. It was very comfortable talking to him. I was nervous at first to do this but felt so comfortable once he laid it out what would happen.

Spending 3 hours on the phone with me, and going line by line takes a lot of dedication, and not giving up speaks volumes. Anyone would of already given up after 20 minutes or 30 minutes, but persistence and determination is what he has, and guts. I truly appreciate that he took the time to help me, because this is life and death for me, it's very stressful, as retired veteran working after retirement to make ends meet is sad. We are $40,000 in debt and struggling to make minimum payments, falling farther and farther behind because of outrageous interest rates of 26% and 32%. I was #5 on the anxiety level, 5 being the most. Plus I was very uncomfortable doing business online. The agent I spoke with was excellent. My anxiety level came down to 3. Being a senior citizen, I will always be cautious of fraud and scams. Allowing for a person to call you back can improve suspicion.

My experience with who I talked to was great. Just can’t wait to see the final results. Also one of the companies y'all are dealing with wants a power of attorney and I don’t know how to do that. They won’t quit their payment process until they receive it and I can’t afford that.
