The service provided by the two agent I dealt yesterday with was very good, I was satisfied and very happy to start working with this group of people. Yesterday was the beginning of a long relationship. Towards my financial freedom. By taking the first step that is getting out of debt..thanks for the help.

My service rep was very kind and courteous. He spoke very distinctly so I could understand and explained my options for settlement. He had reviewed some concerns I had concerning a call I had received a few days earlier. A great company to work with and establish payment for loans and credit. I would truly recommend this company.

The whole experience with NDR was 100% at a Professional Level. The Gentleman was a 5 Star Agent. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions and explained the process in detailed. It was 2022, and I was looking for help with a very aggressive debt collector. I started looking online at debt settlement and consolidation when the National Debt Relief ad came up. I did a little more research and then called to figure out if I’d be eligible.

Jasmine explained everything in terms easy to understand. She was a joy through such a stressful time. She guided me through explanations of every step. Also, Jasmine helped me set the online portal so I could keep up with my progress. If anyone is having trouble with their credit, this is definitely the place to start.

After the great reviews and checking the BBB I decided to give NDR a call. The debt spec. answered all questions. Took ownership to my issues with excellent phone etiquette. I was very pleased with the final closing amount. The whole process was very timely. I'll give it a try.?

We have used them years ago. They are easy to work with.. They are very helpful. They are able to make a negative into a positive so life is less complicated. I am very happy to have them in my corner. They do all the heavy lifting. They check things out and do what is best for us.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you decide to use them good luck because the savings are offset by their fees. Don't expect saving as much as they say so on the initial call. On one account they are paying $50 a month to my creditor while pocketing $143 as their fees. Settlement for that account was $3,969 with fees of $1,657 (by charging you 25% of the initial amount owed) by the time the fees are added it is only 15% saved. Whatever you do please consider this when deciding to go with them because where they can, they take the entire fees out first then they pay the creditor. We got the account built up to close to $1,000 and in one day took over $800 in THEIR fees. I wish I'd have known about their ineptitude before I agreed to this BS. Oh and if you decide that bankruptcy is the only hope, They keep their fees.

I decided on this company based on this company based on the reviews. Some companies were cheaper but I need to know everything will be handled correctly. I’ve used National Debt Relief many years back. I went through their program and completed it, and it seemed to have worked pretty good for me. Recently, I got into another situation and ran up a couple credit cards. I was paying on them and not able to really cut into my balance or anything. Because of that, I gave National Debt Relief another call and entered into their program again. I just completed it in February or March of this year.

I was in debt, and I was concerned because it seemed like my high-interest-rate loans would eat up the payment, and I was in a cycle where I felt like I couldn’t get anything paid off. And so, I seek out National Debt Relief services.

I’ve graduated from the program with NDR, there could have been a bit more communication. Most of the time, I was the one reaching out for things. It was a big relief to have the credit card debt be paid off. They also worked with me to create a payment plan that was comfortable.

I love working with National Debt Relief. They are magnificent. Some people I got a loan from wanted to charge me 500 and some dollars a month, so I decided I had to find somebody who was going to help me. Worked with a wonderful representative named Sofia. Such a personable yet professional lady. She continually put up with my cancelling appointments due to personal reasons. He gave me instructions on where to sign and exactly when my payments would be deducted from my checking Account. It was explained to me how it would go into a special account which I could view in the portal.

Then reviewed every page on the contract and instructions on the website. Assisted in signing up on the attorneys agreement and password to make sure I was on the right track. Paul was a good rep. He explained my options. Asked mine. Then shared his of my situation. He was very kind and understanding and helped me see a way out of this debt before layoffs at work again. I was on top of paying min payments, and helped reduce my monthly amount by 600$.

I had credit card debt, and childcare expense was too much to handle, so I reached out to a representative and touched base on what my debt was and what the minimum payments were for each. He explained the difference between paying them off early and helping my credit if I did it with National Debt Relief versus continuing to make the minimum payments and taking a longer time to even scratch the surface. The only thing is by the end of it they weren't willing to work with me on payment plans. But we were able to settle everything quickly, so that was the plus side to it. It was beneficial in the long run because it helped me set my expenses in better order and be able to live off of my current means.

My debt has been paid off and working with National Debt Relief was easy and not complicated at all. I just turned in my debt, decided on a doable monthly payment, and they took it out every paycheck. When I was almost done, I made one extra payment. If I had any questions, I just called in and got somebody right away. However, they continued to take out money from my account, and it took a minute for them to refund it, but once they did, it was fine.

I found National Debt Relief online and talked to them. It was easy to enrol in their program. If I had a question, I would just call them and they were pretty good about answering it. I graduated early and I was happy with it. They got me through it and got it over with.

So what was proposed and what was given to me seem like the best solution and he was very patient with me and explain things very well and I appreciate that.

Not sure why they have an online chat if the first thing they say is you have to call. Do not even offer a chat option at that point, and then to lie over and over about it would be a quick call, and take no time at all but then being on the phone for over 45 minutes. I know it’s a good thing but just lie after lie to get you started isn’t a good look

What I heard on the internet about NDR sounded good so I went with them. Enrollment was easy and the whole program took about a year. Everything was just cut and dry, and simple. It ain’t no rocket science.
