I was somewhat apprehensive about debt consolidation. The professional I spoke with explained everything to me. I didn't feel rushed, like I needed to make a decision in a hurry. Very simple. Called, and they call back and it started from that point. Spoke with Rep, everything explained fully. I made the choice to use National Debt Relief. The process took about 45 minutes, and I became a client. Happy with everything, first payment started It. Monthly payments went from $500 a month too $250 and a two year pay off and $3,000 interest removed.

The signup process was easy. It was defined. My son who's a lawyer read over the contract several times just to make sure there wasn't any hidden jargon. Every time I had a question, I would call National Debt Relief and they would answer it. I could track my progress through their app and it is a lot easier than most apps that I've dealt with before. The service of NDR was good, but there was a minor bump in the road. I felt like I was in the program longer than what I needed to be in, ‘cause my original date of release was sometime in May or June and I had to go until October because of the way the payments were set. The first time, there was a three-month pause between my last payment and the offering of my other payment in July. I had to pick back up the deposits. My main question was, why didn't they continue drafting if I was still in the program? Because I felt like the amount that I was putting into, it was four something a month at the time, I would have already had the money that would have been collecting while I was waiting on this other deal to come through and I could have just paid it off and been off the program then. But customer support was good. Every time I needed either an adjustment or to skip a payment, they honored it. No questions asked.

The sign-up process at NDR was easy. Their program worked and I had excellent results with it. However, sometimes, I'd call in, and I’d get people who didn't know what the hell they were doing. Other times, I would call in, and I would get people who had every answer under the sun. They need more consistent training. Some people are so frustrated, that they just hang up and call back and get something different.

I started with National Debt Relief because I was at my wit's end. I was 40,000 in debt. I couldn't make the payments up, and they were about to go to collections. National Debt Relief really helped me out. They were understanding. Sometimes, I would miss payments, not on purpose, but because I couldn't afford it. I would always make them up. NDR was really nice throughout the entire process. So, I really enjoyed it. Their negotiators reduced what I owe by a significant amount. So, I thought their negotiation skills were great.

Went over options, terms available, maximum payment amount, years set to run, deferred payment of fees. Not sure about what happens if my rent takes a huge jump next year. If my rent exceeds my SS payment would I have to find more money from another source or would we have to adjust the term to pay off on schedule?

If you are drowning in debt and in need of help NDR is the best program available. Before calling NDR I spoke with a different National Debt Relief company. They assured me that they would help me but that they would have to call me back. The young lady gave me her name, business phone number, and her email address. After several days of not hearing from her, I tried to contact her by phone and email. I never received a response. Discouraged I called NDR. NDR immediately went to work. They said that they could help. Immediately they explained every part of the program and what they would do for me. From day one they accepted me and treated me like I was family. They treated me and have always treated me with compassion and respect.
