I looked up on Google "consolidating my credit cards", and National Debt Relief was the easiest to work with. I did everything online, and the program worked really well. I've already gotten everything paid off and settled. Even though I was way in over my head, it was possible to get my debt paid off. It was also nice knowing that I wasn't the one that had to reach out to all the creditors and that it's taken care of on my behalf. The only thing is that I wish I was given the option to pay everything off once I had enough money to pay them off, instead of continuing with a payment plan. However, when I wanted to pay everything off in full, there wasn't any push back. I reached out and they ended up paying everything off in full.

When I was complaining about my credit card debt, a coworker asked if I ever heard of National Debt Relief. I googled and read all the ratings. I wanted something legit and went with them. I was hesitant at first but after the security part, it was really easy. For every question that I had, I would give a call but over the past year, the updates have became more accessible. I'm doing everything from my phone, seeing where I am at. The program helped me clear up the credit card debt that I had. I was in it for 2 years and finished up in August. It was affordable. For $250 a month, my debt was getting paid slowly.

The enrollment process was thorough. They took all our information and I thought it was pretty easy. I finished the program last year and our credit scores have gone up. I took an extra two years, though. It was supposed to be four years but it took six years. I just got approved for the loan last evening but I have received communication via email a couple of times already. The communications have been very friendly and supportive. They make sure that I completely understand everything. They also provide phone numbers as well as email addresses in case I have questions.

I wasn’t sure how I was gonna do it unfortunately got in a jam because of a relationship. It’s taking a while, but my credit score will slowly go up again and it will feel good. I like how they let you know which one they’re gonna pay off and how. It’s very reassuring and they’re always there to answer questions.

I have two accounts with National Debt Relief but one is inactive. It still creates a problem because when I try to access your website or the bank website it keeps giving me the old account and not the new account. Even when I changed my email address it still gives me the old account. Which means I can't access the new account for the bank or your website because I always get the old account.

Exceptional for the most part. Some confusion as far as reconnecting with agent, but otherwise very good. Nothing exceptional to date. We were expecting a call back at one point that never happened, but we were able to reconnect the next day when we called back and were able to clear things up with another agent. HONESTLY, I love how everyone makes you feel RELIEVED ON CALLING TURBO DEBT, in reality I hate how they make you feel like you're getting your vehicle back for you, then saying, "Oh yeah, did I mention you are paying us back but not getting your vehicle back and you have the same amount of years paying us back, but you can't have your vehicle back either way." I'm upset seriously. I thought this program was helping you, but instead, you're paying them back either way to pay off your debt even though you don't get back what you pay off. Such miracles.

Disclaimer: I don't normally do reviews, but this, chef's kiss! I received a letter in the mail from NDR, read it, but not making a phone call to inquire over a week later. It sounded good, but I was skeptical. You know the old saying, "if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is", well this was me. However, I made the call, spoke with Brian **, Subject Matter Expert, who was very patient with barrage of questions. The best part of all, the application and review process only took about 10 minutes each and I felt like a tremendous weight had been lifted. My plan will allow me to pay off my credit card debt (over 20k) in 32 months or less, freeing up cash flow to restructure my 1, 3 and 5 year Savings goals. The Gentleman, that I spoke with was very courteous, and friendly. I was very nervous about calling for help, and didn’t know if debt relief places could really help me with my problems. He explained everything to me step by step and made me feel like I was taking the correct steps in getting my finances back on track.

The enrolment went really well. National Debt Relief tailored it to meet my needs at that time. Every time an event happened in my life and I needed to adjust anything, they were good at helping me get what I needed. If I required a question answered, they were good at contacting me back. You can also log into your portal, send them email messages and they would get back to you within 24 hours. On the customer portal, it gives you all of your debtors and whatever you owe them. It would also track your progress on a pie chart. The portal has the overall of what your total debt is and what percentage you're completed. You can pick on a specific debtor and it would tell you what your original amount was, what the settlement amount was and what your savings was.

The representative (Charles **) explained the program thoroughly. He was courteous and polite. He made sure that I was clear about the process and assisted me in completing the forms. He reassured me he would be available to answer any questions during the course of the process. I feel confident going forward. I am assured the program will be successful and I will be debt free within the next couple of years.

I did a debt consolidation, and the service was great. Everybody at National Debt Relief was good to work with. I did a phone consultation and they reviewed what I had and we negotiated possibly what the monthly input would be for my money. The whole process went smoothly, and it was easy. I called National Debt Relief and because of the way the guy explained, did everything and took care of it, I was like, "I'm gonna do this." I gave him all the information that I had to give him. He followed up with the plan. I stuck to the plan for four years. They called me every now and then to see how I was doing, if there was anything that changed, and if it changed, they could adjust the thing. They were always caring about me and not what was going on around me. They have a marvelous website. You can go in there and you can see what's paid, what's not paid, how much you owe on this, whether it's been paid, and it tells you everything. It tells you what you're spending, where it's going, how they divide it up and send it to certain companies. So, the website is extremely helpful.

I have a lot of debts before, and I went to National Debt Relief for their consolidation program. Service was okay. There was not a lot of paperwork, and customer service was good. I've been doing all my payments and they been always calling me for any problems or to make a deal with the companies to pay less. My experience was good.

I called National Debt Relief and they set me up that same day when I called. Their rep talked to me, and then he looked over my credit report and then said, "Okay. This is what you have in debt. This is what your monthly payment will be." He set up everything right away that first day. We set up my bank account, they took the payment out every month, and I had no problem with them. There was a few where they took out when I already had given them money to pay off the debt because I gave them extra. I retired and I had some extra money. They reimbursed me. So, everything was great.

I had seen National Debt Relief advertised on television and for some reason, I thought it was backed by the government somehow. I got into a debt resolution program and the reps were always sweet and explained things when I had a question. It was a great relief in the end. I thought it was gonna be a lot longer than it was and I was surprised when it was over with because NDR gave me a credit in the bank for me overspending. I go month to month thinking how many more months and I was thinking it was next year. I was surprised and happy when I was through. It was awesome.
