So far so good, the most difficult part was gathering all the information that they needed. Definitely needs to be thorough and precise if you want everything taken care of. Tina, was absolutely fantastic, prompt and attentive. Better yet there is no judgement. It’s also very nice that they give you a phone number for you to give to your debtors so you can stop receiving all the terrible phone calls. I haven’t made my first payment yet, but as I said before, so far so good.

The people I spoke to were very knowledgeable and patient. Also showed me how I could save money now. I also like you have a legal team to help in case any problems with the creditors. Rashad ** who signed me up was very pleasant and patient with me. He took his time and answered all my questions.

I was very nervous before I called wondering if they could even help, but Dillion S quickly put me at ease. The bills were stacking up and I was starting to get behind, but they were able to get me the help I needed in about an hour and a half. Today was the first day it felt like I could breathe in a long time.

When talking with Alex he took his time and went through everything with me and my wife. At first it was just myself and him talking. He went over everything with me and when I said I would have to talk to my wife about it he suggested that we just do a conference call with all three so that if she asked a question then he could answer in case I didn't have the answer. I was on the fence about doing this but after talking with Alex and the way he explained everything that would happen and how long it would take it made me feel better and feel like my life could be a lot stressless than it is now.

Although I'm just getting started, so far it has been a smooth journey. My specialist guided me through all the paperwork and steps. It only takes a little bit of time for debt to accumulate but takes forever to pay it off. NDR gives me hope for the future to become debt-free.

I am sad to inform everyone that this company works for itself and not the client. Ever since I started with them they say one thing and do another. Make sure that you record your conversations with them. I have told them that I had the funds to pay the settled creditors in full, and we discussed having them paid with a lump sum. After I had transferred the money they were still making monthly payments rather than paying off my creditors. Call your cards and settle directly with them. This is a headache for me and a mistreatment, especially because many times I asked for a supervisor and they never called me back and didn't help me. They want you only for their interest and not for your best interest. I am honest and have nothing to hide, but I was filled with no right here. Everything was recorded but they still did what they wanted to do.

Talked with Jason **. It was extremely hard for me to do this but I needed to since I couldn’t afford the payments with the high interest rate. He was very hopeful and set up a plan I can handle. I know more once I’ve been on the plan a few months.

I know they don't put the bad Reviews but I just let them know don't used this company. I try to cancel my payment for some reason and they still took from my account then I prefer file bankruptcy anyway they don't do much to me, they just negotiate 1 bank and the rest continue working and my credit got more worse that's why I decided file bankruptcy and they don't want to give my money that they just took. They told me the money goes to the accreditors, they lie. I never going back to this company... Don't come or you guys lose the money, trust me.
