Customer service rep was so understanding and answered all of my questions. Helped me through the whole process, and continued to answer my questions when I didn’t understand something. I would definitely recommend national debt relief to friends and family!! I didn’t realize the situation I was in until he explained it all to me. I definitely don’t wanna keep paying minimum payments on things that go absolutely nowhere.

Dion was very helpful and understanding. He was great to work with. He explained everything so I could understand. Dion explained what I needed to do with my iPad because I’m not technically good with it. I want to thank him for his help and understanding. I know everything will workout with his help. Have been receiving emails from credit cards offering reduced payments and reduced amounts. These have been consistently been sent to NDR and after several weeks these credit cards still have not been negotiated. Yet I still keep getting these offers for negotiation. This does not make sense to me. Isn't this why I hired NDR?

When I tell you the representatives that I spoke to were not only friendly but were more than eager to help me get out of debt. This journey on my own was already hard. But NDR made my life 10x easier. I was overjoyed to know that my payments would be lower and that I have options to pay my debt down faster with lower payments.

The representative very good at going over all the details. We spent in total about an hour going over every document and procedure. The only thing I didn’t like was the time frame making contact with my creditors. That is not the fault of the company representative. I think you should cut the time frame in half.

I was somewhat apprehensive about debt consolidation. The professional I spoke with explained everything to me. I didn't feel rushed, like I needed to make a decision in a hurry. Taiji was very thorough with the step by step process and verified any questions I had to confirm that I was understanding everything correctly. I have heard from another person using NDR that they still got debt collector calls, so I'm hoping using the creditor hotline will work for my plan (per Taiji's instruction). Mostly painless, no one likes doing a two hour phone call, so I'm glad I finally got it done; Taiji was very clear and spoke slow enough for me to process everything being relayed, and now I'll have at least $100 knocked off my monthly expenses while I get caught up on paying my debt off. Very simple. Called, and they call back and it started from that point. Spoke with Rep, everything explained fully. I made the choice to use National Debt Relief. The process took about 45 minutes, and I became a client. Happy with everything, first payment started It. Monthly payments went from $500 a month too $250 and a two year pay off and $3,000 interest removed.

Everything was really explained to me and the best path. She definitely took her time to explain and mostly didn’t give up on me not having time to always speak. She did a great job. The service with National Debt Relief was good, but there was a little minor bump in the road. My original release date was supposed to be in May or June, but I ended up having to go until October because of how the payments were set. There was about a three-month pause between my last payment and when the other payment was offered in July, so I had to pick the deposits back up. My main question was just why they didn’t keep drafting if I was still in the program. I felt like I was in the program longer than I needed to be. I would have already had the money collecting and could have just paid it off and been done by then.

National Debt Relief primarily helped me with my credit card for 18 months. Their program worked and I had excellent results with it.

I was at my wits' end. I was at $40,000 in debt, including my car payment. I couldn't make the payments up, and they were about to go to collections. National Debt Relief really helped me out with that, being understanding and all. Sometimes, I would miss payments, not on purpose, but because I couldn't afford it. I would always make them up. The way I tracked progress was either by calling or I would look at the website. It would give me a lot of information, like where we are in the process, how they're doing, what they're negotiating, who they're contacting, and what I still owe for that account. It had a lot of good information. They also reduced what I owe them by a significant amount. Their negotiation skills were great.

My experience was a very good one. I didn’t know what to expect, but the person I worked with was very knowledgeable and informative. She answered all my question and concerns.
