I was a little bit nervous when I first called and spoke to a JEFFREY ** at TURBODEBT & NDR. I explained to him that I’m a senior living in NYC and unemployed at the moment, living off of my DWINDLING savings. I was drowning in debt from a Credit Card Loan that’d taken out. I was nervous about calling and seeing what my options were, but Caroline was helpful and explained everything perfectly. I had a problem towards end of my program because NDR said it would take three years and it went on to almost five years. They said it was because of an issue in trying to get in touch with creditors. But it just took so long and I had to keep calling and finding out what was happening. But other than that, the people that I dealt with were very knowledgeable. They helped me out a great deal to redirect me because I really got frustrated. So, in the end, the customer service was really good. If they didn't have the answer to my questions, they got me the answer. So they didn't just leave me hanging. I just had to keep on waiting. In the end, they returned close to $2,000 to me, so that was a good thing because it was in the bank. Also, I tracked my progress and it was very simple because I just had to make sure that I remembered my password.

The program worked well and the reps were polite. They told me how much I had to pay, I put it in there every month, and my bills started shrinking. It took a little longer than what they said but the end result was what I really appreciated. I no longer have those bills and it was all paid out. I'd recommend others to go with National Debt Relief. The only thing was I'm old school when it comes down to doing anything online so I always had to turn to my daughter.

Try the program because it's good. They just give me how they usually do, the money I was supposed to pay monthly. And they withdraw it on my account for the months before I get out of the program. Sometimes if I don't have money, they give me another month. The only thing I had a problem with was the fees NDR charged were a lot. But the program worked for me because I'm now free of debt.
