I have just begun with NDR. I am anxious to get going and see results. I am a widowed, stay at home mom of six kids. Our rising cost of living and gas prices are really taking a tole on our family. I look forward to getting us back on track!

Jerry was very nice, very informative and everything was done in a very timely matter. Since I just started, I don't know how it will all go but feel very confident it will be a good solution for me. The process has been easy so far and getting all of the information was quick too. Jerry answered all of my questions and concerns.

Joann ** was smart, responsive, kind, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. She went out of her way to obtain each individual Annual Report when we were unable to get all three. In the end, we utilized Experian. Because I'm not very computer savvy, her Supervisor Tabitha had to jump in to help me. Both women were amazing and will continue to sing their praises.

National Debt Relief negotiated with whoever I owed money to, how much to pay back. I paid them a monthly amount, and when somebody settles, they paid them. They acted like the accounting to settle the debts.

It was a pretty smooth experience with National Debt. They answered my questions and walked me through the process. If I called, I would get a response and that was what made me happy. I’ve been in the program for over three years and I’m just at the end of it.

I was looking for debt consolidation on Google, and then National Debt Relief popped up. So, I went into it and called, and then started from there. The setup process was super easy, simple, and safe. Customer support was very responsive, there was no real wait. If there was any problem, there was a solution. I had to move some deposit times on another day, and then it got solved super quick.

I had a very high debt of about $40,000 with the credit union but I didn't want to have to file for bankruptcy. I looked at the reviews for National Debt Relief and decided to go with them. And because of that, today, I have a credit score close to 800. They’ve provided excellent service.

National Debt Relief’s ad was the first one I saw among other companies. They worked with us for our debt resolution. I got online and inquired about debt resolution, and then I was called. The process was very simple online. I had to get information about the different credit card debts that we had and they consolidated those. Then they set up a payoff schedule and we paid them off. I had my doubts about the program at first. But after going through the program and reading some of the information I felt somewhat relieved. I still a few questions I need to get answers. I will contact Tiffany soon. I didn’t find out where the savings account will be.

I will say that it took me quite a while to take this step and contact someone to help me. When I spoke to the gentleman that was helping me he definitely took the time to explain everything to me and was extremely patient with me trying to wrap my head around all of this. I didn't realize how much in the hole I would have been in the future until he really took time to break everything down for me and when he did I was blown away and not in a good way. When I started the process, I was talking to one guy, and when I tried to call him back, he wasn't available so another guy took over. I felt like I was repeating all the same information. Also a lot of what I was asked could have taken from my application. I felt like it was very time consuming.

Rob was wonderful to talk to and understanding and kind especially since I had my 3 year old granddaughter in the background not always cooperating. He explained everything to me patiently, answered all my questions and made me feel secure in my decision to sign with his company unlike others I talked to from another company.

National Debt Relief looked more legit than other companies, so I reached out to them. Setting up a program was easy. They looked at my income versus the payments I have and looked at what would be affordable and comfortable for me. The customer support was easy to get ahold of, responsive to calls and emails, and took care of any concern that came up. One time, my vehicle broke down, and I contacted them to skip a payment for me. They added it on to the end of the time, but they let me jump a month so I could fix my vehicle. With my account online, I can see which debts have been settled, which have been paid in full, and how many more payments I owe. I’ve said positive things about them to my friends. They helped free me up from debt, helped me make payments and get it settled.

I was very skeptical when I made the call but after spending a great deal Of time with the representative I feel so good about deciding to end the stress and get my life (however long I'm around) in control so that I didn't leave my kids stuck with my debt. If you are in debt as much as I was this is a great program.. I was scared at first but after I was finished I felt true relief of my stress.

I had credit card debt and I was in the program for three years. National Debt Relief was great. They took all the information on my credit card debt and set up a payment system. All the reps I talked to were really nice to me and answered all my questions. I'm done now, and it feels wonderful. I regret that I was in that position. But it was nice to have debt relief to take care of that.

Updated on 04/27/2025: Update- did talk to a supervisor in the complaint dept who handles consumer reviews after writing this review and she listened to all the original call and the rep did give me the correct amount less to settle. I did not see it on my call log though. She did as a do adjustments as a courtesy. I did thank her for that -it did take me writing this review to get results.

This program is 100% real and legit. At first I thought it was a scam but I did it with faith and I find out that it’s legit when I finally got my winning money, such a big opportunity, this is a blessing in disguise to me.

April 9, 2025. This morning I received a call from National Debt in reference to an Old Checking Account. The representative added my TD bank account to my list of bills and told me they would begin the bargaining. I was so relieved to have this added to my Debt Relief account. High interest payday loans coupled with levy on wages by state tax collectors is my reasoning for becoming involved with National Debt Relief. Rose ** was my agent helping me. She was excellent and patient with some email challenges I had. She made me feel less stressed about my financial situation.
