I heard National Debt Relief over the TV when I was watching a movie and I called them the next day because it sounded like some hope for me at that time. The first person I called sounded so genuine. He was probably the one who helped me to make that decision and go with the debt relief program. It was wonderful because it helped me to get my other financial needs intact because I'm a single parent. And it doesn't matter how old your children are, there's always some crisis or need. And the majority of the bills were from family and funerals that I had to take care of. If it wasn't for debt relief, I don't know what I would have done to keep everything up at that time. It helped me to prioritize. When I had them, I knew that those were getting care taken care of and I was able to take care of the other family needs.

I went with National Debt Relief when I wanted to consolidate my loan, and they did a great job. Any time that I called, they were attentive. They answered every question I had. I, at one glance, could look at everything on the website, so it made it easy. National Debt Relief did what they said they were gonna do, and I paid everything off earlier than I thought, so that was good. There were some companies that wouldn't budge, but it's not like National Debt Relief didn't try.

National Debt Relief made me feel comfortable and assured me of anything. Even though it wasn't the same person I was speaking with, everyone knew my case. They were able to see the paper trail. When I was unsure about enrolling certain debts, they were telling me the pros and cons. They talked me through things to make me feel comfortable with them. When I had issues where the debt was going to court, they helped me find an adviser.

National Debt Relief was one of the first ones to call me back and at the time, I had to get something going. When I spoke with their representative, he explained the whole process. My experience was awesome. Anytime there was a question or a concern, I would call NDR and they would go through it. I knew when they had set up my account that I had to make those payments. That was something I couldn't do on my own. But as long as I knew that I had to make that payment to a person, that helped me tremendously. They instilled discipline in me that I had to make those payments.

Having to do something like this is never easy. But Joe ** made it easy. Made it sensible and calming. He was quick and very responsive. Able to answer every and all questions. And when he was confused on something took the time to find the right answers. Thank you for making this extremely hard time not seem so hard and bad.

I am a natural skeptic, but Rasan was patient and compassionate with me. He calmly explained the process to me in a way that made it understandable, while at the same me he made me feel heard. Having experienced so much grief in the past year, his assistance was much appreciated. I would certainly recommend him to others who are experiencing financial hardships.

The representative who helped me was kind. Respectful. Communicated everything in a clear easy to understand manner and when I needed time to think about it he didn't push me to make a decision that I wasn't comfortable with and he pushed our follow-up call out 4 days which allowed me enough time to think.

The representative that guided me through the process is an asset to your company. She took her time explaining to me every detail, answered all my questions. She encouraged me to talk to my daughters pertaining to me, moving forward and would answer any questions that concern them. I would recommend your services and employee.

It was a nice and helpful experience. Lots of help to keep me on my feet and in my home. I would recommend this to anybody who needs help with their debt. The person I talk to was very helpful and answer my questions. I can now get back on my feet again.

From the initial conversation to the final acceptance details, Diane did an excellent job explaining the details. Well I have bills missing and they won't add them on my contract... And man oh man, how in their right mind can they charge such high fees to help us, might as well not to take anything off, the fees brings it right back from the beginning,, monthly fee is way too high.. Things could be better.
