This program will save me a lot of money per month, not having to pay interest is great. Due to unfortunate situation I experienced this year with my job decreasing our pay made it difficult to pay all these bills every month. My representative was very helpful, he explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this company, it is better than filing bankruptcy.

The only item I wish NDR would change is the payment dates. They can't withdraw on my 2nd payday of the month (paid every other Friday). They can only set a firm date, or take-out of 2 paydays.

I had a wonderful experience from the beginning from my first call until I finally signed the agreement. It was the best decision I’ve made in a very long time. I would recommend a friend or someone that needed debt relief to join this program. The process took around a month with three credit checks or so, also you must have a certain amount of debt to be eligible for the program. The program has given me new life otherwise, I would have been drowning in debt for years. I am glad I found debt relief.

No clear understanding of what or when National Debt Relief will step in. Seems like NDR just wants to get on the pay wagon. I need someone to contact my creditors immediately and arrange a settlement...So that my creditors will stop harassing me at this point. I just started back to work and won't have a payment for 30 Days. Except I can't wait that long for some relief!!!

I started the program in July but I could not put money in the savings account for my debts. Then when I reactivated the account December 6th it terminated me from the program again so I had to start from scratch with a new account and sign all the paperwork all over again.

I saw an advertisement for National Debt Relief somewhere and I looked it up and read about it. I wanted to try a different way of getting rid of my debt. I talked to a representative and enrollment was easy. The service was good too. There were a couple of cards that didn't want to negotiate at all and it dragged on and on. It was hard to get an answer to what was going on with that. Still, I paid off what was left of balance a few months early. It was better for me to have somebody else contact the card companies and negotiate since I'm not an expert on this.

It's been an overall great experience with National Debt Relief and it seems like I paid it off. I didn't get the details. One day, I just got a letter saying it was done and I thought it was scheduled for next year to be done. They have a website and I usually just call in sometimes to handle any business I wanna handle directly. Customer support was pleasant. Most of the time, it was only just to postpone a payment if I felt I needed to do so. So they were pretty easy to reach and, every time I asked, they put me in a brief hold and they go ask someone and they got it done.

Last night for over 1 1/2 hours, the guy who talked and helped me was so transparent about everything and didn’t cut any corners and didn’t hide anything from me, and he has made me less stressed out about solving my debt. So thank you so much for helping me last night and getting me back on track.

I had credit card debt and National Debt Relief was the only solution we had because my husband was ill. We had to worry about the other bills with my husband and I couldn't do both. The enrollment process was fairly easy. I called and the rep asked me to give them all my credit card people's names and we talked about how much money I would have to have taken out for the deal. They told me not to talk to my collectors and to just give them their phone number and they would take care of it. And they did. I didn't have any of the collectors call me after NDR had sent out the letters. They told me at the beginning when I enrolled that I might get a summons and to call them as soon as we got it. I didn't panic and I just called them. They told me what I needed to do and I did it and it was great. I graduated from the program about four months ago. It was great working with NDR and I would recommend them.

After I researched NDR, I thought it would be a good program. The enrollment process was very easy. They were very helpful. They stayed on top of things and there was very little I had to do. A couple of times I would have a couple of questions on a particular plan, a particular creditor and they were always on top of it, would get the question answered and get right back to me. If you're ready to make the change, NDR has a good program to go through to get the help needed. The program helped me a great deal. It cut many years down to three to four.

The enrollment process was easy. I just made a phone call and signed up. Then National Debt Relief emailed me something to sign and I did that and that was it. I'm done with the program and it's amazing. I love them. I was really impressed with everybody I dealt with. I've been paying cash for everything on a debit card and I'm saving a little bit. I'm so happy I did it.

The program took three years for me, but it was settled. I'm not real computer-oriented, and it would be months and months before I would hear something from somebody. But it was okay. It was coming out of my bank and I knew it was being taken care of. It was taken care of in the time that they told me it would be. Years ago, there was some kind of computer glitch and I've always been wary of having any large amount coming out of my checking account. So I was very nervous about doing that to start with, but it worked out perfectly.

I was getting old and I wanted to clear up any debt I owe to anybody. I’ve seen National Debt advertised and thought it was honest. The reps were very nice and the enrollment process was easy. I had some credit cards that I wanted to get paid off and it’s paid off. So, I’m through with it. People should go with NDR.

I was struggling with a lot of debt and I was trying to find a way to get out of it. National Debt Relief easily took over control of all of the debt that I gave them and I didn't have to worry about what was going on. They kept me informed through emails and text messages as to who they had contacted and the results that they had achieved. Signing up was an easy process. It didn't take very long. Just a few minutes. I'm finished now in the program. I've been debt-free since August. My credit score jumped up quite substantially. I've been able to re-establish some of my credit. I've also received a few phone calls over the years that I was with them. Everybody was always friendly. They always made sure that I understood clearly what was going on and how the process was going to go. If changes were made, they made sure that I understood what the changes were and how they would affect my payment plans.

Had my account for 7 months. Made 2 settlements, then just took all the money I paid each month for fees etc. after paying these two accounts monthly. Then they want to transfer you to an associate for a loan to pay all the accounts off at a very high interest rate. After I agreed, immediately 4 accounts were settled. They hook and scam you, then you have no choice but to take the offer. Your credit score is in the dirt.

Well it was resolved with many calls but it was very hard to do. Never got the same person and most time did not get the the same answer. In the end it got resolved somewhat. Never got the final paperwork like I was supposed to. If I was looking to do this again or someone asked me I would not recommend this company.
