I went to National Debt Relief to help get my debt under control. While they did settle one account for me, I removed all other accounts from their program. I do not have a problem with the service itself. I do have a problem with the lack of transparency. Account summaries do not give useful information. Employees are not trained to give the correct information about fees. I finally got someone who knew what he was doing and gave me accurate information, but that was after speaking with 3 different employees who gave incorrect information. I am glad I know what I am paying now, though I am disappointed that the information was not given sooner. I believe the company willfully neglected to present themselves clearly and tricked me into thinking I was getting a better deal than I was.

The person that I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable. I didn't feel judged or persuaded to use National Debt Relief in any way. They made it all my decision. If I had any questions, NDR was very quick in answering them. The reps were available on the phone and I had my email connected to them, and we communicated. I called them and I let them know. Then, they told me where I was and how I’m gonna get there, and what I should do. NDR was very good to me. It's worth it. I'm so glad that I did it because I'm debt-free now. If people cannot do it on their own, they need to consult NDR. I’ve learned that I don't need that many credit cards. I budget and I don't wanna go back to the same path.

I'm done with the program and now, I feel free. Working with them has helped our family drastically. Hopefully, I never have to use their service again, but if I have to, I would.

The enrollment process with National Debt Relief went very well and I’m done with the program. It took a little over two years to complete it and I had a very good experience. The reps were very good and great people to talk to. They were wonderful any time I had to call them.

My experience with NDR was really good. We went from being able to make the payment that we agreed on to me saying, "I can't do this. Workers comp isn't paying their half." Now, I lost $1500 a month. I had to drop down to $700. But they were willing to help me every month be able to make at least the minimum payment, so everything was covered. They said the program would be done by spring of last year. But I just finished it up this year. I knew it was gonna take longer, because we're supposed to be paid off in four and a half years.

The program was amazing. It cleared out a lot of debt and freed up a lot of money now.

I was very distraught and didn't know what to do. I had gone into some unnecessary debt and they showed me how to get out of it. What they did was make an automatic draft each month out of my account for about 48 months and it paid off my debt. They let me know how my account was going. And if I had any questions, I just called them and they answered my questions. This program made my life much better.

I was so much in debt that I figured there was no other way out. So, I gave National Debt Relief a phone call. They were the first one that I saw. They took all my debt information that I had, the amounts, and my Social. They went over a possibility of a consolidation loan option, but I was not approved for that. So, then they decided to just work with the continuation of the program, let me know how much it would be monthly and what they would do, stop paying the cards, change my address and phone number information to their stuff on all the creditors, and told me not to talk to them and let them handle all of it.

A lot of it was just conversations and giving them a list of the credit cards that I needed to consolidate. It has to be credit card with nothing secured to it. You just give them all the information. They pull it all. They double-check it all. Then they take over. You quit making payments on everything, and you let them handle it. They offer legal service, too. It's an additional cost, but it is well worth the cost because they will represent you in court with everything.

The representative I spoke with was very kind and seemed to be very understanding. Awesome. Jay was excellent....patient and answered all my questions. You can tell he loves his job and is for the customers.... Ty for everything today. Have already told a few people about what I'm gonna save and the time I'm going to pay my loan off.... Had a $13,500 total loan with interest would have taken me years to pay off with interest rates a total of $45,000.... My old loan was monthly payments of $440 a month with National Debt. I am ordered to only pay $150 biweekly for 35 months about 3 years in a total of about $10,500.... Can't wait to finish this loan. Have already been paying on it for years. A total of $15,000 is what the initial loan so do the Math. CRAZY.... Thank you National Debt Relief. I can see the end of the tunnel whereas before I had tunnel vision...

It was easy signing up, but they advertise cutting in half what they owe. Not the case. The payments are cheaper than my monthly payments. But I think my monthly payment would be even lower if it was like they advertise on TV. I do appreciate the one monthly payment and not having to spend my entire disability check to pay my credit cards. I kept getting deeper and deeper in debt. I was only paying almost $250 a month and about $75 was going to principal. The rest was interest. Thanks NDR.
