National Debt Relief seemed to have a clear-cut plan on a way to move forward. I found their number online and I called to inquire about their program. The representative (Sean **) explained the process in detail with clear and concise language. He was clearly knowledgeable in all of the processes and expectations of the system. After some research and my own pencil and paper calculations I committed to the NDR program. One must fully understand all of the details of the system to avoid excessive expectations. Now let's see what happens.

I was going to give 4 stars because there is always room for improvement but when I saw 5 stars was “would recommend to a friend” I had to adjust. Being in debt is stressful and I’m sure I was a bit testy - however - Leonardo tone, attitude nor disposition never changed. As much as I hate being in this position, currently, I’m happy to have made the decision to go with NDR.

I was really happy with National Debt Relief. I was about 80,000 in debt and most of the settlements that they made for me were around 40%. There were a couple that were 50% or a bit over that I would have wished they would have been down around 40%, but I understand the way those things go. I was just expecting a little better a couple of times. 40% should be the max and I was a little disappointed when I had to pay more, but it wasn't a problem. Customer service has always been good.

I tried to see if National Debt Relief could help me and they did. The rep was nice. Once she got me through all the process, everything worked out fine, and now, I've paid everything and I'm done. I'm thankful. They did a great job for me and I am very satisfied. If I need to come back, I'll come back.

Beware of National Debt Relief – A Costly Mistake. I enrolled with National Debt Relief expecting to receive support in settling and reducing my debt. However, after just three months in their program, accumulating $1,575 in reserve, I was presented with a settlement for my Discover card debt of $13,375. The settlement amount, including fees, came to $12,650.84 – a minimal savings at best.

It was a good experience, as I am getting help from National Debt Relief for first time. They are nice people and help others to get rid of their debts. I am strongly recommend National Debt Relief if someone going through with bad debt. They are the one only can help people to sort it out their debts. Call them to find out more.

I turned down this program once. Telling me to ignore my lenders was scary, but I accepted this time because the agent reassured me that’s going to work. I gave National Debt Relief a call to see what they could do. The lady I spoke with was as cordial and understanding as she could be. We were on the phone for an hour. They said it was gonna take four years to complete, and we are done. However, my credit score took such a tremendous hit. I don't know if I'll be able to recover from that.

Employees are not trained to give the correct information about fees. I am glad I know what I am paying now, though I am disappointed that the information was not given sooner.
