This gentleman was the most patient, considerate, caring man I have ever encounted on a business call esp. one as personal as this one was. He was extremely helpful and so very patient with me as I had a lot of questions and confusion. So far am pleased and hoping it continues. My fear is that as this becomes closer to end that I becoming debt free that you will not finish our agreement. This is what happened to me with the last debt consolidation. The Morning Law Group is the name of the group. Now am searching for an attorney. They made me believe I would be debt free by this Nov. Instead after paying monthly payments since the Covid they placed a judgement on me and now making payments on three accounts. They did absolutely nothing except take my money.

It was a great experience. They were very nice and got everything done in a matter time. They were very helpful, and explained everything that I understand, she was very polite and very experience. I enjoyed her help. I was impressed with her help. She was the person that I needed for help.

I was a bit nervous to initiate contact due to not know if this was a legitimate business idea. Jeff made sure I felt at ease throughout the process. My reason for not giving 5 stars is because there was a day we had scheduled a call and it didn't happen. I had to call twice to make sure I got back in touch with Jeff to complete the enrollment. However, everyone I spoke with was very helpful and eventually we got it done.

Eric was amazing in explaining the whole debt relief process. I filled out the application and got a call from Eric within 2 minutes, I felt like I knew him forever. Eric addressed all of my questions and concerns and in less than an hour I was relieved of 15,000 dollars of credit card debt for less than 300 dollars a month. I’m looking forward to the day that all of my debt is gone and would like to thank Eric for assisting me with this process.

National Debt Relief goes to your creditor and they consolidate your debt. I had two bank cards, so there were two banks involved and they went to each bank and asked them about lowering the amount that I owed and a plan to pay it back. They told me that it would take approximately three years and I would have to make a payment twice a month, which was fine. I did that. They paid one off fairly quickly about a year and a half. The other one got paid off just this June. Their program was not to talk to any of the creditors, which I did not do. I referred the creditors to the Debt Relief and they handled everything. They handled talking to the creditors. So, I was very pleased with how it was handled. I had an account I could go in and see where my money was or how much there was in the account for them to pay and such. So, it was nice.

Everything was explained thoroughly and Jae was so calm, responsive, professional and knowledgeable that made me feel confident that I had made the right choice. Looking forward to seeing the results that will get me back on the road to successfully saving for my future retirement and supporting my daughter when she goes to college.

The gentleman that was given my case was very kind, very knowledgeable, I really enjoyed talking with him; he was very patient walking me through program and answering my questions. Worked with MJ to get started on consolidation of my debts. It took a lot of time to get started but in the end I have cut my monthly payments in half and can see the end to this high interest credit card debt. National Debt Relief will take care of the debts on my credit cards for about 50% of the total and I will have them paid off in 2 years versus 5 years if I keep paying minimum payments to card companies.

Everything was perfect. National Debt Relief made me feel comfortable. They explained the process to me. It was great.

I wanted to consolidate my debt to get the payments down lower. After talking with NDR, we went a different route and it was easy and it worked out well and I was able to pay it off early. They were very pleasant and seemed to be very knowledgeable and helped me out the best that they could and were understanding. However, once I enrolled in the program, they started pushing for a consolidation loan. And that's what I initially was wanting and they didn't want me to do that then. But after I was halfway through the program, they wanted to do a consolidation. I was ready to pay off at that point, but they were pushing for a consolidation after the fact.

I like the professionalism of NDR and the plans that they had to get things under control. The enrollment process was good. They did a good job and everything is settled, closed and back to normal for me. That's excellent.

They have very good customer service. Their customer support was really good because they called you if they received something. If you don't like it, they'll go back and negotiate it and then call you back. They were very friendly each time. I was 100% satisfied. Now, I'm debt-free.

I spoke with National Debt Relief over the phone, and they set up an account online for me. The rep that I dealt with was very thorough. I was able to understand everything that was going on. The program was 36 months and I'm done with it. It was a positive experience.

I was enrolled in the program for seven months. I was very happy with the results. NDR connected me with a consolidation loan company. I qualified for the loan and could not be happier. I took care of the two from Chase and the one from Regional Finance on my own, and then National Debt Relief did all the rest of it. But it was a great experience. I'm glad it's over with. The debt consolidation wasn't easy, but it sure helped out. When American Express tried to put a judgment on me, National Debt Relief got lawyers and the lawyers took care of it. It worked out perfect.

I was a part of this program before, but I lost income and couldn't keep up with payments. I came back because the service was professional and honest with no hidden fees. I experienced the same courtesy and professional treatment. We found a payment plan I could fit into my budget.

The representative was very helpful in explaining and helping me to enroll. In hindsight, I would have liked more details on how to handle the first month after enrolling particularly with how to handle to debts that were setup for automatic payment. The bank wants to charge $30 for each stop payment and being short on cash, this is difficult. Also, I am concerned that this may become a monthly occurrence and would have liked more detail on how to handle this.

When I called National Debt Relief, I got Rep. Andrew ** who explained the procedure and stayed on the phone with me until I completed all the paperwork. He answered any questions I had. The customer service could have been better, though. They should let me know where they were, what they were doing, and how much longer, because it was up to me to call them.

Normally, the customer support of National Debt is very good. I did come across a couple phone calls where they had inexperienced people. They use misleading advertising. That’s a nice way to put it. I was panicking and knew nothing about relief companies or anything. When I ran into National Debt Relief’s ad that says “No fees until your debt is resolved.” I thought “Wow” they must be really good to not take their payment until they have everything fixed. I do believe that my debt is all the money I owe. So when they made a settlement deal with 2 of my creditors and then they wiped out the savings account they were keeping the money I was paying. They paid one creditor $70 and the other one $25 and the rest went to them for their fee except for maybe $15.

I couldn't afford to pay my bill and I got the debt relief in the mail so I made a call. The rep was very influential, knowledgeable, and convincing and I signed up. I paid money and they saved a little bit and then paid chunks to those cards that approved the agreement to lower the interest. Also, they had lawyers to represent me. The program did a lot. It took away worries and paid debt. I'm now debt-free.
