I enrolled in National Debt Relief program in June 2023. They have not resolved my debt, they have not communicated with me to explain what they were trying to negotiate and their portal is never updated. I have had to email them hundreds of times and I got automated answers which didn't answer my questions. People in debt need to be guided or at least informed of what is going on in the debt resolution process. I got phone calls 3 times that were not followed up or where I was given the wrong information (draft schedule or settlement info). I quit the program a week ago and I got a refund of part of what I paid them and so far they have not sent me a detailed calculation of what they refunded me (half of what I paid... Where is the rest?).

What a blessing to call and reach Clyde, and very informed, compassionate, and helpful representative; not a robot. The process to get started was quick and easy, we got me established over a lunch break. One hour looks to change many years and will cut thousands and thousands in debt out.

Being under doctor care for my heart problem I had surgery and when Covid hit I had to use my charge card for someone to do my shopping. I would call my order into Meijer's and they would do the shopping and bring it to the house. Leave it on the porch. Then my bird got sick so I had to use another card to take care of him, all in all I needed to use them because I ended up in the hospital. That was a bill I had to pay on some of it, bill bills piled up, gas went up so filling up the car was really something. It just got to be too much. The counselor told ample time to explain the what I needed to know about them and how I could help them get to know my situation better and how to best help me. We discussed debt consolidation and the possibility of refinancing. I was under an enormous amount of stress from my creditors and the fact that the debt was due to be paid a monthly payment on the 28th. She took the proper amount of time to get to know me and what I was obliged to pay and how much was due monthly. She was able to reduce my stress with her soothing voice and confidence that they would be able to help me. She took the time necessary to go over the paperwork and agreement and signatures to accept the agreement. I feel so much better after talking with her.

I can pay what more they are asking for. I had not a single late payment and they treated me like that. I'm so done. I bet I paid enough in interest and fees to pay for my balance.

Professional service, took the time to walk through the National Debt Relief Progam. Also answered several questions from my Wife and I along delivery very satisfactory answers. The call took three or four hours. A bit long, however, the time taken was a must to sell my Wife and I on the program. This was a difficult decision for Wife and I to come to a yes to move forward. When I signed up with National Debt Relief a year and a half ago, I was naive and feeling desperate regarding my poor credit. I was denied housing because my credit score was poor. I trusted this company when they said they could help. I agreed to let them take money out of my account each month to negotiate with my handful of creditors. One by one, National Debt Relief would congratulate me with a “paid in full” notice. They take 25% of whatever the original individual debt is. What I didn’t know is that the debts that they were settling for me were for much less than what I actually owed. Each one of those now states on my credit report that it is a “charge off paid less than full amount.”
