Zach **, Debt Specialist, made the enrollment process stress-free. He was professional, patient, respectful and absolutely thorough. I had many questions and he answered them all calmly in a reassuring manner. He is an asset to NDR and has certainly worked out a feasible and comfortable plan for me to follow to pay off my debt.

Speaking to Ken was easy and he eased a lot of the guilt I have had around our debt. He was consistent in calling and worked around my crazy life. Life happens to everyone and I believe this program with help is getting out of our debt. Feeling hopeful for the first time in over 2 years.

The i take was long but I have hope that we can get out of debt. The financial advisor walked me through the process and answered all of my questions and concerns I had about what to do and expect. The outcome is be debt free in two to three years.

The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and explained the program to me very well and answered all of my questions. He seemed to understand the hardship that caused me to have to reach out for help without making me feel incompetent for doing so. I was a little nervous providing my personal information needed to make this happen but he also assured me that information is not shared.

I reached out to them over the phone. I told the rep what I wanted to do and he told me what they were going to do. They worked it up to where they thought they were gonna get reduced to and I had to make a payment of X amount of dollars monthly. They collected it from me for a 24-month period and then went from there. I'm finished with the program now and the ease of working with them stood out the most. The customer service could have been better, though. They should let me know where they were, what they were doing, and how much longer, because it was up to me to call them.

Experience was great, got the relief I needed in these hard times. Definitely felt like a ton of bricks lifted off my shoulders. Will recommend to anyone. The enrollment process was easy. They helped me with debt consolidation and my credit has gone up since using them. Also, they were always positive and encouraging. They were always able to find an answer.

The enrollment process was very easy. I answered a few questions, listed my bills and National Debt Relief took care of the rest. Normally, the customer support of National Debt is very good. I did come across a couple phone calls where they had inexperienced people. They didn't know what they were doing, but I always made a second call and got the answer that I needed. So, I'm well pleased with them. The program helped me do what would have taken a lot more work on my end if I would have tried to make all kinds of phone calls and negotiate things on my own. My income level changed dramatically through life and in that light, I could have done what I did with National Debt Relief on my own, but it would have taken immensely more work. So, it is a very good thing for me. It helped me to pay down my debt without a lot of excess work on my part. They are better at negotiating than I am. I'm glad I had National Debt Relief around to make my situation much more bearable once it happened.

I only called to get information and had every intention to think it over before embarking on a debt relief program. I called National Debt Relief and talked to them and I found them very helpful and nice. So, we went with them. We ended up being caretakers and things went to hell in a handbasket. So, they were there to help us. They would always check in with us and make sure that we understood what they were wanting to convey and made sure that we accepted their offer. Every time we talk to them, they let us know that we could call and check in with them any time. They call and touch bases and let us call back at our convenience. So, that was nice. They were always very nice. We were with them for years and I never once had a bad experience with them.

When I started with National Debt Relief, it was all good. They guided me through it, took care of me, and advised me to do x, y, and z. They took all the reins and told me what it was gonna be like, what the payment was, and how it was gonna be. They were all truthful with me. They had no smoke and mirrors or had anything hiding. So they're a pretty good business. I work with many different people along the entirety of it. But all of them seem to be on the same page. If I had a question, and couldn't answer, they put me on hold and they'd find out and they get right back to me. They didn't leave me in the dark at any point of the journey. They call and check on me every now and then. They called me and asked if I had any questions. They told me how I was doing and how things were going when we were getting everything in order as far as getting the creditors to negotiate. They were trying to work for the best interest of myself.

I'm very happy with my experience. I had done some searching with other Debt Relief program and the first two I had difficulty understanding the person on the and the second wish is the one I thought I was going with wouldn't return my calls, but with Edriner ** was perfect. She explained everything, answered all my questions and made the process seamless.

I had too much debt, and I needed to get rid of them so that I could retire. National Debt Relief consolidated my debt and I paid them a monthly amount, and my debt was paid off. All was good.

I was giving more money than the creditors asked for, and I still wasn't getting my debt down. My sister suggested National Debt Relief, and their customer service was awesome. They use misleading advertising. That’s a nice way to put it. I was panicking and knew nothing about relief companies or anything. When I ran into National Debt Relief’s ad that says “No fees until your debt is resolved.” I thought “Wow” they must be really good to not take their payment until they have everything fixed. I do believe that my debt is all the money I owe. So when they made a settlement deal with 2 of my creditors and then they wiped out the savings account they were keeping the money I was paying. They paid one creditor $70 and the other one $25 and the rest went to them for their fee except for maybe $15.

I couldn't afford to pay my bill and I got the debt relief in the mail so I made a call. The rep was very influential, knowledgeable, and convincing and I signed up. I paid money and they saved a little bit and then paid chunks to those cards that approved the agreement to lower the interest. Also, they had lawyers to represent me. The program did a lot. It took away worries and paid debt. I'm now debt-free.

I heard National Debt Relief over the TV when I was watching a movie and I called them the next day because it sounded like some hope for me at that time. The first person I called sounded so genuine. He was probably the one who helped me to make that decision and go with the debt relief program. It was wonderful because it helped me to get my other financial needs intact because I'm a single parent. And it doesn't matter how old your children are, there's always some crisis or need. And the majority of the bills were from family and funerals that I had to take care of. If it wasn't for debt relief, I don't know what I would have done to keep everything up at that time. It helped me to prioritize. When I had them, I knew that those were getting care taken care of and I was able to take care of the other family needs.

I went with National Debt Relief when I wanted to consolidate my loan, and they did a great job. Any time that I called, they were attentive. They answered every question I had. I, at one glance, could look at everything on the website, so it made it easy. National Debt Relief did what they said they were gonna do, and I paid everything off earlier than I thought, so that was good. There were some companies that wouldn't budge, but it's not like National Debt Relief didn't try.

National Debt Relief made me feel comfortable and assured me of anything. Even though it wasn't the same person I was speaking with, everyone knew my case. They were able to see the paper trail. When I was unsure about enrolling certain debts, they were telling me the pros and cons. They talked me through things to make me feel comfortable with them. He took time and answered every question, was very respectful and knew what he was talking about even when he could sense my demeanor change, was nice enough to stop and take as much time as it took to make sure I felt comfortable with the decision I was about to make. My experience this morning talking with Mr. ** and seen on TV National Debt Relief advertisement and seen the large smiles on other client faces assured me and letting me know that you all will make sure that I will be alright.
