I was referred by by someone who they helped and she was so happy and relieved and recommended that I tried them. I reached out to them and their response was prompt. I messed a few of there calls because I was very busy but when I finally spoke to someone I explained and a call was scheduled on my convenience. They were very thorough and ensured that I was clear and understood what I was getting into and sought out an option that was in my best Interest. The whole process took about 30 minutes and it was so worth it. I felt a burden lifted off of me and I also felt hopefully. They took my really bad situation and made so much better. I had stopped looking at my credit report because it was so depressing and I couldn't see a way to fix it without adding more stress on myself. Now in just 2.5 years or less, I will be back on track. I have a good job. I make a six-figure salary and I didn't think it would happen to someone like me, but I found myself in a situation wherein I'm a little over my head. When I went on National Debt Relief's website after seeing their TV commercial, I was really pleased. I was really impressed with some of their reviews. I decided to give them a call, and I'm glad I did. Before I talked to them, I was very uncomfortable. I was trying to figure out every month how I was gonna pay my bills with all this debt and I felt compassion from the representatives when I called. They put my mind at ease right away. The person that I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable. I didn't feel judged or persuaded to use National Debt Relief in any way. They made it all my decision. They gave me all the information to make a decision that would have been right for me and my family at that time. I didn't even sign up right away. I called back after I discussed it with my family. So, I didn't feel pressured in any way. They said because of the amount of debt that I had, it would be three to four years. That sounded a lot better than 20.

National Debt Relief’s information came out on the computer for some reason and I called and explained my situation, and they were very open to help me. The enrollment process was very smooth. We answered the questions and decided on what we have to do and when to do it. The rep was very professional and she explained the process, how they were gonna do it and for how long, and the fees. If I had any questions, NDR was very quick in answering them. The reps were available on the phone and I had my email connected to them, and we communicated. I called them and I let them know. Then, they told me where I was and how I’m gonna get there, and what I should do. NDR was very good to me. It's worth it. I'm so glad that I did it because I'm debt-free now. If people cannot do it on their own, they need to consult NDR. I’ve learned that I don't need that many credit cards. I budget and I don't wanna go back to the same path.

We just decided to start the debt relief process as the loan research we had done all came back with interest rates too high and monthly payments higher than what we are currently paying. National Debt Relief's products look like they were what I needed. I made a couple calls and it sounded like the way to go. They all offer the same thing. I did a debt consolidation program. Enrolling was easy, and I'm done with the program. It took four years.

I had a lot of medical bills that I had to pay, and I couldn't pay them. I had a family member that went through National Debt Relief and I decided to sign up with them as well. They were very understanding and they didn't make me feel bad. They were helpful and encouraging. They were great communicators and they always kept me in the loop about anything changing. I'm done with the program and now, I feel free. Working with them has helped our family drastically. Hopefully, I never have to use their service again, but if I have to, I would.

The enrollment process with National Debt Relief went very well and I’m done with the program. It took a little over two years to complete it and I had a very good experience. The reps were very good and great people to talk to. They were wonderful any time I had to call them.

My experience with NDR was really good. We went from being able to make the payment that we agreed on to me saying, "I can't do this. Workers comp isn't paying their half." Now, I lost $1500 a month. I had to drop down to $700. But they were willing to help me every month be able to make at least the minimum payment, so everything was covered. They said the program would be done by spring of last year. But I just finished it up this year. I knew it was gonna take longer, because we're supposed to be paid off in four and a half years.

I signed up with them and I sent them an email, with the credit card statements that I had, and they were back to me within two days. It was very quick. Instead of the four years, I did it in two years. They were also quick, either by email or phone call. With phone calls, they answered the phone instead of making me jump through hoops. The program was amazing. It cleared out a lot of debt and freed up a lot of money now.

