I have been so stressed out. Even health has gone hill. I have got shingles and been sick. It’s amazing what stress can do to a person but your customer service representative was amazing. I cried and cried and I am sure I will still cry for awhile because of the stress of owing money and not paying my debt only to you guys. I am pleased up to this point, because everything that was said to me has been truthful, including the contractual agreement. I have no additional information to add, because I just signed up with National Debt Relief. I was told that my bank account would be where I could see and review how my deposits are collected and disbursed, to which I found that to be true.

Edwin ** was the NDR representative I spoke with to get enrolled in the program. He was very responsive and in today’s world that means a lot to me. The one aspect of the program I am not comfortable with is the vagueness of the total planned payment stream. I was told it is a 40 month program, but the contract says payments may be required beyond 40 months. I was also informed there is no penalty for prepayment but did not get a clear understanding of how that would impact the total payment stream.

Dontez was very patient and I felt comfortable. The process was long and tedious but he made it seem simple. I feel extremely relieved and hopeful that I will be able to get out of debt much easier than I was facing. Thank you so much for the boost and my depression is on track to becoming non existent.

When signing up it went very smoothly. We worked with Brock several months ago, thought we could do it on our own and we reached back out. He responded almost immediately. Within 24 hours and maybe a total of an hour on the phone we are all signed up. He explained everything we should expect thoroughly and answered any questions we had promptly.

Erik explained the whole program to me because I had some reservations about even contacting anybody about my situation. He was very helpful and I’m glad that I decided to do this and they have different plans for what your financial status is. Give it a chance have them talk to you and you know you can make up your mind and you can cancel it at any time during the time that you’re in the middle of the getting out of debt, but that would be silly to do because that’s what we want to do is get out of debt. So I definitely recommend the company and they lowered my debt $7000 which was great and then three years I will be debt-free!!

I had a person from National Debt Relief on the phone walk me through the sign-up and it went fine. Every two weeks, I paid an amount, and NDR put it in a bank. They would get with creditors and make a deal with them if we would pay X percentage of what I owed, and they paid it. It helped my monthly budget. Money is a little easier.

The attention they provided me was very good, the handling of information was also very summarized, they resolved doubts and clarified points that may be relevant, they also provided help or information for some clarification. The service may take a little bit to complete, but it's a very important step.

National Debt Relief seemed reasonable. It helped me settle some old accounts that would have taken me a lot of years to pay off. I was with them for three and a half years and I've completed. My biggest learning experience was to be very careful of the contract you sign. The rep I talked to wasn't judgmental and wasn't throwing out all these different programs at me. I just needed straightforward debt relief and that was what he offered. He explained how they would do it, so I was convinced he was trustworthy. The enrollment process wasn't difficult and they asked things I expected to answer. Also, I could track my progress through online reporting and they would always send me updates. I had my own portal and once a month, they sent me a notice.

Using National Debt Relief was simple. I had two loans that were almost on finance company charges interest rates. I had two credit cards NDR made into one payment. Their customer service is top-notch. I never had to reach back out to them for the second time, like, "Hello, I wish somebody could respond." The rep would respond quickly. If I emailed later in the evening, by morning, I would have an answer. Even after he left or changed positions, the person that backfilled that spot was the same. If I reached out just to their straight customer service, they were very responsive. They're very hands-on. When I did my payment, they figured what I could afford, taking out my living expense. I was shocked because it was 113 every two weeks. I took it biweekly so it didn't miss. It's not like missing 400 every paycheck.

I rarely get any information about what is happening. I expected more from your service. I'm paying over $280 a month to settle my credit card accounts. It would be great to have more information about what is happening. I have received, I think, 2 settlement offers by email. I'm sure I have paid more than a thousand dollars to the service. One of my charge accounts told me they have not been connected with. Your service told me they have been contacted. So, who do I believe?

The person I talked to at National Debt Relief was super helpful and made the whole process easy and explained how everything worked. It was much better than the situation that I was in with paying my minimum payment dues and trying to keep my head afloat on my credit card bills. We would reroute the whole communication part of my debt collectors to National Debt Relief. In the meantime, I would pay into a dedicated savings account that they would use to help settle the debts hopefully for less than I owed.
