Every single representative at National Debt Relief was professional. I heard about it from one of my sisters who, at the time, was a member. Her bills were all paid up and she gave raving reviews about the assistance she was receiving from NDR. I was impressed with their persistence. The NDR representative has the attitude of not letting the issue go until it is resolved. So, that was very comforting. At that point, I was already paying American Express EveryDay Card religiously, six months of what it was due for the installment. And I still received the court order.

The customer service reps at National Debt Relief were nice and prompt when I had to contact them. They handled the process well. I’ve been with NDR for about five years and the service has been good.

I had an amazing call with Bryant and got ALL my questions answered and double checked answers. He was so patient and fun. I am excited to get rid of this debt! Also, had to call Collette for a change on application. She was friendly and very efficient on fix.

The National Debt Relief service agent who worked with me to gain program acceptance was Schuyler **. From beginning to end, he was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to move the process forward to completion in a remarkably short period of time. When we first started with National Debt Relief, the rating was high and they were excellent in trying to get all our accounts settled. The enrollment process was easy and the customer service was great. Everybody was helpful when I had questions and we were able to get things resolved in a fairly timely manner. Our experience was wonderful and they did a fantastic job with everything. NDR got us out of debt and they were easy to work with. We learned to try to manage our money better and not get into so much debt.

I loved the explanation I was given but it is very vague in my mind now. I am having issues figuring out the emails too. I don't remember what I'm supposed to do but I think very highly of you I know that. The person I spoke with was very patient with me, I just don't know how to proceed.

They told my payment will be for $266 per month which totals $3,192 a year times 2.5 years is $7980. I agreed and then they put the payment at $133 every two weeks. I didn’t pay attention until I realized it's 26 payments a year for $133 which is $3,458 instead of 12 payments a year for $3192. At the end it pays $8,645. Jeremy and Kelly are con artists. I’m backing out of this deal!

I had good answers to my questions and the person I talked to was very helpful and real kind. He didn't have a bad attitude. I was very satisfied with my answers when I asked questions. Great expierence, all details explained thoroughly. Very time consuming but understood. Feel like next two months will be stressfull with creditors phone calls etc. Lots of fear with legal action and the time my payments stop and NDR negoitating with creditors. All contact phone numbers, with direct lines were provided. Personal loans have no ability to turn off auto pay, so I was forced to go to my bank to stop those charges.

Although the interviewer was knowledgeable friendly and polite you spoke too fast to allow me to totally comprehend. Although I believe in the program I told him I had an obligation coming up and I needed to see what my current budgetary demands were. Can I find that what I'm signed up for. I like to program but I can't enter the program until October and they have me entering the program within 2 weeks.

Every time I had a question or a concern and I reached out, someone would always reach back out to me fairly quickly, which I appreciated. But towards the end, once I was ready to make increased payments to try to pay things off quicker, there was a bit of confusion. I had to call National Debt Relief once or twice just so we were clear on what exactly I was trying to do to expedite my timeline. It wasn’t that they didn’t want me to finish the program quicker, but they told me I could extend my payments out.

I saw something about National Debt Relief through social media and I called them. Then I thought about it for a couple of days, and I called them back and signed up for their program. The process was very simple and the gentleman that I had spoken with talked to me through every step. There were two times during the two and a half years that I was making my payments that I had an issue with the payment date. I called them and they were very kind. They switched the date and worked with me so that I didn't end up missing a payment. And I've paid everything off in end of May. I tracked my progress through their website where all I had to do was log in to the portal and scroll. After working with them, I will never get in debt again. I also told my son about National Debt Relief after he had lost a job and he used it. He's a little over halfway done paying his debts off now that he's got another job.

It was great to go through National Debt Relief. If I had to go through debt relief again, I want to go through it with them. I also told people about them. Their customer service reps were excellent and they helped me all the way through. The program won't be for a lot of people, but it was easy for me to do a one-time payment a month.

I inquired with National Debt Relief and someone called me. He sort of convinced me to sign up and the enrollment process was pretty easy. He was very nice and when I had questions, he was very good about explaining things to me and making sure that I understood what was going to happen. He also suggested a few things for me, so it was really helpful. I was using the website to keep up with everything and it was user-friendly. I don't know if it's changed since then but if it would have been an app, it would have been a little bit more accessible. But the interface of the website itself was very easy to use and very simple.

And if you put it in correct order, then it's an easy process. I tracked my program online. I made an account, I signed in, logged in, and I could see all my summary in there. Customer support was helpful. They tried to help me with anything they could. Working with them has helped me on my bills. Before, there's so much to pay, but with National Debt, it's only one payment that you need to pay. It also has helped me a lot in my daily life 'cause I live paycheck to paycheck.

I would recommend National Debt Relief if you need them. They were good to work with. They answered all my questions. They could have done a better job negotiating some of my debts, because the original amount they said they typically get, they didn't get on a lot of mine. They said, "We can save you up to 50% of your bill," but sometimes it was 30%.