I was $22,000 in the hole on credit cards and I was paying them. But I couldn't use them because they were maxed out. I gave NDR a call and they were very nice to me. They answered all my questions. I hooked up and I'm debt-free now from credit cards. I got through earlier than I was supposed to because I doubled up on the payments. They gave me a program. They took it out on the 28th and then it would come back on the 6th of the next month. I liked the way they spoke to me. They spoke to me like I was a human being instead of a computer. There wasn't texting back and forth. These people checked up on me. They're a good company. National Debt Relief relieved me of a lot of stress. It took a lot of worry out of my life. The lenders weren't calling me, but they were getting ready to come to the door.

After my research, I feel like National Debt Relief was reliable. They informed me of the process of enrolling and I made a decision to enroll. My program experience was good. I liked National Debt Relief's tone and their employees were very helpful and informative. Enrolling was easy. The program has done wonders. This was a great program. I was very distraught and didn't know what to do. I had gone into some unnecessary debt and they showed me how to get out of it. What they did was make an automatic draft each month out of my account for about 48 months and it paid off my debt. They let me know how my account was going. And if I had any questions, I just called them and they answered my questions. This program made my life much better.

I was so much in debt that I figured there was no other way out. So, I gave National Debt Relief a phone call. They were the first one that I saw. They took all my debt information that I had, the amounts, and my Social. They went over a possibility of a consolidation loan option, but I was not approved for that. So, then they decided to just work with the continuation of the program, let me know how much it would be monthly and what they would do, stop paying the cards, change my address and phone number information to their stuff on all the creditors, and told me not to talk to them and let them handle all of it.

The gentleman that help me was very polite and answered everything I had questions on. Complete explanation on how the program worked. Was informed of all what would happen and how. Gave me all phone numbers and emails I would need. Walked through the whole contract. Gave his number multiple times to make sure I was comfortable to complete the start of the program.

Very straightforward. The process was quick, easy, and well explained. Gave me a play and a budget within just minutes. Being in a situation of financial trouble was worrying to me and I am relieved with what this program has done for me. 5 stars.

The enrollment process was pretty simple. I gave them my information and they looked up my credit and what I needed. They found what I needed to pay off and it was a positive experience. They helped me get out of the bind I was in. I paid until I got to an amount that was negotiated with my creditor and then it was paid off. I was pretty much debt-free at that time.

We've contacted National Debt Relief and talked with them, and what they were offering was a good deal. Enrolling was easy. A lot of it was just conversations and giving them a list of the credit cards that I needed to consolidate. It has to be credit card with nothing secured to it. You just give them all the information. They pull it all. They double-check it all. Then they take over. You quit making payments on everything, and you let them handle it. They offer legal service, too. It's an additional cost, but it is well worth the cost because they will represent you in court with everything.

Stress relief but took a long time to finish the process. My husband passed away and I was so overwhelmed with bills and such. Wondering if I was going to lose my home. Now the relief is wonderful. Thanks to NDF. Will recommend to others.

The representative I spoke with was very kind and seemed to be very understanding. I’ve had a lot of unexpected things happen to me financially due to dental costs, traveling to see a loved one recently diagnosed with cancer, car repairs, divorce, etc. My credit cards are very overwhelming right now because I used them to supplement my income during these unforeseen circumstances. I called to inquire about the service that they provided. Been seeing the commercials on television and I needed to find out more. Since I never found myself in this situation. I always paid my bills but, never seeing the amount going down. I’m retired and living off of social security.

It was easy signing up, but they advertise cutting in half what they owe. Not the case. The payments are cheaper than my monthly payments. But I think my monthly payment would be even lower if it was like they advertise on TV. I do appreciate the one monthly payment and not having to spend my entire disability check to pay my credit cards. I kept getting deeper and deeper in debt. I have been trying to manage my debt for a few months now and I was making steady progress making all my payments on time, but I was stressed because I am a senior citizen and still working full time at 71 and living paycheck to paycheck. This was a big step for me because in some ways I’m relinquishing control of monthly payments to NDR. However, after asking probably 100 questions, the person I was working with answered every one of them with clarity.
