I was very surprised at how easy and convenient the process was. The agent answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. She was also very detailed in explaining all the documents I had to electronically sign. I should have contacted NDR much earlier, but better late than never! I recommend NDR to anyone else in similar situation.

Adam ** is an excellent Debt Service Representative. Adam was very professional and patient. He explained everything well and some things 2 even 3 times without frustration. His manner was professional too, yet friendly, and he set me at ease. I believe this program will be successful because of Adam's thoroughness in explaining all the details.

I had a problem towards end of my program because NDR said it would take three years and it went on to almost five years. They said it was because of an issue in trying to get in touch with creditors. But it just took so long and I had to keep calling and finding out what was happening. But other than that, the people that I dealt with were very knowledgeable. They helped me out a great deal to redirect me because I really got frustrated. So, in the end, the customer service was really good. If they didn't have the answer to my questions, they got me the answer. So they didn't just leave me hanging. I just had to keep on waiting. In the end, they returned close to $2,000 to me, so that was a good thing because it was in the bank. Also, I tracked my progress and it was very simple because I just had to make sure that I remembered my password.

The program worked well and the reps were polite. They told me how much I had to pay, I put it in there every month, and my bills started shrinking. It took a little longer than what they said but the end result was what I really appreciated. I no longer have those bills and it was all paid out. I'd recommend others to go with National Debt Relief. The only thing was I'm old school when it comes down to doing anything online so I always had to turn to my daughter.

When re-searching this program I went along with this one because Michael was very thorough explaining everything and working with me to help me but also making sure I could afford the payment each month. I've never been so comfortable talking with a stranger about my finances. Michael is very professional yet very understanding at the same time.

I liked what National Debt Relief had to offer. I'm done. I'm debt-free.

Try the program because it's good. They just give me how they usually do, the money I was supposed to pay monthly. And they withdraw it on my account for the months before I get out of the program. Sometimes if I don't have money, they give me another month. The only thing I had a problem with was the fees NDR charged were a lot. But the program worked for me because I'm now free of debt.

I was in NDR's program for a few years and their customer service was good. Initially, their guy explained to me what was going to happen and how much I was going to pay approximately. They would also always answer questions and be available if I had any questions.

He also helped me with budgeting regarding my personal expenses and the amount that I had to repay monthly. He did his job very well and provided me with excellent customer service.

They gave the reassurance that so many people had done this before and had success, and that if I stuck to the program, it would pay off. Enrolling with them was time-consuming on my behalf because I had to gather all my information such as the account numbers and have everything before I could proceed. But they took that information, set up a program, and it was fairly easy. At the beginning of the program, I was concerned that with the way the rep set up the budget, there was no way I was gonna be able to afford to live on what he said would be my leftover amount after paying the monthly amount. I knew it was something I needed to do, but I didn't know how it was gonna play out. When someone tells you you have $76 to live on for two weeks, it's frightening.

I like the way the rep explained the program to me. I was in the program for five years and it went by quickly. It took a weight off me which was a relief. I've already referred a few friends to National Debt Relief. Others need to do it if they're in debt and they feel they can't pay their bills.

I've had a great experience with National Debt Relief. I called them and they asked how much I owed, was I working, and what was the cause of the hardship that I could not pay my debt. Then they would contact my creditors and see what bill they have for me. They would get back to me and if I agree, then I would start paying. National Debt Relief is good for those who are going through hardship. They are so professional and have good communication. If I don't understand something, then I call back. I can also go online and check, and it's very easy to use.

This program helped me in crisis. It's the only non-predatory debt consolidation program I have found. They handle everything and you pay no interest. Worth a call for those in debt just to see what your options are. The agents will handle everything for you so all you have to do is sign and then pay your monthly amount.

Updated on 01/18/2025: I quit the program, it was horrible and debt relief was minimal. They charge exorbitant fees for each settlement. If you need this service, perhaps consult a lawyer about other options that will resolve the debts.

I enrolled in National Debt Relief program in June 2023. They have not resolved my debt, they have not communicated with me to explain what they were trying to negotiate and their portal is never updated. I have had to email them hundreds of times and I got automated answers which didn't answer my questions. People in debt need to be guided or at least informed of what is going on in the debt resolution process. I got phone calls 3 times that were not followed up or where I was given the wrong information (draft schedule or settlement info). I quit the program a week ago and I got a refund of part of what I paid them and so far they have not sent me a detailed calculation of what they refunded me (half of what I paid... Where is the rest?).

Being under doctor care for my heart problem I had surgery and when Covid hit I had to use my charge card for someone to do my shopping. Larry ** was the person who handled my application, he was great. He explained everything in depth and spend hours with me on the phone, to make sure I was being aware of every step in the process. A great person to work with. The process was took a lot of time, but will be well worth it in the end, I do believe. The payments are affordable. Way less than what I pay for payday loans.

Feeling overwhelmed with debt so called NDR. Spoke with a man named Jason. As someone who has become entangled in high interest credit cards and loans, he helped me see an end. 51 months of payments and I should be free. Understandably, I may pay more to resolve certain debts which I am comfortable with. For now, I am happy to be working with NDR. Called again on day 2 to ask some more questions and was happy with their responses.

This program seems pretty legit and decent. I am truly Looking forward to these debts being resolved in due time with NDR. Would highly recommend this program to a family member and friends who are going through similar situations with their finances.
