Extremely quick turn-around time. I hadn't had the application submitted more than an hour when I received a call from Brian. I had to call back due to timing, and was on hold for 15 minutes, but otherwise, my experience was flawless. He explained everything thoroughly in a manner easy to understand, listened patiently and empathetically as I went over the circumstances leading to our current situation, and laid out the goal in layman's terms. I have had a huge relief from bill collectors. I no longer have my phone ringing all the time. This has been one of the best things I have done in a really long time. Had my account for 7 months. Made 2 settlements, then just took all the money I paid each month for fees etc. after paying these two accounts monthly. Then they want to transfer you to an associate for a loan to pay all the accounts off at a very high interest rate. After I agreed, immediately 4 accounts were settled. They hook and scam you, then you have no choice but to take the offer. Your credit score is in the dirt.

I am pleased up to this point, because everything that was said to me has been truthful, including the contractual agreement. I have no additional information to add, because I just signed up with National Debt Relief. I was told that my bank account would be where I could see and review how my deposits are collected and disbursed, to which I found that to be true.

Edwin ** was the NDR representative I spoke with to get enrolled in the program. He was very responsive and in today’s world that means a lot to me. The one aspect of the program I am not comfortable with is the vagueness of the total planned payment stream. I was told it is a 40 month program, but the contract says payments may be required beyond 40 months.
