National Debt Relief was able to accomplish a plan for me to repay my debtors. This is so awesome for me. Then I was sent a letter of approval for each debt I owed. Based on the negotiations of the National debt relief staff I was able to pay off my credit cards.

The Gentleman, that I spoke with was very courteous, and friendly. I was very nervous about calling for help, and didn’t know if debt relief places could really help me with my problems. He explained everything to me step by step and made me feel like I was taking the correct steps in getting my finances back on track.

The enrolment went really well. National Debt Relief tailored it to meet my needs at that time. Every time an event happened in my life and I needed to adjust anything, they were good at helping me get what I needed. If I required a question answered, they were good at contacting me back. You can also log into your portal, send them email messages and they would get back to you within 24 hours. On the customer portal, it gives you all of your debtors and whatever you owe them. It would also track your progress on a pie chart. The portal has the overall of what your total debt is and what percentage you're completed. You can pick on a specific debtor and it would tell you what your original amount was, what the settlement amount was and what your savings was.

The representative (Charles **) explained the program thoroughly. He was courteous and polite. He made sure that I was clear about the process and assisted me in completing the forms. He reassured me he would be available to answer any questions during the course of the process. I feel confident going forward. I am assured the program will be successful and I will be debt free within the next couple of years.

I did a debt consolidation, and the service was great. Everybody at National Debt Relief was good to work with. I did a phone consultation and they reviewed what I had and we negotiated possibly what the monthly input would be for my money. The whole process went smoothly, and it was easy. Everything was really good.

When we called National Debt Relief, it felt like it really fit our needs. They're easy to work with. They set our goals forward and we could easily obtain them. I felt very comfortable when I went over what bills I had and the easy process of combining all of them and the help that they provided to reduce them or combine them all. I would encourage anyone who is dealing with debt and struggling. You gotta be able to know that there's a certain amount of money you gotta have put in every time. You can't mess with it. Stay on top of it. That's what I did. I know I would be short of money somewhere, but I knew it was most important to get it to NDR and get me out of the situation I was in.

We saw National Debt Relief online and then, we found out that one of our friends was going through it. But we were skeptical because of how things are on the internet. We don't know if it's true or not. So, we contacted them to see if they were legit and they did their research and told us what they could do. We were still skeptical and held back because we didn't know what we were getting ourselves into. But we needed financial help to get us back on our feet. When we started looking into the program, they told us how they could help us and how much they could save us and gradually get us out of debt. So, we trusted them and got into the program. Everything is good so far. It was a big relief for us because when we saw what was going on and what NDR was, and how they were directing everything, we had a little bit of peace of mind.

My dad had heard about National Debt Relief and told me to call and see what they could offer because I didn't wanna file bankruptcy. The rep explained everything to me very well. I was very pleased with NDR. It was excellent service. Anytime I needed help with lowering my monthly bill, they helped me. The entire process was easy to move through. All questions and concerns were addressed with well informed answers. There was a great sense of relief the entire process. I gave National Debt Relief all of my information and they contacted all my creditors and worked out a deal with them. Then, NDR worked out with me on how much they were going to automatically withdraw every month and about how long it would take. When I was in the program, I would get periodic updates and it was very good. They were very obliging and their customer service was awesome. The price was a little high but I managed it. I wanted to pay off all my credit cards, which was why I sought NDR’s services and now, everything is paid off. So I don't have any debt.

I called National Debt Relief and because of the way the guy explained, did everything and took care of it, I was like, "I'm gonna do this." I gave him all the information that I had to give him. He followed up with the plan. I stuck to the plan for four years. They called me every now and then to see how I was doing, if there was anything that changed, and if it changed, they could adjust the thing. They were always caring about me and not what was going on around me. They have a marvelous website. You can go in there and you can see what's paid, what's not paid, how much you owe on this, whether it's been paid, and it tells you everything. It tells you what you're spending, where it's going, how they divide it up and send it to certain companies. So, the website is extremely helpful.

They was very helpful and curious. They went through my bills and set me goal to get out of debt. Very honest. They even explain how it works. They answer all my questions. I would recommend it my friends and family. The payment is really nice and I working to my goal.

I have a lot of debts before, and I went to National Debt Relief for their consolidation program. Service was okay. There was not a lot of paperwork, and customer service was good. I've been doing all my payments and they been always calling me for any problems or to make a deal with the companies to pay less. My experience was good.

I called National Debt Relief and they set me up that same day when I called. Their rep talked to me, and then he looked over my credit report and then said, "Okay. This is what you have in debt. This is what your monthly payment will be." He set up everything right away that first day. We set up my bank account, they took the payment out every month, and I had no problem with them. There was a few where they took out when I already had given them money to pay off the debt because I gave them extra. I retired and I had some extra money. They reimbursed me. So, everything was great.

I had seen National Debt Relief advertised on television and for some reason, I thought it was backed by the government somehow. I got into a debt resolution program and the reps were always sweet and explained things when I had a question. It was a great relief in the end. I thought it was gonna be a lot longer than it was and I was surprised when it was over with because NDR gave me a credit in the bank for me overspending. I go month to month thinking how many more months and I was thinking it was next year. I was surprised and happy when I was through. It was awesome.

Once I had that done, it was easier to budget out the normal month-to-month expenses like rent, groceries and the car bill. I can breathe easier now and I don't have that debt hanging over my head every month. I can focus on more important things without having the credit card debt looming over my head. After some research and my own pencil and paper calculations I committed to the NDR program. One must fully understand all of the details of the system to avoid excessive expectations. I was really happy with National Debt Relief. I was about 80,000 in debt and most of the settlements that they made for me were around 40%. There were a couple that were 50% or a bit over that I would have wished they would have been down around 40%, but I understand the way those things go. I was just expecting a little better a couple of times. 40% should be the max and I was a little disappointed when I had to pay more, but it wasn't a problem. Customer service has always been good.

I tried to see if National Debt Relief could help me and they did. The rep was nice. Once she got me through all the process, everything worked out fine, and now, I've paid everything and I'm done.
