It's a relief to know all my debts will be paid off in just 2 years and I had a patient and courteous staff member to help me achieve this online even when the online process of understanding where to sign or so much paperwork to sign. Am receiving the help that I need, I had a little trouble understanding but that was me. I have trouble with my ears. She did have an accent, but we worked through it, she was very patient with me and answered all my questions. She helped me set up the account with automatic withdraw from my checking. I understand that this will help with the high interest that I was paying.

He did not tell me that I had to stop paying bills for months before they negotiate. This is very scary, because my credit will tank. He also didn’t tell me the fees collected by National Debt Relief. I wish that he would have been upfront with me. He was more concerned about telling me how great of a company National Debt Relief is as the best debt forgiveness company in the nation. Instead, I wish he would have just been more upfront with me.

I just started. Nothing to review really. The guy was friendly and knowledgeable. If everything goes as said, this will be a good experience. But it's hard to rate something you haven't really used yet.

When called for a settlement my deposit was raised significantly. We will see if can still pay my mortgage, Utility bills and such.when I started this program it sounded good, However my deposits for the months of April and May are as much as my credit card payments were. Let's see what happens.

I just found National Debt Relief, and I saw that they had a good star rating. Anybody I actually talked to in the company was good. They were awesome. They worked with me a couple of times on my payment plan. They are a good company. I had excellent service.

I watched a bunch of YouTube videos and figured out different information about how National Debt Relief’s system worked and how they are with customers. I would recommend them to anybody. They never made me feel like I was a loser or I did something bad. There were times that I'd break down but they would reassure me that everything was gonna be okay. I can't say anything but good about them.

As a 75-year-old, I didn’t wanna do it, but I needed help desperately. I’ve got medical problems, and I had to sell my condo. I had four accounts, and they did negotiations with each of them. National Debt Relief was actually very good. I just made the payments, and they did all the work. They said I had to pay a certain amount, and they paid off the creditors at the bank. I can go online and look at everything on my account. Then I could call them if I had concerns.

National Debt Relief was a name that kept coming up. Whatever advertising they were doing back in 2020 definitely worked, it got my attention.

I chose National Debt Relief after googling. There was some kind of plan. The enrollment was very easy and fast. It's very easy to call and talk to somebody with any questions. It's very easy to access the online service and ask through a chat. It's helpful. Now that I've gone through it, I’ve learned the benefit of not being in debt and how to move forward with more financial knowledge and skills. If you're in too much debt and don't know what to do, I would recommend it. The only thing to consider is how it will impact your credit score. I had to stop making my payment and my credit score fell to under 500. I don't wanna be in debt, but my credit sucks. That's one downside.

When I spoke with the representative, I liked how she talked to me. She made me feel welcome and comfortable while helping me sort out my debt. So I trusted National Debt Relief to help me with my debts. Their customer support is very good, they make me feel welcome, encourage me, advise me, and give helpful suggestions.

I’ve had a great experience with National Debt Relief. I decided to use National Debt Relief because at the time, we were getting a Democratic president, the housing market was crazy, and interest rates were going up. Credit card interest can be as high as 25%, and some companies can raise it even higher on their own terms. I wanted to get into a program that wouldn’t charge me any more interest, so during all the uncertainty the country was going through, I wouldn’t be stuck paying exorbitant interest on my credit card.

I was dealing with credit card debt and had seen National Debt Relief ads kind of all over, both on TV and online. At the time, it sounded like a decent option to look into, so I did. They helped me with credit consolidation and also offered extra services in case there were any legal issues. They covered all of that for a small additional fee. I saw an article in AARP. I liked the name of National Debt Relief. There were a couple of others, but I didn't like the way the name sounded. During the enrollment, there was a lady who answered all my questions. And she told me what was gonna happen as I paid it, how many days before they start paying anybody. And she explained to me that they get 25% of whatever my debt was. That's their negotiation fee.

Stephanie was very knowledgeable, friendly. She knew the questions I would be asking, so she answered them before I ask. She let me know exactly what the procedures were and gave me answers. The program works pretty well. I had roughly $45,000 worth of debt and got it settled within five years. National Debt Relief works with you. They reach out to as many creditors as they can with what money they have available. You put in a certain amount of dollars that they figure out every month and as that account builds up, they reach out to more and more creditors and try to make payment arrangements with them. That's how they settle.

I had a wonderful experience with NDR. Ashley was so easy to work with. She explained everything and made my decision to go with the program that much easier. I was so embarrassed but there was no judgment at all. It's hard to tell people that you've essentially failed at your money. She was so kind. I would recommend this to all of my friends.

They took a good chunk of debt from the credit cards, combined them all and they worked with all the creditors. It was nice 'cause I didn't get phone calls from the card companies or collections, it was just one easy payment every month, and I was able to see everything through their online portal. The only time I heard anything from them was when they got a settlement offer and they'd call me to approve it. And every time I had questions or anything, I just called up and whoever their phone service was, they were all very knowledgeable and helped me out right away. I've graduated from the program, which is good and a big relief, and I've recommended it to a couple of people.
