My friend told me that she heard about companies that could help me to consolidate my debt so I Googled it and did some research as to who I wanted to use. And I chose National Debt Relief. I had to gather everything during the enrollment process and that took a lot of time. I also had to chart everything out for myself but that was extra that they weren’t requesting. All they wanted was the name of the company and the balance. It was fairly simple. I graduated this year and everything I did in the five years I was with the program was through customer support. I would call them and try to get updates until they taught me how to use the portal and I was okay with that. A couple of times, I added payments so I would call.

My experience with them was wonderful. I paid off a $23,000 debt in about three years, and now my credit is back on top. I graduated the program in May and I'm debt-free. They were very helpful and knowledgeable of the program that I signed up for. They also did the best to get the best rates for me as well. It was a very good program.

We were 80,000 in credit card debt. We called NDR and they were very good. They take a look at your debt, then they take a look at your income and what they feel like they could do over a certain amount of time and if you could afford those payments because you still have to pay them, and then they pay your creditors. Any time we've contacted them, they've got back with us. They got everything paid up for us and we're done with the program. We're now seeing our credit score go back up, which is nice.

When I spoke with National Debt Relief, they made everything understandable. I enrolled over the phone, and it was very easy. Whenever I call, the representative was always very helpful. As far as the payment, I talked with someone over the phone and they offered options and tried to find one that would be suitable to what I could afford, and that was how it worked. I was notified monthly of my balance. The program was supposed to be three years and it has taken about two and a half years. The program has really impacted my life. As a matter of fact, my daughter got in it because I was bragging about how good it was.

This is a bait and switch credit consultation. We wanted to get a quote for refinance and HELOC but was never given the option. Technician made us feel so little and awful about ourselves for saying no to credit consolidation. I decided National Debt Relief was the way to go. I just signed up and gave them all my debts. Like everything else, I had to get all my bills together, my credit card debt together, and tell them how much I owed on everything. It was easy. They answered the questions that I had. We set up a plan and I was okay with it and it was less than what I was paying with my credit card debt. Every so often, I'd get an email saying that a certain card had been paid off. We agreed on a price and I paid the entire price for the four years so much a month every month. The program saved me thousands of dollars. If you're in trouble with debt, just knock on Debt Relief to help you get free.

My experience with NDR was really easy. They asked a lot of questions and we answered them and they got us going. It was a reasonable price and they were really awesome. If there was a problem, they were on it. They had a lawyer for us and they called them and explained things to us.

Due to medical problems and loss of clients due to Covid. I'm no longer able to work due to back leg and arm problems plus the loss of clients due to COVID in 2019. National Debt Relief is helping consolidate my debt allowing to pay my creditors and free me up to keep up with living and medical expenses.

It was easy enrolling with National Debt Relief. We went into detail according to my pay period and the payment plan was designed according to my life so that was very convenient for me. They have good support and it's very easy to track progress as well. They have a portal that you can go and look up your account. They have helped me significantly monitor my budget and gave me hope that I can accomplish something like that.

When I signed up with National Debt Relief a year and a half ago, I was naive and feeling desperate regarding my poor credit. I was denied housing because my credit score was poor. I trusted this company when they said they could help. I agreed to let them take money out of my account each month to negotiate with my handful of creditors. One by one, National Debt Relief would congratulate me with a “paid in full” notice. They take 25% of whatever the original individual debt is. What I didn’t know is that the debts that they were settling for me were for much less than what I actually owed. Each one of those now states on my credit report that it is a “charge off paid less than full amount.”

We went over everything to my satisfaction before I said yes to your program. I’m completely positive that this is what I needed as it will help me with my credit card debts and save me a lot of money in the long run, thanks for the help.

I have been making my payment every month faithfully. I have been able to resolve one debt and I am in the process of resolving another one. We had a cut in pay, and so then the debt that we had and the ability to function was getting more difficult. So, we went into consolidation through National Debt Relief to help ourselves out. They're very good at communicating with me, answering my emails, and answering my questions. We agreed to the amount we wanted to put into that, and then what we can handle for payments. I started off with a higher payment, and then they adjusted it, so they were really good about working that with me. I get a lot of my correspondence through email and the portal, so I would just send a message to the portal saying, “I need to do this. I need to do that. Where do I stand with this? What's my balance with that?”

Cameron at NDR was very instrumental in my decision to go with your plan. I had several questions and I emailed them to him and he responded back with answers that resolved every concern I had at that moment. We went back over it in our first telephone conversation which lead to a few other question or clarification and he explained everything in terms I could easily understand.
