I had a lot of questions and the agent was very patient and clear in explaining the program in detail. I was very nervous about doing this because although we’re overextended I believe in paying my bills on time but he helped me see how this would be best in dealing with our high debt.

It took me so long sign application. The problem I had signed on my my tablet and my cell phone. The person who was helping me. I called at 2:00pm to talk to get help with all my credit problem. After dealing with getting help with getting approved. Signing the application and took 2:00pm to 7:00pm. I had a big problem signing the contract. I had a person from National Debt Relief on the phone walk me through the sign-up and it went fine. Every two weeks, I paid an amount, and NDR put it in a bank. They would get with creditors and make a deal with them if we would pay X percentage of what I owed, and they paid it. It helped my monthly budget. Money is a little easier.

The attention they provided me was very good, the handling of information was also very summarized, they resolved doubts and clarified points that may be relevant, they also provided help or information for some clarification. The service may take a little bit to complete, but it's a very important step.

My biggest learning experience was to be very careful of the contract you sign. I found out about NDR online and I chose them because they seem to be honest and they seemed more sincere to me. The rep I talked to wasn't judgmental and wasn't throwing out all these different programs at me. I just needed straightforward debt relief and that was what he offered. He explained how they would do it, so I was convinced he was trustworthy. The enrollment process wasn't difficult and they asked things I expected to answer. Also, I could track my progress through online reporting and they would always send me updates. I had my own portal and once a month, they sent me a notice.

They described everything and were willing to help me with everything. I set up a plan, and I am on my way to better success. They were not crazy about signing up and were just trying to help while being polite and understanding. The phone call was informational and great.

Using National Debt Relief was simple. I had two loans that were almost on finance company charges interest rates. I had two credit cards NDR made into one payment. Their customer service is top-notch. I never had to reach back out to them for the second time, like, "Hello, I wish somebody could respond." The rep would respond quickly. If I emailed later in the evening, by morning, I would have an answer. Even after he left or changed positions, the person that backfilled that spot was the same. If I reached out just to their straight customer service, they were very responsive. They're very hands-on. When I did my payment, they figured what I could afford, taking out my living expense. I was shocked because it was 113 every two weeks. I took it biweekly so it didn't miss. It's not like missing 400 every paycheck.

I rarely get any information about what is happening. I expected more from your service. I'm paying over $280 a month to settle my credit card accounts. It would be great to have more information about what is happening. I have received, I think, 2 settlement offers by email. I'm sure I have paid more than a thousand dollars to the service. One of my charge accounts told me they have not been connected with. Your service told me they have been contacted. So, who do I believe?

The person I talked to at National Debt Relief was super helpful and made the whole process easy and explained how everything worked. It was much better than the situation that I was in with paying my minimum payment dues and trying to keep my head afloat on my credit card bills. We would reroute the whole communication part of my debt collectors to National Debt Relief. In the meantime, I would pay into a dedicated savings account that they would use to help settle the debts hopefully for less than I owed.

The only thing is that I wish I was given the option to pay everything off once I had enough money to pay them off, instead of continuing with a payment plan. However, when I wanted to pay everything off in full, there wasn't any push back. I reached out and they ended up paying everything off in full.

Very good experience. The representative was very knowledgeable, would the help that he had given me and very patient while working and helping me fill out the paperwork. Disclaimer: I don't normally do reviews, but this, chef's kiss! I received a letter in the mail from NDR, read it, but not making a phone call to inquire over a week later. It sounded good, but I was skeptical. You know the old saying, "if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is", well this was me. However, I made the call, spoke with Brian **, Subject Matter Expert, who was very patient with barrage of questions. The best part of all, the application and review process only took about 10 minutes each and I felt like a tremendous weight had been lifted. My plan will allow me to pay off my credit card debt (over 20k) in 32 months or less, freeing up cash flow to restructure my 1, 3 and 5 year Savings goals. I don't know if you're reading my review with excitement, but NDR is 10 out of 10!!!

I was welcomed back from Brian, he was very patient with me. He showed me very much respect. He helped me understand about companies that aren't good. I appreciate him very much. Jerry was so helpful and explained the whole process thoroughly and walked me through the application. The application and approval process didn't take long. Everything was taken care of on-line while we were in the phone. Now I have peace of mind that I will be able to manage my expenses from here on out.
