I had a wonderful experience from the beginning from my first call until I finally signed the agreement. It was the best decision I’ve made in a very long time. I started the program in July but I could not put money in the savings account for my debts. Then when I reactivated the account December 6th it terminated me from the program again so I had to start from scratch with a new account and sign all the paperwork all over again.

I saw an advertisement for National Debt Relief somewhere and I looked it up and read about it. I wanted to try a different way of getting rid of my debt. I talked to a representative and enrollment was easy. The service was good too. There were a couple of cards that didn't want to negotiate at all and it dragged on and on. It was hard to get an answer to what was going on with that. Still, I paid off what was left of balance a few months early. It was better for me to have somebody else contact the card companies and negotiate since I'm not an expert on this.

It's been an overall great experience with National Debt Relief and it seems like I paid it off. I didn't get the details. One day, I just got a letter saying it was done and I thought it was scheduled for next year to be done. They have a website and I usually just call in sometimes to handle any business I wanna handle directly. Customer support was pleasant. Most of the time, it was only just to postpone a payment if I felt I needed to do so. So they were pretty easy to reach and, every time I asked, they put me in a brief hold and they go ask someone and they got it done.

I had credit card debt and National Debt Relief was the only solution we had because my husband was ill. We had to worry about the other bills with my husband and I couldn't do both. The enrollment process was fairly easy. I called and the rep asked me to give them all my credit card people's names and we talked about how much money I would have to have taken out for the deal. They told me not to talk to my collectors and to just give them their phone number and they would take care of it. And they did. I didn't have any of the collectors call me after NDR had sent out the letters. They told me at the beginning when I enrolled that I might get a summons and to call them as soon as we got it. I didn't panic and I just called them. They told me what I needed to do and I did it and it was great. I graduated from the program about four months ago. It was great working with NDR and I would recommend them.

After I researched NDR, I thought it would be a good program. The enrollment process was very easy. They were very helpful. They stayed on top of things and there was very little I had to do. A couple of times I would have a couple of questions on a particular plan, a particular creditor and they were always on top of it, would get the question answered and get right back to me. If you're ready to make the change, NDR has a good program to go through to get the help needed. The program helped me a great deal. It cut many years down to three to four.

The enrollment process was easy. I just made a phone call and signed up. Then National Debt Relief emailed me something to sign and I did that and that was it. I'm done with the program and it's amazing. I love them. I was really impressed with everybody I dealt with. I've been paying cash for everything on a debit card and I'm saving a little bit. I'm so happy I did it.

The program took three years for me, but it was settled. I'm not real computer-oriented, and it would be months and months before I would hear something from somebody. But it was okay. It was coming out of my bank and I knew it was being taken care of. It was taken care of in the time that they told me it would be. Just a few minutes. I'm finished now in the program. I've been debt-free since August. My credit score jumped up quite substantially. I've been able to re-establish some of my credit. I've also received a few phone calls over the years that I was with them. Everybody was always friendly. If changes were made, they made sure that I understood what the changes were and how they would affect my payment plans.

I received excellent customer service, I have just started the program and will update once I have worked with the company. Company representatives were understanding and informative. Company representative was helpful and polite, no negativity, discrimination expressed on my situation, unlike other companies that left me feeling bad about myself. I felt that they were caring.
