Like the TV commercial...I was drowning in debt! Since the Covid pandemic, the sudden death of my Mother in August and my hours being cut at work, put me in a very precarious position with too many credit cards, most of them at their limit. Went over options, terms available, maximum payment amount, years set to run, deferred payment of fees. Not sure about what happens if my rent takes a huge jump next year. Is my landlord free to greatly increase my rent next July? What if it cut the funds available to pay the amount required? If my rent exceeds my SS payment would I have to find more money from another source or would we have to adjust the term to pay off on schedule?

It’s also very nice that they give you a phone number for you to give to your debtors so you can stop receiving all the terrible phone calls. I haven’t made my first payment yet, but as I said before, so far so good.

When talking with Alex he took his time and went through everything with me and my wife. At first it was just myself and him talking. He went over everything with me and when I said I would have to talk to my wife about it he suggested that we just do a conference call with all three so that if she asked a question then he could answer in case I didn't have the answer. I was on the fence about doing this but after talking with Alex and the way he explained everything that would happen and how long it would take it made me feel better and feel like my life could be a lot stressless than it is now.

I am sad to inform everyone that this company works for itself and not the client. Ever since I started with them they say one thing and do another. Make sure that you record your conversations with them. I have told them that I had the funds to pay the settled creditors in full, and we discussed having them paid with a lump sum. After I had transferred the money they were still making monthly payments rather than paying off my creditors. Call your cards and settle directly with them. This is a headache for me and a mistreatment, especially because many times I asked for a supervisor and they never called me back and didn't help me. They want you only for their interest and not for your best interest. I am honest and have nothing to hide, but I was filled with no right here. Everything was recorded but they still did what they wanted to do.

Talked with Jason **. It was extremely hard for me to do this but I needed to since I couldn’t afford the payments with the high interest rate. He was very hopeful and set up a plan I can handle. I know more once I’ve been on the plan a few months.
